My purchase was a very good price, came in 48hrs with standard postage, and as described, so well pleased. There was some glitch with payment which caused the credit card fraud people to get excited - annoying and disruptive, but not intentional so far as I can see.

Juana is the person who i conversed with. She was patient, tolerant, polite and thorough. She did everything that she could to solve the issue. She was empathetic which I appreciated a great deal.
The issue as eventually resolved. Communication was daily which was excellent.
