Happy 2nd anniversary, Eagle I Books! Two years ago today, on September 13, Eagle I Books officially became an LLC. Since then, there have been challenges, surprises (good and bad), long days, hard lessons, unexpected opportunities, and plenty of figuring things out along the way. There has also been progress. Growth. New connections. Clients I’m grateful for. Mentors to help guide me. Accomplishments I’m proud of. And so many moments that remind me why I keep going. Building a business takes more hard work, persistence, and perseverance than I ever imagined, especially when the path forward isn’t always clear. Many small businesses never make it this far, which makes reaching two years feel especially meaningful. I am so very proud of this milestone. Thank you for being here with me!

Eagle I Books is proud to announce its official designation as a New York State Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE)! 🎉 After a rather extensive application process (and no small amount of paperwork), I’m very happy to finally be able to share this news. A special thank you to Gloria Lora Uribe and Cynthia Marsh-Croll at the Women's Enterprise Development Center Inc. for answering my questions and pointing me in the right direction throughout the certification process. Your help was very much appreciated! I look forward to seeing what comes from this new designation and what’s next for Eagle I Books. 😎🦅
