Service description

Slidesfly lets you publish HTML slide decks and share them at public URLs. The service is built for developers and AI agents: you can publish anonymously from the CLI, then sign in later to claim decks and manage them from your dashboard.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Slidesfly to:

• Host malware, phishing pages, or content that violates applicable law
• Harass, defame, or infringe the intellectual property of others
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse reporting systems, or probe our infrastructure
• Publish content you do not have the right to distribute

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or report activity to authorities when we believe these rules are violated.

Subscriptions and billing

Slidesfly offers a free tier with plan limits described on our pricing page. Paid checkout is currently available. The Founding Pro pilot is $9/month, billed monthly, for an initial cohort. When paid checkout is available, subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Eligibility, price protection, payment provider, cancellation, and any taxes are shown before checkout. Future list pricing may differ from the founding pilot.

Refund policy

The free tier does not collect payment, so there is no charge to refund. For a first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within seven days of the initial charge. We also refund duplicate or erroneous charges and may provide a prorated refund or service credit for a verified Slidesfly outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours. These terms do not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Request a refund at support@slidesfly.com with the account email and payment reference. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; financial institutions typically post them within 5–10 business days.

Termination

You may stop using Slidesfly at any time. You can export your account data and request account deletion from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, published decks may be removed according to our retention policy and your deletion requests.

Disclaimer

Slidesfly is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. These terms may be updated; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
