Absolute tat ! When I eventually found a way to contact them to say I want a refund they said they’d offer me £15 back as itll cost me sooo much money to return and it would take up to 2mnths!! I said not a chance, told them it was false advertising and I didn’t believe the synthetic material reached any safety standard and I would be reporting it ..within 5 mins I had a response saying they was giving me a full refund and no need to send it back ! So I can’t fault that part of it ..but it’s terrible ..they advertise like it’s a British company but it cheap tat and nothing like what’s advertised ..avoid like the plague

Absolute rubbish. Sizing is nowhere near european sizing. Returns are impossible. Unsubscribing from spam emails not an option.

Scam company the items nothing like advertised the artwork is clearly distorted and not even legible. The items advertised as embroidered were cheap sublimation printed. I tried to make a claim to be told they have no record of the order and refused to let me return the items or get a refund even tho I sent them proof of purchase. Avoid at all costs.

the item took a long time to arrive and the quality of the fabric is terrible as bad as shein and temu.....do not buy from them.......issue now resolved with refund

With them 5 stars… the only issue I have is with the courier they chose for Australia, being global express. Rude, ignorant and dishonest. I’m going to assume a truck driver is floating around no more than 20kms from my house with my package that he has stolen. To rectify, these guys offered me a full refund and told me to speak with their customer service direct next time I order and we can work something out… happy days, couldn’t be more impressed. hi, i bought a vest and t shirt, three little birds.
the vest was poor the straps were different sizes and stitched different. all the stitching was poor.
the t shirt all the seams around the arms were loose the quality was poor, not even cotton,
i may have been unlucky and had 2 bad item,
the company at first stated i had agreed to a 20% discount on my next order which i never did.
Chloe got involved and sorted everything very quickly.

As people have mentioned previously, the look and quality of the shirt is opposite to the one advertised.

It's polyester, not cotton. The badges are printed on, not embroidered and the background colour of mine is yellow, not white.

Crownwardrobe did respond to my complaint very promptlythough andhavesettledthings to my satisfaction. .

Do not buy from this company, they are in China and it is cheap nasty tat. Nothing like the pictures, sizing is completely wrong, materials are cheap nasty synthetic with logos that look like they were added by a 5 year old. I'd have given 0 rating if I could. Complete scam of a company, I have e mailed for a return and am being completely ignored.

After sales were very efficient

Waited over 2 weeks for delivery of 6 items and the quality is very poor. Cheap Chinese printed clothing that looks nothing like what's on their website.

One of the items I ordered for my wife was meant to be a medium size 10 to 12, but it was more like a size 16 to 18 and was poorly made of cheap printed material.

I am going to request a return and refund, but I doubt that I will get one after reading other comments.

Avoid disappointment by not ordering from them!

Very poor quality cloths i order a ladies top but it came so thin and cheap looking not like the photo. The only good thing is I was given a full refund in 7days. Wouldn't order again currently trying to get my account deleted i have been told just to put their emails on blacklist instead of them removing my information.
They have had all the emails and information given around all this so why do I need to contact you again.

They do not sell as advertised. Poor quality printed crap. No embroidered items like it seems. Offer refunds and part refunds for no return of items so they know what they are doing. Avoid at all cost.

i brought 3 polo shirts from this company, i ordered the wrong size and asked them if they would exchange them for a smaller size, they informed me the return postage would be quite expensive but they would send me 3 more shirts in the size i needed if i paid the postage and i could keep the three larger shirts which i did and i have just received the replacement shirts which by the way are a very good quality item.

No emails to let me no were my order hi or anything never yous them again

Fantastic service, called with a problem that was my fault and was immediately rectified, cannot fault a great service. Would 100 % recomend

Ordered a creamy white coloured three little birds hoodie that looked great on the images
Actually received a washed out white/bluey purple ( like it had been washed with jeans ) one and this has not got coloured stripes on the cuffs and is that shiny nasty material. The one in the advert looks embroidered but don’t be fooled it’s transferred and nasty
I sent an email as requested - they got back quickly and asked for the order number that I had clearly stated on my email.
Have not heard back yet ( 4 days)
Doubt I will now and I wouldn’t even give this rubbish to the charity shop… disappointed to say the least 🤷‍♀️
Today I did hear back and they promised to refund in full which they did so I have changed my one star to 5 stars because they actually do what they say they will

The shirt i ordered arrived in good order
The quality wwas very good and the decor stood out as a welshman supporting wales the dragons stood out im very pleased and would order again

Was very skepticalat first so ordered one king Kev t shirt, was so surprised at the quality I reordered a different one. Again quality was amazing and tops look so good. I’ve now placed an order for 6 more tops. I highly recommend these, very happy customer. Thank you very much
