AeroSims is an online shop for travel eSIMs - prepaid mobile data for your phone abroad, delivered as a QR code by email. We cover 175 countries with unlimited plans and 195 destinations with fixed data packages from 3 to 50 GB, bookable day by day from 1 to 90 days. What sets us apart is that we tell you exactly what "unlimited" means. Every unlimited plan has a daily full-speed allowance. Once it is used up, data keeps working at a reduced speed and returns to full speed the next day - nothing is ever switched off. We publish that daily figure for every single destination at aerosims.com/pages/daily-data-allowance, and the partner network and network technology are stated on every product page. Hotspot sharing is allowed and counts towards the same daily allowance. Practical details: a 30-day money-back guarantee on eSIMs you have not installed, plus the EU right of withdrawal. Your QR code stays valid for 180 days before you activate it, so you can buy long before departure. Payment by PayPal, or by card without a PayPal account. No passport, no contract, no roaming bill. How it works: choose your destination and the number of days, pay, and receive your QR code by email, usually within minutes. Scan it in your phone settings - there is no app to install. Your home number stays active on your normal SIM, so you keep calls and messages while AeroSims handles the data. AeroSims is built for holiday travellers, digital nomads, business travellers and families who want to be online the moment they land, without queuing at an airport SIM counter. Questions or help: write to support@aerosims.com or use the chat on our website. Our shop is available in 19 languages and we answer support in 18. You can check your remaining data and days at any time in your browser at aerosims.com/pages/my-esim. We read every review on this page and reply to them. Browse all destinations at aerosims.com.

Don't buy unlimited data plan
I've bought unlimited data plan. Unfortunately, I can't say it was unlimited at all - after around 3 GB usage a day, the speed was limited to around 0.2 Mbps. At this speed, internet is unusable at all - instead of secods, everything takes minutes or more. I needed to buy another data package, because I couldn't use internet at all. This shouldn't be the case with unlimited data plan. Of course, I was aware, that the speed will be limited after given usage, but such drop of quality is unacceptable

Thank you for the detailed feedback, Andrzej, and for stating openly that you were aware of the speed limit. Every unlimited travel eSIM, ours included, carries a daily full speed allowance: once it is used up, the connection keeps working at a reduced speed and returns to full speed the next day. We publish that daily figure and the reduced speed for every destination at aerosims.com/pages/daily-data-allowance, so it can be checked before buying, and hotspot traffic counts towards the same allowance. On that same page we also state plainly that an unlimited plan is the wrong product if you need constant full speed, ours included, and that a fixed data package is the better fit. That is exactly what you switched to, and for your usage it is the right choice. One thing we would like to verify: if the slowdown set in earlier than what we publish for Turkey, we want to know about it. Please write to support@aerosims.com with your order number and we will have the line checked with our network partner.
Slow connection with frequent interruptions

Thank you for the feedback, Alberto, and we are sorry that Tunisia did not work out well for you. Your plan ran on the daily full speed allowance that applied to Tunisia at that time. We have since increased it, and the current figure for every destination is published at aerosims.com/pages/daily-data-allowance. Interruptions are a separate matter from speed, and that is something we would genuinely like to look into. If you write to support@aerosims.com with your order number, we will check with our network partner what the connection actually did during your stay.
