BUYER BEWARE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AN EXHAUSTING RETURN PROCESS!

I am beyond frustrated with my experience with LUNA (weareluna.store).

First, my order took almost a MONTH to arrive. When I finally received the shapewear, it did not fit properly. I requested a return and refund THE VERY NEXT DAY, well within their 14-day return policy.

You would think returning an item would be simple. Absolutely NOT!

I have sent multiple emails and contacted their customer service chat repeatedly, only to be sent in circles.

Their AI customer service representative, “Emelia,” repeatedly tells me to contact their email support team. When I email them, I am directed right back to their AI chat!

Eventually, someone named Lyka responded, only to ask whether I wanted an exchange or a refund, something I had already explained multiple times.

Then I was sent right back to the AI system!

HOW MANY TIMES DOES A CUSTOMER HAVE TO ASK FOR A RETURN ADDRESS?

They enforce a strict 14-day return policy, yet their customer service process has made it incredibly difficult for me to complete a return that I requested just one day after delivery.

They repeatedly mention being a small team and needing additional time to respond. I understand that businesses can be busy, but that should not prevent customers from exercising their rights under the company’s own return policy.

At the time of writing this review, I STILL have not received the return shipping address or instructions necessary to return my item and obtain a refund.

This is not even about the $44 anymore. It is about the complete lack of effective customer service, the wasted time, and the unnecessary frustration.

My experience has been absolutely unacceptable. I would not purchase from this company again, and I strongly encourage other shoppers to read the return policy and consider my experience before ordering.

LUNA, please stop sending customers in circles and provide the return instructions they are requesting!

Worst experience ever!
Spent over 300 AED for items advertised as luxury Luna.
Delivery took a full month, arriving only after they falsely claimed it was already dispatched to block my cancellation. The items appear to be cheap 20 AED resales inside original Shein look alike packaging.
Scammers!!

Bought 2 sets from them for £68.00, sent back absolutely rubbish and not true to size to get an email with a refund of £25.00, they are the worlds worst, waited over a month for my delivery and got a refund of £6.00 for the delivery!

Absolute rip off for rubbish garments to be robbed of over £40.00! don't waste your money!

Al kommunikation et gennem AI og de hævder at der her været et forsøg på at levere min ordre i dag men at ingen var hjemme, men min søn var hjemme hele dagen og der kom ingen forbi ig den seddel de skulle have lagt findes slet ingen steder. Ikkd muligt at komme i kontakt med nogen og refundering ikke mulig indtil de får varen i hænderne.

Ved første kontakt skrev de at de var i England men når man ser efter er de baserede i USA og det alene giver anledning til at tænke at når oplysninger ikke passer er der noget uldent påfærde. PAS PÅ IG HOLD JET LANGT VÆK

Terrible customer service. Returned my goods, numerous emails sent to enquire about my refund, all proof sent on returned items.... all emails answered by AI, with a generic email. Have been told in said email that someone would be in contact.

I did eventually receive the product, but it looked diferetnt like the one in the ad. I’ve bought better and cheaper bras on Temu. I do not recommend it.

I ordered the Seamless Jelly Bra on June 8th, and it is now September 29th—nearly 4 months later—and I have never received it.
The package cleared customs back in June, but it has now been sent all the way back to China. Every time I emailed customer service, they gave me the exact same runaround, claiming the package wasn't "lost" and was just "delayed." Now that it's back in China, they are refusing to issue a refund and acting like this is somehow my fault.
This company is an absolute SCAM. They take your money, never deliver the product, and trap you in an endless loop of unhelpful emails. Save your money and stay far away from this site!

I have written you so many emails. I have corresponded with you so many times I have let you know in so many ways that I never received my delivery and I would like to be refunded.
It’s been two months wherever you delivered my package I never received it

Do not order from this people SCAM

Not as described, the pants are awful. It says to rinse after use, however, they take days to dry. The larger pants are so bulky and comfortable. Ladies these are not your fancy pants. They are heavily padded undercrackers that could stop a speeding bullet.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, I had put the wrong address for my item to be delivered too, I contacted Weareluna via face book and the sorted the issue out straight away sending my item to the correct address, cannot wait for my items and thank you

Please do not order it. 1. The delivery took 1 month (Dubai), tried to cancel it few times when got delayed, they still sent it. It was coming from China.
Upon checking, I learnt the following about the order for the ES-1081 “Intense Pulsed Light Wrinkles Reducing Instrument”, barcode 6972291260088.

I have identified that this exact model and barcode are listed in Safety Gate Alert A12/02190/24. The alert identifies excessive lead in the solder, measured at up to 66.7% by weight, and states that the product does not comply with RoHS 2 requirements.

As this is a product intended for use on the face and the exact model/barcode matches the product identified in the safety alert, I have stopped using it.

I have mentioned the same in the email asking to return the items, the refund has been rejected.

This company is a scam. Do not order. £39 out of pocket. No sign of item. AI responses. I’m contacted my bank today to raise as a scam sale.

I would t even give them this I ordered a fahja aug3rd 2026 the money went from my bank and yet I received no confirmation no tracking nothing the parcel is still not delivered I was sucked in with the recommendations from cosmopolitan and other magazines and the fake five stars trustpilot on the actual advert DONT BE LIKE ME ! I’m calling the bank today

Order still not shipped – only AI responses

I placed order #301569 on August 24, 2026. It is now September 6 and my order has still not been shipped. The tracking page only says that they are preparing the order for dispatch.

I have contacted customer service several times, but I only receive automatic AI responses and no real solution.

I have asked them to either ship my order and provide a valid tracking number or give me a full refund.

I am very disappointed with this experience. If the issue is not resolved, I will contact my bank to dispute the payment and request a chargeback.

I will update this review if the company resolves the problem.

I am greatly disappointed by the service provided by this company. I ordered shapewear to feel slightly more like myself after giving birth to my child. My child is now 3 months (I ordered before my child was even here) and the order still hasn’t arrived. furthermore, the order is now saying it is undeliverable and is being returned to sender. I have been emailing back and forth with customer services, demanding a refund (£60) and they’re saying instead of issuing my refund, they want to send out the products again. I said no and demanded my refund again. I haven’t heard from them since them. Honestly, do not order.

I ordered an item that was a size to small and I reached out to Customer service and they were AWESOME they immediately corrected the size I needed before it was sent out.
I love that I can reach out to them and the response was very quick and the entire process was quick n easy.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way this order has been handled.

I contacted the carrier directly, and they confirmed that the order was delivered to a phone number ending in 2233. I want to make it absolutely clear that this is not my phone number, and I did not receive the order.

This is completely unacceptable. I paid for an order that was supposed to be delivered to me, yet the carrier has delivered it to someone using a different phone number. This is clearly not my responsibility, and I should not be expected to bear the consequences of this failure.

Accordingly, I am requesting an immediate full refund of the entire amount paid, as well as fair compensation for the inconvenience, time, and frustration caused by this incident.

I expect Luna to take full responsibility for resolving this matter and not simply refer me back to the carrier. The delivery was arranged through Luna, and I expect Luna to ensure that the issue is properly resolved.

Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm the refund and compensation process without further delay.

SCAM
I purchased a red light therapy kit with the serum. They never shipped the products, poor AI emails explaining that they were having a delay.
After waiting one more week, I decided to cancel the purchase. They say they can refund my money "if I don't return the items" so I would have to wait who knows for how long to get the items, so I can return them to get a refund that, seriously, I don't think they'll process ever.
