Greetings, my beautiful Earth humans!

I hope everyone is starting to feel the flow of the energetic waters as we careen ourselves in to the second (?!) half of the year in June. This is going to be part update, part energy forecast, part launch of something that’s been asked about from those of you who to come me for sessions for a while now.

Without further ado, let’s diiiiiiiiiiivveeeee in.

CURRENT ENERGETICS:

Astrologers are having a field day with the transits of 2026. Everything is ‘this is big here, epic there, and never happening again over yonder’. While this is true , in a lot of ways — this IS a big year for us all astrologically, there are also some cuuutteee transits and aspects happening that are going to make this ‘once in a lifetime’ ride a little smoother this June.

Venus (our planet of love), enters LEO June 13, on the day of the new moon in Gemini. This is a huge leap for Venus — she was in sensitive, shy Cancer before (and conjunct jupiter, which means every detail about her was expanding) — which is a very different vibe than confident, boisterous, lovable and very un-shy leo.

Mars, our planet of action, on the other hand, stays in grounding, mellowing Taurus until June 28, when it enters rapid, flitting, fun-loving gemini. Mars in Taurus with Venus in Leo is a lucky combo. Despite the fast-moving energetics of the year of the fire horse (anyone have any strong feelings stick around for more than a week? .. Yea, me neither), Mars in Taurus brings movement to a sign that has a tendency of getting stuck, while not being able to change its naturally grounded, paced and pleasure-focused approach. Our love planet, simultaneously, gets a huge boost from the sign that loves attention the most. The combo is giving motivated, determined gardening with a side of homemade food and all of the sensual, pleasurable delights we see in A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

In general, the faeries were onto something. (If you want to read the article about how Fae and Elemental energy is affecting Earth as of 2024, you can read that here).

Chiron (our wounded healer), also enters Taurus June 19 and will stay there until September — before flipping back to Aries for a wee while and eventually settling into Taurus until 2035. This self-worth calling. Chiron, which asks us to look at and transmute our deepest, long standing issues and fears, circles around worth, inadequacy, and material gain / home safety during this time. The call here is to lean into why you are worthy without any of the hulaballo of achievements, stuff, or possesions. How can you establish worth just for being a cute little human on the planet? How can you exercise the muscle of knowing you are good enough, and beautiful enough, and worthy of so much love, without doing or accomplishing anything more?

When dealing with Chiron placements, it’s essential we look to Chiron’s wife, (*ahem,* rarely mentioned), Chariklo. Chariklo’s energy is the antidote to Chiron’s — where he illuminates, she softens. Where he drags to the surface, she smooths with tenderness, compassion and understanding.

(In the mythos, Chariklo was a sea nymph, and the right-hand lady of Athena. Ever supportive, conscious and kind, she was essentially the bff of a badass warrior goddess who took no sh*t. Chariklo may be gentle, but she sure as hell isn’t meek).

Chariklo is currently in AQUARIUS, where she will stay until 2028. If Chiron is bringing up our wounds of adequacy and self-worth, Chariklo’s aquarian gaze asks us: Where can your self-worth be supported through the lens of the whole? How beautiful is it that you’re an important, essential part to this great wave of collective rising consciousness! Chariklo in aquarius sees our shortcomings and self-worth failings as beautiful, unimportant parts of being part of the huge weaving web of humanity. She also sees painful points from a place of detachment, and welcomes inspiration from the outside in where she finds it. Where Chiron in Taurus asks us “why can’t I build a tower that looks like my neighbour’s?”, Chariklo exclaims: “How beautiful to see the difference of expression in all these structures!”

The new mantra for the rest of 2026?

When in doubt, zoom out.

By the end of the month, things are picking up again. Mars flips into Gemini on the 29th, dropping all the resistance on pacing from Taurus’s slow burn and zooming right around in ways only airy, speedy gemini can welcome. Venus also transitions to Virgo in July, which takes love from a loud bouquet of open expression to one of devotion, depth and painstaking care. (If you were confused about your love language and how you like you receive love, it’ll probably smack you in the face in July. For me? that looks like slow quality time, physical touch, and presence. Aka, getting far, far away from cell phone reception with the ones I care about most).

The take-away?

ENJOY the slight, sensual slowness that the rest of June brings, and be prepared to launch back into movement with the shift into July. Bring slowness, fluidity (think water) and flexibility where you can — these are the qualities that balance Fire Horse and will help you slip through cracks into freedom when it feels like there’s a dead end.

In my own world, things are going…well. And slowly. I *just* wrapped Inner Sanctuary, which was honestly the most fulfilling, loving and expanding offering I’ve ever done in my 9 years of workshops, readings, and in-person sessions. There’s something different about working with a group — women leaning on each other, talking open and honestly about what motivates them and what makes them feel under the thumb of the world. Besides holding space, dropping the content and running some guided trance journeys.. I feel like the container itself took on a life of its own and the women in it were the ones that breathed life into it.

I am SO, so deeply grateful for every one who was part of the inaugural run of Inner Sanctuary (thank you), and am sooo excited to refine, expand (with more offerings and support for you), and launch again in September. My BRAIN is healing at a (seemingly) glacial pace — and if I’m being real, real honest here — I’ve had to explore a pivot in regards to my career. I’m still open for readings (there are 4 spots left on the community pricing at $150, so get in there before they’re gone!), and I’m actually opening up for 3-month private coaching. BUT, I cannot write the same amount that I used to, because I can’t spend the same amount of time on a computer. I can’t develop programs, record forecasts, or write long, loving letters like this one regularly. I can’t sit down to type out the most recent downloads I’ve been receiving about global energetics (key: MAMA GAIA is your teacher this summer), nor can I make the updates to my website I’ve been hankering to do since early May.

Life is different. I wear glasses now, I don’t eat like I used to (goodbye, sugar), think like I used to, and sometimes, on an off day, I can explode. Like, yelled at someone in the surf because I got scared, exploded. I guess 14 years of Buddhist practice doesn’t apply when your brain isn’t on its best behaviour.

I am healing, though. And thank you to all the sweet readers who have reached out to check on me… what a lucky blogger gal I am! Wow!!

Things are moving. And now, more than ever, I appreciate the little things.

I do absolutely trust that this happened for a reason, and I do absolutely feel like I’m in alignment during this journey. Nothing feels wrong, or off, or not okay. It’s just slow going, patience-testing, and…slightly annoying.

And, for those of you who love a bit of reality TV, (or just simply appreciate the life updates), thank you to everyone who’s asked after my wellbeing in the relationship realm. Things are… shifting, and it seems like the door is not so closed as I once thought. Personally? I have an idea of which direction I want things to go — and I leave for the West Coast in 5 days to send my angels, my heart and my vulnerability as one giant hail-mary to the universe to see what happens.

The Blue Moon is here and so are my open books!

Alright my lovelies. Wow.

The day has finally arrived that I’m opening my books back up .. and I can’t say the woman writing this is the same girl who announced the closing three months ago.

Concussions are crazy things; deep journeys that bring you to the brink of hopelessness (or maybe even bathing in it) and allow your fears and worries to sprout in the foggy, brambled landscape of your injured mind.

As usual, I took the long route — not taking the experience as seriously as I should have and instead of immediately letting go, I held tighter to surfing, my work, my motivation to spend this year ‘making it.’

I gripped.

And if you’re a living human being with a soul (so, yes, all of you ❤), you’ve probably experienced something similar this past week, this past season, maybe this past year.

There is no going back.

And frankly, I know none of us want to. There may be mourning, or waves of grief as you see the ship that had your previously planned future set sail away from the deck on which you stand.

But the boat you’ve stepped on is sturdier, hardier, and ready for the changing seas of this global, energetic landscape we find ourselves all entering at once, in union, together.

Get out of separation. Watch your words; where are you using language to fuel an old fear or allow an old pattern to settle in?

Where are the stories you’re telling yourself outdated, expired, or truthfully — just too small for the spirit you’ve grown and now harbour within that sacred body of yours?

This is not a “great transition” like we’ve experienced in the past — this is the trap door that suddenly appears in the floor of your reality as you tumble into space in a direction you didn’t even know was possible.

Let go.

Let things be easy. Slide. Swim. Sail.

A temporal note, on the current (2x) full moon in Sagittarius, asks us to aim our arrow higher than we had previously. What if your old life fell away because this new, uncharted path that requires such an intense dosing of faith couldn’t have surfaced on your previous trajectory?

Greetings, oh beautiful ones!

Congratulations, you have made it to May. In the northern hemisphere, we are finally beginning to feel the changing tides of the season — as the lessons from winter permeate deep into the soils of our psyche and take root in the body of blossoming change.

I haven’t been writing as much as usual — running the inaugural cohort of Inner Sanctuary while managing a very long, very life-altering concussion has made things slower. Alas, being Taurus season, in a way, I feel right on time. This larger cosmic re-route in my own life has reminded me of how important it is to know our direction, or at least, aim our arrow of intention in that general direction, but let the arrow fly loosely: the cosmic mother has her own plans for where you are headed. Does this come with uncertainty? Why yes, it most certainly does (the irony!). But with enough trust, and maybe a sprinkle of self-belief, it also comes with a heavy dose of magic.

*A gentle note for all you black-and-white thinkers — try not to hold too tightly to the timeline of ‘May’ for this particular reading. For some of you, these shifts could take place more so in June; others may have felt the stirrings of the shift in late April. Everyone is on their own timeline. All flowers bloom at their own pace.*

New cycles; New opportunities

Is it cliché to say there’s new energy abundant in May? Perhaps, but I’ve been guided to share that one thing our western world seems to painfully, and frequently forget, is that we are children of Mama Gaia and this green goddess earth. We are part of the natural cycles, her ebbs and flows, and natural changes. We are not separate from it. So there is, at a point, a deep cord that tethers us to the shifts that occur naturally in spring (if you live in the Southern Hemisphere, you may be feeling this same sort of energy, but the one of falling away, as things prepare to shed and lay dormant for the next season. This, to me, feels equally new; in a different way).

When we connect to the cycles of the planet more deeply: taking time to observe full rivers or stopping to notice and admire the appearance of flowers amongst sidewalks and garden beds, we allow our natural cord with the planet pull us a little tighter into natural connection. Let yourself be moved the way the earth is moved in spring: Fresh, baby-like, and growing like a weed. This is still a time of tender shoots: things are in their inception of growth, not yet hardy with the passing of time, rain, and summer sun. Gentleness is the practice here. Slow your pace; and watch how much more abundantly things grow.

People Pleasers PSA

Oh, hello my beautiful, sensitive people pleasers! Welcome to our monthly PSA meeting. On the docket this month is the heralding reminder that in this delicate but rapid time of growth and expansion, over-giving will make you sick.

This message was channelled directly from my guides: Headaches, nausea, sudden fatigue, light sensitivity and random colds / etc are signs that you are giving away too much. “But how?!” You may ask. “I feel like I’m not even giving much at all these days!” Being a natural giver myself, I understand, dear ones. The energy of May is asking you to continue to focus on the mapping of your own landscape — the grounds and paths are changing and we need you at full focus to be able to answer the calls that will be coming for you in early summer and mid-July.

The people who care for you, and are there for you, are do not have an expiry date. Those who can be dissuaded by the simple reality that you’re not always available for all are the people who are not meant for you. Those who care will check in. This goes for future clients, job opportunities, friendships, romantic connections. If they have a problem with you taking time for you and your own, they probably weren’t a match in the first place; just a lesson. You don’t need another lesson in giving more than you have capacity for — you’ve graduated. Use that to fuel your sovereignty.

Expansion, Energy, Worth

Just like the natural world, it is safe to say expansion is coming. The larger global energetics have shifted, and unlike last summer where it seemed like every week was a pummelling of light and electric flares on the planet, this season is the exhale and rapid growth your body and soul have been craving. The question is; have you given this growth an intention? It’s wonderful to experience growth on all levels, but without any guidance or direction of where you’d like it to go, (as many of us know now on this journey), Spirit will take you anywhere. Gather your thoughts and feelings and write your intention down for this period on a sticky note. Put it on your fridge, on your wall, or my favourite: on the way out the door so you carry that energy into the next portal of energetic potential.

The notes I have for this from my guides are: “Use your intention as your anchor and be amazed!” When we have something to anchor us in the direction we wish to go, it is much easier to navigate the waves of energy that pass through the planet and our fellow humans without being pulled off-kilter or into someone else’s orbit. You may amaze yourself with the ability to observe and allow energy to pass through and around you when you’re confident that temporary siren’s call is not for you to answer.

Begin Again

Along with this energy of expansion, there is a “new place” energy that is seating itself at your table in May. What I mean by this is: Have you ever gone on a trip — whether it’s a few weeks vacation, a simple day trip or a six-month pilgrimage to a completely different land? Maybe you sit yourself down at a new café, or a new park, or by the ocean; and suddenly it hits you: “Damn,” you think. “I can become whoever the f* I want.”

This energy itself surrounds you in May. Interestingly, the message I got around this was loud and clear: This truly has nothing to do with changing location, and everything to do with who you see when you look in the mirror. (For some of you, in fact — former plans may get pushed back a little as you wiggle into the new space you’re taking up for yourself).

Let yourself feel the motivation, enthusiasm, and possibilty that enters with this change. Your body may start talking to you more loudly urging you to do this, not that; go here, not there; without much explanation as to why. Try to follow it as best you can — let your body be pulled by the subtle energies making themselves present to it. If you’re someone who tends to get very easily ungrounded, additionally, adding in ancient practices to your realm this month will help immensely. Qi gong, slow yoga, or singing by a river (as ancient as it gets) are all practices that will ground you nicely. Follow an ancient formula (Hindu practices, Chinese medicine); or make up your own following the ritual of connecting to the land. Draw from old magic here.

Old News

Finally, our final theme brings us to that old battleground where you’ve found yourself sweat-stained and bloody more times than you can count. An old conflict and tender spot within yourself may surface this month in one of two ways: A form you recognize, like an ex, a familiar argument about a worn-down topic with a loved one, or an internal struggle you’ve faced your entire life (we all have those, it’s what makes us interesting); or a new one: Be it in the form of a boss, a new friend you’re sharing more with, or a life-decision that feels new but is really just the same ol’ pattern underneath.

My advice?

Treat this old thorn as a riddle instead of a bruise. How can you approach this conflict from a new angle this time? How can you turn it on its head? The presence of this old snag is not to offer you any new lessons, but instead ask you to employ the new sense of self-worth, self-belief and general sovereignty you have been working on assimilating all winter. The key in this situation is to see which angle is necessary to take the power out of the situation. Maybe the conflict is in relationship; where you realize the subject of the tension is that you’ve put yourself below someone else or assumed they had more power than you in the first place. For many of you, this conflict will involve a healthy smashing of the ‘good girl’ (or good boy) mindset. You don’t need to move through the world avoiding conflict and confrontation. You don’t need to be liked by anyone. Hell, I think as a general consensus, we’ve realized that is, in fact, quite impossible. Let the sovereign You you’ve been working on rise up and make herself known in this situation.

The time has come, dear one. You are more than ready.

It’s been a low week.

I’ve been real, real hard on myself lately.

It’s amazing what this life brings us — moments of clarity, moments of knowing that yes, in fact, you are truly on the right path — 

and then the next morning, or the next moment, it all seems to fall away. Like you never got that confirmation or that sign or that feeling in your gut in the first place. Like all the voices in your head are winning, and you’re right, you have no idea what you’re doing, and you’ll never make it anyway, so you just may as well give up now.

…. And wildly, once you put those thoughts on the page, they don’t feel like they’re going to eat you anymore.

I’m out here, cobbling a little life together. After 13 years, I’ve stopped travelling — stopped bouncing from place to place, stopped transitioning from one hometown to another — and have landed. Permanently.

I don’t really have community right now. I mean, I don’t know if any deeply feeling introvert really feels like they have close community. But I know it’s possible. And I know you have to put in your time to build it. And I put ten years into a community that I left — in order to be ‘home.’ To be closer to my roots. To the ocean that raised me.

Has it been easy? … No.

Has it been worth it?

… So far, yea. It has.

But cobbling is exactly what it looks like — I’m putting little pieces of things together, one puzzle piece at a time, and most of the days it feels like a whole lot of nothing. An article here, a client there, a freelance piece to top it off. I’m not swimming in cash and ‘making it big’ as a healer or an intuitive coach. I’m not ‘manifesting millions,’ which to me still baffles me that after all this time on Earth, we still feel like having it all means having loads of money.

Trust me.

I want enough. I want to be completely debt free, to be able to support the life I want to live, to eat well, to travel. That’s it, really. I want to be able to buy all the plants I want and fill my garden with herbs and flowers that I can fill my spell kits with. I want to have enough to support having a child, and to be able to get away when it’s -20C for the 14th day in a row, and when the roads are slick with ice after a week’s worth of freezing rain.

I don’t work a 9–5 (thank god; as an autistic adhder I’ve tried it, and my system responds by giving me one illness or another), but I do work for places other than myself. I do a little bit of freelancing (writing astrology forecasts), and I work retail on Saturdays.

I take reiki clients, do readings, and run my course, Inner Sanctuary.

Is it enough?

Financially, not really.

It’s enough to get me from paycheck to paycheck. I budget intensely, learn more about money as I go, feel like a failure a lot.

Let things get heavy.

But even if I did have more money, and I felt more stable, more secure, (a direction which I know I’m heading, because I’m determined to get there), will it be enough?

Or will I just move the goalposts again?

When is it enough?

This is what I’ve realized about this journey so far.

…I don’t think it ever is.

Until you say so.

I spent all week scrambling around, trying to get this article done, this post up, this content ready for my course, all the while telling myself that I don’t do enough in a day. I’ve measured myself up against the people in my life who I don’t particularly admire — the in-law who works 60-hour workweeks on average, the parent who still thinks you should be able to buy a house with your income as a millenial.

Let me remind you of something, that I’ve decided to start reminding myself:

The average worker at an 8-hour job is productive for about 3 hours a day.

Three. Hours. A. Day.

Not 6. Not 8. Not all day.

But at some point, we’ve just decided that it’s not enough. We apply it to everything. We’re not working hard enough. We’re not mothering well enough. We’re falling short, falling short, falling short.

And the only way to stop it, I’ve found?

At some point, you just have to decide.

You decide you are enough.

You decide you are good enough.
You decide you are doing enough.
You decide that your effort, no matter how big, or small, is enough.

I honestly don’t think there’s any other way other than deciding.

I grew up as a child trying to be ‘good,’ because the praise of others meant everything to me. I just wanted to be seen as good in others’ eyes. I never, for one second, considered what it might be like to feel good for me.

And without others’ approval or praise as an adult, my mind defaulted to — “well, nobody has said good job, so I must be sh*t.”

And I let this run.

For a long, long time.

Too long, in fact.

(way too long).

And after a few years of really tough sh*t, climbing out of a relationship where our own crap was drowning us both (and yet we somehow survived — with determination — as friends. If that’s not real love I don’t know what is), and coming home to a place where I knew I could no longer run, I realized, with dismay, that no one was coming to save me.

No one was coming to tell me what a good job I was doing getting over the hurdles in life and that I was on my way to making a happy little successful world for myself. And certainly, no one was going to tell me it was enough.

But lucky me, as I’ve been working my sweet little butt off at re patterning my mind, I was no longer satisfied with this idea of being miserable as my mind ran rampant and told me I was a mess and a failure.

And that’s when I realized — there is no ‘trick’ that gets you to a place of feeling like you’re good enough, awesome enough, pretty enough, successful enough.

You have to decide.

And you continue to crowd out the feelings of suck with statements that say otherwise. You continue to tell yourself you’re doing enough in the moments you feel like you’re not. You continue to tell yourself you’re doing your best in the moments you feel like you’re failing everything.

You crowd. Out. The. Suck.

And truthfully?

I think that’s it.

Meditating is great for detachment, and all the practices we learn are great for integration, but at the end of the day, if we don’t grab the reins of our lives (and minds) and say ACTUALLY, I THINK I’M DOING PRETTY OKAY, then no one ever will.

…And then you spend your whole life waiting for someone to tell you you’re doing it right, or well, or good enough.

Don’t wait around for it like a millennial gal waiting for her disney prince.

You are a BADASS, BRAVE SOUL, and you don’t need anyone to tell you how awesome you are.

(You ARE awesome though)!!

But you must decide it yourself.

Hello my beautiful souls! Welcome to another full energy forecast. This will be a forecast for spring — carrying us through till the end of may. For some of you, of course, the energy might shift faster or more slowly — please do try not to compare your own timeline to anyone else’s (I’ve been guilty of that a lot lately, and all it’s really done is get me into tangles and hot water — neither of which I suggest you pick up on your journey right now). Take a moment to ground yourself, by either taking a big, deep breath — or bringing some attention to where your body is in space. See if you can relax it, just a little.

Take another deep breath (just for fun), and after that glorious exhale, let’s dive in!

Fire Horse, Shmire Horse

For some of you, it may feel like the year of the fire horse has been a bit of a non-starter. You may be wondering “when is all this fast-paced energy going to start?” And let me assure you, dear one, it will. But if you, like so many others, have not been feeling the energy of the fire horse quite yet, it’s namely to do with three different variables floating around in your sphere of energetics:

1. You had unfinished business to wrap up.

Maybe it was a break up (there were so many of these coming in 2026, which I mentioned here, in my annual forecast, where the grief hasn’t (or hadn’t) quite finished shedding. Maybe it was some other type of loss, self-discovery, or cosmic re-arrangement that had you searching for solid ground in a place you thought was steady.

In any case, the reins of personal growth have been focused on you — and truthfully, if the speed and pace of the fire horse had hit you, you wouldn’t have been able to handle the heat.

2. You’re in the middle of birthing something.

If it wasn’t grief that had your focus turned somewhere other than forwards, it’s possible you’re still in the process of birthing a change in yourself — whether it’s a business project, side-quest -turned-main-quest, or some sort of personal transition, the energy of the new can’t be ushered in while you’re in the middle of a birth. It’s like trying to get pregnant while you’re already pregnant. Ain’t gonna happen, baby.

Give yourself grace during this period — (especially my Aquarians, Scorpios and Libran babies working hard at what they love) — it’s more important you focus on birthing the current project at hand than looking around to see where everyone else has gotten to. You’ll be plenty busy enough come early summer, I promise you.

3. You’re a bit of an outlier; or an innovator

You know that lyric from Smash mouth’s Allstar about how “only shooting stars, break the mo-oo-old?” If you haven’t been feeling the fire horse energy yet, it’s possible you’re one of those souls that doesn’t really tend to do anything on anyone’s timeline. You may have been considered a late bloomer, or chronically early (guilty), but basically, when it comes down to it, you + timelines = hacking your own path with a machete and your hair tied back.

It can feel frustrating when we feel a mis-alignment with what’s going on with the greater collective, but truthfully, would you really want to be on the same timeline as everyone else? If you’re someone who has marched (or danced) to the beat of their own drum for this long, suddenly flowing in with the mix might feel like there’s something off.

Lean back into your seat of self-identity (it is Aries season, after all), and trust in the fact that your timeline doesn’t look like everyone else’s because you are holding a different set of keys. And when your people realize that your door is the one they’re looking for, you’ll be hella grateful you had this extra time to rest, polish, and intend and prepare.

Aries Season Into Taurus: Cutting Through The Red Tape

The shift from Aries season to Taurus season (last week of april) brings with it a whole bunch of sticky and entangled energy. Instead of getting caught in it, or discouraged by the sight of it, bring down the power of your visualization for this obstacle-course of a time period.

Despite what the sensationalized astrology may be saying, mindset matters more than results in this mid-spring shift, and seeing something that feels impossible as ‘tricky’ or ‘unique’ could be the difference between you calling in a totally different way of functioning vs. quitting at the first sign (or third) sign of trouble. Fear not, and hold fast; what you are calling in during this period is much more important than what you currently see on your plate in front of you.

If you’re able to lean into the threads of power you’re desiring to weave instead of the fraying ones currently in your hands, you may find yourself sailing smoothly through a period many around you may have described as rough seas.

Leaders: WHERE ARE YOUR FRIENDS, BB?

For those of you who describe yourselves (or maybe know, innately), as natural leaders, my question for you is this: Do you know what every successful ship captain has on hand? A crew. The energy for this chapter is asking you to please, please, pick up the phone and call your friends. You may not feel like you really need it, but sometimes all we need is a friendly voice on the other side of the line before we realize we’ve been carrying too much for too long. On the other side of the coin, a gentle reminder from this quarter’s energetics that loneliness can be self-imposed.

Despite what patriarchy has taught us, the most successful of us, have not, in fact, climbed the mountain alone. We’ve done it with friends, laughter, and tears along the way. (And, of course, someone to pick us up when we’ve fallen and are convinced this side of the mountain we’re on is our new forever home).

If you’re reading this, it because you are part of the *new* generation of leaders — the ones who plan to be permanent changemakers, and not burn out by the time they’re 44. Do yourself a favour and pick up the phone, send the text, or make the invite happen. Your friends miss you, too.

Romance Dance

The final energetic message for this period was soft, romantic, and filled with the sensual flame of candlelight. The Lover’s card was pulled from the deck, and the message was abundantly clear: Love is on the horizon. Now, before you start stalking the guy you met in line at your local café on social media or consider jumping out of your current relationship, I’d like to ask you this: When it comes to your relationship with self, how would you describe the feeling of falling in love? Like, really in love. With your own life.

For me, for example, being in a state of total romance with myself looks like a clean altar, filled with my devotion and desires; fresh-cut flowers (everywhere, preferably); Celtic music that makes you want to twirl in a million circles; and a day spent being as wild as can be by the sea. Now that’s my idea of romance.

Zoom out for Love

For some of you, this may, in fact, bring real love on the horizon — whether it’s in the form of a new friendship, a new colleague at work who actually sees you, or a real-life romantic endeavour. For most, however, the energy of love is being ushered in to your daily life. What’s one thing you could do in your daily life to romanticize things a little bit? For example, as someone who spends most of her time writing and in her office at home, putting on jeans, brushing my teeth, and putting my hair up in a way other than I would at the gym gives me a bit of fire to whatever I’m in the process of creating. It may not feel like it makes a difference, but it does. (I got this trick from Liz Gilbert).

Lean into the creative magic that comes with the revival of spring, and romanticize yourself a little bit. It may just feed you in more ways than you expect.

In the North Atlantic, that means… it’s snowing. Again.

We’re in a bit of a whiteout, truthfully, streets and trees and houses and cars blanketed in snow, in the same peaceful quiet that comes around christmastime — except everyone is sick of shoveling and restless for ice-less trails and ways to get our listless bodies moving again in the great outdoors.

It is, indeed, a time of patience.

Interestingly enough, however, the blustery weather fits perfectly with the energy forecast for March — as nature seems to always echo exactly what we need to see and feel sometimes.

SPIRITUAL WHITEOUT
If you’re reading this forecast, chances are you’re a bit of a feeler. a ‘sensitive-type,’ in one way or another. Maybe you’re an empath, or a starseed, or neurodivergent. Maybe you’re all three. (*Raises hand* !Present!). And if your sweet soul is sensitive and attuned to the energetics of this gigantic, massive, planetary shift, chances are you don’t even need to read the news to sense what’s going on. You can feel it.

And boy, is there a lot of destruction. Like.. tower-moment end-of-all-as-we-knew type of destruction. And that, truthfully, can feel scary. It can feel disempowering. And if you’ve been caught in the snare of feeling disempowered, or alone, or feeling like you’re not doing enough, please know that you’re not alone. I’m feeling it. So many of us are feeling it. We are, in fact, moving through this shift together.

In March, in particular, however, the noise is going to amplify to the point of feeling like you’re in a bit of a spiritual whiteout. Noise around what you need to be doing, what’s the “one thing” that will make you feel good / protected / secure (It’s a lie, my sweet ones… there is no one-quick-fix to wishing away this sense of deep change) — as well as, of course, all of the noise of the goings-on in the news, the politics, the distraction of this-and-that. It’s easy to get pulled off topic right now.

For example:

I was featured on a podcast (This one) this week and we were supposed to be doing a live reading for the host to talk about intuitive healing and her general journey forwards. Instead? We got so deep into the weeds of the “goings-on” and intensity of what we’re all experiecing right now, we ended up talking directly about the Epstein files, the horrors happening in the U.S….. and the Israeli-Palestine conflict. Not things I had prepared to talk about, not things I had prepared answers to, and not things I felt comfortable sharing with the general public at large. Did I wish I had talked about love and safety and all beings deserving love and respect?

...Of course.

What did I end up talking about?

Distraction.

Because at the end of the day, with all these deep, challenging, devastating losses happening all around us and many of us close to home, too — (It seems like everyone around me is losing a parent, a neighbour, or a friend to illness, accident or some other devastation), — we are getting so spun around in our sense of helplessness that we are forgetting about the work at hand.

About the love we’re meant to be sharing.
About the radical art we’re meant to be making.
About the small gestures — the little doodles we do, the little notes of reflection we allow ourselves to take, the moments we create to allow ourselves to feel and cry and move through the experiences we’re having — we’re getting caught in the panic of the spiritual whiteout.

The riptide that says “no you can’t make anything of value,” and “what’s the point in creating / gathering / sharing our stories,” and “why does it even matter?”

Because that’s where the forces who are pulling us down want us.

They want us feeling powerless.

They want us feeling scared.

They want us feeling like there is not point to creation, to making art, to sharing song.

And if you’re reading this, chance are you have a bit of rebellious streak, no?

You can, ever so softly, or firmly, or silently, or loudly; refuse.

Refuse to let this current energy kill your spark.

The Checklist

So how do we navigate this current phase of noise-whiteout?

• Cultivate hearth and home. Decorate the place you live to remind you or the beauty and inspiration and all the good things that are available to you in life. Can’t afford to buy art? Make some. Make it poorly. Make it lame. Make it so your inner child squeals with glee.

• Fire goes a long way. There’s a reason we burn candles at the beginning of ceremony and blow them out when it’s time to close. Fire, and candles, have a special knack for holding the frequencies of safety, steadiness, and intention throughout the night. Get yourself some tealights and alight your home with them. Put them in your windowsills, so the others in your neighbourhood or walking past your street can see that ‘hey, there’s someone up there that hasn’t given up.’ Let it be a symbol of resistance to the dark.

• Move. Your. Energy. I don’t care if you’re not into exercise, and you don’t like getting sweaty, or maybe you’re obsessed with exercise and it’s the only way you know how to deal. I’m talking about energy movement here. Dance. Sway. Shake. Sing. Have sex, for goddess’s sake. Experience pleasure. Do whatever you need to do to move the energy around in your body. You may, after a few moments, find yourself wanting to make odd moaning or groaning noises as you let stuff out. GOOD. LET IT OUT, BABY! The more you allow the energy to more and flow through your body, the easier it will be to move through the world. Make sure your system isn’t carrying too much. Let things be fluid. Let things slide off your shoulders. Trust the universe to carry what needs to be carried. Just. Move.

• Ramp up the Energy clearing this month. If you haven’t seen it, I wrote a handbook for starseeds that has a plethora of examples for how to clear your energy and let stuff go. You can also check out my updated cord removal ceremony here. Do what you need to clear your energy more often. Wearing hoods and protecting your head (like with a hat) when out in public is a little trick that goes a long way. Take baths. Let the energy that’s not yours seep into the bath water. Have fun with friends! go out dancing and let yourself shake off the collective and global energetics. (Let me know in the comments what other types of things you like to do for energy clearing).

Art…art… and more art

Lastly, one of the most effective ways to move through the energy of this current climate is to stop consuming and make something. I promise you. Two days off instagram and one shitty painting late and you’ll feel like a whole new person. There is still inspiration to be found out there in the world. There is still goodness. There is still light. (Hell, there’s actually a lot of light, if you know where to look for it). But you do need to look.

Or maybe you do need to make the art about what’s heavy! It doesn’t matter if you’ve never been much of an Artiste. Doodle it out. Scribble it. Write a crappy poem. But whatever you do, my darlings, please don’t keep it inside. The spiritual revolution depends on your participation. And as much as we need your pain, and your suffering, and we will hold space for your fear… we also need your song.

You’re the only one who has the music for it.

I’m really good at being overwhelmed.

I think, truthfully, I’ve kind of made it a part time job for my psyche. In this washing machine of feeling lost, realizing no path out there currently was going to fit me, and that I would, indeed, need to carve my own, I made getting overwhelmed part of my daily routine.

Lately, honestly, I’ve gotten kind of sick of it.

That’s the only way we ever change, really. Is when we get sick enough of our own reality that we implement the cold-plunging-gasp of determination to live, breathe, and become something different.

And so, the other day, when I started to get overwhelmed about my path — about how I was going to get from A to B, and when I would ever see that finish line, I stopped myself.

“Stop it,” I said. “Breathe.”

And when I summoned my breath, I realized the thing that was living inside my heart that I needed to call forth from the depths up to the surface:

Courage.

The cure for overwhelm is more courage.

But how do we cultivate that?

How do we cultivate more courage when our bodies want to shut down in fear?

We move.
We process.
We Release.

We cry, let go of, and allow the things that are dying inside of us to fall away from the bone — so we can give that part of our souls to the compost of the great Cosmic Mother and make space for something new.

We stop seeking outside of ourselves. We stop the whole train in general, actually. We slam the e brake, screeches and all, and get off.

And then we continue on foot for a bit.

No phone, no instagram, no comparing ourselves to others. No trying to find silent answers in the noise.

Sure, maybe the silent answers come from within.

But how do we hear them?

How do we find them?

…We let ourselves get quiet enough that something begins to surface.

Not the answer, maybe — but something. A quiet “keep going,” or “trust”. A little nudge of encouragement. a “hold on.”

It’s not the answer, really, but if you let it be, it’s the next lighthouse that eventually draws you closer to shore.

And then you hold on to that.

And take one step forwards.

I had a beautiful session the other day with a client who was totally unexpected. She was the type of person who makes it all worth it — I got to talk about my specific expertise in one very niche area of spirituality, and we had a beautiful, easy, full reading. To avoid being completely one-dimensional, the topic, I assure you, was not light. But it reminded me of the other beautiful souls out there doing the work and gave me the inspiration to continue to do mine.

At the end of our call, she made an offhand comment about the challenges of embodying the duality of our depths. “How do we go from being multidimensional beings,” she said, “and then you know… go to the post office?”

I laughed.

It reminded me of something my ex partner’s teacher had demonstrated to him — he was a plant medicine facilitator in Peru, who led deep, multi-day journeys of ayuhasca and healing and deep sacred ceremony — and then he would throw on a t-shirt, hope on his motorbike and zip into the nearby city with yelling merchants, screeching cars, boom-basta music on every radio and the very real danger corruption.

So how do we balance it? Being in this liminal space?

I posted last summer about it being the time to ‘get off the bridge’ of deep spirituality — get out of your deep personal practices and insulated personal rituals in order to get down into the dirt of your community. Share your light, don’t just cultivate it. Connect to others. Offer what you’re learning. You know… go out. and do stuff. As the medicine keeper you are (even if that’s just hosting a birthday party for your kid!! Connecting to others and sharing your light doesn’t have to be all linen and prayer beads).

But what if we are the bridge? What if we are the ones who are holding the dual frequency inside of us. How do we navigate the world at large?

The secret?

We treat it like play.

The Global Classroom

Every time I have some sort of conflict, or issue, or weird occurrence in my life with a human that just feels so disconnected, so… far from being human in our interaction, I remind myself of this one thing:

Earth is a global classroom, and we are all students. The best part about school is the time to play.

Remember when you were in the second grade and there was that one kid who used to roll up the cheese put in his lunch box into little balls and eat it with his fingers? You know… the same kid who always picked his nose when he thought no one was looking?

He and and you are in the same class.

He may not be your style of guy, and may not be the person you grow up with and wish to marry (I mean hell, he’s not even going to grow up to be that same kid..hopefully), but he’s still a student in your class, and you two are classmates.

That’s how it works here, on Earth.

The global classroom is a much, much more multidimensional place that we give it credit for. There are people who are living in completely different realities to ours.

Yup, their reality of what is real and what isn’t is literally the complete opposite of yours. Even though we’re technically all in the same classroom.

The complexities of understanding the global classroom is like entering a regular schoolroom and coming to find that 3 kid in your class will be learning the entire curriculum in Japanese, two kids won’t ever use the colour blue, ever, and 12 kids will grow up thinking that boys secretly have a tail. It’s that diverse.

The key here, in that case, is to remember two following guidelines to help ensure your mind and heart remain clear:

1. You do not have to participate, engage with, or indulge in anyone’s reality but your own.

That doesn’t mean that you’re dismissive, or invalidating, or unkind to others. It just means that your reality is the one you’re currently interfacing with, and the best way to manage achieving the peace and desired feelings in your own life it to focus on the reality your somatic system is currently dialed to: Yours. (This is why people exiting cults and extremely controlled upbringings often have little to no sense of who they are — they’ve been forced to interface with the reality of another and have had not chance to develop the ceiling, walls and boundaries of their own realities).

The reality you can adjust is yours. The lens on life you can change is yours. If you see, or engage with, or are forced to interface with someone in a completely different reality than your own — you can just go “wow, I am grateful that’s not my reality,” and then leave. (This happens a lot in surf culture where a seemingly niche activity draws an immensely broad scope of people — lots of folks love the ocean, who knew)!

You are absolutely, under no circumstances, required or expected to remain in the realm of someone who’s negativity makes you revolt. This is not a practice in tolerance or resiliency — it is protection of your own boundaries.

2. You must remain respectful of the realities that others are living in — even if they are close to you.

Don’t cancel me for this, but nature is in perfect, chaotic harmony with the way the energies are currently flowing. I am not, but any standard, saying the place we are in in humanity is perfect, but we are part of an ever-changing, shifting and fluid landscape of energies and motion and we are, for the most part, headed in the right direction. If you are unable to even imagine this might be true, ask yourself — what reality am I consuming the most of right now? Am I watching a lot of news? (Bad stories on TikTok and Instagram still count as news). Am I deeply wrapped up in a heavy story that belongs to someone else? Have I allowed a friendship, relationship, or connection to carry on too long, out of the excuse that they need me?

They don’t need you, my child. The planet needs you. The universe needs you. you need you.

Gently (or abruptly, if the situation calls for it), extract yourself from the situation, and then leave. Go. Remove yourself.

But you cannot, under any circumstances, waste your precious life force energy trying to bring someone else into your reality. You have spent countless hours in self reflection and healing, doing the work others have not done to get where you are. You are not responsible for carrying them there. Even if it is a person at the bus stop with a radically different view than you — spending your precious energy trying to convince them or your point of view and trying to bring them in to your reality will only deplete you, dear one. If you feel compelled to share what’s on your heart and your perspective? Go for it!! But do not waste extra energy trying to get people to arrive there. It is not, by any circumstance, worth it.

Being the Bridge requires Peace

Serving as the living bridge between the Cosmic Mother and the daily Global Classroom can feel difficult, at times. Exhausting even. Many of us yearn for understanding, and are tired of putting on the mask of normalcy to enter out in the world.

In order to serve as a bridge in relative harmony (and without losing all of our energy in doing so), we must at first be at peace with ourselves. Not expecting perfection or full healing — but a practiced understanding that everything inside of us, good, bad, and ugly — is also part of the global classroom, and there is nothing that needs to be improved upon. If you wish to shift your reality, you can embark on doing so. Inner Sanctuary is a course designed for a journey like that. Gain tools, activate yourself, and gain the energetic architecture to shift your reality. But there is nothing within you that needs ‘healing,’ in this moment. You are, in this moment, as perfect as you can be. And if you should desire that to change, the teacher will appear. The lessons will appear. The journey, should you wish to take it, will appear.

And in parting, dear soul, I offer you this:

What if you didn’t have to wear such a mask or normalcy? What if you could conserve some of that precious energy, merely by being more… yourself? By letting the strange little nuances and multi-dimensional truths emerge a little bit more? To slip through the cracks of rigid, front-row attendance of schoolroom earth?

Maybe what we need is a little more multidimensional light in the current colour-scheme of schoolroom earth. Maybe, instead of being the ones to don the mask each day to fit into the current reality… maybe we are the ones who start demonstrating the new ones.

A room filled with light will eventually burst to support its new surroundings.

Have the courage fill the spaces. (Especially, my dear, at the post office).

I have a tendency to be pretty hard on myself.

Ridiculously, disgustingly, intensely hard on myself, actually.

I’ve always been this way.

And when I got into the coaching world — the world of helping others, and having to step up on the big stage of the world and express who I am, what I do, and how I help people.. I kind of go mute.

“I’m a really good psychic,” I say — Feeling like a bit of a spiritual weirdo even though I have made countless people happy and brought countless people to tears. I have seen and recognized what has gone unnoticed in people for years — things that have been steadily lying underneath the surface but everybody else seems to overlook. My intention is always healing — how can I connect with the body, read the field, and bring down the information to help others feel a little less lost in the world. Give them a little more clarity.

But there’s a lot of noise out there. There are so many healers, and mystics, and spiritual coaches who promise to align you with your soul that it almost feels like the healing field is saturated. Saturated?! How can that even be? We’re in the midst of a total system collapse (necessary), and we need all the healers we can get.

Hey you, if you’re reading this — and you feel like you’re supposed to be doing more healing work but feel like there’s “too many people out there,” it’s bullshit. We need you.

What makes it noisy, though, is finding the right healers in the sea of egoic, performative, “do this and you’ll make a million dollars” crap.

Healing used to be reaalll counterculture. We were dismissed as weird old ladies (a compliment) who lived alone and people sought them out only in their most dire of needs. This has never been the case, of course. The lady in the grocery store line up in front of you who looks corporate af is actually a specialised past-life regression hypnotherapist, and your co-worker in your social work office uses his abilities to connect to his guides to help his clients (both based on real people). We’re everywhere.

But how do you find us, nowadays, amidst all the linen-and-prayer-beads noise?

Silent Singer
Part of my own series of spiritual hurdles to leap of has been the tendency to be overlooked. Not only did this play out in childhood, as the youngest (and significantly smallest) child of two ruthlessly competitive siblings, but as it turns out, contrary to my natural disposition, in public spaces I can be almost invisible. When I feel balanced, and grounded, and connected, my energy has a tendency to be so quiet that I’ve actually been stepped on in uncrowded rooms. “Oh my, sorry, I didn’t see you there!” They said, hastily giving me more space as they realize there is, in fact, a human already present in the space they intended to occupy. In the surf I have been called ‘sneaky’ — mostly because people have no idea I’m already paddling for a wave they’re about to take. I’m not sneaky, bro, I’m just quiet.

Hilariously, my astrology backs this up as well. My Chiron placement — a small asteroid that generally signals your biggest wounding in life and the biggest thing to overcome, sits in Leo.

What is Leo known for?

..Being seen.

This has, truthfully, plagued me until very recently. Years of victim mentality, missed opportunities, non-invites to parties because people ‘forgot’ has created such a strong narrative over being overlooked that when venturing out to share my healing work with the world, a strong voice inside me said:

“Yea, but what’s the point? No one’s gonna find you anyway.”

Until now.

The Harp of Authenticity

I wrote my first poem in many, many years last night that spoke to this experience. I’ll post it down at the bottom, in case any of you soft-hearted readers want to take a look.

What is so interesting about the unfolding of our world as we know it is that oftentimes, the thing that feels like our biggest thorn is actually a huge bouquet of roses, we were just looking at things too zoomed in.

Sure, I may not be the best at being charismatic on camera, or coming across as ‘hot’ or ‘magnetic’ in my videos (I’m better in person, promise), and keeping up with social media trends is genuinely harder for me than working a full time job. If I wanted to mess around on a cell-phone sized video editor and stare at a 6 inch screen all day, constantly task-switching to put out 30 seconds of content that may or may not get seen by an algorithm rigged to “women’s faces” and “bodies,” I would have stayed in the film industry, where working 12 hours a day was normal — but at least you got paid well and didn’t melt your mind.

But what I am, really, really good at?

Being Real.

In this massive pool of hyper-spiritual-I-can-fix-you healers and coaches and everyone trying to offer something to transform who you are — the source of the noise is coming from the fact that everyone is caught up trying to follow some specific formula that some content creator and marketing expert told them would work.

And it does work, for some. I’m not bashing the process. If I had it in me to be able to do that without completely losing my soul, I’d probably be caught up in it too.

But I don’t have it in me. And, while crying on a group business call feeling generally unsure how I was going to get my work seen by the right people when I’m being told left-right-and-centre that I’m doing it wrong, I asked the coach (in a zoom call filled with thirty women):

“How am I ever going to stand out?”

“By continuing to be real, honest, and authentically you,” she said.
“This is how your voice will ring out and strike a note that people have been waiting to hear.”

“The harp of Authenticity,” I mumbled to myself, as if gifted an object from the gods.

The Harp.

I just have to keep playing the harp.

As someone who is relentlessly authentic (being autistic here really has its perks), I’ve always found it easy to connect with others who seem to have something real going on, and to skim off the fluff from the pot of proclamation. And from my own journeying, I’ve noticed that every, single time — I’d rather spend my attention, learn from or listen to someone who is a little less polished and real than someone who has it all together.

Truthfully? I feel like the hyper ‘professional’ context has led to slicing off parts of ourselves that feel inconvenient our realm of work and then wondering why we all feel so exhausted all the time. Lack of real, raw, performative emotion isn’t about hyper-masculinity. It’s inhuman.

Passion Player

So how do we commit to playing our quiet, soulful little harp in the barrage of suped-up speakers blaring out the images of people who look like they’re infinitely doing it better than we are?

How do we get past the fear that the frequency of our song will reach the right people, despite the fear we’ll never be heard?

Passion.

…and Patience.

Have you ever found something that gets you so excited about that you just have to keep doing it, even though your friends and family may offer a lighthearted snicker or friendly eye-roll as you head out to buy your 20th ball of yarn for your rug hooking project? It may look a little silly to others, but to you, it’s so damn fun you’re completely oblivious to how it looks to the outside world?

Perhaps you’ve found that feeling in a dance class. Or mime lessons. Or polka.

When we are so absorbed with the passionate energy of the thing we are creating, the fear sort of gets crowded out. When we lose this passionate energy, the doubts of what we’re doing and how it may be received start to creep in. KEEP YOUR PASSIONATE MOMENTUM, oh powerful one. Stay absorbed in the process of doing it for the love of doing — or for the motivation of feeling like you need to get this thing out there in the world. Crowding out passion over fear is kind of like crowding out protein and fat over sugar. Sugar is loud, but eventually, the nutrient dense stuff overpowers it. It just works.

And so, without further ado: The poem I wrote last night after a 6-year hiatus from writing anything remotely poetic at all. Did I feel rusty?
Yes.
Did I feel passionate? …. Hell yes.

The Harp of Authenticity

How do I ring true amongst a sea of clattering voices?
Of promises to fix, to heal
to shapeshift you into something
unrecognizable and new

How do I explain
I cannot give you a new ship
but I have sailed these waters
and can teach you to mend your craft
set your spirits alight
and read the map of the stars?

My harp of authenticity rings somewhere in the distance.
I ignore it, of course.
It’s not as loud as the thumping bass of materialization
or the lead vocals of popularity

But I continue to speak
lost in a sea of voices
thinking no one can hear me

Until one day, a knock.
Someone looking for a healer.
Someone looking for me.

“How did you find me?” I ask.
“The harp,” they said.

“I heard a harp.”

Well, a full week of living in the watery pisces energies, straddling two eclipses and leaving our old identities behind.

… Or is that just me?

I feel like I’m becoming someone I’ve never been before.
​
My body is asking for extra care — I’m falling asleep early and dealing with an *annoying* re-occurring infection that pretty much happens every time I get stressed out. I’m off caffeine, sugar, even cacao powder which is simply too stimulating. I’m drinking bone broth. I’m going for walks.
​
And I’m crying, a lot.
​
Yes, I think some of it’s grief. I changed my whole life when I ended my relationship — suddenly the things on my vision board and the places i had been putting my focus on blurred and shifted under my feet. I crashed out, in a wave of letting go and am sitting in the watery depth of not quite knowing who I am becoming.
​
Not because the relationship ended — but because when it did, I completely let go. Of Everything.

I stopped trying so damn hard. I stopped over-training, stopped obsessing about being as fit as possible so I can beat all the boys in the surf. I stopped trying to get up as early as possible to ‘beat the daybreak’ and I blocked off my client calendar for an entire month. Not because I could ‘afford’ to. Because I couldn’t afford not to.

And so things have been slow. I’ve been feeling the collective energies more closely again, Leaning into what people are feeling and needing right now.
​
And you know what?
​
The solar eclipse was a weird time to launch a program.
​
Everybody is in this weird timeless state right now — nobody can make a decision, nobody can commit to anything. I kind of love when humanity is in that state — I feel we’re all a little kinder to each other because we’re so aware we have no idea what the hell is going on. But it also means people are kind of lost, right now. They’re not sure they want to commit to something that is going to change their course. Maybe they’re not sure of anything.

As for me?
​
I’m no big salesperson. I *love* when people come to the live events, because they can experience my energy in person. They can feel the authenticity in my voice. They understand I’m here to serve others — in order to help benefit the collective.
​
And INNER SANCTUARY, this course… it’s really good.
​
​
Like.. really really good.
​
Because I realized that this course is so much more than body safety and sovereignty (even though it still is all that and a bag of chips).
​
It’s also about having someone help you build the energetic architecture to be able to hold the version of you that succeeds, reaches your goals, transforms your health / path / story.
​
Energetic Architecture.
​
And when we’re playing in the sandbox of our current lives, we might not realize that that one stick over there and that one, weird broken toy there are actually elements we need to create the scaffolding for the thing we want to build.
​
And we all know it’s a hell of a lot easier to do it with someone who already has the plans. ..And has already built themselves.

So, with that said, as a woman connected to Spirit and the Cycles and tuning into all of your sacred energy as we shift through these realms, I’m extending the doors to inner sanctuary for another week.

All my love, forever more,

Post-covid, like many rural communities pretty much everywhere, there’s been a boom. Young families moving out to places they can somehow scrape the money to afford (hint: bad wells and houses built in the mid 1800s are a good start), digital nomads who can afford to rent from these artist-hermits turned property owners out in the boonies (and by the beaches), and surfers so obsessed with the sport, they’ll surf in 0 degree (celcius) water in a place with one grocery store 20 minutes away and as my local hardware-store lady puts it “not even a damn A&W.”

It’s a weird mix, to say the least. But amongst the grumpy locals who drag race on Saturday nights or rip their snowmobiles on Sunday afternoons, there are lots of warm hearts. I’m convinced those grumpy guys even have warm hearts — and if I walked up to ask them for a stick of butter for my baking, hell who knows — they’d probably hop off those infernally loud machines and help me out (I’m not planning on asking, though, thanks for your advanced concern).

I fall somewhere in the middle of that mix. I technically moved out here pre-covid, I am an artist, but I also did grow up in the same regional municipality. I’m not a digital nomad, really — but I do work online and am home, a lot. And I am definitely, most definitely, obsessed with surfing.

I am, however, a little different.

I’m AuDHD - which basically, to the outside world that doesn’t really recognize neurodivergence and doesn’t know what to look for, I’m a little awkward, don’t hide my emotions, at all, and do things like glue kitty-cat ears fashioned out of neoprene onto my wetsuit hood because I deemed the local lineups too serious (surfers can be grumpy too) to inject X percentage of silliness into those lineups.

I also don’t drink, don’t like big groups, hate parties (love the idea of them but don’t like actually going to them) sing to myself in surf when I’m bored and after experiencing a life-changing illness in 2021 that basically left me largely unable to mask, have no interest in trying to hide my weirdness which used, when completed covered, makes me look the appropriate levels of “quirky” and “cool.”

Needless to say, I don’t feel like I fit in.

Or, truthfully, I don’t.

I gave up expecting to be seen for anything more than a overly-friendly kind-of-awkward gal who does a job nobody understands (I’m an Intuitive Healer and Starseed Guide) and who wears kitty ears in the surf. And I’m okay with that, really.

Or at least, I thought I was.

And then there was Rae.*

Rae, a local photographer, mother, artist-residency runner, and fellow surfer in my community lives directly behind me. We share a property line. She, like many of the newer women to the community who moved out here recently, fits the beautiful-female-surfer stereotype perfectly. She has the right clothes, the clean skin, even the right accessories during frozen North Atlantic winters. She’s in the ‘cool kids’ inner circle of photographers in our small nearby city and is genuine, funny, and real. She’s just.. got it.

Rae and I had been messaging back and forth about taking care of her little one during their extended stay in Panama (like I said, got it), as a sort of work exchange. They would pay for whole trip, food, accoms, etc — and I would be able to surf warm waves (all I ever dream about, really), in exchange for taking care of her toddler during the days and helping out with meal prep in the evenings.

Long story short, I declined — I’m in the middle of my INNER SANCTUARY launch and fully plan on tending to, nurturing, and holding the women who enter that container with my all. Leaving now, when I’m just starting to get a groove on life… would be foolish.

And maybe it was the tone of my voice in my declination or maybe it’s that I word-vomited to her very cute husband once that I was autistic and understood the trials they were going through as a family (their little one has a rare gene mutation which means he has a very visible, obvious-to-the-public disability) because I was used to being made fun of and being left out. Maybe it’s because I don’t see the difference when I get to hang out with their cutie baby, I see the brightness of his soul and the smiles and the energy. I don’t know.

But her reply gave something to me I didn’t know I had been begging for, for years. Decades. My whole life, maybe.

"You know… that’s why we thought you would be a good fit… You’re just, you’re so authentic and I respect that, so much from you. You’re just … you’re so pure, Kate.”

And maybe I can’t do the tone justice through writing. But in that moment, I felt more seen by someone in a crowd of people who have been misunderstanding me for decades. This was social-healing through community. And it broke down a wall of hatred for the “cool” kids I think I’ve had up since… the third grade. Whenever being ‘cool’ emerged in the 90s.

I cried (obviously), and felt that hard little wall crumble into something softer, more… accepting in myself. More accepting in others.

Cause here’s what I realized, and what I want you to take away from this experience — in case you ever want to say a small kindness to someone but feel too awkward / unsure / out of place to truly speak from the heart.

It doesn’t take a grand gesture. Rae didn’t call me up, take my metaphorical hands in hers and tell me how good of a person I was. She didn’t call me over during a surf session to tell me how real and honest and kind she thought I was. She gave me a simple reflection - a true observation from her heart that somehow smashed down a tiny, hard, longstanding wall in mine.

It doesn’t take a lot.

But it does take the willingness to observe, and notice, and comment. Kindly. Rae didn’t fix the whole damn surf community or repair every time someone pointedly ignored me even though I’ve been surfing with them for the past 300 surfs. But in that moment, she held up the mirror that showed me my worth.

And showed me I’m worth seeing.

We’re in between eclipses in Pisces, and no one is making hard D decisions this week.

And I mean no one.

Personally, I have shed more grief from my body than I ever thought possible — dredging up memories from seven years ago that felt like they had happened yesterday. (Which I found ironic, because seven years ago was when I started to implement and shift new energetic architecture to become the person I am today — the one who has a radically different life).

So basically … there has been a lot to let go of.

…Being a switched on, sensitive body in this modern iteration of Earth is wild.

I can’t ignore what’s coming up to be cleared, or I get physically sick.
I can’t pretend not to deal with the stuff that’s blocking me, or it directly affects my business.
I can’t push too hard, or avoid too much, because it makes my life stagnant.

Just like Buffalo medicine — we must walk directly into the storm.

I feel like artists, musicians, writers (you’re still artists), and any other person deeply connected to what they’re putting out there will feel this too: When you go to create something that has a piece of you in it — you have to face stuff when you’re birthing it into the world.

For me, as a healer, a guide, and someone who has to walk their talk, I have to face everything. Everything in my body that is and has been holding me back. Every nuanced fear, perspective from every angle, and every ancestral pattern that would have stopped the women before me from pursuing this (which it has). I’m treading through waters filled with the death of my old identity, watching the versions of me float to the surface like peaceful, sleeping archetypes that no longer fit the form I’m morphed into.

It’s terrifying, honestly.

But it’s also liberating.

Life has given me an option to create a life worth living that I have to show up to bat at again, and again, and again, no matter how many times I fail.

As someone who has always worked tirelessly but also smashed through expectations and blocks with relative ease, (key word: ‘smash, work-harder-not-smarter approach), the fact that something could stop me in my tracks, hurl me off track and then expect me to get back up repeatedly has been a test.

This isn’t the first time I’m in this space in my life — I loved planting trees in my 20s, I’ve been surfing for 12 years. I didn’t transcend all that trauma will someone holding my hand and cheering me along the way. No siree.

I know how to get back up.

But I’ve never had to do it when my livelihood was on the line. Or with an audience of people I want to heal, and serve, too. And when my freedom, my ability to create a life worth living, and all other things that feel like high stakes were there.

And so I’m doing an experiment.

I crumble under pressure. Simply put, I just… do. I’m no good in contests, on stage, or with a large audience. Leading a giant meditation for others, where people have come to receive and I can step into a skill I’ve developed since I was 19?

Totally fine.

Showing up to my community surf contest where I’m surfing against 6 other women with the people I see all the time watching me all of a sudden? …. crash and burn. Big time.

And I have been pushing too hard. Listening to coaches with want you to become the first solopreneur to make millions, feeling like I need to be on every social media platform at once. Feeling like I need to be constantly progressing in the surf, or constantly getting stronger, or healthier, or, or, or….

Enough.

So I’ve decided to take the pressure off my work. I’m letting things be fluid, emotional, moving, just like our watery Piscean energies.

So…

I’m pushing the launch of INNER SANCTUARY back by another week. Maybe it’s because launching literally in the week between two eclipses was bold af, and also … a little weird. It also happened to fall directly on my moon cycle (which made itself known 5 days early, lol), which is … not the time you’re meant to be sharing your voice and your magic with others.

It’s the time you’re meant to be sharing your silence and the earth is sharing the magic with you.

So if you’ve been interested in INNER SANCTUARY but haven’t been able to commit, or it doesn’t feel like the right time… good.

Wait a more few days.

Lean into how things feel next week. This course is not about going through a healing process and learning some cool skills. It’s building the energetic architecture to embody a new identity. It’s becoming someone different. It’s becoming the person you know is there, underneath, but you can’t reach.

I’m going to walk the whole way with you. Every week, I’ll do all the practices, all the exercises, and all the meditations. Why? Because I want to be right there with you. Because I don’t believe in hierarchy. Because if I feel you’re going to make a big leap, it’s likely that I will, too.

So I’m keeping the doors open a little longer.

And otherwise?

I’m resting.
I’m dreaming.
I’m leaning into the magic of my body, the grief that is surfacing, and the way I can connect with nature.

I feel the way of the future is not with hard deadlines and intense pushes and solidified, non-negotiable timelines.

The future is Feminine. The future moves with nature. She rests during her bleed, allowing the shedding of Self to happen over, and over, and over again.

As someone who has held a tight grip on life, and worked *harder* to make things happen for myself, this is my own identity shifting in front of me. This is my own reality changing, and becoming something entirely new. This is my own truth surfacing, maybe because for the first time, my vessel has the capacity to hold it while she twists and turns and slides into shape.

I am not in a rush to launch this course.

But I am calling you in.

You — the one who knows she is ready to live a different life, experience different things, and see things with different eyes. The one who knows that deep down maybe this does look like becoming somebody different, but hell that’s scary and unrecognizable and not something you want to do on your own. You — the one who feels like she’s been waiting for life to shift for her and it just isn’t happening.

Life does not shift, my loves.

You shift.

And then things change.

That is what I have come to understand.

Hi Wonderous souls. We’re halfway through the portal with Inner Sanctuary — doors are open for 6 more days, closing on February 28th. Through this process I’ve been reflecting on what it means to be doing all of this: As a coach, as a healer, and as someone who has slowly, (but surely) pulled themselves out of their former reality and into a completely new one

It is possible

I was driving home from the 2hr excursion it takes to visit my closest people to me — my best girl friends, my closest homies, and the ones that make me feel at home — who live (thankfully) within a committed driving distance. As I was approaching the city that serves as the bridge of our lives — They living about an hour South of it, and me living about and hour North — I realized for the first time that my reality, well and truly, is completely different than I had ever imagined it could be.

Now I get it when people say “good things are coming, and you don’t know how good it’s going to get!” Or, “your life we be so much more beautiful than you could have ever imagined.”

And while allowing this realization of my drastically different life from 2019 — trapped in CPTSD and living in useless trauma cycles — or 2021–24 — sick with an autoimmune condition, multiple bacterial infections, a nasty parasite and the loss of my life (joy, housing, energy, vitality) as I knew it, it got me thinking about what makes me different when offering this course on body sovereignty, trauma liberation, and real cycle shifts. Because how do you stand out in a sea of women claiming their program is going to actually help you make the change? And that you know, deep down, that what you’re offering is different — more intimate, more focused, more rooted in real-life experience than the women who are boldly stating their claims all over social media?

You get real, real honest about what motivated you to create the course in the first place.

I didn’t study to become a trauma-informed coach.
I lived through trauma and gathered the necessary tools as I clawed my way back, again, and again, and again, to the surface.

I didn’t study nervous system regulation, somatic safety practices and what makes neurodivergent and sensitive systems different because I wanted to add a tool to my coaching practice.
I learned them all because no therapist, specialist, group program or somatic experiencing practitioner could help me.

I didn’t make Inner Sanctuary to be another thing with a price tag available on my shop.
I made it because I genuinely thought I was never going to get out of the reality I had been in for years — and I know, and feel there are women out there who are waiting for this, too.

And maybe I’m shit at talking about my work. Maybe expressing myself on a larger scale about what it is here I’ve created scares me, because of the responsibility and weight of what it means to take a woman’s soul into my container and work with the field it’s currently in.

Not her money, or her time, or her attention (all of which I value deeply, DUH).

But the energy of her soul.

The fragile, and powerful, and resonant energy that makes her as powerful as she is. This is what we’re working with in Inner Sanctuary.

Because yes, it is going to be Light Codes and Activations and Deep Reflection and other, major, tectonic shifts in who you are and how you experience the world.

But we’re working with the soul template here. And for me, putting myself out there with a flag and going “hey you!! over here!! come trust me with this thing you’ve been trying to achieve forever!! I can help you get there!!” this is new ground to cross. My clients have always found me from my writing — not because I was trying to show them how important, or life-changing, or impacting my work would be to them — but because I was writing about soul-resonant stuff that mattered to me and people resonated.

So maybe this is just another threshold. I mean hey, I was terrified when, with a nearly-bald head, moon-face and 16-hour average sleep cycle, I posted my first article about starseeds in 2023.

…And now there are almost 900 of you.

I can feel my bravery rising as I lean into why I spent over a year creating Inner Sanctuary and working through every single fear, block, and hesitation around it as it surfaced — shoved itself in my face, and made me doubt everything about the healing practice I’ve built over the years. People need this. Maybe you need this.

So if I can be brave and step out from the comfort of my “I’d really just rather be a spiritual writer who only offers 1-to-1 sessions and in-person reiki for the rest of my days,” then you can too.

You can step beyond the frequency and realm you’ve been living in for the past few months, few years, few decades.

You can create a life that actually feels aligned with your soul — makes you feel like you can breathe again and connects you to the deep heart-centre of why you’re here on this planet.

You can experience real freedom in your body, in your somatic system, in your sensual and sexual expression. Of dressing how you want (no matter your body shape or former confidence levels), of living so fully embodied that opportunities do start to gravitate towards you.

Nice Things

Some words from one of our current registrants: I’ve been on a spiritual journey for a long time and have taken a lot of courses and joined plenty of groups along the way. This week has been very odd for me, if I’m being honest. Yes, I’m starting to feel the shift of forward momentum — I feel very grateful for it and it does feel like there is beginning to be light at the end of the tunnel. On the other hand, I have been in such a boom and bust cycle of energy, feeling exhausted and putting pressure on myself to show up every day for this launch and act like it’s the best thing in the world.

And it is, the best thing in the world for me — kind of. It’s showing me that I really do want to be out here — coaching starseeds, leaning into somatic empowerment, helping others feel connected, powerful, capable.

But I also don’t know when to stop. I feel like my focus is all over the place, and that my body is quickly headed towards a deeper state of burnout I soon won’t be able to climb out of. This is fear talking, of course. And we can’t let fear win. That simply won’t do.

But I’m oscillating between these places of deeply needing time to rest — time to do nothing — time to recover my system — and feeling like I am giving up on my life. I’m taking in more information than ever and am berating myself for not having one focus. I can feel my inner voice wanting to slow everything down: “stop, stop stop” it says. It just wants everything and everyone to go away. I want to be able to go to the gym without having to interact with a million people under fluorescent lights, or go into the surf without having to deal with the complicated and complex (and occasionally toxic) culture that goes along with surfing in winter in the NorthEast. I want to feel balanced, and harmonious, and healthy — and somehow keep on top of everything being in a home means: Keeping things clean, doing dishes by hand, keeping the woodstove going to keep heat in the house.

I want to be a good coach. I want my clients and students to understand that my power and intuitive capabilities even freak me out, which is how I know I’m meant to be doing this work. I want those who come to me to feel held and supported. I want this work to be sustainable — and I am learning to lean into gratitude for the fact that the part-time retail day job I work (that I often find myself grumbling about) actually keeps me in rhythm, focused, my arrow aimed True.

And amongst all this, I’ve been meditating on what it is to receive — a lot. I just ran a free, live event all about this (you can get it here) and having been doing my own energy practices around what it means to receive. Amidst all this Fire Horse blah blah energy about swift paces and heat and expansion, I’ve been turning my focus to what balances Fire in TCM and Qi Gong theory: Water. I’ve always described giving and receiving like a flow of a river — how letting go to the outcomes allow us to give and receive more reciprocally. In my state of deep and recent contemplation, however, I asked myself: “But how does the River receive?”

How does, in fact, the river receive?

If the river is the one that provides: Provides water for bathing and drinking, movement and fluidity and nourishment in so many ways — where does she receive from? From the people who come to her to lay down their worries, or to pray, or to swim joyously? What are they giving her, really, other than presence?

So I pondered it.

Out here, in the Northeast, it’s still deep winter. The sun, shockingly, has been shining lately, which makes me think we might actually get spring before June. After four hefty snowfalls, the high snowbanks have finally started melting — creating runoffs and pools of water this way and that. During this shift in weather, the reception and the river analogy hit me square in the face. The river receives form run off. She receives from the snow that melts down the sides of the earth and the water that seeps through to her in the ground.

And you know what we need in order for that run of to happen?

Snow.

And cold weather. And the still, almost maddening halt that winter brings.

The river does not receive if nature does not stop to replenish its stores. She does not receive if there is no run-off, no rush of melted snow to greet her banks and give her a top-up of life.

She does not replenish without things, directly beforehand, coming to a screeching halt.

I’m not writing this post to tout the benefits of rest. I, myself, am still trying to figure that one out. To learn, as an adult, when to rest and when to push when I have the weight of my own success resting on my shoulders and my whole life the word I heard the most was push.

So no, I’m not writing to you about rest.

I’m writing to you to tell you that if it feels like nothing has been moving forwards — and you feel like you’ve been caught in the tides of repeated cycles and things you don’t want to revisit for the millionth time this ever-pervasive sense that you’re going nowhere, that maybe the snow in your life hasn’t quite melted yet.

Maybe the run off hasn’t quite made it to you.

Maybe your river simply doesn’t have enough in her to flow — yet.

And just as I am refusing to give up — every step of the way as this blog audience has seen me vulnerable, frustrated, unsure and elated — I too am waiting for my river to fill.

But I trust that it’s coming.

On the day of the Lunar New Year, the Chinese New Year, the partial Solar eclipse, and the New Moon, I launched a course.

I’ve been waiting to launch this course since last march, when I was convinced it would be done, ready, and all bundled up to go out into the world.

It wasn’t, and neither was I.

What people don’t tell you about running a business that’s based on your SOUL and your own energetics is that every single thing you put out contains a real, live, vibrating piece of you. That every offering, every live event (like this one), and every meditation package you create contains a part of you that either has to be looked at, healed, elevated or thrust into expansion in order for the thing to come into existence.

When I started created INNER SANCTUARY, I knew what I was doing. I had crawled out of the black hole of Long-covid, an ‘incurable’ autoimmune condition and multiple compounding infections that had left me totally unrecognizable to myself and my ability to show up in my life as I knew it. Doctors couldn’t help me, I wasn’t testing positive on any sort of test, and I had no compassionate alternative medicine practitioners at that time in my corner to tell me what was going on and how to fix it. I was fully on my own.

A couple of years previously, the weight of the CSA* I had experienced as a child and had *so effectively* shoved down for much of my young adult life came rushing up to meet my consciousness with such aggression that I had been living i permanent fight or flight — unable to hold down a job for more than a month or two, and unable to hold down housing, at all.

All of this crap — this heaviness, this weighted reality I was living in — I got myself out through the tools and practices I put into INNER SANCTUARY.

Over that healing period, and as I started to anchor into more safety, my life really did start to shift.

I landed permanent housing for the first time… ever. (33 moves in 15 years, anyone)?

I increased my clients tenfold, allowing me to buid a business that sustains me and makes me feel like I’m living a life worth living.

I felt real, actual Safety in my body — Something that, as an autistic starseed, I don’t know if I ever really felt until recently.

So, when I say I knew what I was doing when I began to create INNER SANCTUARY, I mean it.

I knew what I was doing.

And still — the creation of this course transformed who I was and who I thought I was becoming. Not only did the course take …. 11 months longer that I expected it to take (lol), it also brought me into alignment with the man I thought was going to be my husband … and then brought me past that point where I suddenly, almost in the blink of an eye, outgrew the relationship.

On top of that, I thought through the creation of this course, I would, on some level, feel “ready.” I thought I would miraculously outgrow my nervousness when holding space for large groups of people (no), and get over my fear of been seen and judged in the public eye (hard no). I thought, in some way, that I would emerge into in this “I am teacher, you are student” position. And maybe I am when it comes to course content. But when it comes to the guts it takes to stand up on the podium and say the things in front of the humans, I feel feel scared.

And you know what? Given all this year-of-the-snake-is-over discourse, I want to express that I’m not actually sure if we ever really do finish shedding.

I think we just shed, and evolve, in tandem.

What I mean to say here is when we embark on things of an energetic nature — be it a sound bath, a retreat, or a deeply impactful trauma-freedom-power-SOVEREIGNTY course (*ahem, this one*), we are entering into an energetic contract with ourselves and our souls that is saying:

“Yes, I am ready, on some level, to be changed.”

When we allow our frequency to be affected — by clearing patterns that have been keeping us stuck, or expanding our capacity to receive love, joy, or friendship, we are allowing ourselves on a cellular level to be shifted. We are, in some deep way, agreeing that there is in fact no going back.

We are saying to ourselves: “No more of this current state / reality / way of being,” and a big fat “Yes” to the willingness to admit that maybe there is something more to us. That maybe we do have more power that we have been allowing ourselves to experience. That maybe we don’t have to live in the same reality we’ve been convincing ourselves we’ve been manifesting away for the past five years.

We’re into the year of the fire horse. The beginning will feel like a choppy, disjointed transition — much like the weather where I live on the North Atlantic where it pukes snow for 3 hours in the morning and is sunny and +5 (celsius) by the time the clock strikes 1pm. Things may not feel smooth, but they are shifting.

And I thought I would share how deeply impactful it would mean to me if you honoured yourself, your damn-near MINDBLOWING strength and the power I know you’re about to step into if you would join me on the journey of INNER SANCTUARY.

I really do believe this course will change your life.

Sometimes words aren’t enough.

They’re not enough to describe the stillness felt on November 1 when Halloween has passed and we’re most definitely headed towards the darker part of the year; no going back.

They’re not enough on Dec 26, when exhaustion mixes with relief and a bit of inner-child sadness when a holiday that is the most complicated day for so many of us comes and goes, yet again.

They’re not enough at funerals.
Or at weddings.
Birthdays.
When your child is brought to tears because you finally got them a puppy and yes, they can keep it and bring it home. Or maybe you finally got yourself a rescue animal, finding that words fail you when feel it crawl into your lap or nudge its head against your leg and you realize what unconditional love feels like.

This, too, is one of those times.

If you’re reading this temporally, it’s February 10th, 2026. I feel like I’m writing a captains log — sitting in the 900 sq. feet of my crumbling, tilted, 1890s home while the winter wind howls outside as we await, yet another, Nor’Easter in the form of snow.

Other than my two cats — I am alone.

It is quiet.

My former partner’s office across the hall from me sits vacant, strewn with a few remnants of his personality that now serve as the only proof he ever existed. A paper clip on the floor, some thumbtacks stuck in the cork board on the wall. Bits of tobacco on the desk I bought him, and built, in anticipation of his arrival to what would be our shared home. The home that once again, as it was when it began, is just mine.

The silence rings at night now, the rhythms of my life no longer split like fraying threads between a shared existence: the polar-tug of living in a house that shares a night-owl’s midnight call and an early-bird’s song at the quiet of dawn. The house (whose name is Stanley) now knows that nightfall means bed is calling and no longer suffers any confusion between the rhythms of waking and sleeping.

In this stillness, I listen.

Unsually, (or perhaps, accurately so), I feel called to comment on the palpable feeling of the Time we’re currently in. The sense of dust settling before a big shift — the way birds quiet before a storm.

That sense on November 1 we can’t put words to. The shift that occurs Dec 26.

The feeling of waiting for change to come.

Not that I believe it’s going to be a storm, that the quiet I am feeling not means chaos will inevitably ensue later. Not quite. For some, yes — it’s going to feel wild and reckless and fast-moving. For some it might feel destructive. But for most of us, it will feel like the staircases in Harry Potter’s world that shift and change if you stand there and wait too long.

Change, in action.

This is what I am waiting for.

And it feels like the whole world is waiting for it, too.

Never in my life have I heard so many YES!’s or I’m feeling this too!!’s in response to my commentary on the peculiar nature of the current energetics.

Lethargy.
Exhaustion.
Removal, upheaval, release.
A sense of rest (or forced rest) before the onset of a new horizon.
The sense that — yes, in fact, there is a new horizon just beyond our reach.
Just beyond our sight.

As a fun experiment, (and by recommendation of my friend Hilary Jane ), I started posting on TikTok because the algorithm is less whackadoodle than that of instagram and the forces in the clutches of Meta. I made a post this week commenting on the same sentiments of the current energies, and it got over 5,000 views on it (and counting).

..This coming from a gal who has never had more than a few hundred views on her entire youtube channel , has had pretty much the same 1.5k followers on instagram since she started posting in 2012, and who’s most loyal fanbase is on her blog - either substack or on medium (thank you, for being here).

five thousand people were on the same wavelengths at the same time.

So, all to say, I think many of us are feeling it. (It’s not just you).

I mean, hell — when was the last time I sat down to write something — not to educate you (cute!!) folks on the starseed lineages and histories, or to update on the current energetics and astrology — or to make some vulnerable, open offering about something I’m launching and the feelings that come with it.

This time, I’m writing simply to connect.

I’m writing to express that if you’re feeling it — out of whack, like you’ve just lost something or given something up that you were clinging so tightly to because you knew, just knew it was the future — until it wasn’t — you’re not alone.

You’re not alone if you feel like you haven’t been able to get out of bed for a week, suddenly can’t drink caffeine without feeling batshit crazy (how is batshit an outdated expression when motherf* is somehow still in use?), or are just generally feeling completely lost, hopeless and directionless about every single aspect of your life — I’m with you.

In fact, we’re all with you. I can pretty much guarantee that.

But I want to offer you this:

Have you ever been to a music festival and happened to be up and wandering around at 4am while all of the alcohol-heavy partiers passed out hours ago and the party-drug goers are off having orgys and cuddle puddles and private adventures? (No? Just me? Well, indulge me then, see if you can imagine it).

Picture this: There is still music playing. There are still Djs that have worked so hard on their sets just to get up, at the slivering light of dawn in the middle of summer to play their masterpiece of a 1–2 hours set in front of just four people — the ones just outside the realms of normalcy and regular partying that they happen to be up wandering about at this magical, suspended (some might say ungodly) hour.

The music isn’t the doof doof doof of the Djs you heard at midnight, while the beersies were full-tilt in their revelrie and their drink. It’s not the same doop-waooo-waooo of the electro-swing or deep-house you hear into the wee hours of 2am and 3am sets, when the party drugs are flying and everyone is dancing and vibing and just damn well loves each other to death (If you want to save yourself years of talk-therapy, go to a grounded, centred electronic music festival and dance your cute little hiney off. It is therapy).

The 4am set hits diffferent. The 4am set is gentle. It is soft, melodic — calling you down to the stages like a siren’s call heard in the distance off the helm of a ship. There is no heavy bass, no nerve-jangling intensity. It simply calls you to feel. There are few around — others that you realize are actually a bit like you — quiet, soft-souled, intensely sensitive. Feelers. Dreamers.

As as you wander down there, amidst the streamers and the glitter and the lost clothing strewn along the ground, there is a sense of peace.

A sense of waiting.

A sense, in a way, of coming home.

Because there is nobody to witness or observe or judge the feelings coursing through your body as you sway to the music with your own soul, the four other people and the Dj.

And as you wait for the rest of the world to wake up, there is a weightlessness that this time takes on when you realize that this may, in fact, be the most special moment of the entire weekend at this festival.

That you are awake in the liminal space of it all.

Here, Present, Breathing.

And that, despite your exhaustion and your lostness and your lack of answers, this liminal space is truly a gift.

That maybe that, in itself, is the answer.

But if you came here for real answers — what to do and how to navigate and how exactly to proceed: to understand just exactly what’s going on with the energetics and how to move with them — what I have for you is this:

Rest.
Stop judging yourself for five seconds and see it as rebelling against late-stage capitalism. Just rest, for goddess’sake.

Make things simple.
Simple meals. Simple routines. Simple evenings. Nothing makes change more complicated than a rigorous or complicated schedule,

Sleep early, journal, read, go analog.
Pretend it’s 1997 and to use the internet you have to cut off access to your phoneline. (Gen-xers you can explain that one to the gen-z’s).
Pretend you’re camping. Or on vacation. Try to make things quiet.

And lastly, stop trying to figure things out.

Believe me. I am the *queen* of being a figure-it-outer. It’s really what I excel at. People tell I pick at things; I analyze too much and I look at things too closely. But personally I just like to know why. To the deepest root of it all. But the thing about cosmic, global, tectonic and collective change is that the why just simply is. There isn’t really a reason, other than change itself. Growth. Ascension. Evolution, if you like.

Hi lovelies,

If you’re feeling anything like I am, maybe this is the week you’re starting to doubt yourself about what your path is and where you’re going.

Maybe the glimpse of the dream you had around New Years is dissipating, and you’re back in the self-talk realm of “who am I kidding? Who is going believe in my dreams / buy my art / use my services / attend my cool thing I’m creating? I don’t even believe in me. What the f** am I actually doing???”

… If you’re feeling this way, it’s you and every other brave person in this world preparing themselves to make a shift. Like, a big shift.

While half the world is focused on the politics, sensationalizing and straight up chaos-intensity that’s sweeping our media and entering our realities (if we’re not careful with our boundaries), the other half is preparing to leap into the unknown of a completely different reality without having any means to control the dials.

This is not the week to make massive plans and force yourself into something radically different.

This is not the week to expect yourself to be in high-creative output, high-energy, or to be on top of your game.

This is, my dear ones, not the week to expect yourself to be able to fully embody the affirmations and mental shifts you’ve been working towards, fully expecting yourself to embody a new reality.

All of that is coming.

But this week, (and next), are the final weeks of the previous energetic year (year of the snake) before we shift into the year of the horse. It didn’t happen January 1; it happens February 17.

There also happens to be a shit-ton of major astrological transits that astrologers are calling “once in a generation” shifts to our global and collective landscapes.

And you know what?

All this happens in the latter half of February.

But after a snake sheds its skin? It lies on the ground, barely moving, looking like it just went through a death.

Because, in a way, it did.

AnBetween now and February 17th, picture yourself lying on the earth and resting. Listening to the sounds of the world go by as you attune to your new reality. Not making any changes, or any grand leaps into the unknown. Just chill. And listen. And breathe.

This short period of time is your permission slip to do the bare minimum, dear one. Go to bed early. Eat real food that came from the ground, instead of from a package. Be gentle with yourself and the dreams you have.

The shift is coming.

But we’re on a precipice, here – not yet having taken the leap.

My guides are here

I sat down at my laptop this morning to write about the importance of re-connecting to Mother Earth during this time of great change and shift, and a completely channelled message came out instead. My guides are primarily Pleiadian — I am a representative (a “scout”, persay) of the High Galactic Council of Light, and therefore my guides are very focused on not only the development of myself, but the development of earth and the rising of our consciousness as a collective.

We are, in fact, in the largest shift known to humanity — and what appears to be the ‘global tectonic shift’ needed. Remember that this doesn’t have to mean it’s a bad thing, a destructive thing, or a malicious thing! Many of us have prayed for change and these shifts are those prayers playing out in real time.

I have more to say, but will save it for the end. Without further ado, Here’s what my guides are saying about how to navigate the energetics right now:

Hello beautiful light ones! I am here to remind you, right off the bat, that regardless of the density you may be experiencing — then intensities of the shifts that don’t seem to give up, or the nervous-system flooding of the headlines that don’t seem to stop pouring in .. that you are, indeed, a light being in a human body.

Take a breath in.

“ I am a light being in a human body. “

Exhale.

During these times of monumental and tectonic changes on the planet, it can become oh-so-easy to get caught in the swelling tides of humanity as the energies rise and fall. We are a collective, at the end of the day, and regardless of our own beliefs around individuality and the truths of our own personal journeys, we are, in the end, all in this together. It is important to remember, dear one, that we all all fragments of the universal energies and of living, active, consciousness — so do please try to remember that next time you look towards another in disdain for their own beliefs.

Many of us are waking up at this time — some for the first time, some for the trillionth — and some to rise into positions of leadership to help guide the way forward. But there are many humans on the planet that will be unconsciously led towards this shift, without really understanding what is happening other than they are being swept along in the river of awakening humanity. Try not to use your energy despising these individuals. They have their own lives to live and frankly, all of your energy and focus is needed right now on your own development and changes!

This shift is not about ‘survival’ — This shift is about beginning to drop the illusions of the things that really kept you stuck and held back from evolving into your truest, most evolved nature. You didn’t really think you came down to this planet to stay stuck, did you? To stay the same?

While the words and expressions around this time may begin to feel overwhelming, with many thought leaders and general energy-forecasters talking about this time being “monumental” and “generationally-altering,” remember, dear one, that this is not meant to be a change that is rooted in in fear. Humanity, in general, tends to fear change. But what about the changes from winter to spring; from spring to summer? What about when tectonic plates do shift on the planet, and new land masses are formed, new waterfalls, new sources of rivers and oceans and life?

This time is not meant to be a fearful one. It is, however, meant to be a time where we are no longer able to hide from the blanket of excuses we have been painstakingly stitching for the past number of years. Perhaps it is a physical change you are after, and the reality is that you are not committing enough time or focus to the shift, and instead wallowing in the lack of change you see in the mirror while you continue to eat and think and live the same way you have for the past three, four or five decades. Perhaps it is a financial shift you are desiring, dear one — and you are hoping for the money to flow in, while your body and mind still think money is ‘dirty’ on some level and have never built up the capacity to receive in any shape or form. Perhaps it is safety and abundance you dream of. The abundance of waking up without worry about what the day will bring and how you will handle it. The safety in your body and resilience you have craved in order to stand tall and face the day bravely as the sun rises and the waves of experience wash upon you. But instead of working on your frequency, and breathing, and seeking free resources on the internet that may help you achieve this new state of Being, you have been addicted to your phone and living jealously through the lives of others for years.

There is no shame in these realities or truths. They are only the stories woven from the patterns of action you have taken in order to end up where you are today. Perhaps you feel you have not been able to catch a break. Perhaps you have been plagued by illness, or emotional loss, or very difficult circumstances. It is important that you acknowledge those truths, and honour that it has indeed been hard. And then, dear one, you must make a decision. You must decide if you are going to step out of the reality you have been living in and find yourself in somewhere anew. This will mean letting go of old habits, old truths, old relationships. It means that not everything can come with you. But instead of seeing these times as ‘sensational’ or ‘disruptive’ or ‘destructive,’ please, see them as an opportunity. Never has the world been so aligned and primed for monumental shifts to take place. Never has the time been so open and malleable for things to change in your favour.

You are capable.

But the universe requires your equal intention, action, and decision to make it happen.

I hope that helped, my beautiful souls!

A lot of the messages from the Pleidians surround the current astrology that is taking place and asking us to step out from behind walls or fallacies we have built around us in order to feel safe instead of alive. As we enter Neptune in Aries, Saturn in Aries, Mercury in Pisces and the Sun in Pisces (all to happen in February, 2026), the flimsy walls of carefully constructed houses of cards will come crumbling down. Do not feel this experience is entirely individual — we are each being asked to step out of our space of comfort and into an unknown land in our own ways.

In terms of HELP, the messages I have been receiving the most have been that if you are feeling overwhelmed, weighed down, or unable to shut out the noise, there are two things you can do to help:

1. Disconnect as much as possible. Pretend you lost the internet for a week and disconnect your Netflix, your Crave, and all other subscriptions you have been using to numb out. Delete instagram. Delete facebook. Honestly, if you can leave your phone in a drawer for as much as possible for the next few weeks, it will be of great service to you. I mentioned this in my annual 2026 forecast, But there is so much change and energy coming down onto the planet that the more bogged down we are with our devices the more abrupt the shifts are going to feel. When we are less distracted, and more connected to our bodies, our inner landscapes and our lives around us (even if that just means reading a book or taking a bath in the evening instead of watching TV), it will be easier for us to assimilate to the changes happening. It doesn’t need to be forever, but I promise you — if you are highly sensitive and starting to feel overwhelmed on a daily basis, this will help, deeply.

2. Reconnect with Gaia. I almost titled this article “Gaia is being forgotten” because I have been noticing lately that people are so sucked into their phones it almost feels like they are zombies. People will walk into me on staircases, or waiting in line because they are so completely absorbed by whatever flashy thing on their phone that seems to be grabbing their attention. I had a thought today that it almost seems like people are forgetting to notice nature exists, or that nature is becoming “boring.” This is not possible!! Nature gives us all we need and literally holds all the light codes and upgrades and sources of understanding that we could possibly access in this human life. I deeply believe there is nothing that I can access in the higher realms or that comes down from other higher dimensions that isn’t also available in nature. Gaia holds all of the keys. The mayans, the lemurians, the Atlanteans and the Lyrans have all lived here on Earth as well as living their lives connected to their own planets and higher dimensions.

If you are feeling ungrounded, or lost, or unsure, (even if it is winter where you are), I encourage you — please, spend some time in nature that makes you feel just a little bit more held. If you have children and feel like you don’t have the time for such endeavours, take them with you. You never know what children may connect to being back out in the wildness that makes them feel alive. This is not a matter of whether you feel like you can ‘fit it into your schedule’ or not. Book it off like it’s an appointment — it is your well being and energetic health we’re talking about here. It matters. Deeply.

My faith in my purpose is strong. Things will build, with my diligence and focus, over time.

Hello, beautiful souls. It has been a long time since I’ve just randomly, stream-of-soul written something for you just because I’m grateful that you’re out here. I’m grateful that you’re here. I’m grateful that you’re reading.

Amidst this massive shift in energetics — And as we approach a new landing station after this full moon in Leo Feb 1 (Thank GODDESS, am I right)? I find myself in a new place. On a precipice of a new place, actually.

Letting go and holding on at the same time. Of welcoming in the new timeline, and mourning the one I’m stepping out of.

Of feeling so exhausted, so tired, so burned down to ash that I’m realizing a transformation must be coming. Because I don’t feel burned out and wasted, like a used tube of toothpaste. I feel burned down to nothing. To smithereens. So whittled down that my entire state must be shifting, my reality changing before my eyes.

I can feel it coming, finally.

Can you?

And of course, I am not just sensitive-emotional-starseed human on this body exploring my own relationship to self and the world.

I am a healer. I’m on mission to serve and to provide what I can during my time on this earth.

And in the realm of service, of who I am, why I am here and all of that Earth-Based-Mission stuff, I always get the same answer. I am here to educate starseeds. I am here to help Starseeds understand why they are here. I am here to be the Carrier of Light, one to show them how they can embody their earth-bodies fully, and feel safe, and shine.

Ironic, because my Chiron (wounded healer) placement in astrology is in Leo.

Which means my biggest wound on this earth is being seen, being recognized and being acknowledged for my work. It means that I can, if I’m not careful, grow a complex around attention — the fact that when I was younger, every time I shone brightly I got cut down. That when I was five years old (tender five!!), I was selected to be part of an international fashion show through my elementary school — random selection. And my classmates shunned me for it. The girls in my class who I thought were my friends suddenly didn’t let me sit at their table. For being chosen for something I didn’t even set out to sign up for. At age five.

And so I have learned to grow, and show up anyway, despite the fear of consequences. Because everyone knows fear well. It just depends on how your choose to cultivate your relationship with it. That is the message from the Heart-Lion, the full moon in Leo. What is your relationship to what scares you? How do you embody courage when the rest of you wants to hide?

My own process started with this blog. I was at rock bottom with an ‘unspecified’ digestive autoimmune condition, no hair (yes, britney spears moment — it was actually such a key turning point in my life around self-autonomy and authority), and no housing. Living at my uncle’s place, in the middle-of-nowhere-Nova Scotia, in the dead of winter.

I couldn’t do much other than lie on the floor and wait for some sort of message around what was happening. It was a dark, dark few years for me. So I did what I’ve always know best — I began to write. This was back in 2023, when ‘starseeds’ weren’t that big online. There wasn’t ample discussion of lineages or missions other than on people’s far-out html websites from 2012. I felt like I was taking a huge risk putting myself out there talking about Starseeds.

And now?

The landscape shifts beneath us.

So many more people are feeling the call — understanding they’re here for a greater purpose and we are, in fact, raising the collective consciousness. It is happening. So well done, us. Go you. You are part of it.

And all I want to say in this personal, stream-of-consciousness ramble is that even though I feel as spread out as butter across the toast of the entire planet, and that my life is changing in a way I didn’t expect in front of me (goodbye, husband-to-be and every framework of a dream we had placed in front of us for the next 30 years), I feel like the threads of my energy are starting to dance. That every idea (I have so many, gosh), and every tendril of my being that is spread out in every dimension is starting to connect to something out there, somewhere. I am reminded that I do feel guided. That I do feel protected. That I do, in fact, feel safe.

And I feel that way partially because I created it.

I made this happen. By changing my frequency, shifting my vibration, and changing how my body responds to newness and change.

This is the work of Inner Sanctuary — A course that I built for you, but, in actual fact, I feel like I may have built for myself, as well. A toolbox of practices and activations and upgrades you can come back to over and over again. The library that reminds you of what home feels like, to you (or maybe creates it for the first time).

I ran out of room

Hello, my beautiful lovelies!

This is, in a way, part 2 of my 2026 energy forecast — Which grew to be so, incredulously long, that I had to split it up into two parts.

Part 1 focused on Starseeds, general Earth energetics, and the Year of the Horse / Numerology explained. If you want to check that out, you can do so Here.

This second part, however, deals more with the intimacies of the Divine Feminine as Sacred Masculine.

Aside from being a starseed embodied on this earth as a human, there is a deep resonance that carries through my body of understanding and walking the Divine Priestess path. This is not meant to be religious, cult-ey, or even suggestive to being separate from all the other beautiful, powerful, wonderful witches out there — It is simply a term, that to me, has come to mean “teacher.” It is my duty, and choice, to channel through the teachings and understanding of the Divine Feminine way to help guide other women as they navigate the ebbs and flows of life.

Rose Daughters

Alright, my beautiful sistars, listen up.

For those of you embodying the divine feminine, who resonate with the Rose energy, Mary Magdalene, the energy of Avalon and Priestesses far and wide — this next message is for you.

Reclamation and CLAIMS

When it comes to the supportive energetics of this year, the message I got was clear as a chiming bell:

This year is for us, for reclamation and CLAIMING.

There is literally nothing stopping you this year from getting what you want and deserve. Instead of thinking about this as pressure (something I’m guilty of, big time), think of it as an open road when for the past five years you’ve been stuck in traffic.

Freeee driving, baby.

At the time of my writing this, it’s still Capricorn season. What do capricorns do in the face of the challenge of climbing a great mountain? — they don’t think about the mountain. They don’t even see the mountain, really.They are so focused onclimbing, they just climb right up to the top without hesitation.

Be like Capricorn. Look at the mountain, say “I can do that,” even if your body is shaking in cowardly jest, and start climbing that cute butt up that hill.

Full Cycles of grief and birth

This is a download I got while processing the grief of the ending of my longterm, full-steady, romantic relationship with the man I thought I was going to marry. There is a call this year for us to breathe through the entirety of cycles, and to recognize the circular ad cyclical nature of grief. This is not a linear path, my darlings. This is not something we experience and then “get over.” It is a full process, one that may rear it’s head again and again, but notice the subtle differences in feeling each time it resurfaces. Grief is a sacred circle, not a black hole. Breathe through the entire cyle to come out the other side.

Abundance Blocks Removed

This particular download felt like something that came in as a result of the hard-ass sweat and effort the collective feminine has been putting in. This year, it seems, there will be a larger shift in how we understand the density and lightness of money (money is supposed to be light — when we think of it as a light thing, working on our frequency will help attract that light energetic more easily to us), and things are flowing more easily. Even though the year may feel like it will start slowly (and you may feel you’re still in the same energetic of “when is something finally going to give?”) — Hang on. By the time March rolls around, things will already feel different. Being able to get still will be absolutely crucial for this year of abundant flow. Saying yes to where things feel right and sacred No’s to the things that don’t quite fit will make all the difference in your path of creating a wellspring of trust in your own abilities.

Sirian Starmothers, Egyptian Priestess

The energetics of the Sirian Starmothers (the divine cosmic mother of the constellations Sirius A and B), are bringing down new healing and upgrading transmissions this year.

With the help of sirius, the egyptian energy that was meant to be ours (queen energy, golden light energy), is returning. Ever heard of coronating yourself?

it’s the act (or symbolic act) or placing the crown of light / deserving / worth on your own head in order to step fully into your power and capital T Truth. This is the type of energy we’re getting from the egyptians, Golden-yellow light energy of the Central Sun and Source consciousness, and Sirius.

How did this happen?

Honestly, you can thank cycle breakers and generational curse breakers for getting us there. Like I mentioned in the 2026 starseed forecast, the large shift in the Divine Feminine on the planet isn’t actually from an outside source — it’s from the women who have been doing to work, tireless, (or exhausted), on the ground for decades. Generations. Centuries. This applies especially to black, indigenous and bipoc female creators. Never have. I ever seen a more determined, focused and energetic-powerhouse of souls and spirits than I do in black women. All women work their asses off (trans women you’re in this ring too!), but in my personal life experience, the women who have had the odds stacked highest against them are the ones who have been blasting through patriarchal walls and making real change here on Gaia. They are leading the charge and pulling the threads forward for us to see the new playing field.

For that, I am grateful as hell.

Next stop, Nesting Station

For those of you who have been sweet little nomads (and maybe feelinga. bit drained from it after multiple years of bouncing from place to place), Travel will slow for you in the 2nd half of the year. Even if it feels like there are still places to be seen and multiple frequencies calling you, the ability ad opportunity to create your nest in a specific location will unfold as 2026 continues to spread its wings.

Nomads, your home location and frequency are calling you.

If you’re like me, and feel split between two places — please remember that Spirit has no expectation for you to “root down and never leave.” It’s a fluid, dynamic world, sistar. If you feel torn between two places, how would it feel to have both? Let yourself explore all the possibilities of what home looks like to you. Oh — and please, listen to your heart. No magic is going to come for you if you land in a place that feels like it’s the “reasonable” place to be. Born in Connecticut and want to move to Greece? Do it up, baby. Your Soul Codes are calling you.

Heart sovereignty : Confusion clouds the heart but it also points the way

When it comes to the energetics of 2026, you will not be able to do any emotional labour-carrying this year. If the person, place or situation cannot keep up with your energy, it will fall away. It doesn’t matter how much you love them. It doesn’t matter what cute life plans you were making. If it doesn’t fit your trajectory (which, if your reading this, I imagine is TUNED and FOCUSED), you. cannot. keep. it.

Imagine if you were blessed with the speed to be able to run ahead of the collective — to open the gates of abundance and freedom for all your sisters — but you had to be the one to arrive firest and to open it with the sacred key.

Would you stop and slow down to drag, lift, or carry someone / something (who will get there in their own time, eventually) when thousands are running behind you in hopes of making it through the open gate? You’re the one with the key. The people running behind you — they are your people. What would it mean to you if committing to yourself wasn’t selfish, but instead a necessary element to ensure yours and hundreds of others’ success? (This doesn’t just have to be in a business context, as well. Thousands of people are affected by your frequency wherever you go. For some, seeing the boots you wear or the style of your hair will be enough to set them free).

Your commitment is to yourself this year. This will make you a better partner, better mother, better community member. It is so, so, so easy to be self-sacrifical — it’s practically been written into our histories and DNA.

Not anymore, sweet one.

If we are going to re-write the domestic playing field, the professional playing field, and the whole damn planetary playing field, we must also embody what freedom will look like our waking life. To be free is to have full access to our power.

When The Body Says No — Reclamation of Health and Wellness

If you have been on a journey of chronic pain and illness, this is your year to shift things, radically.

There are many things that can cause long-term illness and pain in the body. Some say it’s mindset and belief-patterning, some say it’s fate and the way you’re meant to embody challenge and strife.

Both of those are complete and utter crap.

When the body has been through trauma — whether it’s physical / experienced, emotional / internal, or even just a slow, trickling, leaning away from our soul’s purpose into a life that feels solid, stable and secure — our sensitive, in-tune, innately magical bodies will slowly begin to protest. Add exterior factors, daily stressors and the intensity of living in late-stage capitalism?

Hellloooo chronic illness and fatigue.

For many of us, we are told there is no cure — or are perscribed an ungodly amount of medications and whoo-whatzits to help manage our symptoms.

And, for many of us, this keeps us stuck.

In this whole process, our poor systems get so bogged down with fear and energetic closure that pain / suffering becomes our reality and it feels like there is absolutely, under no circumstances, a goddamn window for the llife of us, let alone a door that will lead us out.

Not in 2026, my loves.

This year — the somatic-emotional understanding (the connection of the innate wisdom of your bodies and emotions) will become so strong that in order to start the path of healing, you will be asked to begin to listen.

Listen to what your body is asking for.

Deep down, is it your heart that is suffering?

Are you living a life you never thought you would be? Do you feel trapped, or stuck, or contained?

Have you ended up in a place where you don’t really believe in the benign divinity of the Divine Mother — the creatress energy that makes us feel safe, supported and held in the world?

If you have found yourself in a place of formidable stuckness (I was here too, with an “incurable autoimmune disease” in 2020 — when I started this blog), You do not need more doctors or medication.

You need a re-connection with the divine.

You need an ability to believe that there is something out there that supports you — that is out there watching over you, guiding you, connecting you to the yummy and positive energies of the planet.

You need to be plugged back in to the frequency of what is good and holy in this life.

This is why I created the group program I’m starting in March called Inner Sanctuary. Because I was there too. And nothing worked.

And maybe you don’t need the support of someone who’s been through it and gets it.

Maybe you just need to start taking the steps to re-create some of the wonder and beauty in your life. Spending real time with trees. Spending real time in the ocean. In the forest. Ask these spaces to take the energy that feels dense and heavy and stuck and to re-connect you with what real, living, breathing life feels like.

And yes, what you eat matters. Drinking enough water matters. Sometimes, resting for 9–18 months matters. Letting go — that matters too.

But find someway, somehow to connect to what feels sacred to you. Start painting. Start playing music. Draw. Dance. Wander around in the woods.

Create rituals of connection with the Divine Mother on this planet and lay the things down that are troubling you are her feet.

And then?

Listen.

See if you get a clue. A hint. One tiny, curious feeling.

And follow the thread.

What if I told you — this was the year things could shift?

SACRED MASCULINE

Hello my beautiful sacred males! If you’re still here reading this, I appreciate you joining us on the journey thus far.

Perhaps you are on your own journey of soverignty and Truth, or perhaps you are simply looking for the updates for energies of 2026.

In any case, here we go!

Heart-Knights: Put down your armour and let yourself be loved (for who you are)

Similarly to the energetics of the Divine femme not being able to sacrifice herself anymore for the benefit of others, you too, are being asked to embody some soul-reclamation this year. Although your heart’s bravery and courage has served you thus far, I must ask you, dear sacred masc — Is it still truly feeding you? Nourishing you? Or is it simply shelter from the cold? Is it something that has become comfortable — something that feels safer to stay in the rhythms of instead of embark on the fact that there might be other energies out there (people, pleaces, situations) that do, in fact, serve you more fully?

2026 is the year to stop taking table scraps when it comes to love. Although it has been customary for you to guard your heart, putting down your armor and letting your softness, vulnerability and ugly-tears show is the quickest way to cut yourself a path to the people who are truly meant to shop up and adore you. “Playing it safe” in situations that you have far outgrown is something that was possible to maintain in previous times, but the energetics of the planet have grown to sharp for you to stay in what is making you shrink to fit. Love is not, in fact, about sacrifice and compromise. It is about patience, yes — but you must ask yourself when faced with things that don’t quite fit: What am I giving up to make this work?

Cracking open to Breathe Fully

Along the same lines of love, dear Masc, this year may bring unexpected and rapid endings to relationships and situations in love that indeed felt quite solid. Although painful, this unexpected heartbreak will create the space you have been yearning for and re-light the fire in your bones. Let yourself move through the entire grief process. Do not rush it — the sun will shine clearly when the process is complete, and you will not be able to deny the shift within. With the element of fire in mind, think of a phoenix’s life-cycle: Let yourself be destroyed fully. Revel in it. And then let it crack you open to align with the golden threads of what’s truly calling your heart and soul. It may be a different person, a place, or an embodiment of what it truly feels like to be you. When you arrive at that new vista, give a moment of gratitude for the thing that ultimately set you free.

Re-writing the Script of Self

Divine re-alignment will be a theme, for you, dear masc. While the Feminine leans towards sharpening her focus and letting her aim ring true, your story will lean on the turning of a page with the expectation that what you find on the next page may be entirely different than what you had believed you would read. Re-locations, job shifts, and sudden wake-up calls will be prominent themes for you in 2026. Please do not spend too much time mourning what has been lost! The energetics of this year wish for your success and elevation — trust that what has been removed from your path is truly with your best intentions in mind. If you could turn the page with a heart that believes only good can come of the next chapter — how much stronger do you think your frequency would feel stepping into the unknown?
