** WARNING: Longtime Customer : Extremely Disappointed. I Believe Buzzoid Is a Scam!**

I was a loyal Buzzoid customer for YEARS, regularly using their services to help grow my social media channels while building my small business. For a long time, I found their service helpful and reliable. Unfortunately, I have no idea what has happened to this company over the past year or so, but my recent experience has been absolutely appalling and points to fraudulent business practices.

**I now genuinely believe Buzzoid is operating like a SCAM, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to STAY AWAY!**

I recently spent over $130 purchasing followers that were NEVER fully delivered. The few followers that did arrive began disappearing almost immediately, and despite repeated complaints, my order has STILL not been fulfilled. In fact, my follower count has continued to decline!

Even worse has been the endless runaround from their so-called customer service representative, Claire. I've received excuse after excuse, repeated promises of refills that never materialize, and even attempts to shift the blame onto ME rather than take responsibility for their failure to deliver a service I paid for. I asked for a full refund as my order was never delivered

I've also become suspicious of the Trustpilot reviews displayed or linked on their website, which appear to be presented in a way that makes them look like authentic Trustpilot endorsements. I would strongly encourage potential customers to independently verify those reviews rather than relying on what Buzzoid displays.

**After YEARS of being a paying customer, I am beyond disappointed.** I have given this company numerous opportunities to resolve the situation, but instead I've been met with empty promises, excuses, and no meaningful resolution. I have requested a full refund and have yet to receive one.

What makes this particularly upsetting is that I once trusted and recommended this company. That trust is now completely gone.

**BUYER BEWARE. Do not waste your hard-earned money.** Based on my experience, Buzzoid takes payment without reliably delivering the services purchased, and its customer service has been utterly ineffective at resolving the problem.

I will be contacting my credit card and filing a legal claim if nothing is resolved within the next few days.

Paid for Premium followers 20k , but the purchased followers were not delivered. On 4 October 2026, the system showed the order as completed despite the non-delivery.
The Socialblade follower statistics showed absolutely no boosted 20k amount of followers.

I repeatedly attempted to contact the merchant about the undelivered service, the refund request and ‘something else’ contact button, including an email to support on 4 October 2026 at 9:07 a.m Singapore time, asking when the order would be delivered. I have received NO RESPONSE to any of my emails and messages.

I believe I have been scammed because payment was taken, the service was not provided, the order was nevertheless marked completed, and my attempts to obtain a refund have gone unanswered. None of my attempt to reach out is being responded.

Undelivered service , system shows order completed, but Socialblade shows otherwise, check my profile on Socialblade, you will know for sure I am being scammed.

the likes disappeared after 1 day, do not trust

It’s a scam. It’s an absolute scam. I spoke to someone named Claire. And she denied me a refill and after that she completely ignored me. I will make sure to write 100 hundreds of bad reviews. and expose this company so they stop functioning.

Horrible. I’ve been emailing them to restore the followers. I have lost and they assisted once or twice, but I continued to lose more than what they even refilled…

Buzzoid has still not responded or made right by honoring their warranty. I noticed the website has changed so there may be internal changes but basically they are a scam. It’s a farse to take your money. Don’t throw away your money and find another service.

Do not purchaed from this service , they are scammers , they take your money and don’t provide quality service and customer service is non existent , they owe me 12 refills from recent purchases that were promised to me and still have not received them . This service is fraudulent and scammy

I did receive about 50% of the bought followers (instagram).
Bots do look good and i still have 90% of them 30 days later.

So id say its an okay-ish service.

This website I used to go to this website all the time when my instagram was deleted at first but today I deiced to post again from a year ago, and buzziod has always done it's job but this time it didn't do it. First of all it took forever for the "likes" to come in (this used to never happen, it took less then 10 mins for them to come) and i checked in 30 mins to see if it has been processed, but it said processing, then I checked a few hours later and then it said it been "processed". I believe it was never process in the first place. I check to see if there were ppl who weren't following me or i don't follow them have liked my post. The majority of ppl. in my likes were my follows and ppl. I follow. Second of all I paid for the better version cause why not make it seem like real ppl. but not instead i have wasted more money, and I counted how many of these bots I didn't recognized in my life and it was only 58 ppl who liked my picture who were considered as the bots. Mention you I paid for 100 likes. I also checked my order receipt for this order and my last year receipt when it used to work, it was veryyyy different. they used to say "i hope you are please with the results..." Now they just send you a receipt that says paid and another email from a girl name "Maya" saying thank you for trusting us with your instagram order..." I have never gotten emails about a girl name Maya for buzziod. Idk if this was because i sent them a note about my likes are taking too long but yeah, its like I said how they have changed for the worse not for the better.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Everything is great until you have an issue. The moment I needed support, communication stopped and I was completely ignored.
As a repeat customer, I expected much better. Everything paid for is gone within days. Spam, scam, horrible service, do not use

Paid $115 for 3k TikTok VIP followers, but they couldn't deliver and didn't refund me. Hopefully there is GuruLikes.. better prices and better support!

Honestly? I used "Buzzoid" for quite a while, but it's really gone downhill lately. Right now, I mainly use "Virxio", and I haven't had any issues with it so far.

pros: fast delivery, check out services were fast, & slightly reasonable prices.

cons: followers will disappear within the span of 2 days (i bought a total of 2k followers, only to have maybe 500 by the next day), zero engagement if you purchase the regular bundle, & very much a waste of time & money! dont invest in this website!

They won't let you rate them unless it's 5 stars!!! Terrible, don't use them!!!

After purchasing, I noticed a significant drop and contacted support for assistance. Initially, I was assured the matter would be resolved and that a refill would be provided. However, after chasing for an update, I received a completely different response from Amanda who appeared not to have read the previous email

The support team simply compared my current follower count to the count immediately after delivery and ignored the fact that I had explained I had gained and lost followers through other activity on my account since then. This made their assessment inaccurate and failed to address my actual concern.

The most frustrating part was the inconsistency. One representative promised a resolution (kennels and mike) and when chasing later Amanda contradicted that promise. As a customer, I expected better communication and a more thorough review of my case. I’m going through my bank now for a refund and they will pursue the company

Based on my experience, I would not use this service again and I think this is fraud.
