Every once in a while, there is a post or thread on X that is succinct, packed with information and references, and well worth repeating. Since my X account is heavily suppressed, I figured I’d post the thread here on Substack also.

This article is a thread by Kenny Carmody (@KennyCarmody on X). Kenny’s life was changed when he got vaccinated. He used to hike and was physically active until that was stolen from him by a “vaccine.” Kenny is basically housebound now and barely leaves his bedroom. Hopefully, one day, there will be a way to reverse the effects of the “vaccine.”

Kenny is a believer in God and Jesus Christ our Savior, a prolific X poster of vaccine truth commentary, and just a great soul.

Here are his posts that may enlighten those who do not know some of the names in this truth movement.

John Beaudoin went where regulators refused to go. His forensic analysis of VAERS data and death certificate records exposed what institutional reporting was structured to obscure, a signal of vaccine-associated mortality and serious adverse events in children and adolescents that was being systematically miscategorized, underreported, and buried beneath cause-of-death attributions that could not survive honest scrutiny. Beaudoin did not speculate. He worked the data.

He cross-referenced records. He identified the gap between what the death certificates said and what the temporal and mechanistic record supported. What emerged was not background noise. It was a pattern of harm in young, previously healthy individuals that the institutions responsible for detecting it had every structural incentive to leave undetected.

The risk profile for children was never acceptable. Kevin McKernan’s warnings on cumulative dosing and lipid nanoparticle efficiency carry amplified implications in developing bodies. Pediatric cells divide rapidly. A growing genome exposed repeatedly to foreign DNA with integration potential, contaminated plasmid DNA encapsulated in delivery vehicles engineered for cellular penetration, faces integration risks that compound with every dose in ways that were never studied before mandates were issued. The SV40 promoter sequences McKernan identified in Pfizer lots facilitate nuclear entry in adult cells. In rapidly dividing pediatric cells, where replication creates repeated windows of genomic accessibility, the integration pathway is not theoretical. It is mechanistically heightened. No pediatric genomic safety study was conducted. No long-term cancer surveillance program was established. The recommendations came first. The science that should have preceded them was never done.

Arne Burkhardt’s autopsy methodology is yielding findings in younger cases that replicate what his adult series documented, spike protein in cardiac and vascular tissue, lymphocytic infiltrates, inflammatory patterns consistent with immune-mediated damage in bodies with no competing pathological explanation. Healthy young people are appearing in post-vaccination autopsy series while their official cause of death reflects whatever attribution creates the least institutional disruption. The forensic evidence connecting mechanism to outcome in these cases is being generated by independent researchers working against active institutional resistance, not by the government infrastructure that mandated the product and bears responsibility for monitoring its consequences.

Regulators made a calculation. Coverage numbers mattered. Individual pediatric risk profiles did not. The healthy child with near-zero statistical COVID mortality risk was assessed against a safety profile that had not been established for their age group, by agencies whose authorization process prioritized speed and uptake over the longitudinal safety data that experimental technology introduced into developing bodies requires. That calculation was made without honest disclosure to parents. It was enforced through school mandates, sports exclusions, and social coercion that removed meaningful consent from families who asked legitimate questions and were told the science was settled. The science was not settled. It had not been done.

Beaudoin’s work, alongside McKernan’s contamination findings and Burkhardt’s pathological documentation, forms a convergent evidentiary record that the institutions responsible for pediatric health policy have refused to engage honestly. They have not produced counter-evidence. They have produced dismissal, platform removal, and the institutional silence of agencies that cannot afford to acknowledge what independent forensic analysis keeps finding. Every child who received these injections under mandate deserved a risk-benefit analysis grounded in their individual health status, honest disclosure of the contamination profile McKernan documented, and the long-term safety data that was never generated because generating it was never the priority.

This is an experiment conducted on the young and healthy without adequate safeguards, without honest consent, and without the post-market surveillance infrastructure that the scale of pediatric exposure demands. The next generation is carrying the consequences of decisions made for them by institutions that will not be accountable for those consequences unless they are forced to be.

Demand immediate reversal of every remaining mRNA vaccine recommendation for children and adolescents, suspended pending a full independent safety review conducted without manufacturer funding or regulatory conflicts.

Demand mandatory long-term

follow-up tracking cardiac function, immune profiles, genomic integrity, reproductive development, and malignancy incidence across every child dosed under these programs. Demand that Beaudoin’s data analyses, McKernan’s contamination findings, and Burkhardt’s pediatric autopsy results receive formal, transparent, institutionally rigorous investigation rather than the dismissal that has substituted for engagement until now. And demand individual accountability, named, documented, legally pursued, for every official who looked at the pediatric risk profile and called the mandates justified. Our children were not theirs to experiment on. They never were.

CONCLUSION

In this medical freedom, vaccine truth movement, there are few who bring conclusive evidence that will stand up in the courts of law and of public opinion. The evidence from John Beaudoin Sr, Kevin McKernan, and Dr. Arne Burkhardt is irrefutable.

The government and pharma industry oppositions draw people into debates over research papers rife with conclusions derived from inferential statistics. Such research papers can never be conclusive. They always leave reasonable doubt. That is the nature of inferential statistics.

Certain personalities in this movement are elevated by social media algorithms because they focus on research papers rather than conclusive case studies. Most case studies are even toothless because they are required to be anonymized to preserve privacy.

The real evidence is in forensic investigation of individual decedent records.

Please don’t pick heroes and organizations a your champion gladiators here to fight on your behalf. Choose instead to run for board of health or board of education in your town. At lease, try to convince a friend to do so.

In this article, “They” refers to oligarchs and those whom “they” program to follow “their” anti-God agenda. Whether you are religious, agnostic, or atheist, you should be concerned about those who now rule over the United States’ puppet administration, Congress, and the Courts. It is obvious that “they” hate God and all He created. There is no longer any doubt. To believe in no god is better than to believe what “they” believe. “They” want to destroy and replace everything God made.

Genesis Chapter 1 is a checklist for “them” to destroy.

“They” are trying to block the sun … purportedly to cool the Earth because man caused too much climate change. The false religion of climate change has no scientific basis. The same people who want block the sun, stop cows from belching, put solar panels and windmills everywhere, make everyone drive electric vehicles, demand everyone live in 15-minute cities, are the ones who have no issue with AI data centers consuming electricity at a rate never needed before by an industry at any time in history.

11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.

“They” irradiate our vegetables and fruits purportedly so that they do not spoil. “They” coat them with chemicals to preserve their appearance. Radiation and chemicals come with negative externalities, ergo, a price of human fatality and maim. Long term studies were not done unless they were corrupted and controlled by the same company wishing to profit from these products and procedures.

Worse than that, “they” are genetically modifying crops and attempting to “vaccinate” the population through fresh produce oral vaccines.

20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.

“They” are vaccinating our fish, fowl, and livestock to ensure that we end up getting demonic RNA or DNA into us. “They” drop treats in the woods laced with vaccines. “They” want to rewrite the genetic code of deer, squirrels, fisher, coyotes … everything. Why? There is no pandemic or epidemic other than the ones “they” are creating in labs and releasing in the public to drive vaccine uptake and alter human DNA.

22 And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.

“They” believe the Earth is overcrowded and wish to bring the population down from around 9 billion to under one billion. Many of “they” have stated this openly in interviews. Their religion follows Robert Malthus’ view of economics, overpopulation, and scarcity of resources. Malthusian economics has never been proven valid. Food production adapts to demand and there’s plenty of room to grow. To “they,” it is just a religious mantra of hating God’s creations, including humans. They want to kill babies in utero through abortion. They want to kill and sterilize children and child-bearing aged women and fertile men using modRNA injections they call “vaccines.”

24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.

“They” want to replace man made in the image of God by man made in the image of man-made electronic devices. Trans-humanism is their goal and “they” mean to make it happen soon. You will be able to get a chip implanted in you from which you can make phone calls in your head, join conference calls in your head, play video games in your head, and perform preprogrammed tasks for the greater good of the world collective. You, as an individual, will be lost. Your soul will be relegated or destroyed.

27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

“They” hate God’s creation of males and females, the differences of which have strengths and weaknesses. “They” hate that women bear and birth children and the men protect their mates and children. “They” indoctrinated generations of children to believe that a man can become a woman and a woman can become a man; that women can be as good a police officer or fireman as a men can be; that men can be as good at making a home and breastfeeding as women can be. “They” are insanely illogical in their thirst to change and undo what God has done.

Conclusion

None of what “they” attempt to do will end well. Society is programmed into obsessions of hatred based on a false morality built on an amorphous foundation.

Even if “they” succeed in vaccinating everyone and all animals, it would only take 2 generations to have all that genetic crap deselected and expunged from the genomes of the species. The death and maim and rot worldwide will be devastating, but it will be corrected nonetheless.

If “they” succeed in something, “they” will quickly lose their gains because God does exist and He will ensure that His plan is the only plan.

Regardless of your religious affiliation or void thereof, you must worry about the war against God by Globalist Communists. “They” are more than a political movement. “They” are demon worshipers who absolutely hate God. Atheists don’t believe in God. Why would atheists care to attack God if they don’t believe He exists? Atheists have always been among us and have never attacked like this. The current attacks on all God’s creation is organized by a false religion of Satanists and Luciferian cultists and worshipers of Ba’al and Molech and who knows.

Be ready for the coming war for truth and life and the way.

Covid era laws and policies operated adverse to freedom, health, safety, and truth. In this example, the laws and policies surrounding hospital staff vaccination rate are explored.

The government, under Operation Warp Speed (OWS), desired maximum vaccination rate for Covid vaccines. States received federal money for Covid. Hospitals received state and federal money for all matters related to Covid.

The easiest way to explain the strategy used on staff is by hypothetical example.

Given:

• Hospital X staff comprises 50% pro-vaxers, 40% don’t care, 10% will not take a vaccine

Strategy “% Vaxed”

If a vaccine mandate incentive from the state to a hospital requires 80% hospital staff vaccination rate in order to earn the incentive funds, then 50% “pro-vaxers” and 30% “don’t care”s will take the vaccine, achieving 80% vaccination rate. That leaves 10% of the staff who are “don’t care”s and another 10% who are “will not take a vaccine”s. These 20% of the staff are a threat to any vaccine “safe and effective” narrative purported by government.

If the requirement is 90%, then only the “will not take a vaccine”s will forego vaccination. That still leaves 10% who may spread vaccine hesitancy. At 95%, the hospital has to terminate employment of 5% of the staff.

In the above examples, the vaccine exemption committee and policy will achieve what is put before them. Without incentive for more, it is human nature to stop when you’ve achieved your objective, especially when termination of employment or another significantly equivalent detriment is on the line.

Is there a strategy that would maximize vaccination rate and not leave anything on the table? That is, how can you incentivize the hospitals to lean on their respective vaccine exemption committees to not stop at any given percentage, but rather to maximize vaccination rate?

Strategy “Top 4 Contest”

If the state tells all hospitals that the top 4 highest staff percentage vaccinated hospitals will receive $500,000 each, then each hospital willing to compete will push past the 95%, likely to 99% or more. The objective will be to terminate anyone not complying with vaccination. The vaccine exemption committee will be ordered to deny as many exemptions as possible. Then, human behavior will resort to favoritism. Some human resources staff, who are friends with the exemption committee members, or friends of executives, or other “special - who you know”s will get exemptions. All others will be terminated in order to reach the highest percentage possible. The objective is not 80% or 90% or 95%. The objective is 100% and terminations will dominate the exemption applications.

Results?

The largest hospital corporation in Massachusetts achieved around 99.7% vaccination of their staff. They own at least 14 healthcare facilities, most of which are hospitals. Did they receive the $2 million? Who knows? Maybe a state public records request should be submitted to find out.

Effect

The most important aspect of such a strategy is that the remaining hospital staff in most hospitals will be comprised of those who are compliant with vaccine mandates. In fact, most will feel that if they had to take it, then you should have to take it. That’s how human behavior works. If you show up to their emergency room/department, or their ICU, or their imaging offices, then they will cringe to learn that you are unvaccinated. They will treat you as less of a human being than the vaccinated. Why? Because they work with a staff that is 99.7% vaccinated and to be unvaccinated, to them, is lunacy. They don’t know anyone not vaccinated and all the professionals they work with are vaccinated. Remember — all the doctors and nurses who refused it are gone — terminated.

The culture of all the hospitals were shaped around vaccine idolatry. When someone does die from a Covid vaccine (examples: 11yo Ian, 7yo Cassidy, 16yo Avery, 12yo Amaya, 17yo Eden, and tens of thousands of adults, all in Massachusetts alone), then the staff will look the other way, bury the information, and not mention vaccine as the cause. They cannot resolve their idolatry with reality.

“Section 2.11 COVID-19 Vaccination Incentive” states,

Section A. The Contractor [e.g. Massachusetts General Hospital] shall make best efforts to maximize vaccinations of their members in accordance with the Department of Public Health guidelines. . . .the Contractor shall receive a COVID-19 Vaccination Incentive Payment …; and

Section A. 2. b. The Contractor has one of the top four highest percentages of Enrollees fully vaccinated …

Section 3. B. COVID-19 Vaccination Incentive Payment For Contract Year 2021, if the Contractor achieves the vaccination target set forth in Section 2.11, EOHHS shall pay the Contractor a vaccination incentive payment of $500,000 …”

Conclusion

This is but one small example of how federal and state statutes, codes, regulations, and laws modify behavior of large swaths of society in a very short period of time. They sell them as benefits for the sick, underprivileged, victims of disasters, or other class of person that elicits sympathy. You can be sure that all the money behind these programs do not get to those who are the purported beneficiaries of these programs.

In the case of Massachusetts, simply look at the $20 billion non-profit (laughing aloud) hospital network to see where all the money goes. While other hospital presidents did not receive their executive bonuses because the hospitals performed poorly by financial measures in the year of vaccine mandates, the president and CEO of the hospital network with the greatest vaccine mandate terminations received her full bonus, PLUS an unexpected $2 million. Where did that come from? Aren’t non-profits supposed to be barred from paying out extra cash to executives? That defeats the non-profits status, doesn’t it? Ask all the terminated doctors and nurses how they feel about the president and CEO making extreme bonuses. You cannot ask all the ones who reluctantly took the Covid vaccines because many are dead.

The hospital network is Mass General Brigham (MGB). The president and CEO is Dr. Anne Klibanski.

Klibanski received ~$8.4 million in fiscal 2024, ~$6.0 million in fiscal 2023, ~$5.9 million in fiscal 2022, ~$4.3 million in compensation in fiscal 20211

MGB is the largest grant funding recipient of the National Institutes of Health. They are tightly intertwined with Moderna, Harvard University, and Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA). There is hardly a distinction as to where MGB begins and government ends. The more they vaccinate the world, the richer these people get. The economy of Massachusetts depends on vaccines.

Today, someone mentioned they were going to be speaking to a mixed crowd of vaxxed and unvaxxed. I’m not one to avoid offering my unsolicited opinion in situations of Covid era truth-spreading. So, of course, I hit them with the following message:

Ease into the vaxed crowd. You already know that.

There’s something I say to those who say that the vax can’t be causing so many things.

The blood goes everywhere in the body and supports every organ and tissue. So if this vax affects the blood, which we now know it does, everything is on the table as a potential result. And it is almost random wherever those little particles end up. It is a random lottery of dispersion. Some do fine and clear it. Some have skin problems. Some have lung, heart, kidney, marrow or immune system problems. Some have brain or neurological problems. Or other problems. It’s a roll of the dice.

I hope the recipient doesn’t mind my posting it here in Substack. I haven’t written an article in a while.

Blood components are made mainly in marrow and lymph. If, in the creation process, the mRNA affects the very early stem cells (hematopoietic stem cells) that are later differentiated into red blood cells (RBCs or erythrocytes), platelets (thrombocytes), or white blood cells (too many types to list - leukocytes, lymphocytes, T Cells, B Cells, neutrophils, eosinophils, et al), then anything can result from such changes. Leukemia is the production of abnormal white cells. Rouleaux formation is the stacking of RBCs due to proteins or immunoglobulins changing the charge status on the surface of the cells. White fibrin clots form from mis-folded proteins in the blood. Platelets use fibrinogen and thrombin to produce fibrin that creates a structural mesh trapping RBCs to form clots. If platelets are dysregulated in their creation, then there could be hyper-coagulation (many clots all over). There can also be concomitant lack of platelets causing hemorrhage situations because platelets are being gobbled up too quickly by aberrant macrophages (another type of WBC).

All sciency stuff aside, the summary is that if the blood formation is dysregulated by genetic material from Covid vaccines, then almost anything can happen almost anywhere in the body. So, when people say that the Covid vaccine cannot be causing all these different issues, ask them where blood goes in the body.

You have a revolver with 500 chambers. You put in one bullet, hold it to your head, and pull the trigger. Congratulations. You just survived a Covid vaccine. “Well, I took it and nothing happened to me.” Someone you know was that “1” in 500.

I need to find another analogy for injury. It seems to be more than 1 in 10 though.

How about this? You boil 11 out of 12 eggs. Someone takes one egg from the dozen and smashes it against your head. What are the chances you will have to wash your face and clothes? Don’t be the raw egg recipient.

I just wrote this on X. It seems like a good idea to post it here.

I was cautioned on writing some of the parts on the bottom because it paints me in a bad light if people do not understand how the whole system works and how someone with skills in manipulation can temper those skills with Christian values. But this is important and must be told. 99% or more of society has never encountered such psychological modeling and planning and cannot believe that Covid could be done so easily by government. Well, it wasn’t easy. But it was planned for a very long time. I’ll just let you read my post, unedited, probably full of spelling errors and autocorrects gone awry. People need to understand that government has a lot of resources and they used them against The People and murdered a MILLION Americans.

This is why I wrote the book. There are those who say that everyone can’t be in on it or evil or whatever. Those people do not understand “whole systems.” Only the few at the top knew the whole plan and even they were met with serendipitous results (their serendipity is our mass murder). In the “EBM and Dr Backer” chapter of my book, I explain the advent of “Evidence-Based Medicine.” EBM. In the mid 1960s Canadian healthcare reform act that poured money into schools, such as MacMaster University, where EBM was funded and born. Papers became popular, it was focused and then by 1992 ALL North American medical schools had standardized on EBM, which became the bastardized scientific method it is. They effectively created a cult of central authority and mantra of EBM where all doctors would bow to the CDC and NIH papers as the authority for anything new or controversial. The behavioral modifications of medical board certification (stick) and state licensing boards (stick) and insurance and government (CMS NCTAP) incentive plans (carrot) created behaviors among doctors, who, individually, were all different in their reasons for doing what they did during Covid, which was to kill people and then lie about what people died from. Some did it purposely (very few pathologicals out there - about 1 in 1,000 or fewer). Some did it knowingly (a substantial portion, but no where near 50% - these are people who just wanted to keep their jobs and not be attacked by the boards and by their hospital administrators). Some did it recklessly (they chose not to look into the details and just took the CDC recommendations at face value. Some purposely avoided knowing and some were just lazy in keeping up with actual evidence instead of curated CDC/NIH/FDA evidence). And some were simply negligent in not looking at or recognizing real evidence. The boards are all captured by pharma money and internally justify this by accepting whatever they are told by drug companies. The really evil people like Bill Cassidy KNOW. He’s a bad bad bad person. Once the path to unrighteousness is stepped upon, then it is one short step after another toward hell as your soul slips away. Cassidy is such a type. So ... for example ... you have 60% captured by recommendations and who believe they’re doing the right thing or don’t want to find out that they’re doing the wrong thing, then another 30% captured by coercion from cert and state licensing boards whom they know will suspend their license or investigate them. Then another 5% holdouts are captured by making public examples of Meryl Nass, Mark Trozzi, John Littell and some others. And the last 5% is easily dealt with by termination of employment, freeze out of hospital privileges, suppression of social media accounts, etc. Add to that the fact that Emergency Departments are a grind for younger and middle aged doctors. Why is that important? Because all the doctors from med schools before 1992 would not go along with the Covid nonsense as they were not indoctrinated into the cult of EBM. They ask questions. They learned the scientific method, not the bastardized version of EBM that turned it on its head. The “whole system” is behavioral at the core as are most. It is not biological. Covid was an intricate matrix of behavior modifications put in place from decades ago to just before Covid. They modeled societal and professional responses to certain stimuli and events. Those models fed to their overall strategic plan. And none of us had a chance against decades of planning and modeling actions and responses. They changed the definition of both vaccine and antivaxer in official dictionaries. They had papers ready to go. They had Mass General Brigham doctors ready to write papers with NIH grants to say that the staff was no threat to patients in 2020, then when the vax came out in 2021, the staff was a direct threat to patients if they were not vaxed. Same author, same funding source. Michael Klompas. Look him up. Where did ventilators come from on a protocol? No one seems to know. Well, look at MGB and who ran a 3-person panel that made the recommendation to CDC, while working under an NIH grant. And in March April 2020, ventilators became the protocol and no one ever went back to look at it since then. They murdered hundreds of thousands of people with ventilators because of one paper with scant cases in March/April 2020. When you gather all the facts and put together ALL the carrots and all the sticks for every issue, you will begin to understand that this was all orchestrated through behavioral modification techniques including propaganda, social media, classic media, RICO level med boards, FSMB, etc. No single view can see the full scape. It seems impossible to those who’ve not put together strategic plans to twist the minds of a group of executives and board members around a large contract. You have to use a different approach with a CFO than a CEO than a COO than a VP Mfg than a CTO than a Chief legal counsel. If you’re trying to win a big deal among stiff competition, you should know how to talk to each of these people differently. Know how to plug holes, set land mines for competition. Say the right things over a dinner or lunch or at a World Series game. Say the right things in front of his people with the exec at a meeting or not at a meeting. Know how to pit people against each other who work together 8 hours a day, 5 days a week while you are only there for monthly meetings. It all sounds nefarious and it is. Only very few people are trained in this type of war strategy. Very few in the military ever get into such elaborate plans involving psychology, politics, finance, marketing, sales, law and contracts, etc. Maybe I’ll just post this to an article. I’ve not written one in a while. Been busy. But it takes a certain type of personality, life experience, training, education, professional experience to step back, step up, and look at the ENTIRE system of humans to understand Covid. This memorandum provides evidence regarding purposeful omission of investigation of vaccine safety by the CDC, other HHS agencies, and state health departments. In this package, there are many documented vaccine-caused deaths, many of which were labeled as covid deaths without any mention of vaccines as the cause of death. The certifiers, in many proven cases, knew that Covid vaccines killed decedents by stroke, pulmonary embolism, sudden heart failure, or longer term by Guillain Barré or Glioblastoma, but did not mention it on the records.

There are many certified blunt trauma and fentanyl overdose deaths where they had a positive covid test on file or tested the dead body for covid and counted it as a covid death. This is felony fraud. 18 USC § 1035, 1040, 1343 ACIP has a legal duty to review these facts and refer this to the DoJ and HHS for verification and investigation of the 221 pages and hundreds of documented vaccine deaths.

If this document is not investigated, then breach of duty may be a criminal offense. At the very least, the public is going to get this document and know truth.

There is no amount of peer reviewed research papers that can stand up to the facts in THE ACIP MEMORANDUM. Statistics based on corrupted data cannot be relied upon. Peer review and journals are inherently corrupt and we all know it now.

Only forensic investigation of individual case files can determine causality. These documents show you where to start looking. CDC can easily perform these investigations in weeks. Why have they not done so already.

These documents prove the complete failure of the CDC, even if they want to deny vaccine caused these deaths. The proof is that they refuse to even look and do their jobs.

I am often misquoted regarding my take on myocarditis and acute kidney injury, aka acute renal failure. This article is a quick and dirty rendition of my opinions formed from analysis of data and experience in human behavior analysis.

Human behavior analysis is at the root of most of everything we deal with in Covid and Covid vaccination, not data, not science, not biology or virology or immunology. Those are downstream from human behavior.

This article could get very long, very quickly; so I will try to limit it to my opinions.

Myocarditis does not just happen in young, male athletes. It is not even more prevalent in young, male athletes. It does not even manifest in data as being more prevalent in young, male athletes. So, why do doctors and scientists on both sides of the debate refer to young, male athletes when discussing myocarditis from the Covid vaccines? The bad guys (vax pushers - government and pharma) want you to believe it is only that narrow band of young, male, athletic people, being a small percentage of the population, who are susceptible to myoc from the vax. This is called a limited hangout. They admit to the iceberg portion above water, while knowing, but not admitting that the iceberg is much larger, but unseen under the water. This protects the reputation of the Covid vaccines among the general population, who then think, “Oh, I’m not a male; so I do not have to worry,” or “Oh, I’m not athletic …” or “I’m not young; so it does not pertain to me.” This is the behavior of real people. They do not think, “Well, if it is happening to the youngest and strongest of humans, imagine what it is doing to me.”

The truth is that far more older people have died from myocarditis from the Covid vaccines that anyone knows. How can I write that? Older people died from congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, cardiac arrest, cardiac arrhythmia, and other such things that are listed on death records … within a few days of Covid vaccination. They were not autopsied. They were not investigated beyond the cursory. They were old. Myocarditis as a clinical diagnosis was not pursued by the death certifier. Thus, it does not appear in data to any great extent. Because I’m in the records as much as I am, I know this is the case. I cannot prove it. There is no peer review. But very many people of all ages died from these purported afflictions. I have death records of many 18-22yo’s who died from “arrhythmia” or “afib” or something like that “of undetermined etiology.” Thy don’t know where it came from. That’s because they did not do an autopsy and check the hearts of these young people. Why? We always used to autopsy the young deaths. Many states have a law or code that requires it. I believe the medical examiners did not want to know the true cause. There is no other explanation for the omission of so many investigations of so many dead young people, who have abstract diagnoses at death.

Back to myoc vs AKI — myoc does not appear in data that much. That does not mean it is not happening en masse. And there is no way to compare with AKI in numbers. I fully admit that it is likely myoc incidence rates as caused from Covid vaccination are greater than AKI incidence rates as caused from Covid vaccination. The reason I harp on AKI so much and compare the two is that the data clearly shows AKI as associated with the Covid vax and it should be studied as soon as possible. My former rate was 150X more AKI in the data than myoc. My new rate, based on the N28.8 artifact code, is probably around ~72X greater than myoc. It was cut in half, but still is far greater. That does not mean that AKI is happening more often. It only means that the data shows it. Why? AKI degrades the human it happens in to the point that the human goes to the hospital and is tested by objective testing. That means that they have numbers from urine and blood samples that provide a clinical diagnosis and treatment regimen or end of life palliative care plan. Because it is objective, tested, and known, it ends up on death records.

See the difference? It’s about human behavior. The recording process on death records is such that myoc escapes capture because someone dies suddenly somewhere and they do not autopsy the body, whereas AKI is a degradation process that lands a person in a hospital with objective tests and diagnoses.

If you want evidence the vax is killing people, then studying AKI data is a good place to start. Then study those who died from AKI because all the hospital information and files are full of timeline events such as hourly vital signs, daily blood labs, liquid and food intake orally or IV or IM recorded to the minute. When someone dies from myoc in their bed at home, there is no medical chart or file full of information. The information is scant. I believe that when they do go to the hospital, the hospital everything they can to prevent the information from being recorded. Ian Shumaker 11yo in Massachusetts apparently got the shot, had chest pains, went to the hospital, and died there. When they tried to donate his heart, they could not use it because it was full of clots. Was “myocarditis” written on his death record? No, it was not. Did he have myocarditis? Probably.

No, for doctors on the good side (seeking truth and knowing the Covid vax killed many and injured millions), I don’t know why they fell into the trap of limited hangout regarding “young, male athletes.” Young male athletes stress the heart upon peak performance, which causes fibrillation and death. We see the athletes dropping not before, not during, but shortly after a peak performance stress event like a football play, or a drive to the hoop, or driving to the soccer goal. Because it is seen on a 2D screen so much, people make the attribution to young, male athletes. Look up Anna Burns death in Massachusetts. 16yo girl running cross country in high school. Abby Fitzgerald 20yo from New Hampshire attending university in Massachusetts also died from myocarditis. She was a field hockey player. Avery Autumn Zaleski 16yo from Connecticut died from a stroke. Was she vaccinated for Covid? Was she post-mortem tested for myocarditis in addition to the stroke? We will never know the answers. But I know. I know in my heart. My heart is not peer-reviewed. So, most will not listen to me in this regard. Why, indeed, are doctors on our side continuing to espouse the limited hangout qualifiers of “young, male athletes,” when discussing heart issues? IT’S EVERYONE, NOT JUST YOUNG MALE ATHLETES. And I mean EVERYONE in terms of incidence rates. There are far more myocarditis deaths in middle aged and older people than younger people. They are just not objectively test for it upon death.

I wanted to be short, but ran on a bit. Sorry to the readers. I am very short on time and will get back to proofread and edit this at a later date.

Lastly, everything you read from everyone, regarding data studies that are broad, is likely wrong. At the very least, it has very low integrity measured against truth and fact. When talking about absolute rates, only smaller statewide data studies can be measured and not in the absolute number. The value in this aggregated data is in the first and second derivatives in time. That means, the rate of change over time and the rate of change of the rate of change over time. Think of it as the velocity and the acceleration of changes in data over time. Something may be going up at 10 per year for 10 years and then go up 100 in the eleventh year. That is a change in the rate. And that can only point an investigator to the records that should be forensically investigated.

The only way to determine causality is via forensic investigation of individual records. Data is only good at quantifying the number of deaths from a cause AFTER the cause has been conclusively determined through forensic investigation.

If scientists and doctors concentrated on case reports and histology rather than data, we would all be better off. That is science. Instead, they have been lured to the ridiculous field of statistics through “evidence-based” medicine, which is a cult mantra taught in medical schools. They tell me that I don’t understand, while they don’t account for polymodal distribution functions in reality and they apply normal distributions to everything all the time. Epidemiology is a mess. They do not know what they do not know. Let me pick 5 electrical engineers and we will advance epidemiology a hundred years in only a few weeks.

After posting a beautiful blue waveform graph on X, I was confronted by posts suggesting that a code shift change was responsible for most of the excess acute kidney injury (AKI) involved deaths. It was stated that ICD-10 code N28.8 “Other specified disorders of kidney and ureter” decreased almost as much as N17 “Acute renal failure” increased. Signal 2 is the code shift artifact excess.

Those who posted about N28.8 attribute the remaining balance of excess (Signal 1) to Covid disease per se. Whereas, I propose that Signal 1 might be from Covid treatment protocols as a majority of Signal 1 excess with Covid per se as a minority of Signal 1, though I do not commit to anything. Only forensic investigation of individual files can answer that question.

For a refresher, Figure 1 is one of the many slides I have used for explanations of Signal 1 and Signal 2. You will see in subsequent graphs that Signal 2 is indeed the result of the coding shift.

Before reviewing the highlights of yesterday’s revelations, Figures 2 and 3 are the two pertinent posts on X. They depict the difference between N17 on its own and N17 combined with N28.8, the latter of which accounts for the code shift.

Highlights of Revelation

• Disambiguation of signals, Signal 1 and Signal 2, is a good methodology that works. The field of epidemiology should adopt this method.

• Signal 2 is almost entirely due to a code shift from N28.8 to N17

• Excess deaths involving N17 is > 280K. Excess deaths involving code shift (N17 or N28.8) is >137K. Thus, the excess sudden kidney involved deaths are cut in half, but is still the largest single cause of excess.

I cannot say how relieved I am that I no longer have to worry about making an error. I felt like a pitcher in the bottom of the ninth inning, facing a batter with 2 outs, no walks, and no hits. For the Europeans, try to remember when Manchester City was playing Queens Park Rangers in extra time in the last game of the season. Kün Aguero scored the game winning goal deep into extra time to wrest the English Premier League Championship from Manchester United, who were watching the City v. Rangers match immediately after their own match that started at the same time.

I am happy. Why?

The monkey is off my back. After 6 years, I’m not perfect; and Signal 2 always bothered me as highly unlikely to be real due to its perfect shape.

My automated system addressed the new information (N28.8) and provided an answer in minutes, proving that it could be a real time health vigilance system if connected to government databases.

The thesis that AKI is the greatest signal of excess deaths is still valid. 137K excess is still the biggest excess deaths total from an objective diagnosis.

The demand for forensic investigation of anomalous data findings remains the most important thesis I propose.

This code shift revelation by someone on X saved me a month of time writing a paper and the potential embarrassment of learning of about N28.8 after publication.

Conclusion

Perfection is elusive and hubris-driven. “Iron sharpens iron” is an appropriate adage here.

Science progressed well over centuries through the acts of scientists putting their hypotheses, methods, and findings in the public sphere of scientists, having other scientists attempt to repeat the methods to achieve the same or similar findings, and then communicating their corroboration or refutation to the public.

Currently, there are for-profit entities controlling the flow of peer review and publication of scientific information. The entire system is corrupted. What did we do for centuries before “evidence-based” cultism that corrupted science 34 years ago?

After years of posting AKI graphs, someone finally brought N28.8 to my attention. The adjustment was made in minutes. This is how real peer review used to work.

Although I wrote, “VITT,” on the graph, there’s more than VITT in the “D69” category. D69 means, “Purpura and other hemorrhagic conditions.” The category is dominated by thrombocytopenia, but also represents purpura and some hemorrhaging issues.

Thrombocytopenia simply means low platelet count. Another name for platelets, which enable you to clot, is “thrombocytes.”

VITT means “Vaccine-Induced Immune Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia.” It may also be written as, “Vaccine-Induced Immune Thrombocytopenia and Thrombosis.”

Do not forget the “Thrombotic” or the “Thrombosis.”

If you are not familiar with this condition, you must be confused. How can you have thromboses (clots) concomitantly with thrombocytopenia (low platelets that causes a hindrance of clotting)?

Like all my articles, the main focus should not be on the scientific hypotheses as to how VITT is occurring (mechanism of action), but rather on the shear volume of excess deaths (~15,000), which the state and federal governments are completely ignoring.

CONCLUSION

HHS (CDC, NIH, FDA, CMS et al) are purposely not investigating the largest signals of excess deaths in the history of man. Acute kidney injury (AKI), pulmonary embolism (PE), thrombocytopenia (ITP, VITT, HITT et al), immune mechanism, and lymphoma are blatantly obvious massive health issues that HHS agencies are ignoring. The American people are asleep, while the organizations with the mission of health are ignoring the greatest health collapse in the history of the human species.

Frustration

How are they getting away with it? The answer is in behavior modifications. They love it when a research paper comes out causing a clamor on social media for a few days until the next paper comes out and the next and the next. People are so busy with the research papers that they do nothing about the conclusive evidence of thrombocytopenia, for example. Solomon Kizitoh (60), Diane Dubois (62), Brianna McCarthy (30), Victor Simoes (34), Trista Martin (18), Eden Macdonald (17), Amaya McDonough-Rocha (12), and hundreds of thousands of others lost their lives to these “vaccines.” These people are not statistics in research papers. They have families who love them. Their deaths deserve investigation and admission that it was the vaccines that killed them. It would only take me a couple weeks with a state’s records to conclusively end all debate. It is that easy.

Figure 1 shows 4 plots of deaths in the United States for All Ages from 2010 through 2025. The first plot in pink depicts deaths from All Causes. The second plot in green depicts deaths involving Covid. The third plot in light purple depicts deaths involving acute kidney injury (AKI). The fourth plot in light yellow/orange depicts deaths involving pneumonia.

Observations

1. Covid, if you believe it was a pandemic, lasted only 2 years as noted between the vertical dashed lines from March 2020 through March 2022.

2. Deaths from All Causes, deaths involving Covid, and deaths involving pneumonia all returned to, or close to, baseline levels after March 2022. Baseline level are established by 2010 through 2019 dashed gray lines extended into years 2020 through 2025.

3. AKI, while depicting the same peaks at the same times as the other three plots (call those peaks Signal 1), does not return to normal (baseline) after March 2022, and instead remains elevated at nearly 100% increase over baseline for the last 4 years, March 2022 though 2025. The troughs appear to rise in a positive linear slope during the two Covid years, then remain elevated ever since (call this rise to steady-state excess Signal 2), unlike the other 3 plots.

4. Excess AKI totals more than 280,000 lives lost in all age categories as shown in prior articles. This is more life-years-lost than Covid is even purported to be by the government.

Conclusions

HHS, CDC, NIH, FDA, CMS, and every state health department have not mentioned the massive and sustained signal of deaths involving AKI.

One can only conclude that these governmental entities are purposely not investigating, purposely not studying, purposely ignoring, hiding, and diverting attention from excess AKI.

The governments are proven to be corrupt in everything they say about “health.”

The People spend more time on social media complaining than they do standing up to government in support of their neighbors’ dead children. Perhaps people just don’t know what to do. Or perhaps they want someone else to do it? I don’t know.

What I have been saying for a few years, Grok actually got right [Grok’s answer is at the end of this article].

People confuse “cardiac arrest” with a heart attack. It is NOT a heart attack. All it literally means is that the “heart” “stopped.” And that happens in every death. The term is nearly useless as an entry on death records. Yet, it is often included in the “cardiac disease” category for reporting of causes of death by category.

Then, why do death certifiers use “cardiopulmonary arrest” so often on death records? And because it is included in the “cardiac disease” category, are all statistics regarding cardiac disease misleading at best, and completely errant at worst?

In order to determine the significance of “cardiac arrest” relative to heart disease reporting, a review of ICD-10 codes involved in death records in the United States is offered.

The category of heart disease chosen for this argument is ICD-10 Code prefixes I30-I51, which is labeled, “Other forms of heart disease.” The 2018-2025 total death records involving I30-I51 in the United States is 7,951,856.

The I46 prefix means, “Cardiac arrest,” and was used on 3,127,420 death records in the United States in years 2018-2025. That is, the entire cardiac code base of prefixes I30-I51 is dominated by the single code prefix, I46, at the rate of 39.3%. Remember that “cardiac arrest” has no useful meaning in context of cause of death and should not be counted in the cardiac disease category.

To make matters worse, I48 “Atrial fibrillation and flutter” and I49 “Other cardiac arrhythmias” also are subjective and may be often wrongfully attributed as causes of death. The three prefixes together (I46, I48, and I49) comprise 4,923,426, or 61.9%, of all I30-I51 involved death records in the United States for years 2018-2025.

To summarize, 61.9% of all death records certified in the “cardiac disease” category of deaths may have nothing to do with heart disease. This statement is not hyperbole, not an opinion or a guess, but rather is factual and derived from the CDC Wonder data.

As promised, here is how Grok answered my question regarding “I46” cardiac arrest:

It is very frustrating listening to people talk about “cardiac arrest” as a heart attack, which it is not, and listening to scientists and doctors quoting statistics from public health agencies and medical journals stating that heart disease is the leading cause of death in America, while knowing the foundation of those statistics is fatally flawed.

God help us from the incompetence of government systems. Perhaps someone in government will one day look at the TBM methodology and ALPHA system put together by Summa Logica LLC.

From the beginning of Covid, I experimented with data from around the world, especially noting the differences in deaths from Covid relative to climate, latitude, and altitude. Rather than bore you with my theories, all of which turned out to be true based on the data, I will simply compare Connecticut and Florida pneumonia-involved deaths. This depiction will explain my point. And my point is that epidemiologists and government health agencies are so broken that they miss obvious variables or they purposely avoid studying obvious variables in order to propagandize the public with prevarications and behavior modifications.

Australia, southeast Asia, Oregon, Washington, and Vancouver, for examples, were never going to have severe Covid deaths en masse like the northeast USA. I can prove that in many different ways. My models held true all throughout Covid. Oops. I wasn’t going to dwell on those.

Here are Florida and Connecticut J18 “Pneumonia, Unspecified” involved deaths in All Ages for 26 consecutive years. These are deaths per day as an average for each month. To be clear, I divided the monthly totals by the number of days in each month. That’s how simple this is.

The Figure 1 graph set shows the summer of 2021, especially August and September 2021, aligned for both states, Florida on top, and Connecticut on the bottom.

Clearly, there was an incredibly deadly event in those two months in Florida that was not there at all in Connecticut. Covid was ubiquitous in both states for a year before the two months under scrutiny.

Look at Figure 2. Do you see it? Oppressive temperatures in Orlando drive people into air conditioning. Air conditioning causes respiratory issues, especially if the duct work is not sanitized, which allows bacteria and fungi to replicate and become airborne.

Take my word for it that the 2020 Orlando Comfort level was also oppressive. So, why were pneumonia-involved deaths in August and September 2020 not nearly as stark and numerous?

The population was vaccinated for Covid in 2021 and not in 2020. We know that Covid fake vaccines crash your leukocytes and neutrophils for a week or so. We also know, from my D8 “Immune mechanism” involved deaths analyses in my books, that the immune system was rocked by these fake vaccines for Covid. The purport of prevention provided an actual and proximate cause of severe disease from many pathogens including shingles, RSV, and SARS-COV2, causing pneumonia deaths that people would otherwise have survived but for Covid fake vaccines.

Here is the climate in Connecticut.

Figure 3 comfort level in Connecticut in August and September 2021 tells a very different story than Orlando. Connecticut is barely oppressive for a few hours on a few days, whereas Orlando is consistently miserable for most of the hours of almost every day in those two months. Connecticut has its issues with pneumonia, as expected, in the coldest and driest parts of the winter.

Conclusion

While I offer my uneducated and non-expert opinions in this article, the important conclusion is that public health agencies and departments do not study anomalous death events of thousands, or even hundreds of thousands of Americans each year. They do not study the effects of obvious variables such as climate, which causes behavior changes in the use of air conditioning, public transportation, time in the sun, and other variables. What do they study? I really have no idea. They surely market pharmaceutical products.

HHS, CDC, NIH, FDA, CMS, and state health departments are stuck in models and methods that have failed for nearly a century. They even made them worse by adopting evidence-based methods since 1992. And they continue to be stuck in those paradigms most familiar to them. They have been indoctrinated into “evidence-based” since 1992 as I point out in my book, The Real CdC.

I have no education in epidemiology. But I have an independent mind and an ability to be open to all variables that may affect disease proliferation. Most of it has to do with behavior and not biology. I find it interesting that the three best and most accurate modelers in all of Covid do not have a background in epidemiology and that the most recognized epidemiologists from world-renowned universities had the least accurate models throughout Covid.

Standard methods, graphs, and datasets often obscure signals rather than highlight them. We humans tend to think in terms of human constructs such as calendar years and national borders. Diseases, microbes, viruses, pathogens have no concept of calendars or borders. This is why it is important to understand and view epidemiological phenomena from various viewpoints when investigating public health data in search of anomalies worthy of forensic investigation.

This article highlights one simple example of annualized data, where each bar represents a year of data, but one graph is a calendar year and the other is a fiscal year ending June of each year.

J18 is the ICD-10 Code for “Pneumonia, unspecified.” It is the category that dominates pneumonia-involved death records by a large margin and is a good indicator of seasonal deaths from pneumonia.

Figure 1 depicts 2020 to 2021 to diminish and 2021 to 2022 as roughly equal.

Seasonal respiratory viruses turn “on” in the winter and “off” in the summer. Covid clearly did that. If you consider that Covid first hit Connecticut, a northern climate with cold winters, in March, April, May of 2020, then you know that the entire first wave was only in 2020 and not in 2019. The second wave then began in November 2020 through February 2021. Thus, the calendar year graph in Figure 1 depicts one and a half waves in the 2020 bar (the entire 1st wave plus the first half of the 2nd wave). This is not a fair comparison to the 2021 bar, which contains the second half of the 2nd wave and the first half of the 3rd wave. In fact, this seems ridiculous.

How does the disease really look, in terms of pneumonia, from season to season, wave to wave, fiscal year to fiscal year?

Figure 2 depicts the actual wave sizes year to year (id est, fiscal year to fiscal year). This is truth.

In this true depiction, if this is a disease, then why does it get worse for three consecutive years? Diseases do not take out all the dry tinder (unhealthy and old) and then come back around to kill more of the healthy people in subsequent years than it killed of unhealthy people in the first year.

One can make an excuse that the season turned off in the first wave before the heavy damage could be done. However, that does not excuse the third season of the disease being the worst as depicted in Figure 2.

Remember, of course, that this is pneumonia and not Covid per se.

Most Important Finding

Regardless of which graph you view in Figures 1 & 2, there is a continuing excess of ~500 deaths involving pneumonia for three consecutive years after the first three waves of Covid. Covid pretty much ended in March 2022, if you believe it was the disease that actually killed people (my opinion is that hospital Covid treatment protocols and Covid vaccines killed 10X more people than Covid did — and I can back that up with evidence). So, why is there continued excess after three seasons of Covid?

Please look to the right in the blue box in Figure 3. Notice that the red line model is far below actual (black line plot). The most important finding in this article and in that blue box is the summer time of those three consecutive years 2022-2024.

Adding 2025, just to see if it maintains excess for a fourth year in a row:

Figure 4 depicts the summer of 2025 to be a fourth consecutive year of excess summer pneumonia-involved deaths.

Look now at the summers of 2020 and 2021 after massive years of Covid disease and corresponding pneumonia deaths. The summers of 2020 and 2021 are BELOW expected values in the red model plot.

Most Covid vaccinations occurred in the end of summer 2021 due to vaccine mandates for school, corporations, hospitals, and government workers. After summer 2021, there were FOUR consecutive summers of excess pneumonia-involved deaths. Years 2010 through 2021 comprise TWELVE consecutive years without such excess.

Conclusion

Something happened after the summer of 2021 that devastated the immune systems of Connecticut residents and caused thousands of excess pneumonia-involved deaths. And it was NOT Covid disease per se.

The Connecticut Department of Public Health, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Institutes of Health, Food and Drug Administration, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services spend more than $1.6 TRILLION per year. Do they study actual anomalies of death and illness? If they do, then maybe they can forensically investigate their own data to determine why these thousands of people in Connecticut are dead from something involving pneumonia that does NOT correlate to Covid. In just those last three years, ~1,500 people died. Connecticut is about 1% of the U.S. population. So that’s about 150,000 people, if the same thing happened in every state. Don’t we deserve to know what killed ~150,000 Americans, knowing that it was not Covid?

I rarely write articles in the first person. Yet, this article cries for it. The subject matter is too important and author bias unavoidable. The Supreme Court will decide on January 9 whether my case, Dkt. 25-600, will move forward to be heard.

With due respect to all other Supreme Court justices, I selected Justice Neil Gorsuch to go up against Pareto efficiency in this article’s title because I find his decisions and opinions to be refreshing. Everyone has to have a favorite, right?

Pareto efficiency, named after economist Wilfredo Pareto, occurs when no change to any input can make a system more efficient. The Pareto efficient system is tuned to its optimal efficiency.

The important factor is the economic objective to which Pareto efficiency is applied. In my article, Habitual Dismissals of Meritorious Cases are Tearing America Apart, I proved empirically that 2020 brought far more civil cases than the U.S. Court system could handle (~180,000 extra cases). See Figure 1 below. The only possible conclusion is that most of those cases were dismissed in violation of the Constitutional rights of the plaintiffs. The case citation rates in the article further verify such a conclusion. See Figure 2 below. Thus, the objective to which Pareto efficiency manifested in U.S. courts is “dismissals of meritorious cases,” not justice and equity, which is the mission of the courts. In fact, the Pareto efficient dismissal doctrine now employed by U.S. courts razes and consumes justice and equity.

Civil procedure is a beast, out-of-control and ravaging the rights of The People to access the courts for dispute resolution. Disputes wrongly dismissed result in continued abuse of plaintiffs, else the dispute is resolved in the streets.

I hope to publish a book in 2027 or 2028, furthering the analyses in my Petition for Writ of Certiorari and the “Habitual Dismissals …” paper, with chapters analyzing over-consolidation, unwarranted protective orders, video conference court, rational basis, and other procedural injustices.

I know of no other analysis that empirically proves that the U.S. Courts are far astray from their mission of justice and equity. If Justice Gorsuch or any other Supreme Court Justice views the graphs in Figures 1 & 2 below, republished in this article, then they may understand the vital importance of fixing the U.S. courts.

The quotes and citations in my Petition for Writ clearly indicate that the Justices know that “failure to state a claim” and other dismissal doctrines significantly thwart justice. Civil unrest is getting worse in the United States as the courts reject cases on rules of procedure, evidence, and summary judgment.

Though I seek a small, reasonable, and incremental change, the change would impact the operations of the courts to realign their Pareto efficiency objective toward justice and equity for The People, rather than dismissals for errant and purported judicial economy. I fear that no attorney will bring such an analysis or solution in the balance of my lifetime and that the United States will continue to degrade deeper into the chasm of civil unrest. The republic may even fracture because The People lack access to dispute resolution in the courts.

My Petition is supported by no Amicus briefs. I am in a pro se posture, usually not taken seriously by the Court in civil cases. And the Court frowns upon changes to mandatory authority. Id est, my chances to be heard are very low, despite being the only one to bring such important analyses and potential solutions.

Judges and attorneys know there is a major issue with “standing,” “failure to state a claim,” and other dismissal doctrine such as qualified immunity, mootness, ripeness, and others. They will not step forward to challenge the known issue. They get paid regardless of the issue. Judges avoid trials. Attorneys avoid trials. Bullying and coercion in mediation and settlement are now the norm, not fair trials before juries of peers.

If not my case, then which case will be brought to fix the system? If not now, then when?

By their own written words, Circuit Judge Janice Rogers Brown, the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and Supreme Court Justices Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch agree that dismissal doctrines are abused by the lower courts.

Without correction soon, the Roberts’ Court from Twiqbal 2007 and 2009 will be known for causing the fracture of the republic due to lack of access to the courts.

To Justice Gorsuch and other Justices,

The People need you now more than ever to fix what was so obviously broken in 2007 and 2009. Twiqbal were two of the most significant mistakes in the history of U.S. jurisprudence. The decisions per se were not mistakes, and were both correct. The mistakes were in the allowance of broad application that ensued thereafter. The twin beasts need to be brought under control and narrowly tailored. Please help us. The People need a win for our rights after the Covid era decimated them. Regardless of an ultimate decision, just hearing a pro se petitioner on this matter of procedural dismissals will go a long way to show The People the Court is of The People and the Constitution. Let the U.S. Court system begin healing.

I am going to try to put content out on Substack more frequently.

Here is yet another Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) article, though very short.

There is no question that there is a major issue with AKI and that 255,000 excess Americans lost their lives involving AKI.

I devised a new system for some research I’m working on and this will allow me to test across more variables over a longer period of time. This data is derived from CDC Wonder.

Figure 1 depicts January 1999 through June 2025 for all United States deaths involving ICD-10 code prefix, “N17,” meaning “Acute renal failure,” better known in hospital settings as “Acute Kidney Injury,” or AKI.

The top graph is raw monthly data plotted. Monthly data is itself a way to curve smooth daily death data. Detail is lost as more data is aggregated. Daily would be the best we could hope for. However, it would be interesting to get hourly or to-the-minute data. I bet we could find patterns of what time of day people in different age groups die.

Notice that the 3-month and 7-month rolling average graphs, second and third from the top, smoothed the sharp edges of raw data and are beginning to look like sine waves. From 1999 through 2019, the curves are very deterministic. There are 20 years of deterministic and stable signal until 2020, the first year of Covid.

P (period) for the waves is exactly 12 months. When the curve smoothing range is greater than P, the seasonality is lost. See the fourth graph from the top, or last graph. Notice the sharp increase in 2020 and 2021.

I did not label years because I want the reader to concentrate on disambiguating signals in these graphs. Signal 2 is the sharp rise in the fourth graph, 13-month rolling average, continuing to the end of the graph.

Signal 1 is almost gone in the 13-month rolling average, or I should say that it is not noticeable as to what it really is. The area under the graph still is the same in each plot, but the shape is muted. The area under the graphs is the total number of people who died.

In the raw data plot at the top, you see two very sharp peaks. That is Signal 1.

A graphical representation should clear up any confusion.

Figure 2 explains it all.

There are at least two signals. Signal 1 is coincident with waves of Covid, but not the first wave in many locations. Signal 2 is coincident with the uptake and vaccination status of the population over time. The two combine for an excess greater than 255,000 dead Americans.

Regardless of my assessment or attribution, the timing of these signals do not align with Covid as the cause. A disease cannot select which wave it will then induce harm into kidneys. Covid did not decide to skip over age groups and locations for the first season only to kill them en masse in the second or third season. There are other causes of AKI excess besides Covid per se.

Conclusion

While research papers assert that Covid is the cause, the data in this graph set alone is not in line with that excuse. I have many more graphs of age groups and geographically disparate states. Although I think I know what caused this epidemic of AKI, the conclusion here is not to state what caused it. The conclusions are that 1) there are indeed 255,000 excess deaths involving AKI and that 2) the CDC, FDA, CMS, NIH, and HHS have not done anything to investigate this after 3.5 years of pointing this out to them. They have shown a criminal deliberate indifference to the plight of the American people. More than a quarter of a million people are dead and probably millions injured involving this single cause of death, proven by the CDC’s own CDC Wonder data. Yet, there is no action from these agencies whose missions directly align with investigating this mass casualty event. Where is Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. on AKI? Has any big podcaster or voice in the health freedom movement asked him to look into it? Or are they all too busy talking about myocarditis in young, male athletes?
