Prostate Cancer

To my readers, sorry for my absence these past several months but I have been dealing with an illness. Diagnosed stage 4 prostate cancer Gleason score 9, PSA 72 (should be 4 or below), found after abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery Feb 8 2024. Metastized into spine, hips, ribs. “ Get your affairs in order”.

Following a week of intensive research:

Started Xtandi 160mg/day.

Side effects: brain fog, short term memory issues (I can’t remember what I forget, lol)

Extreme fatigue

Heat flashes

Constant runny nose.

Was told I would lose my hair, I would grow breasts and my genitals would shrink. No breasts growth, my beard is now full, my hair almost down to my shoulders. They were right only on one point.

Not able to get erections.

3 weeks targeted radiation. Vomiting, nausea but not that bad.

Alkaline bottled water, dropped all sugar and processed food. V8, black coffee, green tea. High alkaline vegetables ( research yourself)

10,000 units vitamin C daily.

2 capsules ginger,garlic, tumeric with black pepper daily.

1 centrum daily

2 capsules reishi mushrooms daily.

Heart/ brain cohesion meditation. ( Look for Gregg Bradon on line)

As many prayer chains as possible whether you believe or not ( I do now)

Pain level a constant 3 on scale of 1 -10 ( Think

pain caused by bone damage feels like leg cramp day after a real bad cramp so that’s a life in a pain fog.)

25mg/day oxycodone. They should double it but won’t because I might get addicted (what a hoot - I consider that legalized torture).

2 or 3 times a week I remind my 45 trillion healthy cells that there are 5 trillion rebel cells that want to kill us by living forever, not knowing that way lies death. Healthy cells doing nothing have one focus- Hunt down rebellious cells and destroy, no mercy.

You’ll be dealing with a primary care physician urologist, a radiologist, an oncologist, a psychologist, a palliative care nurse and the hospital should have a social worker and financial specialist. Use them all but remember that they ain’t the boss of you. YOU are the boss of you.

Defeating cancer is an attitude, not a happening.

I’m supposed to learn something from this and pass it on. I have learned that GOD is real, I am the captain of my own body, nobody gives a real sh*t about you, in fact they fear being around you.

BUT, with a full beard, head of silver hair and walking with a cane people move you to the front of the line, hold doors open for you, call you sir, etc. - without knowing what you’re dealing with.

Even if you don’t believe start talking with GOD constantly all of the time as if HE is right beside you. (This is called “pray without ceasing”. Do NOT worry about looking like a mumbling old fool. You WILL find that HE is right beside you.

Whenever I have an encounter with people, but especially with middle aged males, I tell them about my cancer and urge them to get annual PSA tests.

Know this, even those who empathize with you have no real clue of what it is like to be right at death’s door, and you won’t be able to explain that.

I’m not a doctor and I don’t play one on TV but if this works for you then you have only one obligation - pass it on.
