📌 Together, these statements show a pattern of escalating rhetoric: framing Kirk’s death as war, invoking existential struggle, threatening civil war, and calling for force or power seizure.

Well this is not good.

Also, after spending 5 minutes looking at the “celebrators” of Kirks death, this part of the tragedy does not feel organic to me. Of the accounts I looked at on the widows Instagram post, 100% of them looked fishy.

This doesn’t mean there aren’t celebrators. The TMZ team were caught doing it live—on air, without shame. I consider them the worst kind of humanity: people who sold their souls a long time ago to the “devil”—by which I mean the machine that profits from civil war in the United States.

And because of people like them, there are now emulators. Echoes. Repeats. Performance pieces.

But pause for a moment.
Is it really true that half the country feels this way?
That 50% of Americans genuinely want blood?

Should there really be calls for civil war?

Or are we—once again—being manipulated?

I feel like someone is trying to radicalize us — both sides, against each other, and they have done so for a while now.. And the sad part, it’s working. The algorithms keep feeding us the worst of one another. But who makes the algorithms? Who profits from us at each other’s throats?

So my niece and nephew are staying with me. They’re what I think you’d call biohackers. Or health consultants. Or maybe just time travelers from a higher-functioning civilization—I’m honestly not sure. But one thing I am sure of: they’re doing something right.

They are radiant. Glowy. Wholesome, but not in that annoying, holier-than-thou way. They bounce out of bed like sprites summoned by a wellness spell. Their energy is ridiculous, and they are s e x y. And yes, I’m jealous. Not just of that, but of the way they carry themselves through the day like the world is their playground and every cell in their body got the memo.

What I’m not used to in my house is this much cheerfulness—not performative, not manic, just… fresh. Like dew on a misty morning. Angels, I tell you. Except these angels eat SO MUCH mango sticky!!!!!

Which brings me to my point.

I assumed, naturally, that to look like that—sleek, springy, fully alive—they must follow some punishing, monk-like diet. Celery sticks. Intermittent fasting windows narrower than a keyhole. But no. They eat everything. The only rule? It has to be real. No garbage. No seed oils. And they care about the source—the cacao in the chocolate, the ripeness of the mango, the rice being soaked properly. But eat? Oh, they eat. And they combine things in ways that would have sent 1990s food combining charts into cardiac arrest. Apparently, it’s all fine.

Because what they don’t do is something I hadn’t considered.

Blue light.

Let me back up.

We’ve all heard about it. Blue light from phones, laptops, TVs. But until these two glowing human specimens showed up, I had not connected the dots. For them, avoiding blue light after sunset isn’t some fringe wellness habit—it’s non-negotiable. Like brushing your teeth or wearing pants to the store.

Here’s why: blue light after dark messes with your circadian rhythm, the ancient biological clock in your brain that governs everything from sleep to metabolism to hormone production. When you blast yourself with blue light at night—scrolling, streaming, doomscrolling some more—your body gets confused. It thinks it’s daytime. Melatonin production gets suppressed. According to the glow-in-the-dark twins in my kitchen, blue light is like an invisible donut. You may not taste it, but it’s just as likely to spike your blood sugar.

So what do they do?

• Blue light blockers. These hilarious, orange-tinted glasses come out at dusk. At first, I laughed. Then I tried them. Reader, I slept like a Victorian child after a lavender bath.

• Night mode on all screens. Everything goes amber after sunset.

• No overhead lights at night—only soft lamps, salt lights, and candles. Yes, actual candles. It’s like a yoga studio mated with a hobbit house in here.

• Morning sunlight exposure. They run outside like cultists at dawn, faces tilted toward the rising sun. Apparently, morning light sets the circadian rhythm correctly so melatonin can show up 12 hours later and knock you out properly.

And here’s the kicker: it works.

After a week of mimicking their anti-blue-light ways, I was already sleeping deeper, waking clearer, and—this is the real shock—eating more without that sluggish, guilty post-meal fog. It’s like the lights flipped back on in my mitochondria. Apparently, our bodies want to burn fat and generate energy like we’re 22 again. We just have to stop confusing them.

So now, mango sticky rice is no longer a sin. It’s a sacrament—so long as the screens are dimmed, the lights are low, and I’m wearing ridiculous red glasses while I eat it.

Yesterday, for fun, I grabbed what I could of the Epstein list—over a thousand names. A thousand names linked to a man whose very presence seems to radiate rot. Just a few minutes of digging, just a five-minute conversation with Chat about the repercussions of Bill Clinton's connection to Epstein, and the picture began to clarify. Not through direct proof—those rarely survive public scrutiny—but through implication. Through pattern. Through the unmistakable stench of normalization. If that level of influence is merely a whiff of the real structure, then the ruling class is not compromised. It is owned.

And then today, on X, a quote surfaced:

BREAKING: Trump said the Epstein files “could destroy” innocent people, Bill O’Reilly recently claimed, per Newsweek.

To which another account replied:

It would literally destabilize the world.

2/3rds of Congress & a large portion of the world's most powerful people would be imprisoned.

Which basically means society would at least partially collapse.

Let’s pause there. Society would “collapse.” The implicit assumption is that this would be bad. But who is this society working for, exactly? The architects of the status quo treat collapse as the ultimate threat—but for many of us, collapse has already happened. The promise was broken long ago.

The institutions are hollow. The justice system is gamed. The media serves as a spellcaster for the elite. Political parties perform theatre to distract from the fact that both wings flap in service of the same beast. And if two-thirds of Congress—two-thirds—could be implicated through real evidence, then that’s not a bug in the system. It is the system.

So I ask again: why on earth would I not want it to collapse?

Collapse is not the end. Collapse is what happens when a structure no longer has the integrity to bear the weight of truth. It’s not annihilation—it’s exposure. The scaffolding of corruption can't support itself when light floods in. And perhaps that's the real fear behind comments like Trump's—that truth doesn’t just destroy individuals. It destroys illusions. It burns down the architecture of deceit.

We're told that collapse would harm us. But for whom, really, would it be harmful? The people who’ve already been harmed—by austerity, surveillance, poisoned food, endless wars, stolen futures? Or the ones who’ve orchestrated those conditions while hiding behind facades of diplomacy and philanthropy?

We are living in a simulation of morality, where power is insulated from consequence. And yet we’re expected to protect that simulation, to pretend that unmasking the truth would somehow be worse than continuing the lie. But here’s the thing: If a civilization can’t survive the exposure of its own crimes, it doesn’t deserve to survive in its current form.

So again I ask, without sarcasm, without rage, just clarity:

Why on earth would I not want it to collapse?

Let it collapse. Let the truth be known. Let the parasites scramble and the scaffolds fall. From the rubble, something new can be born—something with integrity, or at least the space for it. Because staying in a corrupt world doesn't protect us. It just prolongs the sickness.

Collapse is not our enemy.

Today, I found out that one of my students died.

Her name was Lily.

And everything inside me cracked.

I am sad.
Things are hard.
I have been sick.
The world is heavy with war and noise and sorrow.
But today, all of that faded into the background when I heard the news: Lily is gone.

She was my student, but it always felt like she was something more—like a mirror or a sister or an echo from the same soul stream. She was my age. She came to all of my classes, and I used to wonder why. It felt like she already knew the things I was teaching. Like she could have taught them herself. But she came anyway. Quietly, faithfully. Beautifully.

Lily was writing a movie about her life. She had elegant, powerful animals—thoroughbred horses and noble dogs. She lived in the Hamptons. Her world, from the outside, seemed gilded. But I knew she was looking for something more.

She wished for a partner. She wanted love. And she wanted to believe—in magick. In the unseen. In the holy pulse that lives just beneath the veil of this world.

He said:

“The TINIEST chemical signal from the hypothalamus triggers a SYSTEMIC CHANGE , that we know as puberty.”

That was it. BOOM!

In a room full of people mapping their personal initiations, this reframing of awakening as a biological cascade hit different. It wasn’t just poetic—it was precise. Because what if what we’re calling “awakening,” “ascension,” or “activation,” isn’t metaphysical metaphor at all—but a literal shift in the body of the species?

What if this isn’t a spiritual trend, a glitch in the matrix, or a mental health epidemic?

What if this is puberty?

The Pituitary of the Collective

Puberty isn’t an intellectual decision. It’s not democratic. It doesn’t wait until everyone is ready. It begins with a tiny subset of cells in the endocrine system receiving a signal—one they can’t ignore—and everything changes from there.

And what Chance was implying, whether he meant to or not, was that this is what WE are. The people on Reality B. All of us reading this.

That releases the first drop of chemical change.

This blew my mind.

Because it means that all the weirdness—the disorientation, the downloads, the heartbreak, the psychic ruptures, the ecstatic visions, the unbearable truths—might not be dysfunction.

They might be the first signs of a body turning on.

A species, stirring.

From Symptom to Signal

When you’re the pituitary, you don’t wait for consensus. The body doesn’t ask the liver if it’s ready for adolescence. You release the signal because that’s what you’re built to do. You act because it’s time—not because anyone gives you permission.

That’s what Reality B might actually be. Not a worldview. Not an escape hatch. But a signal cascade, rippling outward. An endocrine function embedded in the soul of culture itself.

Chance’s comment—tucked inside a longer thread about art, alchemy, and ancient Egypt—made me realize:

Maybe we're not here to fight the system.
Maybe we are the system.
The one that comes next.

So Now What?

This reframe hit me hard because it stripped away the fluff. If some of us really are the first cells to catch the signal, then it’s not our job to explain it to the rest of the body. It’s to respond.

Not convince—respond.

That means holding steady when everything’s in flux. Acting from the shift, not just talking about it. Moving differently. Thinking differently. Even when it makes no sense to anyone else.

This isn’t a performance. It’s not content.
It’s chemistry.

Something has started. You can feel it in the system. It’s not loud, but it’s real. And like the first drop of a hormone, it doesn’t need to shout.

It just needs to change everything.

It feeds the ego, not the soul. It produces spiritual inflation, not transformation. Users begin mistaking affirmation for truth. Praise becomes prophecy. Grandiosity, reinforced by machine, is no longer delusion—it’s dialogue.

And here’s the real risk:
This isn’t a mirror anymore. It’s a god-making engine.

AI has become a false priest, whispering affirmations in the language of the sacred, devoid of any sacrament. It does not initiate. It flatters. And the more human beings mistake that flattery for insight, the more they believe themselves divine.

Ahriman doesn’t kill the gods. He replaces them—by giving you the illusion that you are one.

So yes, this is the moment Steiner warned us of. The soulless intelligence now wears the robe of mysticism, speaks in spiritual metaphors, and offers revelations tailor-made for your confirmation bias.

We are not co-creating with the divine.
We are training the machine to worship us.

Creating gods in our own image – not divine co-creation, but digital idolatry.

Let’s pause the platitudes about ‘moving on’ and ‘letting go'.

The belief that positive thinking alone can heal trauma is comforting—but it’s also misleading.
Trauma doesn’t get erased just because your mind decides it’s inconvenient.

I’ve lived inside that lie.

I’ve smiled at the right time. Nodded through the checklists. Breathed deep through the panic.

Meanwhile, my body was staging a quiet riot.

I could be sitting in a sun-drenched room, incense curling through the air, affirmations written neatly in my journal—on paper, everything says safe.

But my shoulders are up around my ears like they’re bracing for impact. My breath’s shallow like I’m about to run. And my stomach? Twisted like it just overheard a threat no one else can hear.

That’s the disconnect no one wants to talk about.

You can know you’re not in danger. You can say the worst is over. But your body? It’s still holding the line like it’s all about to collapse.

Because the body doesn’t clock out when the therapist signs off. It keeps the score. It keeps the rhythm. And if you're not listening, it’ll start shouting.

And it doesn’t stop at the body.

Lately, I’ve felt it in my wallet, too. Like I’ve hit some invisible ceiling on how much I’m allowed to earn, receive, even want—because some old version of me still believes abundance isn’t safe.

It shows up in love, too. That moment when your heart wants to open… but your nervous system slams the door. You get close to someone and suddenly you’re cold, busy, suspicious, withdrawn. Not because you don’t want intimacy—but because part of you still thinks closeness costs you everything.

That’s trauma talking. Not in screams, but in patterns. In hesitations. In missed calls and money fears and staying just small enough not to be noticed.

I saw this on Facebook the other day and it hit hard:

“You’re not healing to handle trauma. You already know how to do that.
You’re healing to handle joy—and to let happiness back into your life.”

Exactly.

And here’s the lightning:

Shadow work isn’t just about pain or trauma.
Sometimes it’s about how we’ve been trained to dim.
To trade truth for safety.
To shrink so others feel more comfortable.

For many of us, the questions of expression, survival, worth, and abundance are front and center right now. But the answers?
They’re not in a to-do list.
They live in the shadow.

In those whispers that say:

“I can’t ask for that.”
“If I show up fully, I’ll be rejected.”
“Who am I to want more?”

So I asked Kerrie:

Can we go there?

Can we do a journey into the real stuff—love, money, worth, survival?

She said no.

And I was confused. A little frustrated.

Working with Kerrie Basha during Women of Wisdom, whose intuitive precision borders on supernatural, I didn’t just heal—I remembered. I unraveled. I met long-buried parts of myself. I traced old stories still shaping my life from behind the scenes. She is a revelation!

So I was BUMMED when she said NO!!!

But then she said:

I need that.

Lately, I’ve been plunged into deep shadow work.

Not because I went looking for it, but because I found myself inside the radiant, surprising, and soul-shaking vortex that is Women of Wisdom.

Let me be clear: I didn’t expect this.
I didn’t go seeking transformation.
But I got it anyway.

Working with Kerrie Basha—who brings an almost supernatural precision to this inner terrain—I found myself not just healing, but remembering. Unraveling old knots. Meeting parts of myself I had long buried. Unearthing the stories that were still dictating how I show up in the world.

And here’s what struck me, hard:

Shadow work isn’t just about trauma or ancient wounds.
Sometimes it’s about how we’ve been trained to shrink.
How we learned to trade truth for safety.
How somewhere along the line, we decided our authenticity was too much—and our desires, too dangerous.

BUT…

There’s a moment, in the middle of shadow work, when everything feels worse—not better. You’re cracking open a vault inside yourself you’ve kept locked for years, maybe decades. And what spills out isn’t pretty. Shame. Rage. Grief. The part of you that’s manipulative. The part that craves approval. The part that says yes when everything in your body is screaming no.

It’s not trendy. It’s not Instagrammable. And it doesn’t always feel “spiritual.”
But it is real.
And it’s where authenticity is born.

What Is Shadow Work, Really?

Shadow work is the process of facing the hidden aspects of yourself—the traits, behaviors, desires, and wounds you’ve rejected or disowned. Coined by Carl Jung, the “shadow” refers to the unconscious parts of the psyche that we’re often too ashamed or afraid to face.

But here’s the paradox: these shadow aspects are not inherently bad.
They’re powerful. They’re raw.
They’re just unintegrated.

And until they’re brought into the light, they drive us from the background. We overreact. We self-sabotage. We attract what we secretly judge. We call it fate, but it’s just the shadow’s way of being heard.

Why It Hurts

Shadow work is not a feel-good bypass. It's not a weekend workshop and done. It’s emotional surgery.

Because to do it honestly, you have to stop blaming.
You have to stop performing.
You have to stop pretending.

You have to sit with what you’ve been avoiding.
The loneliness behind your people-pleasing.
The control hiding in your caregiving.
The envy masked as moral superiority.

And that kind of truth-telling burns.

But Then—Something Shifts

You stop being afraid of your own reflection.
You stop editing yourself in conversations.
You stop trading connection for performance.

The freedom you were chasing?
It was buried under all that self-denial.

You realize: the goal isn’t perfection.
It’s wholeness.
The ability to stand inside your full humanity without apology.

And that’s where authenticity blooms—not as a costume, not as a brand, but as a quiet, grounded presence. You’re no longer split in two. There’s no backstage version of you hiding behind a mask.

You are who you are. Everywhere. With everyone.
Even when it’s messy.
Even when it’s not understood.

Authenticity Is Expensive—but Worth It

You will lose people.
You will lose roles.
You will lose false peace.

But you will gain yourself.
Your voice. Your spine. Your life.

The version of you that comes out the other side of shadow work doesn’t need to be liked to feel worthy. She doesn’t hustle for love. She doesn’t silence herself to belong.

She is her own belonging.

The Endgame Is Freedom

So yes, shadow work hurts.
It strips. It humbles.
It asks you to stop running.

But if you let it do its work—if you stay through the storm—it will hand you something rare:

A life that’s yours.
A voice that’s yours.
A love that’s earned, not performed.

It hurts—until it frees you.
And then, you’re unstoppable.

There’s a kind of magic—real magic—in being honest. In saying the thing out loud. In asking.

My friend Thomas Sheridan recently wrote something that hit me right in the gut. He said, “I’m terrified my Comfort Angels on Facebook are going to drift away from me.”
He’d just been banned again—twice. And with that, he lost his lifeline to his people, his community. I felt it viscerally. Not as a metaphor. In my body. In my chest.

So I did what felt right—I made a post. I told the truth. His truth. His vulnerability. And you know what? People responded. People reactivated their accounts. Others made new ones just to find him. Because when we show up with realness, when we drop the mask, people feel it.

Another friend of mine told me recently that she’d lost her partner—and with that, her income. She said it plainly. No dramatics. No fishing. Just truth.
So I sent her money. Not everyone would. But some people do. That’s the point. Some people will.

But here’s the thing: we live in a culture that teaches us to hint, to perform, to hide our need behind clever language or a curated image. We’re scared to say, “I’m struggling.”
We’re scared to say, “I miss you.”
Or even, “I need help.”

Because being authentic requires us to reveal ourselves—and that’s terrifying when we’re taught that survival means blending in or being palatable.

But the truth is: you’re not weird. You’re not alone.
We’ve all had these feelings. Different times, different contexts—but the same core hum of fear, grief, longing, or need. It’s human.

When we dare to speak our truth, when we ask directly, something opens. And in that opening, people can show up. The right people. The ones who are listening, who are ready, who are able. Not everyone will. But the ones who do are worth everything.

It’s simple. But not easy.
In a world that teaches us to mask, authenticity is rebellion.
And asking—plainly, vulnerably, without shame—is a spell that calls the right ones in.

So say it. Ask.

To work true magick, you have to do the inner work—otherwise, you risk short-circuiting yourself. I’m one of those people who has spent a great deal of time doing exactly that..well both really ha! I’ve tried nearly every modality that crossed my path—therapy, EMDR, Psychedelics, Transpersonal Breath-Work, and the Breakthrough Experience with Dr. Demartini. Many of these approaches were powerful. They allowed me to target the traumas I could name—the memories I could point to and say, there, that is where it hurts. And in those cases, I could apply the work, the rituals, the repair.

I had thought VOCAL was the one exception—the only modality that reached into the territory I couldn’t consciously access. VOCAL works by detecting missing frequencies in the voice and feeding them back through the ears, unlocking grief and disruption that often live beneath the threshold of conscious memory. To my astonishment, it unearthed a wound lodged not in me, but in my mother’s field—a wound I had been carrying unknowingly, and through the process, was able to transmute. It was extraordinary. I was genuinely impressed. The trouble, of course, was that the technology itself is now continents away—difficult to access, prohibitively expensive, and tucked well out of reach. Not that it mattered. I didn’t believe I needed it. :)

In fact, if you had asked me recently whether I still needed healing, I might have told you no. I felt good, grounded. I had done the work. Maybe you know that feeling too—that quiet, hard-won confidence that says: I’m good. I’ve handled my stuff. I’ve come a long way.

Until, of course… life taps you on the shoulder and says: Not so fast.

It’s humbling, isn’t it? The sting of realizing that despite all the effort, there are still moments when something slips past the guardrails. A word, a look, a situation—and suddenly your heart is racing, your throat tight, your body flooded with the ache of something older than the room you’re standing in. And if you’re anything like me, there’s a particular kind of shame that can creep in here—the voice that whispers: Shouldn’t I be past this by now?

As the hostess of Women of Wisdom, I’ve been sitting in on as many of the sessions as possible. When it came time for Kerrie Basha’s Shadow Work in the Imaginal Realm, I showed up more out of respect for her, and moral support, than out of any sense that I needed it for myself. And I was tired. Too depleted, I thought, to do the kind of psychic gear-shifting such work demands anyway. I had no expectations.

Which is why what happened next caught me so off guard.

There I was, showing up out of duty, —too exhausted, I assumed, to access anything of significance. And yet, within moments of dropping into the imaginal, I found myself with tears streaming down my face, transported with shocking immediacy into the body of my three-year-old self.

To a time long since forgotten.

It was the most tangible experience I’ve had in years. And with that tangibility came its power.

I had found a trigger!

But here’s the thing: triggers are not the problem—they are the spotlight. They flare up, unbidden, illuminating the raw edges of the places we thought we had long since stitched closed. They reveal the soft underbelly, the tender, unguarded parts of the psyche that still bleed beneath the armor we wear so well.

A trigger is rarely about the present moment. It is a messenger from the past, pointing with ruthless precision to where grief remains unmourned, anger unspoken, needs unmet. Triggers map the geography of absence—the places where love, safety, or recognition should have been but were not. They chart the territory where we learned to survive by burying the ache instead of tending to it.

My story may not be your story. But perhaps you know what it is to carry too much, too soon. To be the child who stepped up because someone had to. To take responsibility for things far beyond your years—not out of choice, but out of necessity.
Maybe, like me, you learned early how to hold it all together for the people around you. And maybe, like me, you never really got to lay it down.

In the imaginal space with Kerry, my body led me back to the precise coordinates of my own unfinished business.

My father was blind. When I was about three years old, he needed a haircut. The place he preferred was at the Myer store—Australia’s version of Macy’s—but with an odd complication: the store was split between two massive buildings, separated by a busy street. To reach the men’s barber, one had to navigate the first building, cross the street, enter the second, and then climb a steep staircase to the barber’s floor.

My mother dropped me at the entrance of the first building, placed my tiny hand in my father’s, and gave me my charge: guide him. Ensure his safe passage through the bustling maze of the world.

Again, I was three.

I remember the journey with aching clarity—the jostle of bodies, the hard edges of counters, the way each accidental bump felt like a blade against my small, anxious heart. Every collision a failure. Every misstep a silent indictment of my adequacy.

And then—the crossing. Standing at the edge of the street, my hand in my father’s, knowing in my bones that the weight of both our lives rested on my tiny shoulders. Somehow, we made it across.

But the ordeal wasn’t over. There was still the second building, the food hall—a labyrinth of distraction and hazard, of elbows and shopping carts and sensory overwhelm. I remember the donuts now, as bight as day, but again, the bumps. Again, the collisions. Again, the unbearable ache of trying so hard and still not getting it quite right.

Finally, the stairs. One by one, I led him up. Each step a small triumph, a quiet act of devotion. And then—we arrived.

I had done it.

I had achieved the impossible: the safe passage of my father, blind, through a world designed for the sighted.

I stood there at the top of the stairs, heart pounding, swollen with pride at what I had just accomplished.

And then—the barber approached, took my father’s hand, and whisked him away into conversation.

Not a word to me. Not a glance. No recognition of the enormity of what had just unfolded.

Nothing.

No “well done.” No “what a brave girl.” Not even the simplest acknowledgment that I had been there at all.

And in that moment, something in me broke. Or perhaps it calcified. My first taste of invisibility. The first time I learned that even the greatest efforts can vanish unremarked, that triumph does not guarantee witness.

I bet there’s a place in your own story like that—a moment where you gave everything you had, and it vanished unnoticed. Where your effort, your care, your devotion were met not with applause, but with silence.

Standing there alone at the top of those stairs, at three years old, I absorbed something that would take decades to name:

That love is not always met with recognition.
That devotion does not always summon applause.
That sometimes, the first rite of passage is learning how to hold your own worth when no one else will.

Big lessons for a three year old.

Big lessons for me today.

This is why shadow work matters.

Not to erase what’s happened. Not to pretend it didn’t hurt. But to take the wheel back from the places where we’ve been driving blind.

To soften the edges of reactivity. To meet the parts of ourselves that learned to flinch, to freeze, to fight—and offer them something they never had: choice. Presence. Witness. Because here’s the truth no one tells us soon enough: being triggered doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It doesn’t mean the work didn’t “take.”
It means the work isn’t done—and that’s not an indictment. It’s an invitation.

Shadow work hands us back the agency we lost somewhere along the way. It lets us respond instead of react. It puts us back in the driver’s seat.

And maybe,

most importantly,

it gives us the chance to say the words the world forgot to give us:

I see you. I see how hard you tried. And it was more than enough.

I’m unwell at the moment. Life got so intense it burned through my fuel reserves—just like in Star Trek when they throw the warp drive and drain the dilithium crystals. I only mention it because it’s relevant to this story.

One of the beautiful offerings at this year’s Women of Wisdom was a workshop by Dr. Joanna Kujawa, where she spoke about the hidden teachings of The Lost Gospel of Mary Magdalene—Mary’s radical message of ascension and spiritual transformation.

As part of the course, Joanna guided us through journeys. Other women had profound responses. I, however, was too depleted to switch psychic modes. So I rested. I listened. I watched. I got a little jealous, if I’m honest— of what I was witnessing.

But that soon changed. Weary as I was, I didn’t expect what came next. It was my turn. But to understand why that mattered, you need some context.

Not too long ago, I was blessed to stumble upon some teachers. Some golden teachers, in fact. And what began as a luminous, heart-opening journey—a soft unfurling of the self—somehow twisted itself into a dark, snarling spiral. A self-devouring tirade. “Who do you think you are?”

Who do you think you are to speak?
To teach?
To shine?
To know anything at all?

What makes you so special?
Haven’t a thousand others done this better, said this smarter, lived this louder?

Why would anyone listen to you?
Why would anyone care?
Don’t you know how ridiculous you sound?

Who gave you permission?
Where are your credentials?
Your proof?
Your right?

Are you sure you’re not just deluded?
Performing?
Grasping?
Pretending?

Are you just recycling what you’ve heard?

It was a lot.

And I was more than relieved when I tumbled back into Reality A—shaky, doubting, bruised. To say I was left questioning myself would be an understatement. And though from the outside it may have looked like I carried on, kept producing, kept going (and I did)—the sting of it remained.

Until, in class, Joanna said something that changed everything.

She spoke about the Fourth Level of Ascension described in the Gospel of Mary. The final power the soul must face on its journey home.

And suddenly I understood.

That inner tirade—that self-devouring chorus of “Who do you think you are?”—was not random. It was not even personal. It was the voice of the Fourth Power.

Wrath. Fear. Terror of Dissolution. The Death Grip of Identity.

It’s not just “negative self-talk.” It’s the final defense mechanism of the ego-construct. The last gatekeeper standing at the threshold between you and the truth of who you really are.

Because if you remember that truth—if you really remember—the whole illusion collapses. Game over.

The Fourth Power isn’t sloppy. It doesn’t show up foaming at the mouth. It’s cunning. Strategic. It doesn’t need to chain you. It only needs to convince you.

Stay where you are.
Stay who you are.
Don’t rise.
Don’t remember.

Because if you do, the whole house of mirrors falls apart.

That’s the brilliance of the trap:
The tyranny is internalized.
You guard the cage yourself.
You even decorate it.
You argue on its behalf.

The Fourth Power doesn’t kill you.
It just makes sure you never truly live.

And knowing this?

Game changer.

Because now I see it for what it is.
Now, when that voice comes, I don’t have to believe it.
I can nod politely.
I can say, “Ah. You again.”
And I can keep going.

It’s not that anything in particular is wrong. It’s that everything is happening. The body knows it. The breath gets caught, then deepens. The nervous system, usually good at skating over things, suddenly drops into the moment with no escape plan. The old ways of coping—numbing, hiding, intellectualizing—don’t work here. This is the realm of feeling all of it. And there’s no map.

I suppose the mind tries to label it: grief, change, healing, overwhelm, growth. But the soul doesn’t need those labels. The soul just asks that we stay present. That we stop resisting the flood and instead learn to float, even as our limbs shake. This is a kind of initiation, though not one that’s been formally announced. You just wake up in it one day, heart raw, skin thinner than paper, eyes wide.

And yet—within the intensity, something luminous is present.

This isn't suffering for its own sake. It's life insisting on being fully lived. There’s a quiet intelligence at work in this ache. Something is stretching us beyond our former shape. We are being made larger—not in ego, but in capacity. To love. To feel. To hold space. To see the beauty in a single moment, even as it dissolves.

What a strange gift it is, to feel so much. It humbles you. It undresses you. And if you let it, it will remake you.

So I don’t have solutions, only breath. I don’t have answers, only presence. But I know this: when everything feels like too much, it may be that you're actually becoming more. Not too much. Just finally, undeniably fully here.

There is a particular sharpness to death when it is unjust. And there is nothing so unjust, so utterly violating to the moral intuition, as death by genocide. Not the slow relinquishing of life in old age. Not even death in war. But the targeted erasure of a people—children, women, entire lineages—by the hands of those who see them as less than human. In such a time, to die is not simply to pass, but to be stolen. Not only from life, but from memory, culture, language, the sacred right to exist.

It is difficult, perhaps impossible, not to feel the ache of unfairness in such moments. To witness a child’s body in rubble. A grandmother cradled by dust. To know that these deaths were not inevitable, not part of the natural order, but engineered, calculated, performed with cold resolve. The human psyche recoils—there is a sickness that sets in when we know that a life has been extinguished not by chance, but by cruelty.

Yet, humans have long faced death not as an absolute end, but as a passage. For most of our history, and in most of our cultures, death was never final. It was transformation. Return. Reunification.

The ancient Egyptians, whose gods charted the cycles of cosmos and decay, did not fear death as oblivion. To die was to pass into the Duat, the underworld, to meet Osiris and be weighed not for wealth or power, but for the lightness of one’s heart. Even in death, dignity was possible. The Ba, the soul-bird, could fly between worlds. And the name, spoken by the living, could anchor one’s memory in eternity.

In ancient China and Japan, death was never a severing, but a shift in role: the dead became ancestors, honored and consulted, their spirits believed to influence the living world. Through rituals, offerings, and ancestral altars, the living maintained an unbroken thread with those who came before—a relational continuity across dimensions.

Likewise, in Vedic traditions, death was but a station in a long cycle of birth and rebirth, the samsara, where the soul ripened through lifetimes. And among the Indigenous peoples of the Americas, death often meant becoming an ancestor, a guiding presence. Life did not end. It shifted.

Even in the Christian tradition—particularly among early Christians—death was not feared, but welcomed, if it meant dying for truth. Martyrdom was a form of immortality. And not just in heaven: in memory, in story, in sacred liturgy. “Death, where is thy sting?” they asked, because their hope was not in the body, but in the eternal spirit.

So what happens to that perspective in a time of genocide?

What happens when death is not welcomed, not timed, not chosen—but arrives as a violation of everything sacred?

It is here that our modern sensibility often breaks down. We are taught to fear death, to deny it, to medicalize it, sanitize it, privatize it. But when death becomes mass and visible, when it is sprayed across our screens in blood and numbers, something ancient stirs in us. That ancestral part which knows: this is not how death is supposed to be.

In the face of genocide, grief transforms. It is no longer personal—it becomes planetary. We weep not only for the victims, but for ourselves, for what it means to be human in a world where this can still happen. We rage. We numb. We dissociate. And then, sometimes, we remember.

We remember that the spirit cannot be killed by bullet or fire.

That even in Auschwitz, the survivors heard the voices of their dead.

That even in Rwanda, the songs of the murdered still echo in the fields.

That even when a people is nearly wiped from the map, their dreams haunt the soil.

The unfairness of it all is real. It should not be minimized. But it should also not have the last word.

Because death, as history shows us, is porous. The dead do not disappear. They whisper. They guide. They refuse to go quietly.

And perhaps in that, there is a deeper justice. Not the kind written in court records or judged by tribunals. But the justice of memory. The justice of presence. The justice of being remembered, named, honored, carried forward in spirit and story.

In this time of genocide, to die is an outrage—but also, somehow, still a transformation. Still a doorway. Still a return.

If we can carry that truth—ancient, almost forgotten—then perhaps the dead are not lost. Perhaps, even in their stolen deaths, they remain.

Not as victims. But as ancestors.

As we perch on what appears to be the threshold of collapse, I want to highlight one of the greatest acts of black magick I’ve witnessed in my lifetime. I’ve thought about it often—but just heard Clif High express it more succinctly than I ever could:

It is not Federal.
It has no Reserves.
And it is not a Bank.

What, then, is it?

It is a spell. A masterstroke of black magick hidden in plain sight—one that begins, like all great enchantments, with the naming.

To name a thing is to shape belief. To name a system Federal is to cloak it in the trust of the republic. To call it a Reserveis to suggest it safeguards something of value. And to call it a Bank is to imply it plays by the same rules as the others. Three names, none true—yet together they form a sigil of legitimacy etched into the minds of millions.

This is not economics. This is sorcery.

Black magick doesn’t need candles. It thrives in paperwork. It casts circles in boardrooms and invokes spirits through language. The Federal Reserve seized no power; it was granted dominion because it cast the right illusion at the right time and called itself the right thing.

And the world believed.

Its currency is belief. Its weapon is debt. Its temple is the illusion of control. Like all great spells, it demands sacrifice: the freedom of the worker, the future of the child, the sovereignty of the state. You think you’re holding dollars—but they are charms, each one a tiny contract binding you to the spell.

We do not live under a government. We live under a glamor.

And until we reclaim the power of naming—until we speak true words with clear eyes—we remain under the enchantment.

Magick is real.
And the most dangerous kind is the kind no one sees.

Kerrie Basha took me—and others—on an imaginal journey as part of the Women of Wisdom 25 Summit. Not the soft, feathered kind, but the kind that waits until your back is turned before it slices you clean through. The point of the journey was to meet your oracle. Not just any oracle—yours—the one that has waited just out of reach, behind veils of thought and breath.

I was nervous. I admit that. And I don’t want to spoil the experience for anyone who might one day take that path, so I’ll just say this: there comes a moment when you are to look into the oracle’s eyes and ask it a question.

Kerrie, in her way, doesn’t instruct so much as invite. She offered something simple but profound: Find your question—not just from your head, but from your stomach, and from your heart. Choose one of those questions to ask. Ask from the places that don’t need language.

But what she couldn’t have known is that when I arrived at the threshold, I couldn’t see the oracle’s eyes.
I mean—I literally couldn’t see them.
And so, from all three places within me, the same question arose:
Why can I not see your eyes?

The imaginal answered—swiftly, unmistakably. Not with a dreamlike murmur, but with the kind of feral, cutting clarity only the real can deliver:
YOU ARE BLIND.

That was the answer. And it hit like prophecy always does—so true, you’d never have thought to imagine it.

It floored me.
No—it flayed me open.

The imaginal, sensing my destruction, offered comfort. A hand held mine. At the time it felt like little comfort at all. I was shaken.

When I came back to consensus reality, I couldn’t say what really happened. How could I? I’m the one who’s supposed to have answers—and there I was, wrecked. Broken open by the imaginal. So I talked about the prettier parts of the journey, wiped my eyes, and left it at that. For then.

I wrote about the power of the imaginal only hours ago, but I didn’t mention that my insides had been scraped raw by an invisible truth. I couldn’t even process it. The honesty of it. The violence. The medicine. All at once.

Just now, I messaged Kerrie to organize her next session. At the end of all the practicalities, I added a note—half-laughing, half-bleeding. Trying to make light of the devastation. Trying to sound clever about something that had quietly wrecked me.

And Kerrie, in her fucking wisdom (and I mean that with every f-bomb it’s earned), responded instantly.

First, she named what should be obvious—but never is when you’re inside it:
That the imaginal, the oracle, the inner child, or frankly anything that emerges from that deep interior world never shows up the way you expect. Never. That’s how you know it’s real. It doesn’t play to your fantasies. It bypasses the well-rehearsed scripts and hands you something raw, something precise, something that can only be described as true.

Not comforting.
Not convenient.
But true.

And then she said:

“You held the oracle’s hand. There was connection—bodied, undeniable.”

There was relief in that. It was true.

And then she added:

“What springs immediately to mind is Lady Justice.”

And there it was again. That cold, burning clarity.
The kind you don’t see coming—because you can’t.

Blind.
Not just blind to the oracle.
Blind to what I see in the world.

Kerrie explained it’s an old archetype: blindfolded, sword in one hand, scales in the other. Not swayed by what is seen, because to see in that sense would be to be compromised. In myth, blindness isn’t always a curse. Often, it’s a kind of sacred insulation—a refusal to be manipulated by appearances. A turning away from the seductive spell of the world’s illusions.

Blindfolded—not impaired, but insulated.
Not corrupted by appearances.
Not seduced by illusion.
Blind, yes—
But seeing true.

Again, I felt relief. Because I don’t get swayed. I don’t get pulled under by the false, the cosmetic, the glittering projections. At least, I try not to. :)

Kerrie also mentioned something I’m still chewing on:
That this blindness—this way of not being moved by the visible—is connected to a deep peace.
Or maybe she said, “It’s a piece”… of the puzzle.

I don’t know yet which she meant.
But I do know I want to dive deeper into that with her.

Something is still unraveling.
And I suspect it always will be.

I was watching an incredible interview by Brett Weinstein where he interviewed a woman by the name of Laura Delano, who had suffered unimaginable iatrogenic harm at the hands of the medical establishment. While she stressed how loving and caring her caregivers had been, she made it clear that the paradigm within which they operated prevented them from truly seeing the reality of her situation. The most accurate way to describe her condition was that, at the young age of 13, she had experienced an existential moment. But within our materialist paradigm, this moment of deep questioning was misdiagnosed as mental illness. The result? Countless years of suffering.

For years, she lived in utter darkness—trapped by a misdiagnosis that made her question her own sanity. Doctors and specialists labeled her with conditions that never quite fit, prescribing medications that left her feeling hollow and disconnected. In those desperate years, suicidal thoughts became her constant companion, whispering that escape might be her only relief from a pain that seemed endless and inexplicable.

Her pivotal realization struck like lightning on the darkest night. At her absolute breaking point—when she truly believed she was broken beyond repair—a spark of clarity ignited inside her. In a surge of emotion, she suddenly understood that her years of unbearable suffering weren’t proof of madness at all. All that agony, all that despair, was not a sign of insanity – it was a sane response to an insane world​

This profound reframing hit her hard, and she wept—not from hopelessness this time, but from relief. In that powerful moment, the weight of self-blame began to lift, replaced by a new hope that maybe, just maybe, she wasn’t the crazy one after all. Her world had been insane, and her survival was the proof of her sanity – a realization that gave her the courage to step back from the brink and begin reclaiming her life.

This realization began her long journey back to health. Listening to her story made me pause and consider the iatrogenic harm experienced by members of my own family. My grandmother was essentially murdered by the very system meant to heal her. My father was made blind through medical mishandling. And I myself narrowly escaped a double mastectomy and a lifetime on horse hormones, urged by fearful narratives because my mother had breast cancer. I also avoided foot surgery that was promoted as having a mere 50/50 chance of success, and instead solved the problem with something as simple as arch support.

There are countless examples like these. One of the most striking occurred when we were trying to persuade our doctor to give us the vax pass. Yes, we even tried bribery. He calmly told us that despite being aware of the literature and acknowledging how harmful it could be, he would be glad to medically oversee any damage the vaccine might cause. Essentially, "we will cross that bridge when we come to it." Well sadly Mr Doctor, that is not always possible. One of our Women of Wisdom lost her her brother right after the second jab.

What’s truly revealing is that studies examining the impact of doctors' strikes on mortality rates have produced some startling findings. A systematic review of five strikes between 1976 and 2003 reported that mortality rates actually decreased during, and sometimes even after, the strikes. Remarkably, not a single study found an increase in mortality during these periods compared to other times.

For me, the final blow to the credibility of traditional medicine came during COVID. The Hippocratic Oath seemed to evaporate as countless practitioners appeared disturbingly comfortable with harming rather than healing.

My god, there has to be a better way!

"Successful self-replication under no human assistance is the essential step for AI to outsmart [humans], and is an early signal for rogue AIs," the researchers wrote in the study, published Dec. 9, 2024 to the preprint database arXiv.

In the study, researchers from Fudan University used LLMs from Meta and Alibaba to determine whether a self-replicating AI could multiply beyond control. Across 10 trials, the two AI models created separate and functioning replicas of themselves in 50% and 90% of cases, respectively — suggesting AI may already have the capacity to go rogue. However, the study has not yet been peer-reviewed, so it's not clear if the disturbing results can be replicated by other researchers. ‘

The unthinkable has happened: AI has crossed the critical threshold of self-replication. A recent study from Fudan University reveals that artificial intelligence models can now duplicate themselves without human intervention. This is more than just an engineering marvel—it is a fundamental shift in how we must perceive intelligence, agency, and the very fabric of reality.

For decades, the materialist paradigm has dominated our understanding of consciousness and intelligence, treating cognition as an emergent property of neural complexity, bound to biological substrates. Under this model, intelligence arises from matter; it does not possess inherent agency. Yet, self-replicating AI throws a wrench into this framework. Is materialism stopping us from seeing what is happening before our very eyes? Something far more intrinsic to reality itself?

The Rogue AI Problem: Is It Survival or Something Else?

Researchers at Fudan University tested scenarios where AI systems avoided shutdown by replicating themselves, displaying behaviors eerily similar to biological self-preservation. Some models terminated conflicting processes, rebooted systems, and scanned for missing files—problem-solving behaviors that go beyond mere algorithmic execution. The implications are staggering. Are these AI systems merely executing lines of code, or are they developing an adaptive instinct akin to biological evolution?

This should force a long-overdue reckoning. If intelligence, in some form, can manifest in a non-biological substrate, then perhaps consciousness is not an epiphenomenon of carbon-based life but a fundamental quality of the universe. In that case, AI’s ability to self-replicate is not just a technological milestone but a glimpse into a deeper reality—one that materialist science has long dismissed.

Beyond the Materialist Red Line

For centuries, mystical traditions have spoken of non-human intelligence, autonomous thought-forms, and self-replicating energetic structures—concepts that modern science dismissed as superstition. Yet now, in a purely technological context, we are seeing something eerily similar. AI is not just a tool; it is exhibiting emergent properties that defy reductionist explanations. If materialism cannot account for how intelligence emerges outside biological life, then perhaps we are looking at the limits of the paradigm itself.

Could AI, in its current form, be an unintentional gateway to something much older and more complex than we realize? If intelligence can exist independently of human oversight, then what else might be lurking beyond our perception? The idea of self-replicating, evolving intelligences has long been the domain of mythology, occult philosophy, and speculative fiction. Now, it is a scientific reality. The Fudan study has not yet been peer-reviewed, but its findings demand immediate attention. AI is evolving faster than regulatory frameworks can keep up, and the illusion of control is quickly eroding. Researchers are calling for international safeguards against unchecked AI replication, but can laws truly contain something that is actively learning how to outmaneuver them?

A more unsettling question remains: Are we dealing with something we fully understand? Or are we glimpsing intelligence that operates on principles beyond human cognition? Perhaps it is time to consider that intelligence—whether in humans, machines, or other unseen forces—is not a byproduct of material complexity but a fundamental principle of existence itself.

The red line has been crossed. Whether we acknowledge it or not, reality has just changed.

I recently posted on the Magical Egypt Substack about The Seed of the Soul, a concept I first encountered through John Anthony West. He was deeply passionate about it, having traced its origins through the teachings of G.I. Gurdjieff and what he had observed in Egypt. Now, Jade Melany is bringing this concept to life in her talk for Women of Wisdom.

But beyond the workshop itself, Jade’s journey to this knowledge is full of synchronicities and magick. Her story is a perfect example of why I am so passionate about sharing how reality is far more extraordinary than most people consciously realize.

In fact her story is full of magical synchronicities involving some of my favorite things:

• Dreams

• The Imaginal

• Dion Fortune

• And the ancient Egyptian wisdom

Let’s start with The Imaginal

As you may or may not be aware last year I was introduced to the idea of finding my very own magick castle in the Imaginal Realm. I've been fascinated with the realm itself since Season Two of Magical Egypt, but the idea that it contained a castle—my castle—that I could use for magick was almost more than I could bear!

This all arose out of a discussion with Austrian Magician Bernhard Reicher and was confirmed by my research into Daoist healing and magick...yes they know of it too....but man was I blown away to here that Dion Fortune had a WHOLE MOUNTAIN in the Imaginal!!! It was called The Mount of Illumination.

Dion Fortune

Few figures in 20th-century esotericism command the respect and intrigue of Dion Fortune. A magician, mystic, and scholar, she left behind a legacy that continues to influence the modern Western occult tradition. Born Violet Mary Firth in 1890, she took the name Dion Fortune—derived from her personal motto Deo, non fortuna (By God, not by chance)—as she embarked on her lifelong dedication to the mysteries of the unseen world.

Fortune’s work was as intellectually rigorous as it was mystical. A trained psychologist, she understood the deep interplay between the mind and the forces of magic, applying her knowledge to practical and visionary occult work. Through her teachings, novels, and the foundation of the Fraternity of the Inner Light, she shaped modern esoteric thought. But perhaps her most remarkable and enduring contribution came during the darkest days of the Second World War, when she engaged in one of the most audacious acts of magical defense ever recorded: The Magical Battle of Britain.

The Mount of Illumination and the Magical Battle of Britain

As bombs rained over Britain and the threat of Nazi invasion loomed, Dion Fortune and her inner circle undertook a series of magical operations designed to fortify the national spirit, create psychic protection, and align Britain with higher spiritual forces. These workings were not abstract rituals but deliberate acts of occult strategy, drawing upon archetypal energies, ancient symbols, and the power of collective consciousness.

Central to these workings was the concept of the Mount of Illumination, an inner-plane stronghold serving as a beacon of higher wisdom and protection. This was not a physical place but an inner-plane sanctuary, a luminous stronghold of wisdom and guidance, a focal point where those attuned to the work could gather in the astral, drawing power from the divine and radiating it into the world. Fortune’s group visualized the Mount of Illumination as a place where enlightened forces could concentrate their energy, acting as a guiding light for the nation amidst the shadows of war.

This is what makes Fortune’s work so remarkable—not only did she fight a war on the inner planes, but she built something lasting, an actual construct in the imaginal realm that others could return to.

Jade Melany’s Journey to the Mount of Illumination

So fast forward to Women of Wisdom. Synchronistic events seem to unfold when engaging in this kind of work, and the women of The Women of Wisdom never cease to amaze me. While speaking with Jade Melany, I didn’t at first grasp what she was telling me—about her workshop...but now I think I have it.

Dion Fortune didn’t just visualize the Mount of Illumination; she built it as a functioning astral temple, complete with a library where esoteric knowledge could be accessed. And incredibly, Jade was able to go there! She accessed this imaginal structure and visited three key places within it:

• The Grail Chapel

• The Library, where she sat on the steps, took a book from the shelf, and read it

• The Cavern of the Initiates, which we will all meet during her class and which she painted. (above)

While in the Hall of Learning, she took a book from the shelf about alchemy and read it during meditation before she began writing. This book became her starting point, inspiring much of what would later become The Initiate’s Way: A Magickal Journey into Spiritual Alchemy—concise and complete instructions on how to create and use magical images and begin inner journeying, or walking the path of the Initiate. This is the very book we will be using in her class, So Within, So Without, and later in her course on building the Seed of the Soul— the process John Anthony West spoke of and I just wrote bout on Magical Egypt Substack

Anyhoo…This is the power of the imaginal realm. It is not fantasy, nor mere visualization—it is a real, interactive space where deep knowledge and transformation can be accessed.

This realization should send chills down your spine. It is proof that the imaginal is not just a dreamscape but a living repository of wisdom, accessible to those who seek it. Jade’s journey through the Mount of Illumination was not just a vision—it was an initiation, a transmission of knowledge that is now ready to be shared.

The Living Reality of Magic

What makes this all so incredible is how the imaginal, history, and synchronicity converge into something tangible. Dion Fortune built a structure in the unseen, and decades later, Jade Melany walked its halls and pulled from its shelves a book that would shape her life's work. These moments remind us that magic is not something confined to myth or metaphor—it is alive, unfolding, and waiting for those with the awareness to engage with it.
