Prime Flights Bewertungen

We had such a wonderful experience working with Owen at Prime Flights to book the flights for our Italy vacation! From the beginning, he was patient, kind, and attentive to what we were looking for. He took the time to understand our preferred travel dates and seating needs, answered our questions, and helped us find exactly what we wanted.

The value he found for us was incredible! We were able to book two premium economy seats and two economy seats, all round-trip, for the same price we paid for four regular economy seats through a flight booking app two years ago. Being able to upgrade two of our seats while staying within that same budget made us even more excited about our trip!

What we appreciated most was having someone help us work through the options with such patience and care. Booking international flights for four people can feel overwhelming, and Owen made the process so much easier. We felt heard and well taken care of throughout the experience.

Thank you, Owen, for your kindness, hard work, and dedication to finding us such a great deal. We would happily work with you again and highly recommend you to anyone planning a trip!

I received a call from Mike who was willing to work with me on my budget constraints and my time frame needed for travel. It will be my first trip abroad and he was more than helpful in trying to accommodate my time frame and finding the most comfortable and expeditious transportation available. Very much enjoyed speaking with him.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Mr.Andrew Jensen my travel agent! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Andrew Jenson took the time to understand my and my family's needs, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure every aspect of our trip went smoothly.
His knowledge, patience, and dedication made the entire planning process enjoyable. I truly appreciated the excellent communication, personalized service, and thoughtful recommendations.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend his services to anyone planning a trip. I am looking forward to working with Mr. Jensen again for our future travels. Thank you for making this trip so special!

I use an amazing guy James Duran. He has made my experience stressful free.... And has got me wonderful deals to Houston to Dubai. He has patience and will make the bookings a breeze. I have used James for multiple trips, he knows my likes and dislikes and has everything ready. Highly recommend anyone using this company and especially James Duran.

Edward Nilson did an outstanding job finding and booking our flights, in a manner in which we wanted to travel to our destinations in Brazil. The patients and tenacity in which he worked with us made him a credit to his employer and the airlines he represents.

Adam was very patient & thorough. We got a great deal and were able to book premium economy for some of our trip for just a couple hundred more per passenger. If we had more flexibility with time we would have been able to find way better deals using Prime Flights!
I highly recommend!

Oscar made the whole experience it for me - he was patient as I walked through our travel needs and expectations - and he/Prime Flights didn't disappoint. Oscar was kind and respectful too. Plus the price for premium economy on long haul flights to Europe couldn't be beat. 5 stars for Oscar, Prime Flights / Open Gate!

Steve was incredibly helpful, flexible and responsive. He provided a variety of options for flights. Great service!

Steve Odilov listened carefully to our needs and concerns and gave us several options that worked well for us at a better price than we could get anywhere else.

I had the amazing and wonderful Matt as my mom and I’s travel agent. He has truly done an amazing job helping us plan our trip!!!

Joshua made the experience painless with fast turnaround and easy booking. I'll use Prime flights again in the future.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy using Prime Flights was for an upcoming international trip. Orlando is truly the best! He was very patient with the many questions I had and was able to find me really great prices for my booking! He always answered the phone right away and I felt like he truly cared about my concerns as well as my trip. I can’t say enough good things about Orlando. I will definitely be using him again when I book flights in the future!

My experience with Prime Flights and Elena Levy, my Travel Manager, was exceptional and truly stood out among the other agencies offering discounted Business Class travel.

I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical at first, but Elena quickly put me at ease and earned my trust through her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care. Throughout the entire process, I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. She was patient with all my questions, took the time to explain the process, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way.

I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service Elena provided and the confidence she gave me in choosing Prime Flights. I would gladly recommend Prime Flights to anyone looking for a trustworthy travel agency that values its clients and provides a personalized, stress-free experience. I look forward to working with them for future travel!

Orlando Santos was extremely helpful and found upgraded flights within our budget. He also scheduled train transportation once we arrive in Italy. Overall excellent experience and I’ll be calling Orlando at Prime Flights in the future.

Orlando is A+++ . I was skeptical at first. I replied to an on line post for lower price international fares. Orlando replied by phone within minutes. I am overly trusting in general yet I was not sure I was doing the right thing by paying $1,850 (including a tip for Orlando) but WOW Orlando came through BIG TiME. United sent an email confirming and it was a TREMENDOUS upgrade. Without Orlando, the same seat would be $3,200. I never knew that 'premium plus' seats were so much more roomy and that section offers wonderful meals, extras and such fine service. The flight attendant greeted me in my seat with my name. I will take Orlando's advice in future without any concern. I'm glad I found him. Oh, he called back immediately when ever I had a question or email. He called the day before the flight to be sure I was packed and ready, and when I landed to ask how was the flight. Highly recommend.

Orlando was patient and friendly and was able to get me a great flight on Swiss Air for a discounted price. I will definitely use them again.

Ivan made our experience as smooth as possible. Great job!

Owen Wilson helped us so much with our flights overseas. He was accommodating and worked quickly and efficiently to help us get what we needed at the best price! Thank you so much! Definately will use them again

Mike gave us great service again! We used his service to go to Japan and he helped us again on our trip to China! Mike is the best! 100% recommend him and his company!

Ivan Banis was so patient and helpful to our group of senior travelers heading to Scotland. We were hesitant to use a third party for booking air travel that we typically do ourselves. However, Ivan’s patience and complete explanation put us at ease. I plan to use him for our next family trip to Hawaii.
