Look to the earth sign singleton, Mars in Taurus, to fulfill the Sabian Symbol image of the “Gardener Trimming Large Palms Trees”. Living in the Caribbean for years, I watched the old palm fronds dry up and hang off the trees. Do you have any old old stuff hanging around to trim away? Now is the time…..Disorganized, accumulation of clutter distracts our mental/ emotional clarity. The Diivne Masculine is strong and steady.

The world appears chaotic and messy, these days, as old stuff from beneath the surface and pushed to the back of the closet is coming forth to be seen and dealt with. Stormy Uranus can stir things up and sweep them away in sudden developments that may take us by surprise.

Uranus is dynamically squared to the Moon’s Nodes, the Dragon Head and Tail, with a Gemini twist and turn, a ‘flip of a coin’, a swish of the Dragon’s Tail with Virgoan precision that sweeps away what no longer serves. Our collective destiny is irrevocably reversed in some unexpected way. There is a divine discontent, a restless sense of imminence in front of this change. Can you feel it? Can you see it, or has the collective illusion clouded your sight? We might need our third eye, an intuitive perception that sees Truth beckoning beyond the polarizing mental gyrations. Feel your heart of compassion respond with gratitude.

The Divine Feminine is powerfully present. Venus, still being blessed by Jupiter in Cancer, has moved into Leo, claiming her sovereign, lioness-hearted power in a confrontation with Aquarian Pluto’s ruthless exposure of corruption’s destructive devastation. She claims increasing leadership as the Moon waxes and wanes.

Black Moon in Sagittarius opposes the New Moon, wielding her sword of truth. Sagittarius can be blunt in speaking Truth; this sword is quite sharp. With mean Black Moon at 19 degrees and true Black Moon at 21 Sag, there is little wiggle room as Black Moon seeds this lunation with clear soul-led direction. We are called to be fully present in each moment, situationally aware of the option of parallel timelines on the emerging path , the path less taken. This Black Moon calls for Self-honesty and radical trust

Mercury, ruler of this Gemini New Moon, is in Cancer, in an almost-precise conjunction with Asteroid Psyche. There is divine alchemy at work, as various qualities of psychic awareness open along with new levels of subliminal communication. Telepathy is an alternative to telephoning. Synchronistic Geminian ‘pairings’ or ‘doublings’ take place. A recent ‘for instance’ in my life: a few of us were taking turns shuffling an oracle deck and drawing a card. Two people picked the same card (not right after) and then, some minutes later, another two people picked the same card, not right after. This was after significant shuffling and time gaps. Another day, more oracle cards: someone picked a card, “Focus on your strengths.” The next person picked,”Stay focused.” The third person picked two cards: “Focus on your strengths” and “Balance in Life.” Direction indicated.

An unusual stellium in Aries is focused by Saturn at 13 Aries, bringing special energies into our experience. Salacia, in the Kuipet Belt at 13 Aries, is Neptune’s Mermaid Queen who makes the sunlight to sparkle on the sea. We are experiencing her shimmering waves of plasma light enlightening our solar system and electromagnetic fields. It can feel almost tangible, especially with the extra strong solar activity.

At 14 Aries is distant Leleakuhonua. With an orbit of around 30.000! years, this energy is remote, yet drawn in by Saturn for some effect. The Hawai’ian name refers to the migration of the Kolea bird between Alaska and Hawai’i. My initial impression during a meditation journey was of a glowing golden thread. Perhaps this lights the way for the bird’s subtle senses to follow. Alan Clay’s Dwarf Planet University students have been doing research, coming to associate this arising energy with '“multidimensional consciousness” and, interestingly, to “finding our soul mates in the unified soul field”, where “we can see our soul reflected in the other souls in our lives.” Feels to me that this theme enhances Pluto’s new activity in Aquarius.

The June-July astrology, with both CHiron and Jupiter changing signs creating extra-dynamic planetary patterns, promises to be dramatic, volatile at times, but with a positive flowing undercurrent of the outer planets—Uranus, Neptune and Pluto—in a harmonious flow with each other. Awesome, tense, and at times almost unbelievable— one hardly knows what to think. The question of what you believe is a significant one. Amazing times for personal and collective growth. This Mini Blue Moon is close to its aphelion, farthest point from Earth, so it will look smaller than often. The size does not diminish its impact, however Especially when two SUPER GIANT RED stars, color this Full Moon as much red as blue! These are very large, older stars that will, sooner than later, burst into supernovae.

ALDEBARANV marks the BULL’ S EYE in the constellation TAURUS, aligning with the Sun, but invisible while in the day sky.
ANTARES is the HEART OF THE SCORPION, aligning with the FULL MOON, we may see it, with its ruddy glow, close to this Full Moon;

This Full Moon is in Sagittarius/Gemini, so you may be wondering why these stars are so involved. The signs of the western Zodiac, starting with Aries on March 20, no longer line up with the constellations they were named for centuries ago. Yes, this can be confusing.

This stellar power pair, opposite each other across the sky, represent (in Vedic astrology) two goddesses: Rohini, the beautiful, young dancing goddess who loves the sensual life (Taurus), and Jyeshta, the Wisdom Crone, who often moves in the dark realms (Scorpio).

Their presence in this special second May Full Moon, suggest heightened, world-shifting energies at play.

This New Moon is conjunct Chiron, pulling forward as yet untapped threads from the Total Solar Eclipse on April 8, 2024 that was precisely conjunct Chiron. Chiron is a catalytic factor with surprising outcomes beyond the conventional, connecting seemingly unrelated or unseen energies with a unique kind of shamanic healing result.

Chiron moments can feel like “something has got to give, things cannot go on as they are.” Are you feeling this sort of critical threshold in your life? Along with CHiron, the rare clustering of planets now in Aries indicate fresh solutions at hand, if you are willing to look. Planning is challenging and, in some sense, useless as these potent times call for a fresh approach not based on old ways of operating. Old systems are dismantling. Things are not ‘working’ as they used to. Expectations are thwarted. Time to try something new—daring.

Chiron’s best ‘modus operandi’ is to be fully present in the moment, and in that moment of arising to let what wants to come forth and be done to emerge. This is highly individual process that comes from the inside out. It is authentic to who you are at an essential soul level. No pretense, no pretending, no surface solution. Claim your authority, says Saturn in Aries. Let it be a spiritual authority, indicates the Neptune/Saturn testing we are invited to take on Are you holding your frequency at the highest you are capable of? What is getting in the way of doing so? What can you do to find deeper enjoyment and pleasure in this very moment?

28 ARIES: A LARGE, DISAPPOINTED AUDIENCE
Why the disappointment? Expectations can come in the way. Things are not happening in the way you wanted them to? The current energies are SO NEW! your expectations may absolutely be getting in the way. The new collective consciousness opening up with Pluto in Aquarius is to be the watcher, to step back while still engaged, for a broader perspective on the situation. A broader viewpoint becomes increasingly useful.
Many of us may be disappointed in how things are unfolding. Jupiter in Cancer continues to suggest we look at how our belief systems, attachments and old patterns may be holding us back.

One highly significant energy of this New Moon is EROS, DESIRE POWER.
In the New Moon chart, we see Asteroid Eros at 27+ Cancer, so closely squaring ths New Moon as the most potentized, dynamic, activating factor. AI told me that Plato considered Eros a ‘daimon,’ described as a guiding force in individual destiny, a “mediating force between mortal lack and divine fullness. Eros is the passionate desire and longing for Beauty, Goodness and Wisdom driving humans to create, philosophize and eventually ascend toward the Immortal Form of Beauty.”

Mythically, Eros (or Amor) had a compelling love for Psyche, a mortal woman of extraordinary Beauty. This is a love story of mortal becoming immortal through the power of Love. Psyche was given many seemingly impossible tasks by Venus, Goddess of Love and mother of Eros, to prove her worthiness for Divine Love. Asteroid Psyche is at 27+ Gemini. In early March, these two mythic lovers were conjunct at 14 Gemini. A fairly rare conjunction, we were invited into this myth to stimulate our own erotic passion or life, for beauty, wisdom and creativity that we find activated in this lunation.

We also see in the chart above that true BLACK MOON at 27+Scorpio is adding her particular secret, sideways, soul-wise influence to this New Moon, further insistence from a deep spiritual desire to “Bring Me a Higher Love.”. Listen here

In the below DISCUSSION WITH HONEY C. GOLDEN , WE CONSIDER PERSPECTIVES OF THIS MAJOR ARIES-INFUSED NEW MOON. THIS LUNATION OPENS A MOON CYCLE WITH UNEXPECTED DEVELOPMENTS THAT OPEN RADICAL POTENTIALS THAT REORIENT OUR LIVES.

We also talk about planetary dynamics that follow early into this lunation, notably the Venus/Uranus conjunction that moves into Gemini on April 24/25. Uranus has been transitioning from Taurus to Gemini since last summer. Now its lightning-like enlightening strikes fully into Gemini, with Venus as its companion. Venus rules Taurus on the exoteric level and Gemini on the esoteric level, powerful in both signs. Uranus is the revolutionary Awakener that shifts things suddenly, marking a major reorientation in our situation. Watch for major announcements in the financial system, that Venus also rules over. This shift has been developing over the last 7-8 years of the Uranus transit through Taurus. If you have been tuning into this information, you won’t be so surprised when Uranus In Gemini flips the switch. Some may find such a radical reorientation disappointing, as the Sabian Symbol suggests, many will find cause for celebration. Certainly, as this Chiron New Moon suggests, things cannot go on as they are.
