Scheduled - Scheduled maintenance for the Agave v4.2 upgrade on Solana Devnet.

This upgrade includes a few client-facing changes worth noting ahead of time:

Token-2022 confidential transfers:
depositConfidentialTransfer/withdrawConfidentialTransfer instructions in jsonParsed responses will emit a single account field instead of separate source/destination fields. If your integration parses these fields directly, you may need to update your parsing logic.

getClusterNodes:
Results will no longer be filtered to your own shred version, and the shredVersion field will reflect each peer's own value rather than a constant. Expect more entries in the response, with heterogeneous shredVersion values.

Reward parsing:
A new rewardType value (DeactivatedStake) may appear in getInflationReward and getBlock/getBlockProduction responses. Additionally, the commission field in reward data may return null in some cases going forward.

Sui Mainnet - JSON-RPC API Deprecation Notice

Monitoring - Sui has officially marked JSON-RPC as deprecated and is requiring developers to migrate to either gRPC or GraphQL RPC by July 2026. You can read more in Sui's blogs below:

We are upgrading our Sei Mainnet infrastructure to v6.6.1. This is a recommended patch release addressing two critical stability issues affecting RPC and LCD node operators.

During the maintenance window, brief interruptions to RPC availability may occur.

RPC Changes:
LCD pagination — Pagination that regressed in v6.6.0 has been restored while preserving v6.6 precompile semantics.

[Urgent] Monad - Testnet - Upgrade to v0.16.0 Aug `10`, `2026` `01:00`-`07:00` UTC

We are upgrading our Monad Testnet infrastructure to v0.16.0.

This release activates MONAD_TEN (MIP-8 page-encoded storage) on testnet at 2026-08-12 14:30 UTC, along with robustness fixes and performance improvements.

Scheduled maintenance for the Agave v4.2 upgrade on Solana Mainnet.

This upgrade includes a few client-facing changes worth noting ahead of time:

Token-2022 confidential transfers:
depositConfidentialTransfer/withdrawConfidentialTransfer instructions in jsonParsed responses will emit a single account field instead of separate source/destination fields. If your integration parses these fields directly, you may need to update your parsing logic.

getClusterNodes:
Results will no longer be filtered to your own shred version, and the shredVersion field will reflect each peer's own value rather than a constant. Expect more entries in the response, with heterogeneous shredVersion values.

Reward parsing:
A new rewardType value (DeactivatedStake) may appear in getInflationReward and getBlock/getBlockProduction responses. Additionally, the commission field in reward data may return null in some cases going forward.

This patch release fixes a critical infinite loop bug in the FixEvmTransactionIndexMigration that could cause startup delays or synchronization failures.

The underlying v0.160.0 release corrects EVM transaction index ordering to include only top-level EVM transactions; child transactions now inherit the index of their parent. This migration is asynchronous and runs in the background.

This is a security and bug-fix patch release that mitigates a peer-driven CPU-exhaustion vector affecting nodes with NU6.3 (Ironwood) active by rejecting underpaying and structurally invalid shielded mempool transactions before expensive proof verification, and disconnecting peers that send transactions with invalid shielded proofs.
The release also improves chain synchronization retry logic.

RPC Changes:
getblocktemplate — On Testnet, minimum-difficulty block template switching has been corrected to occur only when consensus threshold is reached, rather than up to 150 seconds early; this prevents spurious minimum-difficulty blocks that artificially depress difficulty.

The release also improves RPC latency by accumulating preconfirmed blocks from the local commit head, refines Prometheus metrics reporting, and fixes issues with container memory limits and message status reporting.

This release introduces a temporary EIP-7702 lockdown that filters out all type-4 SetCode transactions and any transactions sent from or to accounts already delegated through EIP-7702.

These transactions are excluded deterministically before execution, preventing the nonce-halt condition.

Transactions not involving EIP-7702 delegated accounts are unaffected. EIP-7702 functionality will remain unavailable until a future coordinated release resolves the underlying issue. The Alpha hardfork schedule remains on track for 2026-07-27 05:00:00 UTC.

Scheduled - We are upgrading our Avalanche Fuji Testnet infrastructure to v1.15.0-fuji ("Helicon") ahead of a coordinated network upgrade activating at 11 AM ET (3 PM UTC) on Tuesday, July 28th, 2026.

This release schedules the activation of several Avalanche Community Proposals (ACPs), including C-Chain async execution, auto-renewed staking, increased validator uptime requirements, reduced minimum validator staking duration, dynamic minimum C-Chain gas price, and a reduced minimum consumption rate.

Users should expect brief interruptions to RPC availability during the maintenance window, and no unexpected downtime is anticipated beyond that.

RPC Changes:
- C-Chain async execution: RPC calls that depend on chain state, when made immediately after a block is accepted, will now return only once that block has finished executing. Users polling state right after block acceptance may notice a small added delay before results are available.
- The following API namespaces/methods are now deprecated: the admin API namespace, the warp API namespace, and avax.getAtomicTxStatus, along with several debug namespace methods (debug_dumpBlock, debug_preimage, debug_getBadBlocks, debug_accountRange, debug_storageRangeAt, debug_getModifiedAccountsByNumber, debug_getModifiedAccountsByHash, debug_getAccessibleState). Users relying on these methods should plan to migrate off them.
- APIs that read pending-block state are now deprecated.
C-Chain state sync is not supported in this release; a version adding state sync support will follow before Mainnet activation is scheduled.

- eth_getTransactionByHash — Post-Alpha system transactions remain visible in block bodies with zero gas price and do not debit SYSTEM_CALLER; gas_used fields reflect actual metering.
- eth_traceTransaction — Historical trace and replay endpoints now apply post-Alpha system-transaction gas rules consistently with canonical execution.
