OCR Engine 3 supports Image-to-Markdown OCR with LaTeX, tables and charts. The images below show an example of a (handwritten) table and its OCR result.
OCR result of this table is as follows:
The table content/numbers and the layout of the main table rows are all parsed correctly. Only the tricky "pH 1%" column header is a bit shifted.
