What are other CPG brands doing with wholesale? Where they sell, how their buyers order, what’s slowing them down, and how they’re planning for the channel next year. I talk with a lot of folks who wants to know this, and there’s no clear place where these insights live. So we’re finding out. We put together a *quick* 10 minute survey for CPG brands, whether wholesale is already a big part of your business or something you’re still weighing. Everyone who fills it out gets the full report in November, with the aggregate data across every brand that responds. Individual answers stay confidential. The more brands that take it, the better the report gets for everyone. If you work at a CPG brand, I’d love your take. If you know someone who runs wholesale at one, please send this their way. Thanks to SavedBy Package Protection for collaborating with us on making this happen. Take the survey here: https://lnkd.in/eax4hQ3v

Our TUSHY - hellotushy.com case study is live 🌳 TUSHY built its name as a bidet brand with a loud, irreverent voice. As their portfolio expanded into consumables, accessories, and a smart toilet, the site needed to explain a bigger category, help shoppers compare products, and look as premium as the products themselves. Here's what we built: ✨ A new visual language. Water, sky, and grass replaced flat primary colors, with a refined palette that reads as wellness without losing the humor ✨ Education built into the experience. Bidets involve a lot of comparison, from water temperature to installation, so collection pages, product pages, and a pre-quiz landing page answer questions early ✨ Room for the category to grow. Product pages can tell separate but connected stories for hardware and consumables ✨ A foundation the team can run. TUSHY's internal team can now manage and evolve the site with confidence The result is a site built for where TUSHY is headed 🌅 Read the case study 👇

Here's to new beginnings. Rebranding LIVPUR meant asking ourselves hard questions about our purpose, our people, and our promise to you. The answers shaped everything from our colors to our voice to the way we talk about what we do. One thing that didn't change: the hydration formula we know and love We're not just changing how we look. We're sharpening how we show up. Thank you to the partners and collaborators who poured their energy into this with us. "We looked at Shopify a few years ago and it couldn't do what we needed." We hear this from CPG brands all the time. It was probably true a few years ago, but we think Shopify is worth a second look now. After 20+ years working with CPG brands and 150+ Shopify migrations, we put what we've learned into one guide: The Shopify Migration Playbook for CPG Brands. Inside: → Why brands migrate, from first-time DTC launches to 13-brand portfolios → What happens to your data, subscriptions, lifecycle marketing, SEO/GEO, and more → How to choose between a 1:1 migration, a redesign, or a full transformation → The CPG tech stack we recommend, and why Swipe for a preview. The full 44-page playbook is free at the link in the comments. What's the one thing keeping your brand on its current platform?

We launched TUSHY - hellotushy.com's new site last week 🚽 ✨ TUSHY started with bidets. Today it's growing into a holistic health company, from gut to butt to bowl and beyond, with fiber gummies, accessories, and a smart toilet in the lineup. We partnered with the TUSHY team on a custom Shopify website built for that bigger story: 🌳 A calmer, nature-grounded look that lets the brand grow up without losing its sense of humor 🧻 A redesigned collection experience that helps shoppers sort through a much larger product range ❓A quiz & landing page that answers setup questions before shoppers start the product-matching quiz 🌱 An immersive About page where TUSHY's wit still gets to play 🧑💻 A cleaner technical foundation that's easier for TUSHY's team to manage Congrats to the TUSHY team on an exciting launch, and thank you for being such great partners. Back in May, Daniella McBride invited me to Founderland.us, adding “you should be there.” Andddd she was RIGHT. I'll just say there is nothing like a good vibe and good people coming together for a shared love of building & CPG. It was a beautiful 100°+ day :P Kudos to Sean Kelly, Josh Wand, and Julie Fabricant on creating this community. Loved seeing folks I haven't seen in years, meeting those I've followed but hadn't met, and connecting with people I'm now glad to know. Could have taken 100000x more photos but too engrossed in convos ✌🏼

I talk to customers every day, and it's honestly the best part of my job. I realized recently that I don't share nearly enough of what I learn from them here, so I'm gonna start. From now on, I plan on sharing nuggets that stayed with me from a customer conversation. 💡 First up is Erica Randerson and Rōti, a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant brand that is part of Edible Brands. I love this story because it’s not one I get to tell often: a restaurant that made Shopify its digital front door. Erica was very deliberate about what that meant. Shopify is where someone explores the menu, understands the brand, finds a restaurant, learns about catering, and decides what they want to do next. Thanx handles individual orders. Toast handles catering. Each system has a clear role. The important part is the handoff: to the customer, it still feels like one Rōti. The part I found especially interesting was what that changed behind the scenes. On the old custom site, routine menu and campaign updates went into an engineering queue. Marketing had to wait for the same technical team that was also responsible for order routing and the more complicated back-end work. Now the marketing and ecommerce teams can update menus, location pages, and campaigns in minutes instead of days. Engineers can stay focused on the restaurant systems that actually need them. For a fast-casual brand, that ownership matters. The digital experience has to move when the menu changes, when a new location opens, or when the team has a campaign idea. Erica already beat me to sharing our conversation last week, so she felt like the right person to start with. More soon! Read the story here 💛 https://lnkd.in/gpCw8_Rw
