Hi Helen, I'm assuming you're Helen Bone who ordered on the 30th July. I can see our team picked and back your order the same day. Aramex picked up on the 31st July (the next day) and unfortunately it seems Aramex has had your order caught up in their Perth depot. All these details are in your tracking number provided in the email you would have received allowing you to check where your order is. If you would like to, you can reach out to Aramex directly through the link provided - however my team will be following up ourselves as well.

What an experience!!

Our contact Julie McAulay made everything so simple and seamless from the original tour design to assisting with payment methods and compiling the itinerary in an easy to understand format. The holiday Julie designed for us was fantastic to say the least, the tours were fantastic, the hotels were luxurious and the Rocky Mountaineer of course was a highlight. The added little surprise of an upgrade at Lake Louise was also very special. Many thanks to Julie and and the team, we cant recommend you highly enough and will definitely be contacting you again to experience the Eastern side of Canada. Kind regards Mike and Hele.
