Frequently haunted questions
Is there a haunted house?
Yes! Our walk-through haunted house is right on the rooftop. It's more compact than our old two-floor haunt, so you can get your scare and then grab a drink, hang out and soak up the rest of the rooftop.
Is it 21+?
Yes, Nightmare on Clark Street is 21+ only. Please bring a valid ID.
When are you open?
We're open Thursday through Sunday, October 10 through November 1. Hours vary by day, so check the ticket page for available time slots.
Do I need a ticket?
Yes, entry is ticket-only. Prices don't change at the door, so you can buy online ahead of time or right when you arrive. Every ticket includes at least one drink.
What drinks come with my ticket?
Every ticket includes one drink from our included drink list. You can see the full list on the ticket page. Want something else? Our bar carries most favorites, so you're welcome to order other drinks too.
Do you have food?
There's no food served on our rooftop, but you can dine with us downstairs at Stolen Saddle! View the menu here.
Can I take photos and videos?
Absolutely. Every room is made for content, so snap away and tag @nightmareonclarkstreet so we can see your best shots.
Where do I park?
We don't have a lot, but the garage at 3541 N Clark St (Addison & Clark) is a 1-minute walk. It has entrances on Clark and at 3547 N Sheffield.
What if it rains?
We're open rain or shine, and a little rain only adds to the spooky vibe.
Can I get a refund or change my ticket?
All ticket sales are final, and we can't offer refunds, transfers or time slot changes. For any other ticket questions, email support@bucketlisters.com.
