Tinkelman Architecture is proud to have led the design and development team behind Dutchess County's HOPE Center - a 99-bed emergency housing facility that will provide structure, case management, and a genuine path to permanent housing for individuals experiencing homelessness. This milestone follows years of close collaboration with the Dutchess County Department of Community & Family Services (DCFS) and the Department of Public Works (DCDPW), and we're excited to see construction move forward. The HOPE Center is one of several supportive housing projects TA is honored to be part of - each one grounded in the same goal: building the infrastructure needed to end homelessness in our communities. We are pleased to share the news of a DRI award for Mount Carmel Pelton Manor project in Poughkeepsie which consists of the revitalization and repurposing of the historic Pelton Manor and the construction five new multi-family structures on the site, forming a campus-like environment for modern living in 46 dwelling units. The new buildings will complement and contrast with the Pelton Manor by their innovative use of historical details and the building’s shape, scale and proportions. https://lnkd.in/eqvdtjRg
