Our experience with Charter bus line corp was truly exceptional. Our church recently utilized their services for a group trip from Richmond Virginia to site and Sound Theaters in Lancaster Pennsylvania and we could not have been more pleased with the level of service we received. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the bus provided for our group was very nice, modern, clean comfortable and very well maintained and the drivers were professional, and accommodating combined these things contributed immensely to an enjoyable travel experience for our congregation. We run an overnight summer camp and this is our second year in a row working with Charter Busline Corp. David is THE BEST! When we had a mishap with booking on our end, he found us a new bus within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. He goes above and beyond in his customer service. When we had a 13 year old forget his phone on the bus, he immediately contacted the operator to have them search for it and get it back to us. He negotiated prices for us, which as a grassroots nonprofit, was beyond helpful! We definitely plan to work with them in the many years to come! Thank you, David!

Hello. Charter Busline corp was very nice and provided us a very timely service. Our driver did not follow the directions given by the manager of the company in the beginning, but after a few days he complied and we had a graceful trip.

Our church youth group has been using Charter bus line for three years now and we are very satisfied. They are always punctual, clean, well air conditioned, and answer any questions we may have at any time. Our youths are very happy with the service and always look forward to their bus rides with their friends every year to their retreat.

Overall, we had a good experience with this company. We booked two buses, one arrived on time and the other was about 10 minutes late. Customer service and communication ( 3rd party) were excellent, the buses were in good condition, and the pricing was reasonable.
One driver had difficulty communicating in English, and toward the end of the trip he was driving a little fast, which was concerning.
My main concern was the contract process. We only received the 20- page contract after payment was already made, and most of the terms seemed written mainly to protect the company and third parties, not the client. If I had seen the contract beforehand, I probably would not have agreed to it.
Generally speaking, this company was good to deal with overall, and we would work with them again in the future.
