OUR NAME

ANAX means king in ancient Greek.

We build for the people who will call these places home, who will live and gather and grow within them. That's the responsibility a name like this carries. It isn't inherited, it's proven again and again, project after project. Because the name is only as good as what we did today.

Satish Sanpal is the Founder and Chairman of ANAX Holding, a diversified business group with interests across real estate, hospitality, investment, and media. An accomplished entrepreneur and investor, he is recognized for building successful ventures and identifying opportunities that drive sustainable growth and long-term value.

With an entrepreneurial journey that spans continents, Sanpal has built a reputation for identifying emerging opportunities, anticipating market trends, and transforming ambitious ideas into successful ventures.

His strategic approach to business, combined with a commitment to excellence, has enabled him to establish and scale enterprises across multiple industries.

As Chairman of ANAX Holding, Sanpal provides the strategic direction behind the group's continued growth and expansion. His leadership is characterized by a forward-thinking approachand strong business acumen. His contributions to entrepreneurship and the UAE real estate sector have earned him several distinguished awards and industry recognitions. Driven by a vision to redefine possibilities, Sanpal continues to grow ANAX Holding into one of the region's leading business groups.

Beyond business, Sanpal is a passionate advocate for philanthropy and social impact. He founded the Sanpal Foundation to support community development and improve the lives of those in need. In recognition of his philanthropic efforts, he was honored with the prestigious Loomba Foundation Award by Lady Cherie Blair.

Sanpal has a deep appreciation for art, yachting and luxury automobiles. He is also passionate about endurance sports, music, yoga and meditation, which play an important role in his personal well-being.

Raja Alameddine

Raja Alameddine is the CEO of ANAX Developments, the real estate arm of ANAX Holding, bringing more than 30 years of experience in real estate development across regional and international markets.

Raja has built an impressive track record throughout the region, holding senior leadership positions at leading organizations including Colliers International, Gulf Related, Jeddah Economic Company, Solidere International, and Lootah Real Estate Development. Throughout his career, he has successfully led a diverse portfolio of projects, including large-scale master-planned cities and landmark developments that have set new industry benchmarks.

As CEO of ANAX Developments, Raja is spearheading the company’s next phase of growth, expanding its portfolio of luxury lifestyle and experience-led developments centered on wellness, smart living and contemporary design. His expertise in real estate development and investment management forms the foundation of his approach to delivering projects that provide long-term value for investors and end users alike.

Raja holds an MBA and a Bachelor in Engineering from the American University of Beirut.

Ravi Bhirani is the Managing Director, Strategy and Investments at ANAX Developments, where he oversees corporate strategy, investment planning, strategic partnerships, and business growth, ensuring the successful expansion of the company's development portfolio.

With more than 13 years of leadership experience in the UAE and international real estate sector,Ravi has successfully led residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, delivering projects that create long-term value for investors, stakeholders, and customers. His expertise spans the entire real estate development lifecycle, including land acquisition, project planning, financing, construction, sales, marketing, and successful project delivery.

Ravi works closely with the executive leadership team, overseeing growth initiatives and investment strategy to support the company's long-term vision.
