To start, Iran and the US could not be more farther apart on the particulars of this document. Iran wants compensation for the conflict damage, sanctions relief (monies that are OWED to Iran), a cessation of all hostilities - to include Lebanon, and negotiations at 60 days over their nuclear file. The US doesn’t want to offer ANY monies (compensation nor sanctions relief), insists that Iran “never has” a nuclear weapon NOR peace-time nuclear energy (power/medical), and leaves the question of Lebanon to the Zionist Entity. What the US most desires is for Iran loosens its grip over the SoH (Strait of Hormuz).

According to the leaked MoU, the US would give $300B to Iran just to open SoH. 47 is neither confirming nor denying this detail, but does say that the Entity “should be more responsible towards Lebanon”. Pundits are saying the $300B figure is not going to happen (a starting point for negotiations), the Entity is crying foul and say that they can no longer trust the US - particularly as an ally - and will continue hostilities towards Lebanon. The Lebanese people are moving back into the “disputed” areas of Lebanon, even though Hezbollah and the Entity has warned against. The Lebanese PM has said “their negotiations with the Entity does not a part of negotiations with Iran”, and finally, Iran says “any more hostilities towards them AND/OR Lebanon, the US will be held directly responsible”.

Now let’s talk about the astrology.

I’m old enough to remember the first term of 45 and the VERY FIRST thing he did was institute ‘“a Muslin ban”. I bring this up because WHENEVER he attempts to flex his power, it is ALWAYS (or nearly always) on a Mercury Retrograde. He is a Gemini Sun only his Sun is closely conjunct his natal North Node and natal Uranus. NOTE: astrology doesn’t compel folks to do something but it sure can impel people. What he thinks is a good idea somehow always seems to backfire on him. And too, he is the shadow-side of Mercury - lies, exaggerations, secrets - combined with conjuct Jupiter - corruption, greed, excesses and over-indulgence.

However, I feel it's a bit of both with 47. He’s often been described as erratic, unstable, shocking - even “mercurial” (which is often code for someone who has a mood disorder). Gemini’s ruler in astrology is Mercury and Mercury rules commerce, trade, travel and communication to name a few. Mercury also rules the intellect - not how smart one is but the ability to learn and often to communicate those ideas. Remember, he claimed to be “a very stable genius”? Back on 12 November 2024, I wrote an article about 47s personality skill set which can be found here.

Mercury Rx has a three phase orbit: the pre-shadow, the actual retrograde and the post-shadow. Currently, Mercury is conjunct Jupiter in the 11th house of Cancer (we’re in the pre-shadow phase of Merc Rx) and 30 June Mercury will go retrograde at 26 Cancer while Jupiter sits at the 29th degree going direct into Leo 1 July. The 29th degree is known as the Anaretic Degree - a VERY critical degree and Jupiter is ingressing into a FIXED FIRE SIGN.

Those of you who follow Jessica Adams or just have an awareness of what happens when Mercury goes retrograde, should know that his backwards trek through the sign of family/house/town/home/country/homeland and should recognize that this MoU will NOT go through. It will breakdown and go backwards and forwards. Also take note of the Entity’s actions during this time (a period of about 8 weeks).

This is why I am calling it the Memorandum of (Mis)Understanding.

I have also referred back to Nostradamus Reading, 8 March 2026 - where Turkiye is spoken about, but I remember saying in that reading that are “many Muslim countries” who have the Moon and Star on their flag. The card was the 6 of Moons which then led me to an additional stanza 49. As evidenced:

What stands out me about the reading is that Pakistan has been mediating and it also has a Moon and Star on its flag:

I was rather shocked by this with the announcement of Pakistan as interlocuter last month.

I also want to point you to my Nostradamus Reading, 24 March 2026 where he spoke about “a tree which has been long dead, dried up”. The card was the 10 of Moons. I said those lines could refer to Lebanon and also Hezbollah. Here’s the flag for Lebanon:

But also the Lebanese flag resembles Hezbollah’s flag - which has a yellow background. The 10 of Moons also said “his king shall be sick, his Prince shall have his foot tied”, etc.

In the reading I said that this line could be about Kushner…but after much meditation, I feel the card may refer to Reza Pahvali - the late Shah of Iran’s son. Which could be why “his foot is tied” - a US puppet. However in the case of the 10 of Moons, two things can be true at once - the resurrection of Hezbollah and the installation of the Shah’s son.

Quick. Close your eyes and imagine that your country is being invaded. Your homes and farmland being systematically destroyed. Your right to just exist being taken away from you. What would you do?

What would do if the fighting forces were controversial? You’d welcome the help and fight like hell to resist.

This is what Lebanon is attempting to do – fight and resist. What is happening in and to Lebanon is the same playbook of what happened in Palestine – only Lebanon has Hezbollah. Palestine had Hamas, but that group was decimated – even the Palestine Liberation Army, under Yassar Arafat was rendered non-existent when they tried to do a deal with Israel. Some folks even believe that Arafat was assassinated by Israel.

Here we are again. The President of Lebanon is being asked to de-arm Hezbollah when even the Lebanese Army won’t assist in that de-armament.

The President of Lebanon is in between a rock and a hard place. He has NO legs to stand on and no leverage.

I have 2 very close friends who are Lebanese. One is a doctor of immunology, the other is a teacher of mathematics. Both, highly intelligent and both with older parents still living in Lebanon. And when I tell you that the depth of sorrow emanating from these two people when I ask how their parents are doing – waves of sorrow come off of them – although they try to remain optimistic. There’s nothing I can do but let them but tell them I will keep their parents in my prayers.

Do you remember the 2020 warehouse explosion in Beirut? Where 2750 tons of confiscated ammonium nitrate blew up? Supposedly this was due to” lax safety procedures”. I will ALWAYS believe and am convinced that it was an Israeli operation. I have no proof but it was simultaneous to the Lebanese banking system failure that was happening right around that time.

In 2026, the Lebanese people still don’t have an adequate answer to what REALLY happened. That explosion killed 218 people, injured 7000 an displaced 300,00.

How do you destabilize a government? You make it appear that events happen where the government can’t protect its citizens. You cause financial issues by sanctions then you forcefully invade to take over their land, homes and religious places. Even moreso, you push the population back over something called “the yellow line”, which includes Lebanese territorial waters and these territorial waters contain the Leviathan gas field. They (IsNotrael) are not only gobbling up territory but they are now taking a sovereign countries’ natural resources.

ALL THE WHILE still bombing Lebanon while an “active cease fire” is in effect. The same with Palestine.

Almost 3.5 years since the genocide (which is still occurring) in Palestine, the Palestinian people have no permanent housing, no hospitals, no schools or universities nor access to clean water and food.

This is why I say you cannot bomb away an ideology. For as long as humans have been on the earth, whenever and where ever there has been suffering and oppression, there has been resistance. One CANNOT control what others think and feel. As long as the US and Israel try to force their will upon other countries, the People will fight. Resist. No matter how you may feel about Hezbollah, Hamas or any of the Resistance Groups.

Go back to my first paragraph. Close your eyes and imagine yourself in the very same situation. Now tell me if you wouldn’t fight or resist.

I do not have any hopes for successful talks between the Lebanese Prime Minister, Nawaf Salam and Israel.

I am left to worry about my friends and their families.

BUT - one of the most important things I forgot to mention:

He says “naval ships are actively clearing mines in the Strait.

I don't know HOW this is possible. Ingleside, TX - which is just 17 miles from where I live - used to be a designated minesweeper base. The last time this ships saw any action was in Kuwait. The base no longer hosts minesweepers.

But since I have you here, I’m going to give you a little bit of geopolitics and a history lesson on Iran. Some of you may like what I have to say, some of you may not…

Let’s start with the United Nations Security Council, formed after WWII.

to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,

to practice tolerance and live together in peace with one another as good neighbours, and to unite our strength to maintain international peace and security, and to ensure, by the acceptance of principles and the institution of methods, that armed force shall not be used, save in the common interest, and to employ international machinery for the promotion of the economic and social advancement of all peoples,

Section 2, article 4 says:

All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations.

If you read this, then you would understand that AmerIsrael is in violation of this article. More importantly, AmerIsrael is making enemies. If you take into account the actions of both (one country, I say - because they are in it together - thus I coin the term “AmerIsrael”) which includes Cuba, Venezuela, Greenland, Palestine, Lebanon, Libya, Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan - just to name a few; what it spells is an expansionist, colonial takeover for land, minerals and oil. I will *also* say that this pattern disproportionately affects “brown” countries.

*(And I do firmly believe that BibiDon have a running bet about who can take over the most land/oil.)

For as long as I can remember, the Powers-that-Be have fed me the lines of “Iran is this. Iran is that. Iran wants to have nuclear weapons….yada, yada, yada”. But the rhetoric means absolutely nothing, if there is no LEGAL grounds for attacking a sovereign nation. This conflict is not only illegal but it is a series of ongoing war crimes.

Article 2, section 4 of the UN security council’s rules - which was set up by the Americans, British, former USSR and China - is one of the most fundamental principles of peace. Conceived on 24 October 1945, after Nazi Germany tried to take over the world.

What makes this conflict so disturbing is that America started it. Without warning anyone. It should have gone something like in this order:

1. America should have gone before Congress for authorization. They did not.

2. America should have gone to the UN for authorization. They did not.

3. America should have been under armed attack from Iran. They were not. Iran was in ACTIVE negotiations with the US, when America launched its attack.

Sidenote: I will say that Kushner and Witkoff have got to be the 2 worst negotiators in history, but that’s another story.

Accordingly, our respective Governments, through representatives assembled in the city of San Francisco, who have exhibited their full powers found to be in good and due form, have agreed to the present Charter of the United Nations and do hereby establish an international organization to be known as the United Nations.

I feel the joint attack was done without these specific conditions because AmerIsrael never expected to be held accountable. They have change the “rules based order” and now are trying to figure out how to extricate themselves from the situation. This is what colonialism looks like - up close and personal.

I will provide you with a brief overview of Iranian history: Persia (modern-day Iran) is over 6000 years old. And for centuries it was known for being a center of economic, religious and an educational power.

Throughout these 6000 years, they have fought battles - think 300, Thermpylae and Xerxes.

However the story of modern-day Iran begins about 1905, when the Persian Constitutional Revolution began. It was adopted the following year, 1906. Then the Russians came - not once but twice in the years 1911(where they tried to force the Shah to close the Majles or Iranian Parliament) and 1941 they came with the British to invade. In between those years- in 1925 - Reza the Great overthrew the Qajar dynasty becoming the first Shah of the Pahlavi dynasty which continued until America and Britain overthrew the dynasty. So from 1945 - 1946 Persians battled the Russians, the Brits and defeated them all.

Then in 1953, something happened and it started with a man named Mohammad Mosaddegh - who nationalized the country’s oil. But the Colonists didn’t want that, so they organized a coup and overthrew Mosaddegh.

The Abadan Crisis was about his nationalization of Iran’s oil over British objections. The Brits built the oil infrastructure and been overseeing it since 1913. The Anglo-Persian Oil Company (APOC/AIOC) later known as British Petroleum Company or BP.

Britain (MI6) and American (CIA) operatives carried out the coup and ushered the Shah of Iran back into power where he promptly gave over half the rights to the oil to western powers.

Fast forward to 1979. The Shah is ousted AGAIN - the Iranian monarchy collapses in a popular revolution. And it is at this point that Iran makes a calculated decision - by showing the Colonists that they’ve had enough of meddling. In April of ‘79, Iran adopted a new resolution making it the Islamic Republic. Then in November ‘79, the Iran Hostage crisis.

(I would be remiss if I failed to tell you that the Reagan administration was caught up in a scandal over the hostages - it is what is known today as The Iran-Contra scandal, which introduced us to the likes of Colonel Oliver North, of the NRA, but I digress.)

Back to battles: 1980 - Iraq launched a full scale invasion of Iran. The next year, 1981 saw the Ayatollah Khomeini as the first Supreme Leader and in 1988, Iraq and Iran came to a stalemate.

In 1989, the first Ayatollah (Ruhoallah Khomeini) dies and is replaced with Ayatollah Ali Khaemeni), the 2nd Supreme Leader. Which brings us to today.

Israel has a LONG history of political assassinations.

I will put the years/locations/targets here for you:

1. Dutch-Jewish anti-Zionist activist, Jacob Israel de Haan by members of the Haganah, 1924.

2. Walter Guinness, 1st Baron Moyne, November 1944.

From 2001 - 2009, Israel carried out over 130 targeted assassinations and between 2010 another approximately 30 targeted assassinations and to round it out an additional 40 targeted assassinations sometimes more than one target was killed at the same time. All of this to say: Which country do you think will go to any lengths to avoid peace?

Each time there appears to be peace - Israel rears its ugly head to say NO. This is why the UN and other governments said nothing about the leveling of Palestine nor the ongoing leveling of Lebanon. Their silence is their complicity.

Back to Iran: the country has fought many, many wars/battles in its 6000 year history. And they’ve learned a few things - mainly, that history can and often does repeat itself or has an echo.

47 doesn’t read nor know and/or understand historical events. This conflict is taking too long for him and he wishes that it went the way of the kidnapping of Nicolas Maduro - fast. Iran is not seeking a ceasefire. They are seeking an UNCONDITIONAL end to war. They tried the ceasefire back during the 12 Day War with Israel, only to be attacked again. This time - they will show no mercy - meaning they are NOT FUCKING AROUND. And they do not have to have fancy weapons - all they need is the will to outlast AmerIsrael.

It must be realized by now, that more you displace folks, demolish their homes, destroy their institutions, their hospitals, schools, places of worship, kill their families and friends - this will make folks RESIST the efforts of the Occupiers/Colonizers. To. Their. Very. Last. Breath.

Some of you may point to Israeli assassinations as “bad dudes” or Venezuela having “problems only AmerIsrael can fix” but your thinking is that of a colonizer. What Iran is showing the world is how to RESIST *and* they are showing that 2 senior citizens are out of touch with reality. Every. Single. TIME. BibiDon opens their mouths, the Iranians have answered by physical proof.

More pressing is that the Gulf States now realize just how perilous their positions really are - both from Iran and AmerIsrael. I have shown you the Greater Israel Project map (which I will post again). Do you really think they will just stop with Iran?

Listening to Bibi this morning (after the Iranians brought The FIRE to Dimona and Arad), he’s urging other countries to join him in the fight against Iran. And that missile yesterday morning towards British Diego Garcia base, just might make other countries join.

But what we should be watching/waiting for is :

1. If the Houthis will finally join Iran (in which they would close the Red Sea route effectively cutting OFF ALL. OIL. shipments) AND

2. What will happen with the Marine contingency now heading towards Kuwait. Yes. The Marines are the crème-de-la crème of first “responders” in a war, but I feel and believe that they are attempting a suicide mission. I can only pray for them because I feel the Iranians have SOMETHING for them - no matter what type/kind of weaponry they possess.

What we are watching - in REAL TIME - is adaptation. Iran is “learning-on-the-fly” and they are adapting to lightening fast conditions. That missile shot at Deigo Garcia - in the MIDDLE of the Indian Ocean - was supposed to have a range of approximately 2000km. Instead it was fired approximately 4000km. They are doing MATH and making adjustments.

47 has issued an “ultimatum” yesterday:

“Open the Strait of Hormuz in 48 hours or I will “obliterate” your power facilities”.

Iran shot back (like who the f*ck are YOU talking to?) with this response:

If the enemy attacks fuel and energy infrastructure, all energy, information technology, and desalination infrastructure belonging to the U.S. and the Zionist regime in the region will be targeted,”

To quote Gman from the Substack article “Iran Doesn’t Give A Fuck”. I would argue that they give ZERO fucks x 10.

I have been very antsy for a few days and have been experiencing moderate angst. I feel something is “in the works” so decided to bring you this video.

First the information contained in the video is my own opinion based on the facts as they have been shown to me. For those of you who don’t know the way eclipses work - they come in pairs. One happening, then two weeks later. Think of this as “bookends”. One is always a new moon eclipse (the beginning of something that relates to whatever house and sign it falls across) then two weeks later it is bookended by a full moon eclipse (culmination or ending relating to whatever house/sign it falls across).

This is a video article instead of a written one and I started on 26 January 2026 by pulling cards but noticed that the cards were trying to tell “more of the story”, so I threw another spread on 14 February - and still felt as though the cards had much more to say. Finally, last night I came up with this spread - which is keeping the original cards thrown 26 January but with more cards added to it:

This spread is about the Solar Annular Eclipse on 17 February 2026. You can see my tarot journal to the side where the question posed was: “What is the energy surrounding this eclipse & will there be ab effect on “the government”?

For years now I have been speaking about authoritarian rule, the Great Replacement Theory and that something may happen to 47. These themes keep popping up and although I could not get an exact timing from the tarot, I have given a date of 13 April 2026 (plus or minus a few days on either side of this date) as a day/week to watch. You should know by now that there's no exact timing with the tarot - all things in their own divine time.

The cards used are the Petit Ettiella. They are read from right-to-left, consist of repeater cards (both upright and reversed), meeting numbers and several interpretations based on the character of a person and/or whether the cards individually are upright or reversed.

When using this deck, I like to do a throw and then just sit with it awhile - same thing when I use the Lost Tarot of Nostradamus. This because I like to do research and give my intuition time for all the information to come to the surface.

For many of you that are new here, I had a stroke back in April 2023 and my speech was greatly affected. In that vein, the video may be too long for you and/or you may not understand some words that I may say. And Happy New Year to you all.

This was a MOST unexpected reading on the events that occurred last night. This strike/apprehension or at least we heard about it on a Cancer Full Moon.

The reading was somewhat hastily put together so please excuse any historical references as to names and dates, but I think we can see history repeating itself through the various wars/skirmishes that those of us who are old enough to remember.

I make mention of a Nostradamus reading I conducted back on 16 October 2022 and I believe that reading was a future prediction on what may have happened yesterday morning in Venezuela. I also believe that it may reference SCOTUS and Maria Corina Machado, but more than anything, I feel it may predict the trajectory that the US is going to follow.

I will be following the events/fallout, if any - from this event, but felt what has happened/will happen will be of the utmost importance looking forward.

There’s an old saying (or different variations of it):

NEVER LET YOUR RIGHT HAND KNOW WHAT THE LEFT HAND IS DOING.

In magic/hoodoo/voodoo/folk magic, the left hand is considered sinister, bad, up to know good. This is why when you’re trying to send evil/bad/or curse someone, you’re supposed to use the left hand.

Yesterday while the majority of us were distracted by shiny objects, 47’s Left Hand was doing something truly nefarious.

According to several news sources and the government’s own website - the Department of Education is being wholly and completely gutted.

The Short Version

What this administration has done is break up the department and parcel out (along with parceled funds) to other governmental agencies. The education department will now be structured as such:

K-12, secondary and post-secondary education will now be under the Department of Labor.

Title 1 (low-income/migrants/at risk youth/foster kids) and Title 2 (state education funding/charter schools/civics and history/teacher training) will also be handled by the Labor Department.

Foreign/International studies and foreign languages will now be under the Department of State

The Agency of Indian Affairs Education is now under the Interior Department.

And the Department of Health and Human Services will take over child care access and foreign medical school accreditation.

None. Of. These. Departments. No anything about education. Their are no experts on education that reside in any of these departments (though the administration says folks will be transferred).

The Department of Education is/was a congressionally mandated department, ensuring equal access (women/minorities/disabled/learning disabilities), Title 9 (discrimination by sex in any federally funded school) and Title 6 (discrimination based on race/color/national origin). It was also responsible for FAFSA - the Free Application for Federal Student Aid- undergraduate and graduate students (Parent-Plus/Individual Borrowers/Loan Repayment Programs).

This was a first step to dismantling education under the BBB (and P2025) that was passed when 47 took office.

Dept. of Education is now being run by Linda McMahon (former wife of Vince McMahon of WWE renown) - and when speaking before a congressional committee some months back, she kept calling AI - A One. McMahon knows ABSOLUTELY nothing about education nor the education department. She has NO degree in education. However, she does have a BS in French from East Carolina University from 1969.

SCOTUS

Reports say that in July 2025 SCOTUS upheld the mass firings from the department of education and that all federal funds and grants are to be handled through the FAFSA agency and loan amount caps for students applying have been established.

Way Forward?

This administration does not specifically say that how it might deal with students with disabilities or if it will handle - and how - all educational Title laws, but if these changes are what I think they are - a way to “dumb down” the educational pool - by parceling out the different levels of education, I can see only two things happening:

1. School-to-prison pipeline.

2. School-to-ready-made serf workforce.

Gone will be the days of critical thinking, analysis and scientific research, writers, artists, comedians. It will be indoctrination camps.

The rich, wealthy and uber-wealthy won’t have to sacrifice their kids because the will be able to afford boutique private schools and foreign universities.

I am very upset about this because for most regular folks, education is the way out of many things - poverty being the main condition. Every parent I know who are worth their salt, wants a better life for their children and education has been the key…sometimes the ONLY key.

Keys can do two things: they can open doors for you OR lock you out. With this move the administration is seriously trying to lock out many kids - because they are poor, migrants, at risk, Black/Brown/Red/Yellow, disabled, have learning disabilities, Trans, LBGTQIA, non-Christian, etc.

This move just may be the impetus that the American people require to get off their asses and do something. Every parent, aunt, uncle, sister, brother, cousins should be upset about this but I can guarantee that most are not even aware of this issue.

I’m done. I’m tired. Tired of all the fuckery from 47 and this administration. And I don’t know what’s to become of the young people in this country. This keeps me up at night.

Good Morning All.

I wrote this article back on 20 February 2025. It was a warning of how this government would operate. Although it specifically deals with fElon Musk, you can take the article and apply it to this entire administration’s method of operations.

First a bit of housekeeping: I have restarted my Physiotherapy yesterday and hope to make more progress. Second, there is some news happening that I feel you should be aware of:

1. Epstein Files

2. Internet Outage

3. Fallout from the Government Shutdown

4. Department of Education

The Files

Let’s start with the Files. I was just watching all those ladies up on a dais with MTG and a few other politicians. And all I could do was shake my head is pity and sorrow because it is all a performative act. Let me explain:

While I know that the majority of you are waiting with bated breath to see the rest of the emails, I am sorry to tell you that YOU WILL NOT get anymore information other than what’s been already released. We know that 47 is trying to deflect from his gift, but he also called on AG Pam Bondi to open an investigation on some very high-profile Democrats. And she answered that she would.

For those of you that don't the legal system, Bondi’s reply ensures that NO NEW information will be forthcoming. When the DOJ opens an active investigation, it is their policy not to share ANY information about it. According to the DOJs own policy The ECFR (Code of Federal Regulations) 50.2 Release of information by personnel of the DOJ relating to criminal and civil proceedings, Subsections B & C, they say that no information shall be released. So when 47 called for an active investigation and Bondi replied in the affirmative, this meant she is not to release any information. Simple as that. This is why I feel very bad for the victims - being paraded around in public with the hopes that their stories will be told. This vote today will go nowhere and for that I truly have empathy for the victims.

I also want you to think about how and when that first traunche of emails came about: It was during the height of the government shutdown, released by the Dems as a “got you moment” and y’all fell for it. Point being, it was Red Meat and Bread thrown to the Masses as way of DISTRACTING from the fact that Dems approved the Republican continuing CR. How long did they have this information? Why then? Do you honestly believe the Schumer didn't know what was going on - back room deals? I will never believe it. I have been saying since the 2020 election that Democrats are corrupt, inept and do not have our best interests at heart - not really. The ACA fight may have had real purpose however I feel it was the healthcare lobby who wanted the fight. Healthcare lobby spends millions of dollars on Democrat political campaigns and they were in danger of losing multi-millions of dollars if folks were going to be kicked off of ACA subsidies. But oops - by Dems caving to the Republicans, the healthcare lobby lost out because in the end the prices are going to go up where people cannot afford to pay premiums. I guess some money is better than no money, huh?

Here’s what I really want you to be aware of with this situation: While Republicans say that they will go along with release of The Files, it’s really a Circus. They will never allow the vote to go through. I feel when it gets to the Senate, it will be voted down OR Pam Bondi will become the Fall Guy. It’s all an act to make the public “feel” they’ll do something about it. But it will be all smoke and mirrors (Neptune-Saturn conjunction). And let’s not forget that Mercury is now sitting at the critical 0 degree, retrograde in Sagittarius BUT tomorrow he will be cazimi at 29 Scorpio along with a Scorpio New Moon conjuncting Venus in Scorpio in the 11th house of groups/networks. Remember that the sign of Scorpio can sometimes represent corruption, the Mafia/mafia like groups and secrets.

(My honest opinion - they may vote to out certain Democrats but they will NOT vote to give anymore information on 47. So don’t expect it).

Furloughed federal employees: I still say there’s something fishy with whole “reopening”. I still feel with the “new budget” some may not get backpay and/or won’t be rehired after all is said and done - P2025s goal is to shrink/erode faith in government. My neighbor who is a GS Civilian employee, has told me that there’s a “delay” in getting paid - at least for him.

I also said this “reopening” was happening in a mutable, two-bodied sign, Sagittarius. Things that occur in a two-bodied sign always has two parts to it -

a. “indicating two of whatever is signified”;

b. “indicates digressions in the manner of bringing about events with 2 actions taken and with the 2nd action finishing before the 1st”.

Internet Outage

Woke up to the news that there’s an internet outage involving CloudFlare Services as predicted in my last article. You can visit DownDetector to view what services are being affected. Mercury Rx 0 Sagittarius (worldwide web) in the 12th house today spells “unknown reason” for the outage.

Fallout from the Shutdown

With the “reopening” of the government, many states are reporting that SNAP benefits will be delayed even though some states have gotten the funds rolling but here’s the kicker - when the Dems signed the bill to reopen, they also signed on to new, stricter work requirements - meaning that a lot of people will be ineligible for food assistance. What if you miss a form deadline or live in an area where there IS NO work and don't have transportation to get to work, particularly in rural areas? You’re out. So while folks have gotten a slight reprieve, the pain will continue.

Dept of Education

This one has a personal connection. As many of you know, my daughter has plans to enter nursing school. She completed her paramedic degrees (AAS) and is scheduled to enter nursing school next year when the program opens. The “reopening” of the government had a provision in the bill that changes what should be designated as a professional degree. Nursing is NOT on the list. I did not believe it at first so decided to fact check what I heard. Still didn't believe it, so I checked again - and again (you may check here for a specific breakdown but the list recognizes the following professional degrees and excludes nursing:

Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), Dentistry (D.D.S. or D.M.D.), Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.), Chiropractic (D.C. or D.C.M.), Law (L.L.B. or J.D.), Medicine (M.D.), Optometry (O.D.), Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.), Podiatry (D.P.M., D.P., or Pod.D.), and Theology (M.Div., or M.H.L.)

In other words, he takes a predominantly female based profession (single moms/women of color) and completely denies them the dues they have earned as a nurse. All the years of study, sacrifice and clinicals - out the window. Nurses can make upwards of 100K/year or more which proves to me this exclusion is based in misogyny and hatred of women. Granted, DOE “says” it’s not an exhaustive, complete list however I feel it may be a done deal.

A word on 47s chart:

For the next few months he will be going through it. All of his important angles are being affected: Uranus Rx back to 29 Taurus (10th house) squares his 29 Leo AS (1st house) but also squares/opposes his 29 Aquarius DS (7th house) and opposes his IC (4th house).

Uranus is again conjuncting his MC (electrifying, bringing online/shocking) his career/legacy sector which is squaring his natal Mars conjunct his AS (Mar+AS = challenges to his body, name, face, public persona) but also the square/opposition to his natal DS (other people) which is conjunct his natal Lot of Fortune (things that occur over which you have no control) and the Uranus opposition to his IC (home/homeland/country). We know that folks are upset with him, that Dems made some gains in state elections, but I say this will not oust him…at least right now. I have my eye on the upcoming Aquarian eclipse. This is the same eclipse I mentioned in the shutdown saga. This will be a NM Solar eclipse at 28 Aquarius which again affect his important angles (AS/MC/DS/IC). I feel this may be the turning point and by mid March - mid April we may see him gone.

I say this because he has a Sagittarius period coming up 12 April 2026. The last few times he had a Sagittarius period were:

13 July 2024. Butler PA (1st assassination attempt)

19 July 2024 (4th assassination attempt. This was leaked by Senator Grassley. Suspect was arrested and charged but we didn’t hear about it until 8 November 2024. This was the foiled plot to payback 47 for the assassination of Iranian General Sulimani).

These dates are approximate with timing possibly with a few days on either side.

Lastly, I would like you to pay close attention to the following dates because we may here news about The Files (just not the news we have been waiting to here) and also there may be calls to impeach 47.

I have been very vexed and puzzled as to how this administration is operating but I must tell you that I think it is a very low-key, under the radar coup that is happening in realtime. What I am about to say are my own thoughts on the matter.

First - I firmly believe that what we are witnessing is the first part of the fall of America and the fall will continue through 2028 - so an 8 year event that started back in 2020 - with the most pivotal events occurring primarily in 2025 - 2028.

Let’s begin with government shutdown. I am not convinced that government will ever reopen- and I suspect this has been the plan all along.

The reason for my belief about this is the Saturn-Neptune conjunction. They were in close aspect back in June at the critical 0 degree in Aries in the 5th house of America's birth chart. Aries is a cardinal sign. Cardinal signs always begin things.The 5th house is considered to be a house of risks and bets. They have both retrograded back into Pisces - a mutable or double-bodied sign. According to Hellenistic tradition this means “that is ambiguous and indicates digressions in the manner of bringing about events in two actions taken, with the 2nd finishing before the 1st.”

Saturn has transited back to the same degree as the 21 September 2024 lunar eclipse in Pisces.

Saturn-Neptune are traveling together until at least the week of 9 February 2026 when they both re-enter Aries at 0 degrees. Word on the curb is that by 19 November the congress will reach a deal however, I feel that the government shutdown will continue until at least 13 February. I am picking the date for a final resolution to the gridlock for several reasons:

1. Mercury will have retrograded back into Scorpio widely conjuncting Venus in Scorpio. Venus operates at her detriment (weakness) in Scorpio. I take those placements to mean that they will meet, but fail to come up resolution;

2. Also there’s the Mars-Uranus opposition that we will still be under. Uranus in the 11th house of groups where he will have returned to Taurus and Mars in Sagittarius the 5th house of of bets and risks, but *also* Mars conjuncts Mercury Rx in the same house.

3. Then there are the federal holidays: Veterans Day (11 Nov), Thanksgiving (27 Nov), Christmas (25 Dec), New Year’s Day (1 Jan 2026), MLK Day (16 Jan 2026) and the last holiday would be President’s Day (16 Feb 2026).

In a previous article, Game Theory, I gave you a “what-if” scenario on if the shutdown the lasted 90 days or longer.

What I do say is this will be about the timing because these two planets are doing something that you may not be aware of.

Saturn is the rule book - it rules structures, government, heads-of-state, authority and authority figures. Saturn asks you to become sober and look at the cold hard facts. Neptune rules the “veil” - things that cannot be seen. It rules the 12th house where we receive our intuition, spirituality. Neptune dissolves and dissipates. Given this, I feel that we are witnessing the dissolution of government structure and ultimately disintegration of the rules governing the US.

Right now, this can make us feel that there’s hope (Neptune) one day, but then the next day we wake up to the cold, sober, hard facts (Saturn).

Wider translation: Saturn+Neptune = rules that no longer apply and boundaries that are dissolvable. For context, in history we’ve seen the Saturn-Neptune conjunction with the fall of the Berlin Wall and the fall of the USSR (what we now know as Russia)

***(I would be remiss if I did not mention Pluto in Aquarius in the 8th house. Pluto brings the flavor of manipulation - like am I really seeing/feeling this or not - a subtle mind game. Because he’s in the 8th house- his natural house but in a fixed air sign, he still has power and control over our shared resources. So while we may think the government shutdown is over, we may find out later down the line, that something more sinister is/was going on.)

I am writing this in 2 parts with the previous being written yesterday. 7 November.

So at this writing, word on the curb is that 47 has said he would release SNAP funds while at the same time his officials are headed to the SCOTUS for an emergency appeal to block the lower courts order.

But live update from today (8 November 2025 at 8:30am): SCOTUS has granted the administration’s appeal, with the most notable ruling coming for Justice Ketanji Brown. This is the Pluto effect I speak about.

Saturn can make us feel/think that the boundaries and rules are still in place but Neptune says the “wool is being pulled over our eyes” - deception, lies, illusions and delusions. I feel - and particularly looking at the astrology transits - that the plan - (Project 2025 - A Mandate for Leadership) - was to shutter the US government with no intention of ever making it operable again. I contend that while this administration is shutdown and even back to the beginning of this administration - we have not been able to see what’s happening. We have no idea where our public funds (taxes) are or how they’re being used and we have no idea how the laws are being enacted or which are being ignored. Complete obfuscation.

The Full Moon in Taurus (5 Nov) I mentioned in my previous article definitely played a role. Taurus is the 2nd house which can literally be translated as “the ability to care for ourselves” or our livelihood and in that vein extends to the ability to fed ourselves. Two days later 8 November, Uranus has retrograded back to 29 Taurus where he will remain turning direct on 4 February 2026.

This means that for 4 months our 2nd house is coming online - being shocked, electrified - the significations of the 2nd house - our personal finances, values, living situations, ability to survive, etc. will too go through some very profound, unexpected changes and may be even liberate us.

If you are feeling or intuiting that we’ve been here before - for historical context, the astrological transits are the same. I contend that what we are seeing/experiencing is the prelude or buildup to some kind of war:

29 March 1935 Uranus was in Taurus where he remained until 8 August 1941. He then entered the sign of Gemini. Four months to the day, the US officially entered World War by declaring war on Japan for the Pearl Harbor attack. The date was 8 December 1941. Uranus was in Gemini from 1941 - 1949.

All the preparation for World War 2 was building up between 1935 -1941 when Uranus was in Taurus. We actually see the war played out between the years of 1942-1949. We are in the beginning stages of what appears to be a conflict or war. But I don’t know if it will just be an internal war or a world war.

For context: the US Sibly chart has war baked into it. It shows Uranus in Gemini conjunct Mars in Gemini and this aspect is coming up just in time for the nation’s 250th birthday, 4 July 2026.

Side-note on wars: 47s policies of imposing tariffs on the whole world can be likened to an economic war. Now, he’s preparing for some kind of “offensive” with both Venezuela and Nigeria. Drugs is the pretense for Venezuela; the “killing of Christians” the pretense for Nigeria. In TRUTH Venezuela is 12th in oil production and Nigeria is 15th in oil production. I contend this threats of war are all in effort to capture the oil of these countries.

America has Sagittarius rising and Mars conjunct Mercury Rx in is occurring in the 1st house - this points to a deeply personal event. Put against the government shutdown chart, it falls across the 6th house - the house of work/workers, service duty, the body, eating, etc. I mentioned earlier in this article that Mercury in Sagittarius in the 1st will oppose Uranus in Gemini in the 7th.

Mercury rules both the natural houses of Gemini (3rd house) and Virgo (6th house). In modern astrology Uranus rules the 11th house and all things having to do with technology, inventions, the future. I feel this setup may hide some type of technological outage. Internet, phones, texts - any type of communications that uses modern technologies - a worldwide outage of some sort. So think servers, airline communications, etc., is also a very real possibility. It also tracks with the announcement of ICE’s new surveillance program.

Back to what has been vexing me about this administration - no matter what, I feel what we are witnessing and experiencing is a low-key coup despite what Uranus is doing. Saturn is sitting at 25 Pisces rx, the same degree of the partial lunar eclipse 7 September 2025. Neptune is sitting at 29 Pisces is at the same degree of the solar partial eclipse 21 September 2025.

Our next eclipse will be a Solar Annular on 17 February 2026, in the sign 28 Aquarius where there will be a HUGE mashup of planets across the 3rd house of the US’ birth chart. I won’t try to make predictions yet, I feel I should wait and watch to see how events are unfolding however, I will say this: we are living through very karmic times.

Saturn ingressed into 0 Aries on 26 May 2025 will Rx back into 29 Pisces 2 September 2025 for 5 months. He turns direct again on 15 February 2026 in Aries.

At this writing, Saturn is sitting at 25°in the 4th house of America’s chart. This tracks with everything that is happening in the US right now. The 4th house is all about home/homeland/city/state/country. Saturn which rules governments/heads of state/rules/boundaries/old people, shows us that 47 has a stranglehold over the entire country. Immigration raids, economy, the People. If you notice, Saturn Rx is conjunct Neptune Rx. Neptune ingressed back into 29 Pisces, 23 October 2025. This spells confusion and not having a clear view of what is really happening in or to the country. It also spells a period of sacrifice and waiting.

In Hellenistic astrology, we do not use the modern planets - we use the traditional 7 planets: Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Venus, Saturn and Jupiter. Tonight, there will be a Full Moon in Taurus falling across the 6th house of America’s chart. Full Moons are culmination points where one should be wrapping up or completing things. Saturn is conjunct America’s North Node which should indicate that “way forward”. Yet Saturn restricts, negates, contracts and suppresses.

Jupiter will retrograde at 29 Cancer on 11 November 2025 where he will remain until 11 January 2026 turning direct at 15° Cancer. He will be going back and forth in the sign of Cancer during this time. Jupiter is transiting America’s 8th house of other people's money or shared resources. He will also be transiting over America’s natal LOF, Mercury and Sun by degree aspects. The LOF (Lot of Fortune) is all about things that happen or occur over which you have no control. Mercury rules not only communications but commerce. The Sun rules America’s ego/self/life direction.

Uranus is the big one for it retrogrades back to 29 Taurus on 11 November 2025. What really catches my attention is that at the moment, Uranus 7th opposes Mars 1st - and we seen these two making aspects throughout mid 2024 -2025.

Many of the themes we experienced in 2024 will make a reappearance during the final months of 2025 and into 2026.

THE THEMES REVISiTED:

Uranus in Taurus. Taurus rules all the you own/earn/owe - all of your personal and moveable possessions that have in connection to yourself. So things like rents, property, land, jewelry, cars, etc. But Taurus also rules the stock market, so stocks and bonds, financial transactions, expenses and earnings, etc. Expect to see volatility int the stock market. Valuations may swing wildly and even cash shortages.

Allow me to share a dream I had on 3 November 2025 at 3:30am:

Back in ancient times bulls were used as currency. Wall Street has the Bull as it’s symbol and we are now in a bull market (at least I believe so, no matter what the pundits say). In my dream I saw a bull with 4 broken legs which then morphed into a piggy bank. I took that to mean that the stock market may crash (bull’s broken legs) and the piggy bak represents all our savings. I have been reading up on the Federal Reserve's Repo Market. This is where banks go and trade securities for cash - like a pawn shop. Analogy: you need $100 so you take your Playstation to the pawnshop and the pawnshop gives you $100 cash with the belief that you will come back to reclaim the Playstation for $105 cash (interest). However, what the banks have been trading or exchanging for cash has usually been mortgage backed securities - which are crap and don’t really amount to anything.

To put it another way:

Federal Reserve repo operations involve short-term loans where the Fed buys securities from banks with an agreement to sell them back later, helping to manage liquidity in the banking system and maintain the federal funds rate within a target range. These operations are crucial for ensuring smooth market functioning and supporting monetary policy.

The banks have no LIQUIDITY, which translated into every day language means the banks HAVE NO CASH. 31 October 2025, the Feds loaned banks a whopping $51.8B. Think about how denial of Food Assistance funds - for 42M people - means that the banks will not have funds to operate. All the folks who have been furloughed from government jobs- means no paychecks coming into the banks. This in turns has an effect on rents, car payments, mortgages, life/health insurance premiums - every sector of life is affected. Federal Reserves’ Repo Operations But if you don’t believe what I say read these two articles by Reuters and this article by FRED (Federal Reserve Back of St. Louis).

Mars-Uranus:

The conjunction happened in July 2024 - 15 July to be exact, in Butler, PA. We may revisit “the shot to the ear”, or something similar.

The square aspect between these two bodies, and it was when the incident occurred in Orem Utah on 10 September 2025. We may revisit “the shot to the neck”, or something similar.

Now we are under the opposition and have been since 3 November, It will last until these two planets (both by transit and by natal placements) separate - which I will say be around early December - mid December. All Mars-Uranus aspects have the capacity for a lone gunman, an explosive event or something that completely shocks. Right now Mars is in the 1st house and Uranus is in the 7th house - BOTH AT THE CRITICAL ZERO mark.

Jupiter in Cancer

Cancer naturally rules the 4th house and Jupiter is known for making and creating luck. Back on 29 November 2024, I wrote an article on fElon Musk explaining how he had a very aggressive Mars in the 8th house. The Doge was created on 20 January 2025 - the day that 47 took office and on 31 January 2025, alarm bells were raised that the DOGE had gained access to the Treasury Department's payment systems.

So while Jupiter bestows some luck, he can also be about corruption, excess and over-stepping boundaries. This transit through the 8th house is all about other people's resources (those you have in conjunction with employers, banks, marriage and or payouts. And I believe that this tracks with the government shutdown and most particularly with the food assistance program. I believe that the contingency fund setup for national emergencies has been stolen by this administration. The word has been that they would restore benefits partially, that it would take up to two weeks OR longer to receive those benefits…but 47 is defying the court order by asking for clarification, then saying that they would allow only $4.4 million to go out when the contingency fund had around $5B, and the latest was that he wasn’t going to issue any benefits at ALL. This is because that $5B has vanished. Poof. Gone. And this administration is just trying to stall the inevitable - the public finding out that the monies are gone.

This tracks with Mercury going retrograde in America’s 1st house, but also Mercury being conjunct Mars - both in Sagittarius. For want of a better explanation - Sagittarius rules the Masses. It is also naturally ruled by Jupiter and the 9th house which is about laws - karmic and secular, creative manipulation of ideas, ethics (moral codes) and things that are legal. 47 has Cancer in the 12th house and we may revisit some of legal issues or the legal issues around this administration.
