Connecting JobAdder with Scout: When you onboard to Scout, you will be guided through a one-click connect with your JobAdder account. This step needs to be performed by your JobAdder Admin.

INITIAL SYNC FROM JOBADDER TO SCOUT:

Your candidate database from JobAdder will get mapped automatically on to a fully coded talent map on Scout. This map will enrich itself automatically every time you receive a new CV. That’s right – you don’t have to code / tag any candidate ever again!

USAGE IN SCOUT:

View a stack-ranked list of candidates for each job using natural language queries or simply throwing a JD into Scout.
Set-up an automated, yet personalised, outreach sequence to your candidates via email and LinkedIn InMails. (SMS coming soon)
Direct responses to your Inbox or to your JobAdder job post per your preference.

SYNC FROM SCOUT BACK TO JOBADDER: Is your JobAdder data is getting obsolete overtime? Scout is here to fix that.

Keep your database fresh: Scout will automatically update your candidate data in JobAdder when it detects any new employers found for candidates on your database.
Enrich your candidate info: Scout’s enrichment engine will automatically update JobAdder with additional candidate data that it discovers on the internet. Example, a personal blog, a GitHub profile, a LinkedIn URL, etc.
Candidate notes: Scout will also push all your candidate notes from LinkedIn RPS and any notes you saved on to Scout, back to JobAdder.
