Covedoza is a social impact and cultural collective. We are inspired to support female leaders in their workplaces, in their businesses, in their creative fields, and even themselves as mothers at home. I started the brand as a result of my Peace Corps service in Costa Rica. I was a part of their community economic development group and what that meant is when I was placed in a small rural community, it was a full of artisans. When I think about Small Business, Big Ambition, I love the initiative because even though we are considered small businesses, it doesn't mean that our vision cannot be big, cannot be that our our vision and mission are not something worthy of something big of of growth. And I really appreciate that there is an initiative out there that celebrates ambition.
