This is a huge scam. Zero customer service. I’ve been emailing for five months and have zero response. They say you can use this patch five times… It’s ripping just pulling it out of the package. You can barely wear it once.

Never buy from this company because first of all the product does not work. The patches slide right off your neck which makes them impossible to wear. Secondly and most importantly they will automatically sign you up for a subscription and will continue to bill your credit card. I tried to reach out to them on multiple occasions advising that I did not sign up for automatic shipments and asked them to stop sending me product with no success.

This has been a nightmare. I ordered once and received a product in unmarked packaging that was just five packages of goo. I have gotten no help from customer service. They just keep sending me the same information on how to use the product. And now, I have heard from them that another shipment is on the way! I will now be out $200 for nothing but goo. I don't know how to make them stop! Avoid this company at all cost.

My oder was shipped in two parts. I ordered on April 4th. I have received the first part, but as of 5/21 tracking still says my order is being prepared. I doubt I will ever see it and certainly will never order from them again.

THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - LITERALLY. There is no way to reach this company - either by phone or email (the emails kick back) - which makes the "money back guarantee" promise a joke. I needed to return the product, which slides right off my neck.

I can't recommend this company. The patches provide mild to moderate temporary improvement in neck wrinkles. So they work somewhat, but the reviews/photos on social media are clearly fake, this is not a miracle product (only surgery will offset gravity on an aging neck!) The patches come in plain foil packets that are not resealable. Very easy to tear the patch when you have to take it in/out of this package each day for 5 uses. A few of the patches in my order were already torn when I first opened the package which makes them pretty unusable. They are very slippery and slide off easily the first few times, until they dry out a bit for the remaining uses. The larger issue is the subscription. They act like it's easy to cancel. Nope, the cancellation link on your celloa page does not work. I emailed customer service and got a few AI generated responses, very vague, giving me the runaround. After 10 days of this, I finally threatened to contact my credit card company and then got a reply with a link for canceling. that link took me to my account/subscription page, but the cancelling part was very hard to find and quite hidden. it was visible after clicking a box with "...". Then I had to click through many screens to finally cancel. so my advice is to email customer service, threaten to contact your credit card, and hope you get this link. if not contact your credit card company.

I have been completely duped.
I did not request any subscriptions and the company keeps sending me more products and of course, charging me. Impossible to get anyone to respond to you, they open tickets that go nowhere. I just reported the transactions to my credit card and tried to erase my info from their Web. This is the same company as Chinology, so stay away from this one too.

i bought these for my mother in law actually because she kept complaining about her neck. She loved them so much I had to buy a set for myself. Now we both swear by them. Unexpected bonding over neck patches lol Honestly recommend it.

The patches arrived in a different packaging that are displayed on the website. On website patch is in a nice envelope. I got mine in a foil without any signage. The patches were placed in a paper dirty envelope that looked very flimsy. Besides, the patches I received are much smaller than those on the website and barely cover my neck. Very disappointing so far.

Two and half weeks for delivery.
It was shipped from China.
Came in a plain silver pouch.
Does not stay put. There is no way people are sleeping with this patch.
Refund policy is misleading. They will not return your money - only a voucher will be issued.
Do not be fooled by this company.
I imagine all those positive reviews are fake.
Save your money.

At this point I would say do not order this product. I don’t understand what is going on with this company. I saw Celloa on social media, read the good reviews here and trusted they were accurate. I ordered the 5 pack. It took 3 weeks to receive the order which came from China. And they are in plain foil packs that don’t have any Celloa packaging. This seems very sketchy to me. I don’t even feel comfortable using these. I will be contesting this charge with my credit card company unless they give me a good explanation fast.

Another example of Social Media Marketing being deceiving. Not only did I not hear anything about the status of my order weeks after I placed it, it was way passed shipping time and the email I received for the purchase was mostly in another language. I responded to it and got an undeliverable notification. It was only when I disputed with my bank they reached out and sent the order. And what I got was a few silver pouches in a bag, with no info, or labeling. Unusable product (you are supposed to put it on your neck for 20 minutes and it just slips off). I cannot see how this product would do anything for your neck that moisturizer wouldn't do.

First, I keep receiving more shipments I didn't order, and the "cancellations" link on their website conveniently doesn't work. Also, the patch does NOT stay in place, rendering it ineffective. And there's no customer service phone number or link on the website. I would love some insight as to how I can get them to stop charging my card for something I didn't order.

I ordered multiple items and they were never sent, but my CC was charged immediately. Every email returned with a different answer and was difficult to understand. I finally had to contact my CC company. My money was refunded by the company with no explaination as to what happened following the CC investigation. I was looking forward to trying the product, but now realize that many of the review were fake (e.g., skin changes but background doesn’t, no reviews mention the auto subscription, etc.).

This is a scam. Try writing to the customer service email before ordering to verify yourself. You will receive nothing but a mess in the mail. Scam.

I’ve been trying to shop and the Facebook ad will not let me purchase just the neck patches. It’s adding on the face patches and the chest patches at checkout.
