A friend asked me: Why doesn’t the UN send peacekeeping forces into Israel to defend Gaza?

The UN does not send peacekeeping forces into Israel to defend Gaza because UN peacekeeping mandates strictly require the consent of the host state and all conflicting parties, neither of which currently exists.

Israel has consistently rejected the deployment of international troops on its sovereign territory, viewing them as an infringement on its security and right to self-defence. Simultaneously, Hamas and other armed groups in Gaza have also rejected foreign military presence, further blocking the necessary consensus.

Furthermore, UN peacekeepers are not equipped for offensive combat or occupation duties. They are lightly armed defensive forces that cannot intervene in active war zones or fight against a military power like the Israel Defence Forces. Deploying such a force into an active conflict without a ceasefire would likely result in severe casualties for the peacekeepers and could escalate the violence rather than mitigate it.

Any new peacekeeping operation requires authorisation from the UN Security Council, where the United States has historically used its veto power to block resolutions that it perceives as unfavourable to Israel’s interests. Without Security Council approval and the explicit invitation of the parties involved, the UN lacks the legal and practical framework to deploy forces into the region.

They are “hamstrung” in kinetic conflicts like the one in Gaza due to mandates requiring consent and impartiality.

Apparently the UN operates two types of military interventions but don’t get too excited. Neither one of these potential interventions has any actual clout.

Peacekeeping:

Designed for situations where a ceasefire or peace agreement already exists. Their role is to monitor truces, separate forces, and build trust. They are lightly armed and operate under strict rules of engagement (self-defence and defence of the mandate).

Peace Enforcement:

Authorised under Chapter VII of the UN Charter, these are combat missions designed to impose peace against the will of one or more parties (e.g., the 1991 Gulf War or the Korean War). These missions are typically led by coalitions of willing nations (like NATO or US-led coalitions) rather than traditional UN “Blue Helmets,” as the UN lacks a standing army for offensive warfare.

Apparently, we are asking too much from the UN - (they have a clause/excuse just waiting in the archives!)

UN peacekeepers are not an invasion force; they lack the heavy armour, air support, and offensive mandate required to defeat an aggressive sovereign military like the Israel Defence Forces or to protect entrenched defender groups like innocent Palestinian civilians.

There is a yawning enforcement gap!

While our international courts issue rulings and nations condemn actions, there is no immediate mechanism to physically stop bombs from falling or tanks from advancing in real-time. However, the long-term consequences—criminal liability for leaders, economic sanctions, loss of diplomatic standing, and historical condemnation may act as delayed constraints on military conduct.

There are also verified incidents of individual IDF soldiers on leave being explicitly denied service in hotels or restaurants.

These actions are frequently driven by the broader BDS (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions) movement and grassroots anger over the war in Gaza. While the BDS movement officially targets institutions and companies complicit in human rights violations, the sentiment has occasionally spilled over into interactions with individuals.

2. Targeting of Israeli-Owned or Pro-Israel Businesses

What one must keep in mind while thinking of this is that what this tells us is that there were very few people who were in control of so much of their world; a few royals who ruled over other royals within the Roman Empire and those royals, in turn, ruled over and controlled the masses of the Empire. This meant that to keep that power the common people had to be completely kept in the dark as to the reality of the situation.
No one other than those who were in control could write books that would ever be distributed widely throughout the Roman Empire. This was so that they could create an illusion by writing those books. A part of the deception was the use of pennames or alias identities. The reason for this was to create the illusion
that many different people were writing. Doing so meant that the masses would think that there was a measure of ‘freedom’ in terms of being able to write and get your message out to other people - in reality, that did not exist.
So, Arrius Piso and his close relatives went about writing and creating this illusion. His sons too, were actively writing to help put forth this illusion. Arrius Piso’s grandsons too, wrote and helped create this façade. Arrius Piso wrote under many alias names and played many characters in history and in the biblical texts that they were writing. His son Justus Piso wrote as Justin Martyr. We have yet to find out just what books were written by each and every of Arrius Piso’s sons, grandsons and the rest of his descendants.

And his descendants became the future emperors of the Roman Empire. His grandson Titus Antoninus became the Emperor Antoninus Pius. His successor, Marcus Aurelius too, was a descendant of Arrius Piso.
And though Julius Piso, his son and his grandson was denied the throne,eventually, Julius Piso’s descendants did become emperors. But besides being emperors, the family members were the Popes as well. After all, they were the ones who had created the religion and the churches. It only makes sense that they would be in control of the Christian Church. At that time, the ‘Church’ was a big money-maker as there were many things associated with it which created a great deal of wealth. This will be explained as you learn more about this subject.
As we learn more about this, you will see all of the important parts that Arrius Piso, his sons and grandsons played in creating a new Roman Empire; one in which they had complete and utter control of. It was from their position of luxury, power, and control that they put forth all of the works that would seal their authority and completely fool the masses who were entirely clueless as to what was really going on. Hardly anybody was educated in several languages. Even fewer were so high class that they had time to write copious literature. The family Piso exploited the monopoly that they had by adopting multiple pseudonyms and keeping absolute control of publishing and distribution.

They did this, so as to give information about themselves and yet not arouse public suspicion over the fact that all of the persons who were writing history and becoming emperors were all related to each other. In this way, they could hide the facts and make it appear that several diverse persons were writing. Giving the false impression that an amount of ‘freedom’ existing in the Roman empire (and thereby give ‘hope’ to the masses). And, this way, they could also retain power for their own family without the populace being any the wiser.

Abelard Reuchlin says of Arrius Piso in his booklet “The True Authorship of the New Testament,” that; “Piso also shows his presence in these provinces (Pontus and Bithynia) - and also via Pliny’s (Pliny the Younger) letters.
As Claudius Aristion (a form of Aristo/Arrius), he was the leading citizen of Ephesus (in Bithynia). He was chief of the province of Asia, located southwest of Bithynia. As (Flavius) Archippus, the philosopher, Piso had been honoured by Emperor Domitian; the emperor “commended” him to Pliny (Lappius Maximus) in Bithynia; and he ordered Pliny (Terentius Maximus) to buy him a farm near Prusa.
And the people of Prusa voted him as Archippus, a statue.”

The entire Piso family learned to adopt false identities because, if the citizens and slaves of Rome had come to know what they were actually doing they would have been destroyed.

THE MENTION OF CHRIST IN FLAVIUS JOSEPHUS

(An Examination of Arrius Piso as Flavius Josephus)
What we are doing with this examination is to address a kind of mindset that we see out in academia today as well as in various groups of so-called (secular) scholars and others who have it in mind to go the route of uncertainty as making historical items ‘appear’ non-valid, rather than pinning them down with facts. And so, we are taking one of the best examples of this type of thought and exposing it for what it really is. This type of thought was responsible for turning what was essentially a created idea into a rumour, which, in turn, has been accepted by many as ‘fact’. And that is the rumour that the mention of ‘Christ’ in the works of Josephus was spurious - a later addition, supposedly done by Christians.

This is incorrect.

It was in fact, quite original to the texts. We shall go on to prove this with our other studies in this area, which we will discuss here.
“Did Josephus Write it?” was originally information that was broadcast on the American Atheist Radio Series (program No. 356). First broadcast on August 23, 1975 according to the American Atheists magazine where it was published in text form in an article of the same name Feb. 1988 (pg. 39).
The subject of the article was the paragraph in the works of Flavius Josephus that mentions Jesus Christ. Madalyn O’Hair introduced and then apparently read a work that American Atheists had received from someone who identified themselves as “Historicus”. That article was titled “Did Josephus Write It?” This
was supposedly originally written in 1972. And this is the background on one of the main modern-day sources for the promotion of the idea that the mention of Jesus Christ in the works of Josephus was a later addition to those texts.
Here is our answer to that idea by answering this article point by point. One must bear in mind that the reason for “Historicus” and all others who have tried to promote the idea that Josephus did not write the line in his works about Jesus Christ is simply to discredit the Christian view of the historic authenticity of
Jesus Christ - they were not aware that in doing so in this way that they were really doing the opposite of what they had hoped to achieve. Below, you will find the actual text from the article as published in the American Atheists magazine in quotations, with my comments to that text immediately below each quotation. And that is the form that our answer to this article will take here. [Note that there was an article written by myself back in 1998 titled “About Josephus’ Mention of Jesus” that had already addressed and answered this very same idea] And now, the article with our (the N.C.S.) reply to it…
“Christianity, without Christ, cannot be. It is just that simple. Because of this, a veritable duel to the death has existed between Atheists and Christians for as long as the Atheist has been permitted to duel. In early Christian history, he was simply murdered for heretical beliefs. Since 1667, he has been permitted to speak
with only the harassment of prison terms, loss of employment, and complete boycott by the Christian-dominated culture, with severe economic and psychological sanctions against him.”
The beginning of this statement tells what the true reason was for “Historicus” and other atheists to try and promote the idea that Josephus did not originally mention Jesus Christ in his works. “Historicus” and other atheists did not understand that they did not need to ‘bend’ the truth nor fear it as the truth will bear out that
despite the fact that Josephus did indeed originally mention (Jesus) Christ, that did not at all mean that Jesus Christ was not actually fictional - or that this could not be proven. ~ Piso Christ: The other side of the Jesus story.

Ancient writers were not only deliberately misleading their readers, they were in fact all related closely to each other and were ‘royals’ writing for the purpose of crowd and mind control. There was no freedom of speech then as only royals were allowed to write and only royals had the means to do so.

“Josephus was the author of ‘A Defense of the Jewish Religion’. In this he showed himself to be a fervent believer in Judaism -- a point that must be kept in mind in view of the passage attributed to him depicting Jesus as the long-awaited Messiah. At the time he wrote, the Christians constituted a very small sect, of no particular political or social importance. Late in the first century, Josephus completed his classical work, ‘The Antiquities of the Jews’. In this book is found a complete history of his race, dating from the very earliest age, according to the knowledge of his day.”

One day in July 1944, as the Second World War raged throughout Europe, General William “Wild Bill” Donovan was ushered into an ornate chamber in Vatican City for an audience with Pope Pius XII. Donovan bowed his head reverently as the pontiff intoned a ceremonial prayer in Latin and decorated him with the Grand Cross of the Order of Saint Sylvester, the oldest and most prestigious of papal knighthoods. This award has been given to only 100 other men in history, who “by feat of arms, or writings, or outstanding deeds, have spread the Faith, and have safeguarded and championed the Church.”

Although a papal citation of this sort rarely, if ever, states why a person is inducted into the “Golden Militia,” there can be no doubt that Donovan earned his knighthood by virtue of the services he rendered to the Catholic hierarchy in World War II, during which he served as chief of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), the wartime predecessor to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). The Office of Strategic Services (OSS) had a significant, multifaceted connection with the Vatican during World War II, primarily centred on intelligence gathering and covert operations.

A key figure was Father Felix Morlion, a Belgian Dominican priest and founder of the Catholic intelligence network Pro Deo. Father Felix Morlion became a crucial asset for OSS director William J. Donovan, providing intelligence from within the Vatican. Morlion’s reports, known as the “Black Reports,” were passed through U.S. diplomat John C. Hughes to Donovan and then to President Franklin D. Roosevelt. In 1944, after the Allies liberated Rome, Morlion re-established his network inside the Vatican, helping the OSS obtain confidential reports from apostolic delegates in the Far East, including intelligence on strategic bombing targets in Japan.

Donovan’s close relationship with the Catholic hierarchy was formally recognized in July 1944 when Pope Pius XII awarded him the Grand Cross of the Order of Saint Sylvester, the highest papal knighthood. This decoration underscored the value of the services Donovan and the OSS provided to the Church.

The OSS also ran an operation known as “Vessel” (or “Dusty”), involving Italian agent Virgilio Scattolini, who claimed to have access to Vatican intelligence. His prolific reports were initially considered highly valuable, though they were later discovered to be fabrications, causing some embarrassment for the OSS.

Additionally, OSS officer James Jesus Angleton, who later became a legendary CIA counterintelligence chief, was involved in Vatican operations. He monitored Vatican activities and managed relationships with intelligence sources in Rome.

This wartime collaboration laid the groundwork for a long-standing, intimate relationship between the Vatican and U.S. intelligence, continuing into the Cold War era and operating via the CIA today.

I would add that it is my opinion that the Vatican relays the orders and the USA supplies operatives to fulfil the commands.

Venice is today, through its Cini Foundation and its Societé Europeenne de Culture, the Club Of Rome think tank. Venice is the supranational homeland of the New Dark Ages gang, the unifying symbol for the Utopian lunatic fringe in the international intelligence community today.

How did Venice become so hidden and yet powerful?

Between 300 and 400 AD the Roman aristocrats who later became infamous: Candiano, Faliero, Dandolo found the islands of Venice lagoons provided an invulnerable refuge when they fled the Goth, Hun and Langobard armies.

The main influx of displaced Roman senators came during the raids of Attila the Hun in 452 AD.

Venice survived thanks to their alliance with Emperor Justinian in Constantinople, an alliance underlined by intermarriage of Venetian oligarchs with the nobility of Byzantium.

Thus, a faction embodying the traditions of the Roman Senate continued beyond the fall of Rome in 476.

The basis of Venetian opulence was slavery, practiced against Saracens, Mongols, Turks and Christians.

This included Italians and Greeks, who were most highly valued as galley slaves. Germans and Russians were shipped in from Tana.

Later, black Africans became popular among the nobility.

Islands like Crete, Cyprus, Corfu, Naxos and smaller holdings in the Aegean were worked by slave labour, directly under the Venetian regime.

In later centuries, the harems of the entire Ottoman Empire, from the Balkans to Morocco, were stocked by Venetian procured slaves.

Venice became the leading port of the Mediterranean.

Indistinguishable from slave operations were piracy and buccaneering, other staples of the Venetian economy.

Wars with Genoa or others were opportunities to loot. Piracy was routine commerce during decades of treachery and mayhem.

Venetian production from the earliest period was essentially nil, apart from salt and the glass manufacture of Murano. The role of the Venetian merchant was as a profiteer who conned both buyer and seller, backing up his monopolisation with war galleys of the battle fleet.

Venice remained impervious to invasion from the first settlement until 1797.

In the typology of Plato’s Republic, Venice was an oligarchy, “a constitution according to property, in which the rich govern and the poor man has no share” or “rule of the few, a constitution of evils”.

By 1297 all male members of the 150 noble families had the permanent right to a seat in the Gran Consiglio, or Great Council, which grew to 2000 members around 1500 and thereafter slowly declined.

They kept ambassadors in all national courts, war ministers and naval officers.

Dante visited Venice in 1321. He died shortly after leaving, in fear for his life. He had been forced to follow a path through the swamps which caused him to sicken with malaria. A boat may have been available, but to board it meant certain assassination!

Venetian records of the event have conveniently disappeared.

What was the Venetian political method?

The apparently ‘weaker’ power plays off two or more major empires against each other.

First the Langobard Kingdom of Italy was played against the Byzantines. Then they attempted to play the Byzantines off against the Carolingian Empire in the West, which almost misfired.

In the 11th century, the Venetians successfully incited Norman barons, operating out of Sicily under Robert Guiscard, to attack Byzantium and then moved in to offer the desperate Byzantines protection. The price for that protection was mentioned in the famous Golden Bull of 1082.

It was a decree of the Byzantine Emperor by which Venice acquired customs-free access to the eastern empire, where the Greeks themselves had to pay a tax of 10% on their transactions. Thus began a hatred for Venice among the Greek population which persists to the present day.

In the 16th century, Venetian strategy was to play the Ottoman Turks against the Spanish and Austrian Hapsburgs and then to play the Hapsburgs off against the French!

Venice played the Portuguese off against the Dutch and the Dutch against the English, the English against the French!

The Venetians also goaded forces of the East to attack Christendom. Venice was the manipulator of Saracens, Mongols and Turks.

In particular, the Venetians were more willing to see territory (except Venetian territory) occupied by Turks than any other power.

Venice was repeatedly confronted by a triumphant enemy who had to be manipulated to self-destruct, not in any old way, but in a precise and specific way that served the Venetian interests.

Does this sound impossible?

What is astounding is how often it has succeeded and still does!

Effectively, they used their enemies as mercenaries by ensnaring them in debt and offering to cancel the debt if they fought for Venice!

From 1203 to 1204, Constantinople was besieged by the joint Franco-Venetian force and Byzantium was sacked in an orgy of violence and destruction.

Venice took over part of Constantinople, created a permanent Venetian colony with its own battle fleet. Lemnos, Gallipoli, Crete, Naxos, related islands and the large island of Euboa were annexed.

On the Ionian side, the Venetians snatched Modon, Koron and several islands including Corfu.

The loot from Constantinople was greater than anything Europe saw until the Spanish fleets from the Americas centuries later!

Venice acquired an empire of naval bases in the eastern Mediterranean and the sultan of Egypt bribed them to keep the Crusaders out of Palestine!

Another factor was the Mongol hordes. The Venetians were spies for Genghis Khan guiding them to sack Baghdad.

At the time the Venetians were sacking Constantinople, Genghis Khan ruled over an empire from Korea to Iran and which was advancing West. Batu, a nephew of Genghis, defeated the Bulgarians in 1236, captured Ukraine in 1240 & swept into Poland.

The Mongols did not go in like reckless barbarians. They advanced according to a careful plan. At every stage, the Mongols were informed by Venetian merchants, like Marco Polo’s father.

Later, Polo himself was welcomed at the court of Kublai Khan and became an administrator to the Khan.

So the great Marco Polo and the Venetian family from which he came, was responsible for directing Genghis Khan into war against Europe. The omnipresent Venetian intelligence was also a factor in the Mongol destruction of the Arab cultural centre of Baghdad in 1258.

Shakespeare’s play “Othello, The Moor of Venice” is an analysis of the Venetian technique.

It was written and performed shortly after 1603, when the Venetians and Genoese had acquired power in England through the accession of their puppet James I to the throne.
Shakespeare (probably Francis Bacon under the tutelage of Paolo Sarpi, the Venetian advisor to Queen Elizabeth I’s court) included references to the power of the Venetian Empire throughout his plays.

Foundation of a new Roman Empire

The real danger for Venice by 1600 was a hostile power that developed defences against manipulation and deceit.

In the face of such, Venice did, and does kill.

The foundation of a new Roman Empire became, in Venice, from the middle of the 15th century on, the leading obsession of the oligarchs.

Much Venetian energy was devoted to a rapid expansion up the Po Valley toward Milan but they were stymied for 40 years by the Medici.

Machiavelli noted that the two most dangerous forces in Italy around the turn of that century were the Venetians and the Pope. His hatred was directed especially against Venice for wanting to subjugate Italy in a new Roman Empire. He despised Venice for its armies of mercenaries.

All Europe turned against Venice.

Machiavelli exulted when the Venetians lost everything they had conquered over the preceding 800 years.

With nothing left but the lagoons, the Venetian position was desperate due to their reputation for arrogance, violation of promises, lechery and sodomy.

The Italian Renaissance during the rest of the 16th century was only one event of several in Europe.

Another was the Protestant Reformation.

Luther’s real clout was publicity that owed much to the Venetian publishing presses turning out 40,000 copies of his “heretical” writings.

Playing both sides of the religious argument against each other the Venetians supported Ignatius Loyola from abject poverty, to Jerusalem and back, until he established the Jesuits who were to become a military force, dedicated to serve the Pope and crush Protestantism.

The Venetians sat back & watched the fireworks.

Around 1570 Venice had the first example in Europe of a “salon” for socialising and literary discussion: the Ridotto Morosini, sponsored by the ancient family of the same name. Here the seeds were sown that would later produce free-thinking, l’esprit libertin and the Philosophes.

The Venetians initiated the Enlightenment.

The Ridotto Morosini salon was in favour of tolerance and science, against everything doctrinaire and narrow. They sheltered Galileo against the Inquisition. Out of the Morosini salon came a rare public faction in Venetian history, the Giovani i.e., the youth.
The Giovani wanted profound innovations in Venetian foreign policy. They wished to cement alliances with the countries to whom they felt the future belonged: France, England and the Netherlands.

The main supporter of Venice internationally was James I, the Stuart ruler of England and Scotland.

In 1603, Venice and Genoa teamed up, created a banking dynasty and assumed direction of the finances of Stuart England imparting their characteristic ruthless methods to the British East India Company.

The protection racket of old Venice was on the prowl north.

It morphed into the British Empire when it relocated its HQ from Venice to Amsterdam and then to London, from where it has strangled and dominated British foreign policy and economy for hundreds of years…...

POISON DEW

When you know that the word "virus" is Latin and means POISON, the whole deadly game comes into view. Poison can be airborne. Poison can be in water supplies. It can be in food or beverages. Of course it can be in pharmaceuticals, most of them are really poisonous, hence the high number of deaths from drugs of every kind.

Just an aside here.... Jesuits have frequently employed the "poison cup" to assassinate awkward people. It is in their oath. Most CIA executives and operatives are Jesuit educated.

It is one of my strongest suspicions that the poison which causes the most damage is also completely invisible. IT IS ELECTRO-MAGNETIC RADIATION emitted by those deadly 5G towers which have the potential to sicken and murder billions.

Ramola explains that microwave and millimetre wave technology is now deployed against members of the public, particularly if they show a propensity to be moral, ethical and using technology to disseminate their concerns. Even more particularly if they gather to express their concerns in peaceful protest.

She asks: “Isn’t it curious, that only soldiers, spies, diplomats, and State Dept staff get hit with “mysterious weapons” nobody knows anything about, if we are to believe CNN, CBS, and the rest of the corporate media playing cover for US GOV?”

Even more spasm-inducing are the noble avowals of investigation from the CIA, State Department, Senate Intel, the Pentagon –the very parties fully aware of and a couple fully responsible for the development of anti-personnel DEWS in the US for over 70 years now probably, but most definitely at least 40 years, since the 1980s, as Government documents prove, several mentioned here:

United Kingdom

• currently has two primary directed energy weapon (DEW) systems in active development and testing phases in 2026:

DragonFire (Laser Directed Energy Weapon)

* Status: The UK’s flagship laser weapon program, backed by a £100 million investment. It has successfully completed over 300 firings during trials, including defeating drones in adverse weather conditions.

* Capabilities: A high-energy laser system (reportedly 50 kW class) capable of engaging air, sea, and ground targets at the speed of light. It costs less than £10 per shot and has demonstrated the ability to disable drones at ranges exceeding three miles with extreme precision.

* Deployment: The Ministry of Defence is accelerating deployment, with plans to equip four Royal Navy destroyers starting in 2027. It is also being tested on British Army Wolfhound armoured vehicles and intended for future integration onto RAF aircraft, including the Tempest fighter.

Radio Frequency Directed Energy Weapon (RFDEW)

* Status: Known as Project Ealing or Rapid Destroyer, this system uses high-intensity radio frequency waves to physically damage the electronic components of targets (”hard-kill”).

* Capabilities: Unlike jamming systems, RFDEW neutralizes threats by disrupting critical electronics. It is particularly effective against drone swarms, with trials showing the ability to immobilize over 100 drones in a single engagement. It costs approximately 10p per shot.

* Deployment: Developed by Thales UK and the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl), this system is expected to enter service with the British Army before the Royal Navy, initially mounted on trucks and potentially later on Boxer armoured vehicles.

The UK is not known to deploy directed energy weapons (DEWs) against people in operational use, and its two primary DEW programs, DragonFire and the Radio Frequency Directed Energy Weapon (RFDEW), are designed to counter drones and other hardware, not personnel.

However, there is evidence of testing and research into non-lethal directed energy applications for crowd control:

A 2012 Freedom of Information request revealed that a *laser dazzle system** was purchased for pre-deployment training, which could be construed as being used on people during training exercises.

* A 2007 report by the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) listed microwave beams as a potential less-lethal counter-personnel option for UK security forces.

* A 2008 report indicated UK police were testing low-powered lasers intended to burn the outer layer of skin, causing pain but no permanent damage, alongside other non-lethal “sci-fi” gizmos.

Chinese military “made innovative use of high-power microwave weapons,” when the Indian soldiers were in control of the top peaks in Ladakh and were impossible to be thwarted using conventional weapons.

Russia is actively developing and deploying directed energy weapons (DEWs), primarily for anti-drone and anti-satellite roles.

Use of Chinese “Silent Hunter” Laser

Evidence indicates that Russian forces are using the Chinese-made Silent Hunter” laser system in Ukraine. This 30-100 kW mobile system, mounted on an SUV, is being used by Russian special operations units to shoot down Ukrainian drones.

Other Developments

Russia is testing other systems, including the Ignis laser, mounted on a robotic vehicle for tactical tasks like neutralising landmines.

There are also allegations, based on investigations by outlets like The Insider, that a Russian GRU unit (29155) has used directed energy weapons to cause the health incidents known as “Havana Syndrome” in US and allied personnel overseas. These weapons are reportedly described in Russian military literature as “non-lethal acoustic weapons” using radiofrequency.

Geomagnetism is the study of the dynamics and variations of Earth’s magnetic field, which extends from the planet’s interior into space as the magnetosphere. This field is primarily generated by geodynamo processes involving convection currents of molten iron and nickel in Earth’s outer core, with additional contributions from magnetised crustal rocks and electrical currents in the ionosphere.

The geomagnetic field serves as a critical shield against solar wind and cosmic radiation, protecting the atmosphere and modern infrastructure from space weather hazards like geomagnetic storms. Research in this field utilises data from magnetic observatories, satellites, and paleomagnetic records to monitor changes, improve navigation accuracy, and understand the geological history of plate tectonics and magnetic reversals.

Earth’s magnetic field is currently experiencing a gradual decline in strength, a trend that has been observed for at least the last 180 years, at a rate of about 1% per decade.

Scientists discovered how a reversal of Earth’s magnetic field affects our climate.

This weakening is not uniform across the globe. The most significant changes are occurring in a large region stretching from Africa to South America, known as the South Atlantic Anomaly (SAA). Data from the European Space Agency’s (ESA) Swarm satellite constellation shows this weak spot has expanded dramatically since 2014, growing by an area nearly half the size of continental Europe, with particularly rapid weakening southwest of Africa.

While this regional weakening is significant, it is considered part of the normal, dynamic behaviour of Earth’s magnetic field, driven by complex movements of molten iron in the planet’s outer core. Although the current changes fuel speculation about a potential future pole reversal, similar to the Adams Event 42,000 years ago, there is no conclusive evidence that a full reversal is imminent.

The Adams Event (also known as the Adams Transitional Geomagnetic Event) is a period of severe environmental and climatic disruption that occurred approximately 42,000 years ago, coinciding with the Laschamp geomagnetic excursion. Named after science fiction writer Douglas Adams due to the date’s alignment with the number “42” (the answer to life, the universe, and everything in The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy), the event was triggered by a near-collapse of Earth’s magnetic field, which dropped to as low as 5-6% of its current strength.

During this transitional phase, the weakened magnetic shield allowed increased cosmic radiation to reach Earth, leading to:

* Drastic climate changes, including the growth of ice sheets and shifts in wind belts.

* Widespread extinctions of megafauna, such as the Diprotodon in Australia.

* Potential extinction of Neanderthals and behavioural shifts in early humans, possibly driving them into caves and contributing to the appearance of cave art.

* Atmospheric changes, including ozone depletion and frequent electrical storms and auroras visible at lower latitudes.

While the magnetic poles reversed for about 800 years, the most intense environmental impacts occurred in the centuries leading up to the reversal, as identified through radiocarbon dating of ancient New Zealand kauri trees.

Radiocarbon dating of ancient kauri trees is considered highly accurate for its time period, especially when combined with dendrochronology (tree-ring counting). The exceptional preservation of sub-fossil kauri wood from New Zealand swamps allows scientists to count annual growth rings, providing an exact “internal timestamp” for each sample.

This combination is critical for precision. Researchers extract sequential blocks of wood (e.g., 40 rings at a time) and date them using high-precision liquid scintillation counting (HPLSC) at facilities like the University of Waikato Radiocarbon Dating Laboratory. This technique is described as providing the “highest possible accuracy” for samples around 42,000 years old.

The dated radiocarbon data is then charted directly against the known tree-ring sequence, creating a precise timeline of atmospheric radiocarbon levels. This method was fundamental in identifying and dating the Adams Event, as it allowed scientists to track the exact timing of the massive radiocarbon spike caused by the collapse of Earth’s magnetic field.

Climate modelling

An article in The Conversation, Feb 2021 states:

Working with a computer programme that simulated the global interactions between chemistry and the climate, we investigated the impact of a weaker magnetic field and changes in the Sun’s strength. Importantly, during the magnetic switch, the strength of the magnetic field plummeted to less than 6% of what it is today. A compass back then would struggle to even find north.

With essentially no magnetic field, our planet totally lost its very effective shield against cosmic radiation, and many more of these very penetrating particles from space could access the top of the atmosphere. On top of this, the Sun experienced several “grand solar minima” throughout this period, during which the overall solar activity was generally much lower but also more unstable, sending out numerous massive solar flares that allowed more powerful ionising cosmic rays to reach Earth.

Our models showed that this combination of factors had an amplifying effect. The high energy cosmic rays from the galaxy and also enormous bursts of cosmic rays from solar flares were able to penetrate the upper atmosphere, charging the particles in the air and causing chemical changes that drove the loss of stratospheric ozone.

The modelled chemistry-climate simulations are consistent with the environmental shifts observed in many natural climate and environmental change archives. These conditions would have also extended the dazzling light shows of the aurora across the world – at times, nights would have been as bright as daytime. We suggest the dramatic changes and unprecedented high UV levels caused early humans to seek shelter in caves, explaining the apparent sudden flowering of cave art across the world 42,000 years ago.

It must have seemed like the end of days.

Every single one, no matter what we humans may think of them. They are, mostly, defenceless living things who nourish every form of life. They perform their role without hesitation and, sometimes we are shaken by their ability to survive the most difficult of temperatures or terrains.

Many plants serve as powerful cultural symbols, representing a wide range of values and emotions:

* Rose: Universally symbolizes love and passion, especially the red rose in Western traditions, with roots tracing back to Roman mythology and Venus.

* Lily: The white lily represents purity and innocence, a meaning codified in the Victorian era and linked to Christian iconography and the Virgin Mary.

* Lotus: A profound symbol of purity, enlightenment, and rebirth in Eastern traditions like Buddhism and Hinduism, representing spiritual awakening rising from muddy waters.

* Oak: Embodies strength, wisdom, and endurance, associated with Zeus and Jupiter in Greco-Roman mythology and revered in Celtic traditions.

* Sunflower: Symbolizes happiness, loyalty, and adoration, its face turning toward the sun representing the pursuit of light and positivity.

These plants form a small part in a “language of flowers” (floriography) used historically to convey complex feelings and are still prevalent in art, literature, and rituals today.

Floriography, or the language of flowers, is a cryptological method of communication using flowers and floral arrangements to convey coded messages, particularly during the Victorian era. This tradition allowed individuals to express complex emotions, such as love, betrayal, or friendship, secretly, bypassing the strict social etiquette of the time that discouraged open displays of feeling.

The practice originated from Ottoman Turkish traditions in the 14th century, known as sélam, before being introduced to Europe by Mary Wortley Montagu in the 18th century. It reached its peak popularity in the 19th century in England, France, and the United States, where people exchanged “tussie-mussies” or nosegays to send specific sentiments. The meaning of a bouquet depended not only on the flower type and color but also on how it was presented, such as which hand it was offered in (right for “yes,” left for “no”) or how the ribbon was tied.

Roses have many symbolic meanings:

* Red Roses: Passion, romantic love, and desire.

* White Roses: Virtue, chastity, and innocence.

* Yellow Roses: Friendship, devotion, or infidelity (depending on the context).

* Black Roses: Death, darkness, or hatred.

While the language has largely been forgotten, it remains popular in literature, art, and modern floral gifting for adding emotional depth to bouquets. Notable historical texts include Louise Cortambert’s Le langage des Fleurs (1819) and Jessica Roux’s modern guide Floriography.

Two of the most commonly seen plant symbols which endure beyond romance are the laurel and the olive. I was curious about why we see wreaths made from these two plants symbolised continuously in our culture.

Why those two specifically?

Laurel and olive are not biologically related; they belong to entirely different plant families. Laurel refers to the bay laurel (Laurus nobilis), which is part of the *auraceae family, while olive (Olea europaea) belongs to the Oleaceae family.

Despite their botanical differences, they are historically and symbolically linked in ancient Greek and Roman cultures:

Symbolic Balance:

In traditions such as Freemasonry, the laurel (representing victory, male energy, and Apollo) and the olive (representing peace, female energy, and Athena) are used together to symbolise the balance between action and stillness.

Freemasons interpret the laurel and olive as complementary symbols representing a profound balance.

Laurel:

Symbolises male energy, victory, and action. It is linked to Apollo and the laurel wreath awarded at the Pythian Games. In the 4th degree (Secret Master), it signifies the hopeful expectation of success and victory over the passions.

Olive:

Symbolises female energy, peace, and stillness. It is associated with the goddess Athena and the olive wreath awarded at the Olympic Games. The olive branch, often depicted with a dove, is a universal emblem of peace.

Both plants were used for victory crowns in ancient games. The Olympic Games awarded wreaths made from the wild olive tree (kotinos), while the Pythian Games awarded laurel wreaths.

Laurel wreaths are now often used as a substitution for olive wreaths in modern times, though the original Olympic tradition specifically utilised the wild olive branches grown in Olympia.

The similarity between the United Nations wreath and that of the Roman Empire is quite deliberate. It tells us, silently, that these two entities are, in fact, ONE.

So I propose a change.

Twine the laurel together with the olive and create a world wreath that neither favours victory nor submission. A symbol which conveys a perfect balance between the two.

We do not need an Empire claiming victory over the world.
We do not need a world devoid of action either.

We need action in pursuit of serenity for all living things.

Later that day my father was tasked with the awkward job of telling me that I was a naughty girl. He made it clear. The local birds would have attacked and killed my beautiful green and yellow friend. But I did not believe him. I gazed out of the window at the several shades of grey and I knew that my friend was brightening up the world - somewhere.

For a very brief period we had a kitten but it disappeared. When I asked about it I was told that I had “smothered” it. I did not know what this meant. Much later my mother explained that I had cuddled it too much. I don’t know if I killed it or they just took it away from me. I became afraid to love living things - I did not want to hurt them.

When I was about ten years old I was given a gorgeous long-haired tuxedo kitten. I named him Mickey and he slept with me in my bed. When he became adult, my mother complained that he was “spraying” the house and making it stink. He was confined to my bedroom after that, so I would leave a window open for him to come and go as necessary. I never noticed any “stink”.

At thirteen I was obliged to leave home. Divorce had wrecked my mother. I left in such a hurry I completely forgot about Mickey. I moved into a room above a public house at the same time as a German Shepherd puppy was beginning his guard dog training. We became great friends. I sent my cat Mickey “mind-messages” to find a new mummy. I remember that sending these messages always made me cry but Max, the puppy, would lick my tears away to bring me back to the “now”.

All my spare time beyond school hours from then until I was seventeen was dedicated to Max. I played football with him, went on long exploratory walks with him and shared my bedroom with him. His guarding instincts were extremely sharp and he required doors to be left open throughout the building so that he could pad around his territory all day and night. He had grown into a massive, obedient, soppy lump who could turn wolf in a split second. I was so sad to say goodbye to him but, obviously, I had to move on when I left school.

By the time I was nineteen years old, I was married, had my own home, a border collie called Dylan and a tabby cat called Nicky. At twenty my life burst into joy. I delivered a baby boy, Daniel and Nicky birthed four kittens on the same day!

Our household was blissful! Two young adult humans, one baby, one super-dog, one cat, four kittens and lots of visiting friends.

Tony was one of twelve children and he wanted a large family for himself. So did I.
We didn’t know why, but I never got pregnant again. I consulted the doctor and gynaecologists but nobody seemed to think there was anything wrong.

The years flew by and every month my menstrual period would be bang on time. It began to distress me. Then it became unbearable but I did not talk about it with anyone. I just kept hoping.

Suddenly, out of the blue, something in me snapped. I was passing forty by then. I broke down and accepted that I was not going to have any more children.

I meditated and, after some time, decided to adopt the entire world!

This commitment resolved my anxiety and distress instantly!
Nobody needed to know!
I could simply take the attitude of a mother towards everyone younger than myself.

What a terrific solution to an otherwise insurmountable grief!

I don’t know if anyone noticed the change in me but I remember a sense of freedom came with it. I stopped noticing my menstrual cycle and, interestingly, it sputtered to a halt quite soon, when I was forty-seven. I can’t say I miss it at all.

The new sense of freedom spilled over to send me on many interesting journeys, making new businesses, meeting new friends, finding new companion animals, rescuing and healing like any good mother does for her children. I was ecstatic.

My maternal instinct was a blood red etheric and invisible veil that settled imperceptibly onto every soul it encountered.

It became my secret weapon.
My super power.
My soul’s greatest expression.
It is my greatest joy.

MEET MY LATEST ADOPTEES!

Right now I have an egg box on my kitchen window sill.
It is an incubator for six tiny baby plants nestled into my best homemade compost.
Three of them are Erigeron Karvinskianus, a Mexican ground covering plant with miniature multi-coloured daisies which I am hoping will grow well to fill three small empty corners in my garden.

Two of them are cherry tomato plants which will form vines later on.

The most tiny of them all has the potential to grow into a giant, healing, essential plant which is hated by most authorities. Obviously, I am trying to compensate this innocent life by heaping on extra helpings of loving affection whenever I am in the kitchen. I mean…. who would hate a defenceless plant? Are they mentally challenged, these people?

Nowadays people call that form of written word “Cursive” which I find suggestive of the hidden significance of spelling and manifestation.

Not only is joined up writing becoming a rarely seen thing but I am detecting a distinct lack of joined up thinking happening nowadays.

As we scroll through our newsfeeds we are accustomed to a rapidly changing focus. One post tells us about a horrific disaster which causes a sharp intake of breath, swiftly followed by a meme or joke which elicits a grin. We are bombarded with a kaleidoscope of short reports and video clips and after a while they cease to raise our interest, certainly not any empathetic emotional response. A sort of mind numbness, I suppose.

We tell ourselves that we are toughening up to match the terrain, the zeitgeist. Emotional responses are often criticised as if they shouldn’t have a place in our minds. But it seems to me that the only emotions being dismissed are those which are empathetic, gentle and loving. I don’t see fury or rage ranting garnering much contempt. Far from it. One rage rant often unleashes a whole raft of reactive rage rants from all quarters, in rapid succession.

I hear ya…. You are thinking,
“What are you banging on about NOW, Fran?”

For many years, I have noticed that something akin to road-rage happens online.

Shall we call it cyber-rage?

I asked Brave Ai if that is a ‘thing’ already and of course it is…. I am just a tad late to the party as usual!

Cyber rage is a recognised term, though its specific meaning varies significantly between cyberpunk fiction and real-world digital behaviour.

In the context of cyberpunk literature and gaming the term refers to a critical cybertech malfunction or psychological breakdown where a user, overloaded with cyberware, enters a mindless murderous rage due to malware, hacking, or neural interference.

In real-world sociological and psychological contexts, the term describes online aggression and venting anger on social media platforms. Research indicates that internet users frequently use smart technology to express frustration toward perceived wrongdoers. This behaviour is characterised by a lack of empathy for the individuals behind the screens, leading to hostile interactions similar to physical road rage but occurring in virtual spaces.

Fictional Definition: Violent insanity caused by cyberware implants or hacker attacks.

Real-World Definition: Aggressive online behaviour and trolling driven by stress, anonymity, and reduced empathy.

Key Driver: The disconnect between physical isolation and digital interaction, which amplifies negative emotions without the social cues of face-to-face contact.

Right! Yep. That is what I am experiencing!

If someone cyber-rages at me online I am usually fired up with a “head full of bloody rude words” which I may let rip in the instant or I may allow to fester while I twiddle my “fluffy red pompom things” until I think of something terribly polite but intellectually savage to type.

I smugly congratulate myself and saunter off to the kitchen to celebrate my cyber-rage skills with another cup of coffee and maybe a naughty chocolate digestive or two which I consume while I wait for the inevitable return salvo.

Sometimes these battles turn into epic verbal tennis matches with points scored in rapid succession and nobody is calling the shots “OUT!” to dampen our fury.

Sometimes a whole crowd of ragers join in and rapid typing skills become the best weapons on the planet as we jostle for prime position.

Sometimes the devastating crushing power of an opponent has to be silently admired.

I have to admit that I do enjoy a spat of cyber-rage!

Now this is where I usually regret my lack of joined-up thinking.

I have scrolled on. My blood pressure has relaxed and I am gazing at a lovely morning beyond my window. I find a post that I want to comment on positively and away I go, typing and smiling serenely, as if butter wouldn’t melt in my sweet little mouth (?)

I might even wax lyrically…. or worse still, display the virtues of a reincarnated uber-guru…. or an experienced kindly parent…. or a granny herbalist who wants to love you better.

SEE WHAT I MEAN?

I am multiphrenic. Inconsistent. Erratic. Moody. Reactionary. Volatile.

Today, 12th May 2026, is her 206th birthday.

The UK Government chose to honour her by naming the temporary COVID19 hospitals after her.
But did they do her justice?
The Nightingale Hospitals lay unused and poorly staffed which barely reflects the work and influence of the woman.
Some films have attempted to convey the life of Florence Nightingale which includes references to the Crimea War - the root of the enmity between Britain and Russia. This one from the dedicated museum is very thorough:

“Nightingale remained at Scutari for a year and a half. She left in the summer of 1856, once the Crimean conflict was resolved, and returned to her childhood home at Lea Hurst. To her surprise she was met with a hero’s welcome, which the humble nurse did her best to avoid. The previous year, Queen Victoria had rewarded Nightingale’s work by presenting her with an engraved brooch that came to be known as the “Nightingale Jewel” and by granting her a prize of $250,000 from the British government.

Nightingale decided to use the money to further her cause. In 1860, she funded the establishment of St. Thomas’ Hospital, and within it, the Nightingale Training School for Nurses. Nightingale became a figure of public admiration. Poems, songs and plays were written and dedicated in the heroine’s honour. Young women aspired to be like her. Eager to follow her example, even women from the wealthy upper classes started enrolling at the training school. Thanks to Nightingale, nursing was no longer frowned upon by the upper classes; it had, in fact, come to be viewed as an honourable vocation.

Based on her observations during the Crimea War, Nightingale wrote Notes on Matters Affecting the Health, Efficiency and Hospital Administration of the British Army, a massive report published in 1858 analysing her experience and proposing reforms for other military hospitals. Her research would spark a total restructuring of the War Office’s administrative department, including the establishment of a Royal Commission for the Health of the Army in 1857. Nightingale was also noted for her statistician skills, creating coxcomb pie charts on patient mortality in Scutari that would influence the direction of medical epidemiology.”

During her work in Crimea she contracted the bacterial infection brucellosis, also known as Crimean fever, and would never fully recover. By the time she was 38 years old, she was housebound and bedridden.
She remained so for the rest of her life.

Brucellosis is now completely curable with anti-biotics over a 6 week period, however the disease is so debilitating that it was used as a biological agent in warfare by the US.

Florence Nightingale, who celebrated her 200th birthday on May 12 2020, was also a statistician and a data visualisation pioneer who sought to illustrate that simple sanitation techniques could stop the spread of infectious diseases.

Florence Nightingale’s work reflected Bechamp’s assertions that a body could not heal itself in a toxic environment.

August 13, 1910, residing in Mayfair, she remained an authority and advocate of health care reform, interviewing politicians and welcoming distinguished visitors from her bed. In 1859, she published Notes on Hospitals, which focused on how to properly run civilian hospitals.

Throughout the U.S. Civil War, she was frequently consulted about how to best manage field hospitals. Nightingale also served as an authority on public sanitation issues in India for both the military and civilians, although she had never been to India herself.

In 1907, she was conferred the Order of Merit by King Edward, and received the Freedom of the City of London the following year, becoming the first woman to receive the honour. In May 1910, she received a celebratory message from King George on her 90th birthday.

She died on August 13th of that same year.

I have been considering how she would react if she were alive today.

She would probably have set herself the task of gathering accurate data and produced the most appropriate diagrams to show which measures would be most effective. She would obsess on environmental pollution as this was the one thing that she was unable to control during her efforts to save the soldiers lives in Crimea.

I am certain that she would consider all environmental factors as significant in the control of disease and would contend with the present government that the UK environment is not sanitary and requires closer attention, if we are to resolve our burden of diseases, not only COVID19.
She would observe and note that electro-magnetic radiation has become, since her lifetime, a major concern and should not be dismissed as a contributing factor to the health of all life.

She made it plain that politicians had to sign a pledge to support Israel and AIPAC made sure to ruin her political career thereafter.

The most influential Zionist organisation, the American Israeli Political Action Committee – AIPAC – came after the congresswoman because she was critical of U.S. foreign policy in relation to the Middle East. Rep. McKinney refused to vote for the resolution by AIPAC in April endorsing the Israelis’ actions invading the Palestinian areas of the West Bank and Gaza.

Cynthia went on to antagonise The Times of Israel newspaper in 2016 by claiming on Twitter that an Israeli photographer had been on hand for massacres in Nice and Munich, proving that Israel had a hand in both attacks.

BIOGRAPHY

The first black woman from the state of Georgia ever to fill a Congressional seat, Cynthia McKinney has proven a maverick presence on Capitol Hill. A liberal Democrat, McKinney first represented Georgia’s 11th district, which encompassed 22 counties and parts of suburban Atlanta, Augusta, and Savannah, before redistricting moved her to the 4th district. McKinney’s trademark gold running shoes and braided hair became symbols of her challenge to the mostly white, mostly male U.S. Congress. A divorced working mother who grew up during the civil rights era, she appreciates the needs of the poor, of blacks, and of women. Though McKinney was defeated in her re-election bid of 2002, after controversy over her criticisms of President Bush’s foreign policy. she won re-election in 2004 and returned to Congress determined to continue her fight.

Brought New Face to Washington

In an Atlanta Journal/Constitution profile, McKinney reflected that her ability to win a seat in Congress is nothing less than a mandate from common Americans for more sensitive representation in the national government. “Now we have people in Congress who are like the rest of America,” she said. “It’s wonderful to have ordinary people making decisions about the lives of ordinary Americans. It brings a level of sensitivity that has not been there.” Asked about the role black female legislators hope to play in Congress, McKinney declared in the Washington Post : “We’re shaking up the place. If one of the godfathers says you can’t do this, my next question is: ‘Why not? And, who are you to say we can’t?’”

McKinney first joined Congress in 1992 as a member of “an energetic and aggressive coterie of black female lawmakers,” to quote Washington Post correspondent Kevin Merida. Since then she has proven to be an independent thinker who challenges conservative colleagues on such issues as abortion rights, welfare reform, and accepting gifts and services from lobbyists. In Newsweek, Bill Turque noted that from her first entrée into the “kingdom ruled by an aging white patriarchy of Brooks Brothers pinstripes,” McKinney “stood in bold relief: a divorced, black, single mother with gold canvas tennis shoes, flowing, brightly patterned skirts and hair braided in elaborate cornrows.”

The congresswoman from Georgia has never let anyone intimidate her, from the president to the parking attendants in the House garage: she feels a powerful call to be an example not only to her own constituents but also to other black women. “My father cries every time he sees me on C-SPAN because people like me don’t get this far,” she told The Hill. “Especially black politicians like me.” She paused and then added: “Especially black politicians from the South like me.”

Learned from Her Father

One of Cynthia McKinney’s earliest memories is that of following her father to a sit-in at the segregated Sheraton Biltmore Hotel in Atlanta. Born in 1955, she was only four years old when the civil rights movement gained momentum, largely through the efforts of people like her father, Billy, a retired police officer and Georgia state legislator. Billy and his second wife Leola McKinney were determined to give their daughter opportunities that they had been denied as youngsters. Concerned about her education, they sent Cynthia to Catholic school, a decision that has had lasting ramifications in the congresswoman’s life. At first the young McKinney was so taken with Catholic school that she announced her intention of becoming a nun. “The nuns wear the ring, and they say that they’re married to God,” she explained in the Atlanta Journal/Constitution. “I just thought that was what you wanted to be in life.” Later she chose other career paths, but remained a member of the Catholic Church despite her parents being Baptists.

McKinney attended Catholic schools through high school graduation and then decided to leave her native Atlanta to study at the University of Southern California. She was not particularly happy there, but her parents encouraged her to stay, and she earned a bachelor’s degree in 1978. The following year found her back on the civil rights path with her father. They travelled together to Alabama to protest the conviction of Tommy Lee Hines, a retarded black man accused of raping a white woman. For the first time since her earliest childhood, McKinney encountered the full force of racism at the protest.

Awakened to Racism

McKinney was threatened by Ku Klux Klansmen in full regalia. Eventually the National Guard had to be called to the event, and four people were wounded by gunfire. “That was probably my day of awakening,” McKinney recalled in the Washington Post. “That day, I experienced hatred for the first time. I learned that there really are people who hate me without even knowing me. … Prior to that day, everything was theory. On that day, I saw fact. That was when I knew that politics was going to be something I would do.”

Entering graduate school to study international relations, McKinney began to pursue a doctorate at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of Tufts University. She worked on a thesis about the satellite states of the former Soviet Union. In 1984 she became a diplomatic fellow at Spelman College in Atlanta, and she has also taught political science at Clark Atlanta University and Agnes Scott College. Her short-lived marriage to a Jamaican politician, Coy Grandison, ended in the mid-1980s. McKinney says little in the press about her former husband, with whom she had one son. “Suffice it to say, he was no prince in shining armor,” she commented in the Washington Post. “My radar just went down.”

McKinney was still living in Jamaica in 1986 when, unbeknownst to her, her father put her name on the ballot for the Georgia state legislature. By that time Billy McKinney had become a respected state politician himself and was a leader among black lawmakers in the Georgia State House of Representatives. His daughter thought her inclusion on the ballot was just a joke—until she earned 20 percent of the vote in that district without any effort. She returned to Atlanta with her young son, sought a divorce, and entered state politics in earnest in 1987.

Became State Legislator

McKinney easily won her first election to the Georgia State House of Representatives in 1988. She joined her father in the legislature–becoming the only father-daughter lawmaker team in the country–and immediately began to prove that she would set her own course. “[My father] thought he was going to have another vote, but once I got in there, we disagreed on everything and I ended up voting against him all the time,” McKinney remembered in Cosmopolitan. “I was a chip off the old block, a maverick.”

Never was that more apparent than the day Cynthia McKinney stood in the Georgia legislature to condemn George Bush’s decision to send troops to fight in the Persian Gulf. Declaring that President Bush “should be ashamed of himself,” McKinney earned hisses from her colleagues, and quite a number of them walked out of the chamber. She was stunned by that reaction. “Those guys treated me like dirt. They were so nasty and mean,” she said in the Atlanta Journal/Constitution. “Everything I did after that was suspect.” Opponents, revelling in her troubles, took to calling her “Hanoi Cynthia.”

In the late 1980s Cynthia McKinney joined a group of state legislators who were pressing Georgia’s Justice Department to ensure proportional representation for blacks in the U.S. Congress. McKinney and her colleagues were successful in winning the right to draw three new congressional districts in such a way that they would have large populations of blacks. The 11th was one of the new districts. Its boundaries stretched 250 miles—roughly the same area as the whole state of New Jersey—through rural, suburban, and urban areas of 22 counties and three major Georgia cities. Predominantly Democratic, and 60 percent black, the district elected McKinney to Congress in an easy victory in 1992.

Joined U.S. Congress

American voters elected 110 new members—or “freshmen”—to Congress in 1992. McKinney was among them and, very quickly, she established herself as a leader and innovator. She was named secretary of the Democratic freshman class, and she lobbied—unsuccessfully—for a place on the prestigious House Rules Committee. After new assignments had been made, McKinney found herself on the Agriculture Committee and the International Relations Committee. She also found that life in Washington would present its own set of problems. As Bill Turque put it, “Months after most freshmen were recognizable figures on Capitol Hill, McKinney still found herself treated like a wayward tourist.”

In February 1993, a House elevator operator tried to order McKinney off a members-only car. In April, a Capitol garage attendant confronted her and two staff members and asked edgily: “Who you folks supposed to be with?” She had assumed that over time such institutional slights would cease. But in early August, after a Capitol Hill police officer grabbed her by the arm at a metal detector that members are allowed to bypass, McKinney complained to House Sergeant-at-Arms Werner Brandt. “There’s not that many people here who look like me,” she told him.

The “institutional slights” have declined since many members of Congress have come to recognize McKinney. The gold tennis shoes and cornrow braids have actually helped to establish her visibility and individuality on the House floor. According to the congresswoman in the Atlanta Journal/Constitution, the gold shoes were not meant to become a trademark item. “My feet were hurting, and I was complaining to my mother about these floors [in Washington],” she recalled. “My mom looks in a magazine, sees these gold tennis shoes, orders them and told me that I could wear those shoes. I wore them on the House floor, and the men loved it. They would come by and see if I had on my tennis shoes.”

The braids were a simple timesaving expedient that McKinney absolutely refused to change, even if they might cost her an election. “A lot of people judge me based on a stereotype,” McKinney explained. “They look at me, they see a black woman, they say, She’s got to be another Maxine Waters (a fiery liberal from Los Angeles). Well, heck, I don’t mind being another Maxine Waters when it comes to the strength and force of advocacy. But to judge me in my entirety by what I look like is quite base.”

Working in Washington, D.C., and trying to be a presence in a far-flung district has proven a challenge both for McKinney and for her young son, Coy. At first McKinney thought she might be able to cover all of her Capitol Hill business in just three days out of each week. That quickly proved impossible, and she soon found herself juggling a full congressional schedule, weekend visits to her state offices, and quality time with her son, who lives in Atlanta with his grandparents. The adjustment was difficult, but Coy has had the benefits of summer vacations in Washington and the opportunity to meet the president and numerous visiting dignitaries.

McKinney reflected on the difficulties of single parenting in a 1994 Ebony profile. “While on the one hand, my commitment to the public good and public service is a part of what I stand for politically, I can’t do that at the expense of raising my child,” she said. “I’ve tried to expose my son to that public expectation and I think he rolls with the punches much better than I do.” She added: “Even with its difficulties, the fact that I’m a member of Congress allows me to expose my son to all of the diversity of American life and to the world. It’s been a positive experience for me and for him.”

Promoted Liberal Interests

An acknowledged liberal who sometimes votes against liberal interests if they collide with those of her constituents, McKinney established a vocal presence on Capitol Hill. She supported President Clinton’s legislative agenda on numerous occasions, but despite much presidential prodding, she voted against the controversial North American Free Trade Agreement in 1993. On behalf of her district, she enlisted the Environmental Protection Agency to help clean up an Augusta neighbourhood tainted with industrial pollution, and she obtained federal money to pave some of the rural roads. At the same time, she challenged the powerful kaolin companies in her district and urged the Justice Department to investigate antitrust violations among the kaolin mines. She has also been a presence on the Congressional Black Caucus, the Progressive Caucus, and the Women’s Caucus.

In the middle of her second term in Congress, McKinney faced a potentially devastating blow in 1995 when the United States Supreme Court ruled that the boundaries of her 11th district were unconstitutional, as they had been drawn solely on the basis of race. Overnight McKinney became the symbol of a new sort of civil rights struggle as politicians fought to redraw Georgia’s congressional districts to suit their interests. Before the redrawing, McKinney’s 11th district had been 60 percent black; after the redrawing, the new 4th district was just 32 percent black. In a heated 1996 election contest that saw her father discharged from her campaign for accusing her opponent of being a “racist Jew,” McKinney pulled off a major surprise, winning the seat with 59 percent of the vote and becoming the first black woman elected to represent a Congressional district with a white majority.

Not only did McKinney win her seat, she kept it, winning re-election in 1998 and 2000. Her growing seniority allowed her access to more prestigious committee assignments, including posts on the National Security Committee and the International Relations Committee (as a member of the latter’s International Operations and Human Rights Subcommittee). She became increasingly interested in foreign policy, offering support to new governments in the African countries of Liberia and the Democratic Republic of Congo. She also became a vocal supporter of the idea of creating a Palestinian state in Israeli-occupied territory, a stance that won her the support of Arabs and Muslims throughout the world. It was this latter stance, however, that brought McKinney into her greatest controversy in office.

Courted Controversy

Even before the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, McKinney was a vocal critic of American policy in the Middle East, especially in Iraq. She openly criticized President Bush’s pre-9/11 policies on Iraq, and her criticisms became even more vocal after the attacks. She lambasted New York mayor Rudolph Giuliani when he refused an offer of $10 million in aid from a Saudi Arabian prince. Then, she indicated that President Bush may have known about the 9/11 attacks before they occurred and that his business associates had profited from the war of terror that followed the attack. McKinney’s comments—often misquoted or misrepresented by a media eager for sensation—soon sparked a firestorm of controversy. A fellow legislator from her home state, Senator Zell Miller, called her “loony” and the National Review called her a “race-baiting conspiracy theorist.” She was labelled as pro-terrorist by her political enemies, and it didn’t help that she received campaign donations from Arab groups, including some who were linked to terrorism. In the election of 2002, McKinney could not overcome the negative associations she had earned in the last several years and she was defeated by another black female candidate, Denise Majette.

Despite the catastrophe of the 2002 election, McKinney ran for and was re-elected to Congress in 2004. According to her campaign Web site, she intends to direct her “maximum effort into redirecting America’s spending priorities to our children, seniors, neighbourhoods, environment, veterans, and for peace.” It remains to be seen whether McKinney will return to her role as a lighting rod for controversy, or whether she will be better known for her consistent efforts to work on behalf of her constituents.

Cynthia McKinney has announced her candidacy for Georgia’s 14th congressional district in the 2026 election cycle as a Green Party candidate, seeking to fill the seat previously held by Marjorie Taylor Greene. Her campaign platform focuses on de-Zionizing the U.S. government, ending military and financial aid to Israel, and addressing issues such as healthcare, economic justice, and whistle-blower protections.

Her campaign platform focuses on ending U.S. military and financial aid to Israel, supporting the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement, advocating for the Palestinian right of return, and calling for the U.S. government to be “de-Zionized.” She has also proposed ending federal contracts with corporations accused of exploitation and pushing for the declassification of records related to Jeffrey Epstein.

In addition to her political campaign, McKinney remains active as an international peace and human rights activist, frequently speaking at global forums on U.S. foreign policy, militarism, and human rights. Electro-magnetic radiation is known to cause both positive and negative health impacts on living things.

It all depends on what frequencies, how much power and whether the signals are pulsed or not. I want to know what China is working on in respect of electro-magnetic radiation because their culture discovered the significance of electricity in living things THOUSANDS of years ago. They have the world’s source documents and experience as is clearly shown by their traditional medicine and martial arts.

What is Chi?

Chi (also spelled Qi or Ki) is a fundamental concept in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese philosophy, defined as the vital life force or energy that flows through all living beings and connects them to the universe.

Literally translating to “breath” or “air,” chi is believed to be the animating force that sustains health, vitality, and a harmonious balance within the body.

This energy circulates through specific pathways in the body known as meridians, influencing physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Practices such as Tai Chi, Qigong, acupuncture, and yoga are designed to cultivate, balance, and remove blockages from chi to promote healing and overall health. While often described as a mystical or spiritual force, it is also viewed in holistic contexts as a biological energy current that supports bodily functions similar to circulation and respiration.

My first port of call for my research into how China deals with EMFs in their environment was to ask Brave AI which informed me:

China has implemented specific electromagnetic field (EMF) regulations that follow the former Soviet exposure limits, distinguishing its regulatory approach from the ICNIRP or FCC guidelines adopted by most other nations.

A 2023 scientific study conducted in Beijing monitored broadband EMF exposure across approximately 400 km of urban roads, finding that while most electric field strengths remained below 3 V/m, one section exceeded national standard limits, particularly in areas with extremely high population density.

Key aspects of China’s knowledge and regulatory stance on EMFs include:

Regulatory Standards:

China is among a group of countries, including Belarus, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Poland, and Russia, that adhere to former Soviet limits rather than the international ICNIRP or US FCC standards.

Scientific Monitoring:

Research, such as the study published in Heliyon in June 2023, indicates that while general environmental EMF levels are often within acceptable ranges, urban density correlates with higher electric field strengths, with areas of extremely high population density showing levels typically between 1.5-4 V/m and occasionally exceeding 4 V/m.

Regulatory Exceptions:

It is noted that EMF exposure limits in China, similar to Russia, do not apply to military operations, highlighting a distinction between civilian public exposure and military applications.

Risk Awareness:

Chinese authorities and researchers emphasize the need for continuous monitoring of urban EMF levels to address potential risks from increasing wireless technologies and to achieve early warning for areas where field strengths may surpass controlling limits.

I was very curious to know what the differences are between countries which adopt the ICNIRP protocols and those which set tougher standards. I was informed thus:

The specific Soviet-derived EMF exposure limits followed by China are significantly stricter than the international ICNIRP or US FCC standards, typically up to 100 times lower.

Basis of the Limits:

The Soviet and Russian approach, which China adheres to, is based on the principle of preventing *any* detectable biological effect, not just thermal (heating) effects. Their standards are designed so that “people should not have to compensate for any effects produced by RF exposure, even though they are not shown to be adverse to health.” This contrasts with the Western “science-based” approach, which primarily protects against established thermal hazards.

Reported Values:

A key document from 1996 (Sanitary Norms and Regulations 2.2.4/2.1.8.055-96) set a general public exposure limit for radiofrequency fields at 0.1m² (equivalent to 6 V/m) at 2000 MHz, which is 100 times lower than the ICNIRP and FCC limit of 10 W/m² at that frequency.

Scientific Rationale:

These limits were reportedly set based on biological experiments that found a 3-hour daily exposure at 250 µW/cm² (2.5 W/m²) could be a threshold for harmful physiological effects in animals. The lower limit of 0.1 W/m² was then established as a precautionary measure.

WOW!

That is a significant difference isn’t it?

I find this particularly irksome, given that the CIA acquired and translated many of the Russian studies into microwave technology during the 1970s. If they knew exactly what the earliest experiments were finding, why did they set up an organisation, headed by a psychiatrist, to obscure the facts and permit us to be saturated in electro-magnetic radiation at ONE HUNDRED TIMES the standards chosen by Russia?

Why do they lie about these standards being safe for living beings?

The strict Soviet-derived EMF standards are justified by a precautionary philosophy focused on preventing any biological response, not just harmful ones. The key biological effects that informed these standards include:

Immunological Effects:

A significant body of research underpinning the standards focused on how low-intensity microwave radiation affected the immune system. The USSR Ministry of Health-funded studies in the 1970s investigated the potential for RF exposure to trigger autoimmune responses or disrupt the brain’s status as an “immunologically confined organ.”

Adaptive and Compensatory Responses:

The core principle is that the human body should not have to initiate any protective or adaptive mechanisms in response to EMF exposure, even if those mechanisms are not yet pathological. The exposure limits are set at a fraction of the level that could provoke the first detectable biological change or compensatory reaction in the population.

Non-Thermal Effects:

Unlike Western standards (ICNIRP/FCC) that primarily guard against tissue heating (thermal effects), the Soviet approach was based on the belief that RF energy is biologically active at very low, non-thermal levels, and that chronic, low-level exposure could have long-term health consequences.

The US Navel Medical Research Institute very kindly declassified their information from 1972. Notice how many symptoms there are and how closely they resemble everything we have seen since 5G was rolled out.

Ask your family and friends if, in addition to this list, they are experiencing hair and tooth loss.

Those two symptoms are not listed, probably because they are effects of radiation after significant exposure for a long time. They are usually associated with radio-activity. My enquiries have yielded surprising results. Most people are embarrassed to reveal that they have lost a lot of hair and many teeth. I know that I have.

I would like some reassurance from our own scientists.
We should have a monitoring system!

China monitors environmental EMFs through systematic, large-scale measurement campaigns, primarily in urban areas. A key method involves mobile broadband measurements conducted along city roads.

Researchers use handheld electromagnetic radiation detectors (like the Microrad PRO2) mounted on tripods or carried on vehicles. A 2023 study in Beijing measured EMF levels at approximately 13,412 points spaced about 30 meters apart, covering roughly 400 km of urban roads.

The collected data is analysed to assess public exposure. For instance, the Beijing study found that about 89% of sampling points had electric field strengths below 3 V/m, but one section exceeded the national standard limit (measured at 13.3 V/m).

Authorities use geospatial analysis and association rule mining to correlate EMF levels with factors like population density and building density. This helps identify “hotspots,” particularly in areas of extremely high population density, which are recommended for focused, continuous monitoring to provide early warnings for potential risks.

All monitoring is conducted to verify compliance with China’s national standard, **GB 8702-2014**, which sets controlling limits for the electromagnetic environment.

What does Britain do?

The British government provides a monitoring service for EMFs, but it is structured differently from China’s large-scale mobile campaigns.

The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA), which succeeded Public Health England, provides public health advice on EMFs and recommends adherence to ICNIRP guidelines. Ofcom is responsible for conducting the actual measurements.

Ofcom runs a long-standing program to measure EMF levels near mobile base stations. Unlike China’s extensive mobile road surveys, Ofcom conducts targeted audits, including repeat measurements in specific urban locations (Belfast, Cardiff, Liverpool, London) to track changes over time. They also perform surveys in response to public requests, particularly from schools and hospitals.

The results consistently show that EMF levels are within the ICNIRP public exposure limits. All measurement reports are published on Ofcom’s website for public access.

Blaming the Russians, whose work on microwaves had been translated by the CIA beginning in 1972 (I have the documents) is misdirection at a disgusting level. Russian scientists have been open and very careful to set tight national limits on EMFs.

Their most eminent scientist wrote a book warning against 5G which was published posthumously in 2022. I wrote about his career, achievements, cooperation with US scientists and the huge respect of his colleagues here:

The CIA agents speaking in the 60 minutes video, who say they were attacked, were probably victims of their OWN government’s experiments. However, the details of their life changing experiences resonate with my own and for that alone the 60 Minutes programme is useful.

MY STORY

In August of 2013, I mounted a stage to give a welcoming speech to the crowd at an enormous anti-fracking event outside Cuadrilla’s first fracking drill site in Sussex UK.

I was impacted in the right kidney by something I could only imagine was a microwave weapon which caused sudden immense pain. I spun around to see a man in civilian clothes pointing a device at me which was no bigger than a mobile phone. He held it flat out in front of him and pocketed it immediately. He moved away and I did not see him again. He was the only person within the Cuadrilla compound who was not wearing a hard hat and a Hi-Viz jacket.

Shortly after that a young woman with a clipboard approached me as I mingled in the crowd. She asked me for my address. A very odd question - I am an activist. We don’t tell ANYONE personal information. I did not answer her because I COULD NOT REMEMBER MY ADDRESS, not because I was being secretive. Later that day I found myself so lacking in energy that I struggled to walk up a gentle incline.

From then on my health deteriorated rapidly. I developed breathing difficulties, fluid retention, painful swollen feet and lower legs. By 2016 I had a heart attack, followed by a stroke and had gained 75lbs in weight. I lost two thirds of my hair volume and ALL my teeth. I constantly suffered clamping sensations in my head, blurred vision and my skin became dry and very itchy. My son has done wonders caring for me since then and his top priority is to limit the EMFs in our living environment closely followed by eliminating toxins from my diet. He has kept me sane for 10 years and counting.

I am now housebound, unable to walk more than a few paces without losing my breath. My lower legs and feet still flare up from time to time - so severely that they look and feel burned. The only remedy which cools them is to stand in very cold water until they go completely numb. Then to plaster them with Aloe Vera gel direct from the plant leaf.

I believe I am intentionally disabled by my own government.

That 60 minutes report only provides clues about the use of microwave weapons. I would say that such a weapon is being used in the West more than it is in Russia.

Speeches given outside 10 Downing street on annual global Targeted Individuals day - 29th August.

GOALS OF TARGETED INDIVIDUALS IN THE UK

Please see my shorter list at the bottom for how you can get started quickly on these goals to get the ‘essentials’ done for protection (1-7 most important).

1. Recognition by the UK government that this phenomenon exists and recognition by the UK government into the harmful effects and mis-use of this technology.

2. To have SPECIFIC laws passed that specifically address the problem, stop the problem and protect innocent members of the public against electronic surveillance and harassment/ mind control abuses.

3. New safer and more accurate procedures for only putting real terrorists on watchlists need to be established and enforced with independent consistent and regular checking to ensure that it adhered to. Regular say twice yearly (at the very least) re-assessment of whether a person still needs to be on the watchlist should be conducted under the new, fair and enforced procedures!

4. I and many other Targeted Individuals call for an outright ban on these intrusive and torturous weapons. People from independent bodies should be stationed continuously for a period of time in the units that are known for these abuses until the units have been fully dismantled. When this is established then regular checks need to be in place where these independent bodies can come back in regularly at set specific times e.g. a week or month to check that these abuses have not restarted again in the same location or elsewhere within the premises (full transparency is needed!). Maybe even have surprise visits also (like Ofsted in schools) so procedures can’t be falsified on the day. This comprehensive approach will allow the abuses to end.

5. There must be frequency police ‘units’ set up all around the UK to respond to call outs of those who are being remotely neurally monitored or remotely attacked with frequencies in this way. A ‘free phone’ number that is widely known must be publicly available. Then the source of where the frequency is originating from can be identified and the perpetrators caught and reprimanded. It is my understanding that all frequencies must be registered with official government bodies that deal with frequency oversight in the UK. Better monitoring and oversight needs to be done from independent bodies into the known agencies, departments, generals, personnel and equipment that are known to order and carry out these attacks. This is to make sure that firstly they are not carrying out these abuses and secondly that they are registering any frequencies they are using with the official oversight bodies so they are not using any unregistered frequencies illegally. A massive clamp down likely needs to occur in this area!

6. Justice in a court of law, deserved compensation and those responsible rightly imprisoned for the crimes they have committed! Just because these people work for intelligence services or were ‘following commands’ does not make them excusable from the rule of law. This is the law. We want our lives back to where they deserve to be and justice served!

7. Safety, job and legal protection for whistleblowers who come out and blow the whistle. This would especially be needed in the phase where exposure/ whistleblowing/ investigation is taking place. It would also be needed in the phase after all the new safeguards/laws have been put in place because it is likely that all the agencies will still likely try to continue using these weapons.

8. Having technology countermeasures that neutralise and/ or counter the signals. Also safe rooms that are Electromagnetically shielded for victims. An example of a technology counter measure would be frequency jammers.

9. To have awareness of the issue locally, nationally and for the mainstream media to consistently report it. The media should be monitored by an independent group to make sure they report it correctly.

10. In my view these weapons are a huge disgrace and human rights abuse to society. THEY MUST BE BANNED OUTRIGHT AND PRODUCTION OF THEM MUST STOP (I.E. DISARMAMENT). There should be full education and awareness campaigns on TV to find and identify victims (many are suffering and being tortured and do not know that it is these weapons that are being used on them!) and then find the perpetrators responsible to reprimand them through the justice system.

11. There should be FULL EDUCATION PROGRAMMES to ALL sectors of society so that all are aware of these weapons abuses. They then must play their part to stop them and the misdiagnosis that occurs in relation to them. For example, the sectors of society in particular that need to be re-educated are the medical sector (especially psychiatry), the legal sector, the military/ intelligence sectors, the media and other sectors/ organisations that could have a role in helping with these abuses. PLEASE REALISE THE DAMAGE THAT THESE WEAPONS DO TO THE HUMAN BODY, MIND, SOUL AND SPIRIT OF MAN AND JOIN THE FIGHT FOR A COMPLETE BAN ON THESE WEAPONS!

12. To have adequate support for those affected in whatever way is required whether that be counselling, integration back into society, local community groups, community safe spaces etc.

13. For those in the psychiatry profession to be able to rightly identify the difference between electronic harassment and genuine mental illness and anxiety (which of course exists!).

14. Ongoing Scientific investigation into this phenomenon that proves the causes and effects. Comprehensive scientific investigation.

Are these measures over the top? Trust me if you had experienced these horrors you would not be saying they are unnecessary. We need good honest compassionate people (especially those in positions of power) to do the right things.

IN SUMMARY - OUR SIMPLE 4 MOST IMPORTANT GOALS…

If you want a simple 4 step goal formula to start with then this is it…

1. Recognition by the UK government that this phenomenon exists and recognition by the UK government into the harmful effects and mis-use of this technology.

2. Set up frequency police across the country to whom people targeted can report to investigate and track and trace the signals. This would help with prosecution, enforcing laws and enforcing proper watch listing procedure also.

3. In government, develop new more accurate watch listing procedures so that ONLY real terrorists and criminals who are actually a threat to national security get put on these lists. Reassess accurately twice yearly (at a minimum) all people that are on these lists so that those who are no longer considered a threat can be taken off (under new FAIR procedure). Have independent agencies come in to the relevant intelligence agencies/ military to enforce and check this! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO ANY INDIVIDUALS PLACED ON ANY WATCHLISTS HAVE THESE WEAPONS USED AGAINST THEM!

Therefore, the current status of the ICATOR lawsuit is that it remains an unverified and inactive campaign with no recent developments or official legal standing.

The most recent update on the lawsuit comes from a May 4, 2022, post on the targetedsurvivors.com website, which states the effort was still in a preliminary phase. It mentioned the need to gather 25,000 signatures for a petition to the Belgian parliament and a pre-trial hearing, suggesting the formal lawsuit had not yet been filed.

There is no evidence of the lawsuit being formally filed, proceeding to trial, or being dismissed by a court. The information has not been updated since 2022.

He was enthusiastic and powerful. He set up a regular street performance in Manchester city centre where he would perform his music and give a platform to voices, such as mine.

When he established the Light Paper I was delighted. It filled a yawning gap in the media and it has grown to showcase some excellent writers and thinkers.

He and I have adjacent, but occasionally conflicting, views but that does not deter me from admiring his zeal and personal grit.

He can rely on me to offer my opinion whether he likes it or not and I can rely on him to put up one helluva fight, calling on his highly developed, almost encyclopaedic, knowledge gleaned from editing the ONLY genuine alternative newspaper in UK.

When I heard about the Irish version and the Australian version I could not have been more thrilled for the success of that animated, scruffy guitarman with the gutsy lyrics and powerful voice that needed no artificial amplification.

He was interviewed in this documentary which is a fascinating insight into Darren and his amazing energetic Daz Band.

Of course, Darren never stopped performing his music!

My understanding of memory, confirmed by my studies into traditional Chinese medicine, runs along this line:

Water within our bodies is the medium which carries our memories and the memories of everywhere it has been in its eternal journey before becoming part of us. It also forms essential essences that we recognise as phlegm, mucus, lubricants and gels.

Morphic resonance says that the brain is merely a transducer, like a TV set. Information is electro-magnetic content which is interpreted by the brain.

GERALD H. POLLACK PhD

Gerald H. Pollack is a Professor of Bioengineering at the University of Washington and the leading proponent of the ”fourth phase of water,” a structured, gel-like state he describes as H3O2 (or EZ water) that stores charge and exists alongside solid, liquid, and vapor phases.

Pollack, who holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania (1968), has spent decades researching the interaction of biological surfaces with aqueous solutions, notably challenging the mainstream view that water is a simple solvent. His work suggests that water in biological systems forms a structured layer that is distinct from bulk water, a theory he detailed in his 2013 book The Fourth Phase of Water: Beyond Solid, Liquid, and Vapor.

Key Roles:

Founding Editor-in-Chief of the journal WATER, Executive Director of the Institute for Venture Science, and co-founder of 4th-Phase Inc.

Previous Work:

Before his focus on water, he conducted significant research on muscle contraction and insect auditory systems, publishing on topics such as cricket phonotaxis and neural coding.

Major Awards:

Recipient of the Prigogine Medal (2012), the NIH Director’s Transformative Research Award, and the University of Washington Annual Faculty Lecturer award (2008).

Scientific Controversy:

While Pollack has published extensively in journals like Physical Review E and Langmuir, his claims regarding the fourth phase and charge storage in water are widely dismissed by the broader water and electrochemistry community, who attribute his findings to impurities or basic water chemistry.
