Hi, I’m Erica Chidi…
Soft Boundaries is my personal newsletter.
It’s an exploration of the things that capture my attention, the things I’ve figured out, and the practices that help me keep softening.
I send out Soft Boundaries once a month. It might be a personal essay, a recommendation, a conversation with someone I admire, or all of the above.
For the past 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of health, culture, media, and technology. I began as a full-spectrum doula and health educator, co-founded and sold a women’s health education company called LOOM, and now serve as the SVP of Brand & Editorial Content at Refinery29 Unbothered.
Through my creative studio, ISE ISE, I also advise startups, consult on innovation strategy, and develop television and film projects.
I’m also the author of Nurture, have contributed to The New York Times and Vogue and co-hosted The goop Podcast from 2021–2023, which was a delight.
