You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt our infrastructure, reverse engineer our content, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
4. Intellectual property
All course content, labs, code, branding, and materials are owned by Petascale Labs, Inc. and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning use only.
5. Subscriptions and refunds
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled per the policy listed on our pricing page.
6. Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petascale Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
