After thinking a lot about this topic and discussing about it with a few of my friends and some working professionals, I have decided that I will running a newsletter but not like this one. This newsletter has 8705 subscribers at the time of writing this email. I got an average of 3.5k views on any post I publish. But i don’t feel the happiness in writing this newsletter. When we were a just at 2k subs, i used to get appreciation, I used to get feedback. I also made little money by taking accepting a few sponsorships. Today, it has grown almost 4x but it didn’t give me a good feeling, Now, it feels like a burden to run this newsletter. I accept it’s 99% my mistake, i had not been consistent, the newsletter has been dead for sometimes months. I accept my mistakes and i will try not to repeat that. I had always loved content writing and I still do. Here’s what i am planning to do -

I am moving the entire active audience to Beehiive. It’s a newsletter platform that i had been following from the time when it was underrated. I had always wanted to run my newsletter on Beehiiv because they have so amazing UI, features, and a lot of cool stuff + they care about their audience. I never did it earlier because most of the cool features are in their paid plan and i run a free newsletter, so it’s a risky bet. But i had taken this bet today.

While i just came to know that i can’t use their native feature for managing paid subscription as they use stripe for payment and stripe doesn’t support Indian companies much. So, I will need to manage the payments manually, but it’s ok, I can do that. I am very lucky that i have access to stripe legally while running a legal company although there are lot of restrictions. I will accept all payments on stripe link and will update the info on beehiiv, so their will be slight delays in getting access to our new newsletter. It can take up to 12 hours in it.

I am introducing two tiers -

Paid Subscription

A 2$/month plan for people who want to read our exclusive paid content. Their will be 3-4 posts per week for these subscibers. I post will be weekly updates but it will be in much better format and a few other posts delivering knowledge about OSINT and a few other skills that will be helpful for a professional working in OSINT.

Free Subscription

A 1$/year plan for people who wants to get just weekly updates just like this newsletter but that will be consistent and regular. Although, it’s 1$/year, it’s almost a negligible amount. I won’t become rich by charging 1$ per year but it will keep my email list spam free. I want a subscriber list with a highly engaged audience. I will prefer to have just 100subscribers with 90 people reading it rather than a newsletter with 8.6subs and 3.5k reads but 0 appreciation. I want to keep that newsletter spam free and only want people who are serious. Also, if any readers of that newsletter stays inactive for more than a month, he/she will be automatically unsubscribed by automation. They will be given reminder too. In case, they wanted to rejoin again, they can just email to hi@osintupdates.com and they will be added again for free.

If you are thinking about it being a scam because i am charging a 1$ amount, i request you to kindly unsubscribe from this newsletter. It’s not worth it to read my content if I haven’t earned even that much of respect.

• Tea is a woman-only app that helps women avoid red flags before the first date with dating advice, and shows them who’s really behind the profile of the person they're dating. It provides services such as background checks, Reverse Image Search, Sex Offender Search, and Phone Number lookup. (As per their Google Play Store page)
  The data of their users, including selfies (images taken for verification during signup) and voter IDs, is now going viral on the internet. It’s not a leak or breach; it’s possible that a vibe-coded app stored all the user data in a public bucket on Firebase. Some users scraped and uploaded the data to 4chan, and some even went a step further by pinpointing the user’s geolocation on Google Maps, revealing their possible home location. • Pentagon suspends participation in think tank events. The Pentagon has suspended participation in all think tank and research events until further notice, according to an email sent Thursday to staff and obtained by POLITICO, a major shift in engagement from the country’s largest federal agency.

  The decision comes a week after the Defense Department pulled out of the high-profile Aspen Security Forum citing “the evil of globalism” and indicating the event did not align with the Trump administration’s defense policies. Read more.

• A surveillance vendor was caught exploiting a new SS7 attack to track people’s phone locations. Security researchers say they have caught a surveillance company in the Middle East exploiting a new attack capable of tricking phone operators into disclosing a cell subscriber’s location.

  The attack relies on bypassing security protections that carriers have put in place to protect intruders from accessing SS7, or Signaling System 7, a private set of protocols used by the global phone carriers to route subscribers’ calls and text messages around the world. Read more.

  The collaboration comes at a time when geopolitical tensions and hybrid threats, combining cyber, physical, and informational tactics, are increasingly impacting both private and public sectors. We are preparing to take serious legal and organisational action against this individual. This behaviour is unethical and harmful to the entire community, and we will not tolerate it.

Profiler is developed by OSINT Ambition, the team behind OSINT Updates(the Best free OSINT newsletter), OSINTCon(the upcoming virtual and free OSINT Conference), OSINT Resources(a collection of OSINT Resources), and many other useful OSINT projects.

While many tools exist for phone number and email OSINT, they are not just good enough. We tried all of them, but none matched our requirements, so we developed Profiler, our own OSINT platform.

Some of the major issues that current OSINT tools have are -

1. Monthly subscription - tell me honestly, how many of you use phone and email OSINT tools daily, rarely those who use it for official work like criminal investigation, so is it fair to pay someone 10-15-20$ monthly just for a few searches, for me it's a hell no.

2. High pricing—many tools charge a premium but give results like a cheap version. It just doesn’t feel right.

3. No solution fits all needs—different people need different solutions for different use cases. No one would like to spend $0.5 to find out the person's name behind an email or phone number.

4. Lack of Innovation—Every OSINT tool that has emerged in the past is just a cheap copy of any other good product. They copy someone else's product and spend no time or money on innovation. They lack the motivation and vision to improve the product further.

5. Lack of trust—Many tools cannot be trusted. Some tools may have been logging all your searches, which is a serious concern. We cannot be sure of privacy or quality.

6. Bad UI/UX(some tools are just too hard to use; they look like someone from the 90s built them; This is 2025; as of today, products should be easy for everyone to use.

7. Unfair pricing—Some tools casually increase their prices without prior notice, which is a kind of scam to users.

We want to solve all these problems with Profiler, and here's how -

1. No monthly subscription—We use a pay-for-what-you-use pricing model, so you don't need to pay us to get access to our product. If you want to use any paid tools, use them, and the amount will be credited to your balance. If you don't search for anything, your credits are just stored; you can use them anytime in the future, whenever needed.

2. Affordable Pricing—We charge nominal pricing for most of the tools and have tried to keep it as low as possible. It's difficult to trust at this point, so just do one thing: use any other tool and then try to compare it with our tools in terms of both price and results. If you do so, you will never use any other tools.

3. Multiple tools - different tools for different needs and use cases. For example, we have basic search(costs 0.05$) which just searches on limited websites, it's best suited for general use cases. But if you are doing serious work like a criminal investigation, you don't want to miss out on any data, so use advanced search(costs $0.5), which searches hundreds of websites for the information. I can challenge you if you compare pricing and in-depth results; it's better than almost 99% of the current tools. Feel free to compare it yourself.

4. Regular updates and new tool additions—We are not building another phone/email OSINT tool, but an OSINT platform. We are purpose-driven and have a long vision for this product. We have a dedicated small team for R&D, so expect us to beat some big giants soon. As of now, enjoy our v0 version.

5. Being transparent—We are not new to the OSINT industry. We have been running OSINT Updates for the past two years (I know we haven't been very regular in the past, but now, we are back). We will try to maintain transparency as much as possible and always be open to suggestions and feedback from our users.

6. Clean UI/UX—The platform should be easy for everyone, even beginners. That's why we have a dedicated team for UI/UX. We just launched it, so it may have minor mistakes, but soon it will be the best in UI/UX.

7. Fair Pricing - We will always notify all our users before any pricing structure change. We don’t want to make profits by fooling our audience.

5. BreachGuard - Enter your email to see if it has appeared in any data breaches. Try now.

6. Info-Stealer Lookup - Check if your email or username has been compromised by info-stealing malware.

7. TiktokerFinder - View Any TikTok Profile in Seconds without login and without any VPN.

In Premium Tools, we have the following 6 tools(as of now) -

1. CallSpy - Most affordable Phone Number lookup tool(costs 0.02$ per search)

2. SIMSpy - Check phone number details such as line type, carrier, and country information(cost 0.02$ per search)

3. Mail2Linked - Find LinkedIn with Just an Email(cost 0.02$ per search)

4. XScan - Enter any Twitter username and instantly access a detailed, structured profile view with insights even Twitter doesn’t reveal(cost 0.01$ per search)

5. EmailIntel - Reveal where an email is registered. We check for the presence of an account linked to that email on 40+ popular platforms(cost 0.05$ per search)

6. SocialMediaChecker - Quickly identify whether an account exists on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter(cost 0.01$ per search)

In Paid tools. We have two options(as of now) -

1. Basic Search—As of now, it only supports search by email. Phone number and username lookup will be launched soon. Each search costs $0.05 (the lowest in the entire industry).

2. Advance Search—It supports searching by email, phone number, and username. It checks for information on at least 250+ sources each. Each search costs only $0.5$ (lower than 99% of the tools out there when you compare the price and results).
