A Doorway to a Freer Life.
When we reclaim joy—and remember how to be in right-relationship with the earth and ourselves—we start to step out of the invisible systems that have told us who to be, how to live, and what we’re worth.
Joy leads us.
Plants support us.
And through that doorway, a freer life becomes not just possible—but inevitable.
This one goes out to all the …
Secret intuitives with one eye on a Zoom meeting, and the other searching the stars.
Burnt-out idealists trying to build something new, in a world not ready for their brand of hope
Poetry-lovers and wisdom seekers who’ve always known the earth holds more intelligence than any man-made system.
And for anyone who knows there has to be a better way.
From Corporate Burnout to Plant Wisdom.
I grew up between movement and rootedness — an only child carried across states and countries, yet always finding home in books, imagination, and the living world. My father taught me to see nature not as resource but as kin, every being alive and deserving of reverence. I spent long hours in the woods behind our house, learning to listen… with trees, animals, and plants as close companions.
In the corporate world, I excelled at building programs that wove self-awareness and ecosystem-thinking into leadership development. But the deeper I went, the more I saw the cracks: humans treated as expendable, systems designed for compliance instead of care. The misalignment gnawed at me until chronic illness forced a reckoning.
Refusing to mask symptoms or hand my body over to pharmaceuticals, I reclaimed my health through holistic approaches — and uncovered my life's work. Herbalism became the bridge between my lifelong relationship with nature and my gifts as teacher, storyteller, and guide. Plants spoke to me, and I learned to translate their wisdom into tangible medicine for modern life.
My work now, via Slow Fox Wellness, rejects the hollow churn of soulless online courses and one-way webinars. Instead, I offer real human connection — circles, conversations, and rituals that leave people feeling cared for, seen, and important. Blending the mystical with the clinical, I use plant intuition, warm honesty, and bullshit-cutting clarity to help people remember who they are and how they belong.
My mission is both simple but radical: love and liberation, hand-in-hand. I believe our extractive systems are killing us, and the way forward isn't more compliance but more care — for ourselves, each other, and the earth. I call people back to wholeness and the ecosystems we are part of.

Self-paced prompts and quiet reflection are great, but honestly? What most of us need right now is a space for good, kind, thoughtful conversation.
And I’m an introvert… so you know I wouldn’t say that if it wasn’t true.
