<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3 data-uw-rm-heading=\"prs\"><strong>Click the Button Below for More Information!<\/strong><\/h3>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/business.dcrcoc.org\/form\/view\/39240\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tScholarship Donation Form\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-0\">Cosimo DiBrizzi Culinary Arts Scholarship<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>Established by the family of Cosimo DiBrizzi and the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce to honor his memory.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>To qualify you must meet the following criteria:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\nMust be a resident of the Mid-Hudson Valley (counties of Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam and Ulster).\n<\/li>\n<li>\nPursuing a career at The Culinary Institute of America.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nStudent must be accepted (or currently enrolled) at The Culinary Institute of America and planning to attend within the next six months.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nIf currently enrolled, student must have residency in the Hudson Valley for at least five years.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-1\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-1\">Eileen Hickey Nursing Scholarship<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-1\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>Established by the family of Eileen Hickey and the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce to honor her memory.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>To qualify you must meet the following criteria:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\nMust be a resident of Dutchess County.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nPursuing a career in nursing at a college in New York State.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-2\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-2\">Juan Lafuente Leadership Scholarship<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-2\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n<h5><strong>Established by the Lafuente family and the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce, this scholarship memorializes Juan, who lost his life during the attacks on September 11.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>To qualify you must meet the following criteria:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\nMust be a resident\u00a0of Dutchess County.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nAwards are based on student&#8217;s demonstration of: academic achievement-especially in the areas of math and science; leadership contributions to school and community; and character.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nStudents must be planning to attend or are currently enrolled in\u00a0an accredited New York State college, university, or trade school.\u00a0 This scholarship is open to any academic major.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-3\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-3\">Linda and Steven Lant Family Scholarship<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-3\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>Established by the Lant Family to support students in obtaining meaningful employment in high-demand job sectors.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>To qualify you must meet the following criteria:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\nThis scholarship is available to Dutchess County high school seniors, or current undergraduate students at a vocational school, who wish to pursue a training program that leads to a career in the trades.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nThese trades fields may include but are not limited to nursing, mechatronics, aviation, building science, construction technology, electrical technology, etc.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nStudents must plan to attend either Dutchess Community College or Dutchess BOCES Adult Learning Institute in the semester following their scholarship award.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nFinancial need must be demonstrated along with academic performance and extra-curricular activities.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nSpecial consideration will be given to candidates who hold employment while going to school.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-4\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-4\">Richard W. Mitchell Memorial Scholarship<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-4\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>Established by the family to honor the memory of Richard W. Mitchell, former President and CEO of the then Poughkeepsie Area Chamber of Commerce, with support from the Hudson Valley Young Professionals.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>To qualify you must meet the following criteria:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\nMust be a resident of Dutchess County.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nAll college-bound or currently enrolled college students are encouraged to apply, regardless of what year of study you are in.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nFaced with significant obstacles while advancing their education (personal, financial, emotional, family, educational, economic, physical, developmental, etc.).\n<\/li>\n<li>\nThis scholarship is open to any academic major.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-5\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-5\">Charles S. North Leadership Advancement Scholarship<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-5\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>In recognition of the outstanding leadership of Dutchess County Regional Chamber Commerce Past President and CEO Charles S. North a scholarship was established in 2014 upon his retirement. The Charles S. North Leadership Advancement Scholarship&#8221;.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>To qualify you must meet the following criteria:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\nLive or work in Dutchess County or for a member of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nAttach a 500 word essay expressing how the program will help you advance your professional career. Incorporate your sentiments on what defines a great leader. In your essay, articulate in 100 additional words the financial need for the scholarship.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nApplicant&#8217;s school or employer must be a member of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nYou must establish a financial need and desire to participate in the program.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>*Partial scholarships may be awarded.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-6\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-6\">Jeffrey B. Senft Memorial Scholarship for the Trades<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-6\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>Established in honor of Jeffrey B. Senft by the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce, this scholarship is available to residents of the Mid-Hudson Valley pursuing a career in the trades and\/or manufacturing.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong>To qualify you must meet the following criteria:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a resident of the Mid-Hudson Valley (counties of Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam and Ulster).<\/li>\n<li>Must be committed to or enrolled in a training program for the trades and\/or manufacturing.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants should have a love of working with their hands.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>*Money will be given directly to the educational institutions in support of starting\/ continuing\/completing training in the applicant&#8217;s desired trade of field.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-7\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-7\">Norman &amp; Rita Nussbickel Memorial Scholarship<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-7\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>This scholarship was established in 1987 by the Nussbickel family and the Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce&#8217;s Chamber Foundation in memory of Norman F. Nussbickel. The scholarship also honors Norman&#8217;s wife, Rita, who passed away in 2006.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>This fund assists low-income, at-risk youth and adults pursuing career goals, employment pathways, education, or skills training.
