I’m speaking of the ongoing Kollyfornia fraud, where Spencer Pratt in the New Azteca (LA) mayor’s race was pretty safely ahead and assured of a November ballot position . . . until those “late votes” came in. There was one district where the DemoKKKrats got the impossible 24,000 to 0 margin. It seems likely that for the governor’s race, Steve Hilton has a chance to be on the ballot. He won’t win. But the fact that there were perceived “rigging” activities in each race probably will begin to force fed scrutiny. I am more convinced than ever that the Supes rule correctly on mail-in voting.

  • There would have been nothing unusual about Helen. She was just another “Rosie the Riverter,” after all, working on bombers in a Marietta, Georgia Bell Bomber Plant plant in World War II. Well, nothing except she was older than almost anyone there. Born in 1863, she was 80, yet was the first female welder at the plant. Never missing a day, she became a stalwart. In 1950 she became the first woman to run (unsuccessfully) for Georgia governor. Oh, by the way, her husband had died in 1904. Helen Longstreet Dortch had married the famous Civil War general who was Robert E. Lee’s right hand man after Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson died.

  • Most are familiar with Daniel Boone, who fought his share of battles against Indians. His brother, Squire, joined his more famous brother in a number of fights. A direct descendant of Squire was an actor who was best known as a gunslinger mercenary on television from 1957-1963, Richard Boone.

For most, however, Jesus’s phrase “this generation shall not pass away” referred prophetically to a future when the nation of Israel would be restored. That occurred in May 1948. (If you want a detail that will blow your mind, the Bible said that the restoration of the nation of Israel would occur in a day—-it occurred in about an hour, with a United Nations vote). At any rate, the “this generation” refers to those alive at the time that Israel again became a nation.
