Rubbish Company.
DO NOT USE THEM
Ordered a Lancombe eye make up remover. After 1 month they claimed they had not received payment. Inspite of emailed EFT proof they then stated it would be shipped in 3 weeks. Intervention from Dept. of Consumer Affairs put a rocket up them. Product received more than 10 weeks after ordering and payment. They lie like a pig in poo and are hopeless

I ordered a perfume which had leaked upon arrival. I was offered a replacement so sent the faulty item back. They received my item then did not provide a replacement, gave me the run around for months and stopped replying to emails. Their contact number is a pre-recorded message that sends you to a text line, where again, I got the run around an no answers. Shipping is incredibly slow and their service is terrible. Avoid at all costs!!

Oh, I've now been told "As per findings we were unable to trace the returned item in our warehouse and it seems to have been lost." Direct words from Ankur N at Costmetics Now. So I have a refund - which is not what I wanted not what was agreed to.

Ordered late August a single item with expected dispatch of 7-12 days plus additional dispatch from Melbourne time. After the transaction itself had not changed from processing since I ordered 26 days ago I made the mistake of asking customer service where my item was or at the bare minimum some information.
I wasn't given a basic update for the three days I asked for one, every time initiating the text conversation, given de-escalation platitudes and told I would be told as soon as "the team" let the agent know. I was then emailed on an unused email thread the explanation which I only received after I already had texted I wanted a full refund days later. I was told "the team" will review my refund request (after it was already offered to me by email) and I expressed that I would like this sorted asap as I had been chasing them for answers for the better part of a week.
After such a bad experience at every turn and the company continuing to act in bad faith over basic requests I informed my original payment provider I had requested a refund.
Now I have been requested to close the Paypal case twice and offered a partial refund three separate times so they can again request I cancel the Paypal case. They have heavily implied they can't provide me with a refund until the PayPal case is closed despite my repeated refusals.
So the item didn't arrive, the transaction didn't progress past pending, the customer service couldn't give me a straight answer about anything and played stupid all week when I was nothing but clear and polite to them, they refused to ever act with any sense of urgency and continue to treat me like I'm an idiot. At this stage why would I close the Paypal case?

Amazing service! I needed an order shipped quickly, before my wedding, and they shipped immediately- I received my order within days. There's a great range of products, too. I was able to find a specific perfume, in a size that I couldn't find anywhere else!

This will be my first and last time ordering from your business. The lack of communication and updates regarding my order has been very disappointing. I’ve had to chase up information instead of receiving any updates from you. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be using your services again.

Product exactly as specified, in great condition & delivery efficient & communicated every step of the way.

The communication was first-rate despite a long delay with the ordered product. It made the delay much more manageable.

The help Verna gave when I contacted the company for support when my parcel hadn't arrived. The support and follow up was excellent Thank you. The Clarins cleanser took approx. 1 month to arrive. I have received another product in the meantime in a much shorter time frame. So it must have been where the product was sourced from.

Not an easy fragrance to find, but I was happy to find it here and at a competitive price too. From order to delivery took almost six whole weeks. I'll be prepared for that next time.

I was worried due to the lack of communication for a few weeks after my order but when I found contact details and prodded them their response was timely and informative.

Absolutely disgraceful conduct from Cosmetics Now.



I purchased three discounted colognes through their website and successfully paid via PayPal. I have the PayPal transaction receipt. I have proof of payment. I have screenshots of the discounted items in my cart. Yet Cosmetics Now cancelled the order and claimed that PayPal never sent the payment through.



Despite being provided with clear evidence of the transaction, they continue to maintain that they never received it.



From where I'm standing, this looks like a company trying to wriggle out of honouring its own advertised pricing. The order was placed, the payment was made, and the evidence was provided. Instead of taking responsibility, Cosmetics Now chose to deny receiving a transaction that I can clearly prove occurred.



The most insulting part is being treated as though I'm the one who doesn't understand what happened, despite having receipts and screenshots proving otherwise. Being told a payment doesn't exist when you're literally looking at the transaction record is beyond frustrating.



Consumers should be very wary of purchasing from a retailer that appears willing to cancel valid orders and then hide behind excuses rather than honouring advertised pricing. If a business can't be trusted to stand behind the prices it advertises, what exactly can it be trusted to stand behind?



I will be escalating this matter to the ACCC and pursuing my consumer rights. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere and reporting companies like this when they act dodgy.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that clearly cares about its customers and takes such pride in what they do. The whole experience has been wonderful, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful perfumes and outstanding service. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel valued and looked after.
Five stars without a doubt!

On time and the real product

My product has apparently just disappeared?

I've contacted the company numerous times about it and the best I have received is "we will look into it" (which happened on the third or fourth time I contacted them), but there was zero follow up. No one responds to their email address. It's been over a month for something that should not have even taken a week to deliver.
