Antisemitism. The word is not an overreaction. Here I am, passport in hand, watching the departure board flicker, because a theocratic regime thousands of miles away decided Jews celebrating life – any life, including gay life – deserves ballistic missiles.

Since October 7, the ability to travel to Israel – the only Jewish state – has been challenging. Few airlines are prepared or equipped to fly there, and Israel’s own airlines have been running reduced schedules. So while Jews have self-determined in our indigenous homeland, our freedom to move in and out of that homeland has been squeezed somewhat in these years following our own 9/11 as a result of security challenges. Last night as I was awaiting to board my last leg to Tel Aviv, the Iranian regime decided to end its hypothetical “ceasefire” and began a ballistic missile campaign across the country, after months of ‘quiet’. A friend on the ground called immediately anticipating that my flight would be cancelled (it was). Schools are closed across the country. Ben Gurion Airport remains open for now, but many airlines have stopped all flights, including mine.

I am trying to get to Israel. That’s it. I’m trying to go to the Jewish homeland because the Foreign Ministry invited me to come and celebrate Pride in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. I’m a card-carrying lesbian with consistent morals as regards human rights, liberty and freedom, which therefore makes me a Zionist, too, and a feminist for that matter. Labels aside, I’m also in need of a good time and I’m promised that a good time exists at Israel Pride. I’ve never been to Israel for Pride. Pride in Israel is the only Pride of any significance in the entire region of the Middle East, and competes with Pride celebrations in the biggest Western countries. Can you think of any other democracy in the world that’s so difficult to get to because it is constantly under threat from a theocratic regime that surrounds it on eight fronts? A theocratic regime that believes being gay is punishable by death?

Iran executes people for same-sex acts. Hamas and Hezbollah have no concept of gay rights; their charters and sermons treat homosexuality as a Western disease or Israeli import to be eradicated. In much of the Palestinian territories and broader Muslim world, Pride isn’t cancelled – it’s inconceivable. Israel, by contrast, has served openly gay soldiers and politicians, hosts one of the region’s few legal same-sex marriage recognitions via civil registration, and runs Tel Aviv Pride as a major international event. The contrast isn’t propaganda. It’s reality.

For the last few years, Pride in Israel has been cancelled. The regime’s mission is to ensure that. Not only does it need to protect its investment with the decades-long “pinkwashing” accusation against Israel (Iranian propaganda insists that Israel is lying about its LGBT civil liberties and freedoms), it is seeking to destroy any representation for LGBT in the region, because - to the regime - Israel’s civilized, democratic, rights-oriented society is of deep shame to the goals of Islamic rule.

Pride in Israel is thus inherently a permanent target; and silencing it is a great victory for the regime. Pride and the hypocrisy of the LGBTQ+ community has been the subject of these essays for many months lately because the surgical removal of Jews in the Diaspora from Western rainbow communities has graduated from being a grievance to a catastrophe. Pride parades are Judenfrei in Europe, in liberal parts of America, in Australia, all over. After reaching blood-boiling point last week following multiple stories from Europe about harassment and abuse of Jews by the “Queer” community, and our exclusion from parades, from parties, from bars and clubs, I understood more than ever how vital it is that we can return to Israel, that we can gather as Jews in a diverse country and celebrate who we are without fear of being bullied out of our own movement. And yet, Israel faces a different existential threat upon its Pride: total annihilation of its people, of its country. Quite unifying when you think about it…

As Queers for Palestine will go to this year’s parades centering their Palestinianism with flags and scarves of terror, they don’t for a moment understand the privilege they have to celebrate rights that were secured by their elders while ushering in the most dangerous - and criminally, the most obvious - enemy to their dignity and future survival. They don’t understand how lucky they are to have the rights they do. Rights secured, in no small part, by liberal democracies who were once willing to defend themselves and not appease enemy states –including the Jewish state they now treat as the villain. They wave the flag of a movement whose founding documents call for their death, then demand Jews in the Diaspora accept exclusion from the very movement their predecessors helped build. It’s a civil union between historical illiteracy and moral exhibitionism.

Tonight, Israel’s retaliative airstrikes on IRGC terror assets in Iran continue. No doubt as dawn breaks across Europe and America, the usual suspects – mainstream outlets and campus radicals – will frame Israel’s retaliatory strikes as unprovoked aggression, ignoring the barrage that triggered them. The “anti-war” marches will swell with the same crowds who stayed silent when Iranian proxies rained rockets on Israeli civilians, or when its leading regime in Iran executed thousands of its young protestors this January. None will mention the psychos that keep attempting to exterminate the Jews once and for all. They will devote their energy to banning Stars of David from Pride, and chanting for the Jihadists instead. A fatal idiocy.

So I’m going to keep traveling. Onwards to Poland, and then - I hope - homeward to the Jewish state. I never imagined traveling back to Poland where half my family escaped pogroms in order to attempt to reach Israel, but today it feels strangely poetic. We fled this part of Europe to escape, dreaming of a place where Jews could exist without begging for permission. A century later, I’m traveling through that same soil, not as a refugee but as someone insisting on the other side of the promise.

My spirits are high. I will get to Israel. I will celebrate this week with the best of Israel: gay, straight, Jewish, non-Jewish, Black, white… This isn’t about land or politics. It’s about humanity, life and survival. What Pride is supposed to fight for.

Back in the nineteen-hundreds when we all joined the Internet, nobody warned us of how easy it is to make yourself a target online. Not to freak you out, but you may already be a target. If you’ve never been a repeated victim of online stalking - both individual and collective - you may yet to understand (via the hired help of professionals in digital security) how much of our private information we are leaving unlocked, without even knowing it. And reader: I thought I was doing a good job at safeguarding my privacy after years of harassment. That was not the case.

If you are a public figure, or a journalist, or a professional with an Instagram or X account posting opinions, or - indeed - anyone saying anything and being noticed, you must inhale a copy of Dr Jessica Taylor’s “Click. Stalk. Destroy.” You will find it uncomfortable. Excruciating in places. Validating of the most maddening invasions of privacy you may have already experienced. If you have never experienced it, thank your lucky stars, and read it anyway. If you have: deep breaths.

It is a book I read in one sitting, unable to fully exhale until it was done. Dr Taylor is a Sunday Times bestselling author, and a Chartered Psychologist with a PhD in Forensic Psychology predominantly. She is a fierce warrior for women and girls experiencing abuse. To date, this book is her most vital and intimately personal work. She writes it like her life depends on it, and I believe it did. I believe it still does.

When Dr Taylor and her wife “Jay” discovered that they were being stalked by a group of women on an enabling “gossip” website called Tattle.Life (“gang-stalking”), their lives were eviscerated from within. For years, they contended with godawful character assassinations, deplorable false allegations and smears that were disseminated anonymously – and hard to trace – creating ruinous consequences for them professionally, socially and psychologically. Over time, they discovered that members of this growing group of secretly destructive women were former friends, or two-faced acquaintances who were melding real-life details with mouth-foaming conspiracy, all because they had nothing better to do. Day-by-day, more details of their lives - where they lived, their license plates and cars, their local supermarket address, minutiae from their very small and private wedding, were being leaked, until eventually there was barely anything left to mine. It is a suffocating, panicking story – and frightfully relatable to anyone who has experienced all, or any, of this.

Chapter-by-chapter, Dr Taylor lucidly journeys through the origins of online stalking, the different mindsets behind it, the various methodologies, the effects, the way the system responds and fails, and how we’re going to reclaim rules and cease surrendering at the feet of the Internet’s wrongly assumed superiority to our legal systems and the institutions trusted to protect us. And let me say this: the lucidity of Dr Taylor’s writing is a marvel, as she details the all-time depths of her ensuing trauma. The suicidality that comes with understanding how ruinous the stalking has become to your career, your family, your friendships, your whereabouts, your name, the very four walls that house you… What else is there to take but the breath in your lungs? To be able to write clearly through that kind of test is a gargantuan feat.

But more so, Dr Taylor understands that to work towards a future in policy and law-making around this issue necessitates doing the scariest thing of all; telling her own story. Every “authority” or “expert” will tell you not to talk about your stalker: it gives them fuel, it makes you seem crazy, it will somehow magically go away if you stop. None of this is helpful. This book is. It leads by fearless example. Dr Taylor makes groundbreaking analysis about the prevalence of this particular type of stalking among women — no surprise to anyone who has experienced it, but somehow comforting to see it in black and white. So much of this text although speaking the dreaded Babadook into existence, is simultaneously freeing.

Managing online stalking is a full-time job which most have zero resources, energy, or constitution to face. It is also psychological warfare. The book’s brightest of all lights running through the dark is Dr Taylor’s relationship with her also targeted wife “Jay” who did the gruesome work of looking into the belly of the beast, collating evidence, building timelines, going through the hundreds and thousands of messages on the forums so that Dr Taylor did not have to. That is a role that only the most devoted person can stomach.

At the beginning of the book, Dr Taylor exquisitely explains the notion of fixation and obsession in female stalkers, only to later explain how the DARVO machine (Deny Attack Reverse Victim and Offender) will use this very characteristic to render a victim’s fixation on proving the reality of their stalking the ultimate weapon against their credibility. Why is she so obsessed with proving that she’s the one being targeted? She explains that a victim will even gaslight themselves with this such is the crazy-making of trying to understand what on earth has happened.

“I realised that I was having my identity reconstructed right in front of me, without my consent, and there was nothing I could do about it,” she writes.

“I noticed people’s behaviour towards me changed. Whether they meant to or not, they were treating me as a risk or a liability, instead of a colleague or friend. I would find myself rehearsing explanations for the lies and rumours that were being circulated and steeling myself for pain and rejection whenever I was invited to do anything. I had no confidence left to hold myself with. I walked into a room and expected everyone to have been sent the emails and the links – the ones that said I was abusing my wife, committing crime, lying about being raped, and embezzling funds into illegal schemes. I didn’t know who I was anymore. The years I had spent building my life into a safe space after experiencing violence, abuse and poverty in my earlier life had been collapsed within weeks by anonymous users of a forum I had never even heard of.”

The humiliation and the degradation are felt, whether you know this tyranny or not –the tyranny of losing everything you had because of obsessives who could give MI6 a run for their money. Dr Taylor has experienced it all: strangers contacting employers, children’s schools, clients, neighbors, family members, with fake allegations, with doctored images and screenshots of correspondence she never sent, with stolen information that was private. Impersonation. Defamation. Statements attributed to her that she never made. “The digital environment allows identity to be manipulated with ease,” she says, confirming the nightmare.

She talks about the new adopted normal; the cessation of socialising, of going out, of making new friends. What’s the point if they’re going to be convinced at some point that you’re a lunatic, too? Which only perpetuates the idea that a victim is socially abnormal, and ‘not quite right’ - and bam - they gotcha. If a victim talks about the oddities that are unfolding, they’re creating drama, when in reality they’re noticing that people are sharing details about their personal life online and they’re asking why it’s happening. Dr Taylor writes:

“Whilst I would argue that this researching and trying to unmask the stalker is completely rational and understandable, I have also come across cases where the victim has been punished for this, reported to the police, or recast as the stalker themselves… Fixation on getting to the bottom of what happened is not stalking. It’s a human response to something violative, painful and destructive.”

She pertinently discusses envy, class and power, too. How the righteous keyboard warrior assumes the stalking as a form of punching-up. If you’re the one with the platform, how can you be the victim? “Harm against her is re-framed as accountability. A rite of passage. An obligation.”

“Stalkers contact friends, family members, colleagues, collaborators – everyone they can think of. They may present themselves as concerned whistleblowers, or as someone who is contacting them to warn them. They may imply danger, instability, secrets, or hidden wrongdoing. The aim, like in most forms of interpersonal abuse, is to isolate the victim. To seed doubt in intimate circles. To fracture support networks. Isolation increases vulnerability.”

The end goal is not even access. It’s destruction. It’s erasure.

Dr Taylor talks about a feeling of being watched, of knowing you’re being talked about, colluded against. But feelings are not facts, and proving it is an entirely different matter.

Have you ever found yourself “gang-stalked”, asking: Who is this anonymous account? Is it a burner account of someone I’ve met? Have you ever experienced paranoia about the people in your DMs, watching your stories, about every seemingly innocent dinner invitation. Have you ever been sent something from a social media site you’re not even on and wondered: how does the internet know something that should live privately behind a wall of iPhone security? How does a stranger know the plan of my home? That I had someone over the other night? How? When the stalker who showed up at your house at 4am tells the judge that there are some people who truly want to kill you and they – on the other hand – really care about you, which is why they left something you never collected in an Amazon Locker for you, and the judge looks to you to prove that there is something wrong with a stranger behaving this way, then denies the restraining order, it’s hard not to lose control. When you receive a random message from someone you barely know that you’ve put a person in hospital who you have nothing to do with, but you didn’t do that, how can you prove you didn’t? “It only took me four days to find out your new address, who’s the genius now” taped to my window. And the police say – but you’re a public figure, right?

Perhaps it’s an economy of information. Who has it. Who wants it. I’ve never surrendered to the emotional blackmail of strangers to give over private information, but the result of refusing is often doxxing, conspiracy, projection, destruction. To entertain scratching the surface of this hell will send anyone into a panic attack. It’s like a giant ball of string falling down the stairs, unraveling. Dr Jessica Taylor is one very brave writer. Frighteningly accurate, robustly researched, and courageously original. The most pointedly painful episode of her persecution were the allegations that she was abusing her rock – her wife “Jay”. Which exposed the “concern” trolling for what it is, because they cared not a fraction for “Jay’”s well-being; only the eradication of Dr Taylor from the life she had successfully built.

This book is not a tell-all, or a revenge manual. It has purpose, which is what every survivor needs. It is the clearest case yet made, seeped in the most convincing evidence and digestible explanations, for why our governments and legal systems must empower themselves with the confidence to stop this pandemic of chaos in its tracks, to dismantle Frankenstein. The internet is man-made, argues Dr Taylor, and so is the solution to online stalking. I want very badly to believe that she is right.

Mica and Nikki, American married lesbian Jews, live in Barcelona, they tell me on the phone. They’ve been there for about six months and so far they feel “lucky” that they have yet to experience the de rigueur Jew hatred that has been adopted as the sport of the LGBTQ+ community there. They should feel lucky. For the “queers” of Spain rank among the most racist on the planet right now, given their full-time jobs policing the alleged “genocide” that is solely happening in Gaza.

Last night, Friday May 29, at around 11.45pm, the couple went to a queer women’s sauna event - Thermas Barcelona – at a venue on Carrer De La Diputacio 46. A private organization named Bollers Al Vapor rents the space out every few months. “We waited in line, and put our names down, they were pretty nice to us, and we were standing waiting for the towels and one of the organizers came up to my wife and abruptly asked us if she was a Zionist,” recalls Mica. “We hadn’t said anything political,” she says. “It was out of the blue.”

Indeed, when the staff there noticed their Stars of David, the atmosphere turned hostile. They recognized that Mica and Nikki were Jewish and so began the antizionist purity test. They argue antizionism is just criticism of Israel, so why does it perform as a violent hate movement against Jews every single time? A verbal sparring match with two of the staff ensued. Eventually more staff joined the spectacle until Mica and Nikki were surrounded by bullies.

Finally, Mica was physically thrown out. “I wasn’t hurt but they were trying to grab my phone and push me out of there,” she says. Watch:

The glee of one of these Queers For Palestine is sickening. Look at the unfiltered so-called queer “joy” on the face of self-righteous bigot número dos. It’s the most fun for them. They’ve found a mechanism to openly hate a minority group; a salve for their shame, their self-loathing, their envy, their victimhood, their navel-gazing oppression. While Mica and Nikki were forced to leave, they were told that the establishment does not “condone genocide” and the Jew haters proceeded to repeat the words “Free Palestine” at the couple, who were given no air to voice their own reality, share their beliefs or - most ironically - identify and define themselves. Instead, they were tossed out like scraps. The return of the Spanish inquisition? Jews being expelled as progressive? In Spain there is a saying. “Aunque la mona se vista de seda, mona se queda.” Even if a monkey dresses in silk, it remains a monkey.

Reports of antisemitic incidents in Spain surged 321% since October 7, 2023, according to the Observatory Against Antisemitism. Jewish groups and Israel’s Foreign Ministry have condemned this specific incident. Barcelona’s Jewish community has urged authorities to investigate it as a hate crime.

It’s of no surprise to me. I experienced this attitude in Madrid before October 7, even. I had spent time there. In fact, my last ever evening in Spain will never escape my memory, as I was offered the perspective of a queer non-Jewish antizionist about the Israel-Palestine conflict, presented as somehow more evolved than my own lived experience. Regrettably, I didn’t have the strength to make a fuss. We pick and choose our battles. Racists love to lecture their prey, especially those they’re envious of. The Spanish subtly rejected my faith and my traditions. Looks of confusion around Shabbat tables. The elderly offering that Jews are modern “Nazis”. Pork wars. I was quietly cast aside, and the erasure and dehumanization dripped on from there like a slow-released poison. You see it in this video above, as another one of these self-congratulatory idiots laughs, and tells Mica that actually Jewish and Zionist is not the same thing. “No, not really,” she says, followed by that chilling Nazi smile. (I’m assuming gender identity here with my prehistoric eyes, sorry).

It’s coming from both sides in Spain, no doubt. Right and Left. However, it is predominant on the fascist Left, and it is being actively pushed by the militantly antisemitic LGBTQ+ community. Tell me, what is there to be “proud” of here? Are they proud of erasing Jews from other people’s lives? What a heroic conquest!

One of the racists has now been identified as Teo Pardo, a trans activist, and high school biology teacher. Another has been identified as Marta Busquets Gallego, a lawyer, author and parent. Another as Irene Cruz Gomez who has a doctorate from the University of Barcelona. I expected it. The same types swung a wrecking ball at me because it gave them a kick. And is the community better off for wasting all of its time eradicating incredible, passionate, morally sane Jews?

Straight Jews often tell me that this antisemitism comes from a place of ignorance. Reader: it does not. Why is the new LGBTQ+ community so hateful to Jews? Weak people can be cruel. They claim strength but they’re performing. They mask “joy” but they internalize shame. They align over how they hate the world, over who is their enemy – it gives them a sense of community and purpose, leaving themselves open to future attack by those who truly want to do them harm, like theocratic Jihadists. They’ve submitted to something far more sinister than their own failings. They brand themselves as “harmless”, “zen” and “kind”, while they glean fleeting moments of happiness from inflicting harm on others. The reason is they are lost and angry. They envy our resilience, our certainty. They are jealous of our pride.

When people are beaten down, they are easily corrupted by the same people who initially beat them down – yet wear a costume of empathy. That’s why many intelligent vulnerable hearts and minds are so manipulated by those who would hurt and abuse them all over again. It starts innocently with books and universities. It ends in violent exclusion. They sought out this doctrine. Minority people who actively hate Jews enjoy the revenge: for once they can indulge aggression towards the perceived weak. They get to perform strength, and act out the violence that they have experienced. They indulge the power trip. The victim becomes the abuser. Decades ago, it was a crime to be openly gay in public. Now it is a crime to be Jewish and gay, and the tormentor is the tormented. Jews were among the bravest of the original movement. We fought battles others didn’t have the stomach for.

They will insist that’s not what’s happening. The self-identifying “Queers” of Spain, Italy and France etc aren’t against Jews. Never. They just don’t want us to be anywhere near them. They don’t want us to be in their homes, in the places they frequent, on their streets, etc. They take great care to communicate to us that we are welcome nowhere. They’re not racists. They’d just rather Jews stopped existing…

Never let these self-flagellating, soulfully anorexic ignoramuses define you, define us. The “tolerant” and “inclusive” have allowed themselves to become openly hateful toward Jewish lesbians in Barcelona. Spain boasts itself as one of the friendliest places to be LGBTQ+. “Unless you’re Jewish,” says Mica. Same-sex marriage has been legal since 2005 and Pride events are annual spectacles. Yet the reality for Jewish gays and lesbians is very different. The community, already small, feels increasingly invisible or underground. Synagogues have added security; some events stay low-profile. The paradox is “crazy” to Mica. “It’s not fun,” she says, crestfallen.

I’ve received many messages from Spanish Jews in the wake of sharing this video. One gay man told me he “lost everything” after October 7. Another Jewish lesbian said she “always felt afraid” in Spain, has emigrated to another country but still becomes anxious upon returning. Mica and Nikki have been “very aware” of the climate of antisemitism in Spain. “Every day I see something new when I open my phone,” says Mica. “The queer community has been so important to us in our life, and since 10/7 we just feel like we’ve been completely pushed out.” This, however, was their first ugly experience in Spain. “In the six months we’ve been here, we’ve only met two Jews. We just don’t know where they are,” says Nikki. The upshot of the incident is that they’re now fully linked to the local Jewish groups. They’ve filed a report with the police. They are grateful the officers have taken their complaint seriously but they don’t feel confident about a result due to “the bureaucracy of Spain”.

Is there any end to this tragedy?

I have watched the radicalization and brain rot happen to so many brilliant gay and lesbian people I love since 2017. They experience a trauma and instead of finding purpose and surviving it, they join the cult of Progressive, fill their hearts with hate, limit their minds with dogma and turn against the people who tried to love them, many of us Jews. We are now somehow to blame for their pain. (At least we’ve let their parents off the hook!) The cult operates through coercive control, dictating what media outlets you’re allowed to consume; what books, documentaries, and films you can watch; who you can and cannot be friends with; who you keep in contact with, who you follow on social media, your email inboxes; where you’re allowed to socialize, how you should use your voice and who you should collaborate or work with. Don’t want to “look” antisemitic? Just re-post Hannah “last Jew to the gas chamber” Einbinder. The collective is falsely framed as protection, safety and care. It is narcissistic group manipulation. It is ugly, but they’re too indoctrinated to see the sickness we see so plainly in this video. Do they have individual agency any more?

They project their extreme mental illnesses onto the rest of us. But we are not unhinged, we are not unstable. We are not showing Jews the door.

There is nothing to celebrate in these alleged LGBTQ+ rights meccas. Nada. Not in Spain, not in Italy, not in the UK, not in France. I have booked my flights to go to Israel for Pride this June. If I’m going to be attacked for being a Jew, I would rather do it as an accepted proud, lesbian, feminist, multi-dimensional, self-loving Zionist in Israel at the hands of our enemy Islamists, than in the racist suicidal corners of these once liberal, enlightened, romantic Western cities.

Spain is not friendly for gay people. It’s just pretending to be. Not allowing Jews in public spaces. Kicking Jews out. The leftist LGBTQ+ refuse point blank to be in a room with Jews. They lie and make up excuses about why it’s unsafe, or disloyal. Lying eventually wears on you. They look ill because they are. Something is deeply wrong.

Among the reactions, the post by journalist Eve Barlow stands out; she shared the video on Instagram. Barlow is a British-American journalist known for her social media activity and her stance on debates related to international politics. In sharing the video, Barlow wrote in her post, in which she harshly criticizes the context of the incident, that the situation reflects what she considers a worrying climate of discrimination. Among her assertions, she stated that “the Spanish queer community has become so racist that it is objectively sickening.”

A final question to Mica and Nikki: does this make you hesitant to go to queer parties in Barcelona going forward?

“Yeah, it’s something we have to think about every time we leave the house,” says Mica. “The vibe right now is that I don’t trust making friends here.”

For gay and lesbian Jews, October 7 has been eviscerating. We’ve lost our tribe, our safety, our community. We are uniquely at risk given how fervently the hatred of us exists among our own. The betrayal and isolation has been so inherently intimate, while our abusers play act as all-inclusive, loving and kind. Bilious.

“We like to believe that the likelihood of it happening to you is low,” says Nikki. “We’re not gonna stop our lives because there are horrible people. We’re not gonna be erased from these spaces, even though it’s uncomfortable. We’ll wear Jewish stars. We’ll keep on keeping on. It feels like a disservice to ourselves and where we came from to move any differently.”

The group responsible will no longer be able to host parties at the venue after discriminating against Jewish lesbians. Today, the venue owners released the following statement to say that they condemn all discrimination.

Spain’s June should be a Shame month. Not a Pride month. This isn’t about one sauna in Barcelona. It’s an urgent question: do “queer" spaces in Europe still mean anything if they exclude the very people who helped build them?

A private organization named Bollers Al Vapor rents the space out every few months. “We waited in line, and put our names down, they were pretty nice to us, and we were standing waiting for the towels and one of the organizers came up to my wife and abruptly asked us if she was a Zionist,” recalls Mica. “We hadn’t said anything political,” she says. “It was out of the blue.”

Indeed, when the staff there noticed their Stars of David, the atmosphere turned hostile. They recognized that Mica and Nikki were Jewish and so began the antizionist purity test. They argue antizionism is just criticism of Israel, so why does it perform as a violent hate movement against Jews every single time? A verbal sparring match with two of the staff ensued. Eventually more staff joined the spectacle until Mica and Nikki were surrounded by bullies.

Finally, Mica was physically thrown out. “I wasn’t hurt but they were trying to grab my phone and push me out of there,” she says. Watch:

The glee of one of these Queers For Palestine is sickening. Look at the unfiltered so-called queer “joy” on the face of self-righteous bigot número dos. It’s the most fun for them. They’ve found a mechanism to openly hate a minority group; a salve for their shame, their self-loathing, their envy, their victimhood, their navel-gazing oppression. While Mica and Nikki were forced to leave, they were told that the establishment does not “condone genocide” and the Jew haters proceeded to repeat the words “Free Palestine” at the couple, who were given no air to voice their own reality, share their beliefs or - most ironically - identify and define themselves. Instead, they were tossed out like scraps. The return of the Spanish inquisition? Jews being expelled as progressive? In Spain there is a saying. “Aunque la mona se vista de seda, mona se queda.” Even if a monkey dresses in silk, it remains a monkey.

Reports of antisemitic incidents in Spain surged 321% since October 7, 2023, according to the Observatory Against Antisemitism. Jewish groups and Israel’s Foreign Ministry have condemned this specific incident. Barcelona’s Jewish community has urged authorities to investigate it as a hate crime.

It’s of no surprise to me. I experienced this attitude in Madrid before October 7, even. I had spent time there. In fact, my last ever evening in Spain will never escape my memory, as I was offered the perspective of a queer non-Jewish antizionist about the Israel-Palestine conflict, presented as somehow more evolved than my own lived experience. Regrettably, I didn’t have the strength to make a fuss. We pick and choose our battles. Racists love to lecture their prey, especially those they’re envious of. The Spanish subtly rejected my faith and my traditions. Looks of confusion around Shabbat tables. The elderly offering that Jews are modern “Nazis”. Pork wars. I was quietly cast aside, and the erasure and dehumanization dripped on from there like a slow-released poison. You see it in this video above, as another one of these self-congratulatory idiots laughs, and tells Mica that actually Jewish and Zionist is not the same thing. “No, not really,” she says, followed by that chilling Nazi smile. (I’m assuming gender identity here with my prehistoric eyes, sorry).

It’s coming from both sides in Spain, no doubt. Right and Left. However, it is predominant on the fascist Left, and it is being actively pushed by the militantly antisemitic LGBTQ+ community. Tell me, what is there to be “proud” of here? Are they proud of erasing Jews from their lives? What a heroic conquest!

One of the racists has now been identified as Teo Pardo, a trans activist, and high school biology teacher. Another has been identified as Marta Busquets Gallego, a lawyer, author and parent. Another as Irene Cruz Gomez who has a doctorate from the University of Barcelona. I expected it. The same types swung a wrecking ball at me because it gave them a kick. And is the community better off for wasting all of its time eradicating incredible Jews?

Straight Jews often tell me that this antisemitism comes from a place of ignorance. Reader: it does not. Why is the new LGBTQ+ community so hateful to Jews? Weak people can be cruel. They claim strength but they’re performing. They mask “joy” but they internalize shame. They align over how they hate the world, over who is their enemy – it gives them a sense of community and purpose, leaving themselves open to future attack by those who truly want to do them harm, like theocratic Jihadists. They’ve submitted to something far more sinister than their own failings. They brand themselves as “harmless”, “zen” and “kind”, while they glean fleeting moments of happiness from inflicting harm on others. The reason is they are lost and angry. They envy our resilience, our certainty. They are jealous of our pride.

When people are beaten down, they are easily corrupted by the same people who initially beat them down – yet wear a costume of empathy. That’s why many intelligent vulnerable hearts and minds are so manipulated by those who would hurt and abuse them all over again. It starts innocently with books and universities. It ends in violent exclusion. They sought out this doctrine. Minority people who actively hate Jews enjoy the revenge: for once they can indulge aggression towards the perceived weak. They get to perform strength, and act out the violence that they have experienced. They indulge the power trip. The victim becomes the abuser. Decades ago, it was a crime to be openly gay in public. Now it is a crime to be Jewish and gay, and the tormentor is the tormented. Jews were among the bravest of the original movement. We fought battles others didn’t have the stomach for.

They will insist that’s not what’s happening. The self-identifying “Queers” of Spain, Italy and France etc aren’t against Jews. Never. They just don’t want us to be anywhere near them. They don’t want us to be in their homes, in the places they frequent, on their streets, etc. They take great care to communicate to us that we are welcome nowhere. They’re not racists. They’d just rather Jews stopped existing…

Never let these self-flagellating, soulfully anorexic ignoramuses define you, define us. The “tolerant” and “inclusive” have allowed themselves to become openly hateful toward Jewish lesbians in Barcelona. Spain boasts itself as one of the friendliest places to be LGBTQ+. “Unless you’re Jewish,” says Mica. Same-sex marriage has been legal since 2005 and Pride events are annual spectacles. Yet the reality for Jewish gays and lesbians is very different. The community, already small, feels increasingly invisible or underground. Synagogues have added security; some events stay low-profile. The paradox is “crazy” to Mica. “It’s not fun,” she says, crestfallen.

I’ve received many messages from Spanish Jews in the wake of sharing this video. One gay man told me he “lost everything” after October 7. Another Jewish lesbian said she “always felt afraid” in Spain, has emigrated to another country but still becomes anxious upon returning. Mica and Nikki have been “very aware” of the climate of antisemitism in Spain. “Every day I see something new when I open my phone,” says Mica. “The queer community has been so important to us in our life, and since 10/7 we just feel like we’ve been completely pushed out.” This, however, was their first ugly experience in Spain. “In the six months we’ve been here, we’ve only met two Jews. We just don’t know where they are,” says Nikki. The upshot of the incident is that they’re now fully linked to the local Jewish groups. They’ve filed a report with the police. They are grateful the officers have taken their complaint seriously but they don’t feel confident about a result due to “the bureaucracy of Spain”.

Is there any end to this tragedy?

I have watched the radicalization and brain rot happen to so many brilliant gay and lesbian people I love since 2017. They experience a trauma and instead of finding purpose and surviving it, they join the cult of Progressive, fill their hearts with hate, limit their minds with dogma and turn against the people who tried to love them, many of us Jews. We are now somehow to blame for their pain. (At least we’ve let their parents off the hook!) The cult operates through coercive control, dictating what media outlets you’re allowed to consume; what books, documentaries, and films you can watch; who you can and cannot be friends with; who you keep in contact with, who you follow on social media, your email inboxes; where you’re allowed to socialize, how you should use your voice and who you should collaborate or work with. Don’t want to “look” antisemitic? Just re-post Hannah “last Jew to the gas chamber” Einbinder. The collective is falsely framed as protection, safety and care. It is narcissistic group manipulation. It is ugly, but they’re too indoctrinated to see the sickness we see so plainly in this video. Do they have individual agency any more?

They project their extreme mental illnesses onto the rest of us. But we are not unhinged, we are not unstable. We are not showing Jews the door.

There is nothing to celebrate in these alleged LGBTQ+ rights meccas. Nada. Not in Spain, not in Italy, not in the UK, not in France. I have booked my flights to go to Israel for Pride this June. If I’m going to be attacked for being a Jew, I would rather do it as an accepted proud, lesbian, feminist, multi-dimensional, self-loving Zionist in Israel at the hands of our enemy Islamists, than in the racist suicidal corners of these once liberal, enlightened, romantic Western cities.

Spain is not friendly for gay people. It’s just pretending to be. Not allowing Jews in public spaces. Kicking Jews out. The leftist LGBTQ+ refuse point blank to be in a room with Jews. They lie and make up excuses about why it’s unsafe, or disloyal. Lying eventually wears on you. They look ill because they are. Something is deeply wrong.

Among the reactions, the post by journalist Eve Barlow stands out; she shared the video on Instagram. Barlow is a British-American journalist known for her social media activity and her stance on debates related to international politics. In sharing the video, Barlow wrote in her post, in which she harshly criticizes the context of the incident, that the situation reflects what she considers a worrying climate of discrimination. Among her assertions, she stated that “the Spanish queer community has become so racist that it is objectively sickening.”

A final question to Mica and Nikki: does this make you hesitant to go to queer parties in Barcelona going forward?

“Yeah, it’s something we have to think about every time we leave the house,” says Mica. “The vibe right now is that I don’t trust making friends here.”

For gay and lesbian Jews, October 7 has been eviscerating. We’ve lost our tribe, our safety, our community. We are uniquely at risk given how fervently the hatred of us exists among our own. The betrayal and isolation has been so inherently intimate, while our abusers play act as all-inclusive, loving and kind. Bilious.

“We like to believe that the likelihood of it happening to you is low,” says Nikki. “We’re not gonna stop our lives because there are horrible people. We’re not gonna be erased from these spaces, even though it’s uncomfortable. We’ll wear Jewish stars. We’ll keep on keeping on. It feels like a disservice to ourselves and where we came from to move any differently.”

The group responsible will no longer be able to host parties at the venue after discriminating against Jewish lesbians. Today, the venue owners released the following statement to say that they condemn all discrimination.

Spain’s June should be a Shame month. Not a Pride month. This isn’t about one sauna in Barcelona. It’s an urgent question: do “queer" spaces in Europe still mean anything if they exclude the very people who helped build them?

After I ran my last article B Is For Bully, I got into a conversation with a trans friend whom I admire and respect (for a start, she is truly trans in the medical sense), and she made a great point about the silencing of real Ts by the fake Ts and the ideological puritan Qs, most of which I will say are not even LGBT. Those medically diagnosed as T are a minority. A tiny minority now drowned out by a wave of anti-Western anarchists who hijacked their condition to propel their own revolution against our societies. She is not the only trans person whose trans-ness predates the social contagion (ie, suddenly self-ID-ing as trans five minutes ago) who has told me she rejects the fascistic, victim-based, speech policing and social exclusion of the hijacking coercive new pro-Palestine, misogyny-touting, hella homophobic T. However, the minority trans who exist are up against a colossal bullying progressive cult that will seek and destroy anyone who exposes it. To any true T reading this, I want to make it clear that you are not who I am critiquing or fighting against.

The issue is psychological as well as political. The LGBT community used to fight for civil rights. Now it seeks to destroy Western values. I have written about this extensively over the last two years. But the deeper issue is that success is being smeared as oppressive, and so the race to the bottom has taken charge, which is why we find ourselves living in a West in which the middle classes are desperately trying to invent ways in which to claim “oppression”, and anyone who is deemed successful has to be annihilated, or re-framed as oppressive, violent, mentally unstable or otherwise. Success, health and wealth now equals social death. Victimhood is chic. (I deeply regret not being born in the 1960s). Mental illness is aspirational. Poverty is glamor. Let’s write poetry about the women of Gaza… Haven’t we suffered enough? We are a long, long way from The Great Gatsby now, Mr Fitzgerald.

I reject the notion of manipulating success by claiming victimhood. I don’t believe in doling out opportunities to wound-lickers because society handed them a bad deck of cards. I believe in hard work and upward trajectory. I am also not a spiritual zero like the vast majority of progressives. I believe in a higher power. Call it G-d, or otherwise. I prescribe to consequences. I do not preach that the end justifies the means. I bow at the altar of the inherent purpose of goodness. I am not offended by other people’s wins. I don’t find oppression attractive, nor victimhood cute. I like to win. I like to be around people who win. I evacuated Loser Island before I was offered the passport.

Essentially, I am one of one. We should all be.

I found myself at a dinner party a few weeks ago where the mother of an eight-year-old told me that her son’s school has a “queer community”. I said what do you mean a queer community? Are these children having sex? I had a conversation with a 20-something Uber driver the other week. She told me she identified as Queer. She said her best friend was Queer because she needs to feel an emotional connection to be interested in sexual intimacy (to which I joked “plenty gays are sluts”). She then revealed they’re all Vs: virgins. At this juncture, I decided I was an ancient dinosaur and I imparted some take-it-or-leave-it advice. “Try it on before you buy it, and then you’ll know if you’re gay, and you won’t spend your twenties pontificating over something you’re not doing.”

Whatever it means to be LGBTQ+ these days, it seems to have nothing to do with sex, love or romance. In fact, that is the last thing it’s about.

Earlier this week, Rome decided to ban Jews from attending Pride this June. The Italian gays decided that Jews must pass a purity test in order to be gay. They must denounce the state of Israel. Yes, the society that gave us Mussolini’s state-sponsored Leggi Razziali (ie laws stripping Jews of civil rights), and if we want to get Medieval the destruction of the temple by Titus, the attempted erasure of Jews under Hadrian, the polemics against Jews by Roman historians such as Tacitus, the expulsion of Jews from Rome under Tiberius, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, is banishing Jews once more. It’s truly dazzling, don’t you think? When in Rome!

An LGBTQ+ community that excludes Jews has nothing to be proud of. While Europe boasts that it’s the best place to be gay or queer or anxiously attached or into anime or whatever the rainbow means any more, it is banning perfectly good gays from pride. Lowering the standards to massage the delusion. Limiting the pool. That’s fine. We Jews have the biggest pride parade in Israel. And everyone’s invited. Even the haters. But I will warn you. If you’re a European unicorn delusional who refuses to be in a room with a Jewish lesbian because it makes you feel uncomfortable, you probably suffer from a medical condition known as lowlife racist, and being among so many incredibly attractive, adjusted and successful Jews in such an overwhelmingly accepting country could definitely “trigger” your infinite insecurities.

These people are exhausting. I call them identity shoppers. Maybe I should come clean to them. Perhaps the freaks on Loser Island are correct. I’m just evil. Devilish even. “The Zionist handler” is a name I’ve seen for myself of late on Twitter. I control the banks and the courts and the media. I control the minds of everyone who comes near me. (I don’t seem to be very good at this part, so back to Mossad school for me!). I have been relegated from controlling the weather because I’m bad at geography. But I am in charge of everyone’s internal affairs. I am also unwell, unstable and so crazy I make The Joker look like a part time lunatic. I’m that dangerous. Please, I’m actually begging all of you: stay away from me.

Lest I get carried away mocking these clowns, let’s get to the meat: how, if at all, is this delusion going to crack? Can it? Yes, I believe it can. With courage, it can. I am posting below a long clip from GB News, a news site many of the progressives will cast off instantly because it has been smeared as “far right” (the Truth is a right wing concept now). To distill the clip down is difficult. You just have to watch the whole thing. In it Jewish journalist Josh Howie interviews a young Black American woman named Taryn Thomas.

Taryn is an exemplary individual, and a leader. She was once indoctrinated into the Pro Palestine movement, following on from years of social justice work, naturally dovetailing from anti-racism into Jihad, via all the other bumper sticker causes. Upon visiting the traveling Nova exhibition in LA (it is currently in London for six weeks), she found herself questioning every lie she had been force-fed. She received new information and she changed her position. She even visited Israel. She lost every friend she had, and she kept going. Her story doesn’t just demonstrate the overpowering cultdom of the Pro Palestine movement, it demonstrates how social media drives disinformation and societal ruin.

The truth will set you free, as they say.

I have consistently fought disinformation narratives on social media. Every one of them has behaved in exactly the same way. But there are a tiny percentage of us who recognize it consistently. As someone who has, and continues to, let me tell you this. You can’t be pro Palestine and anti misogyny. You can’t be pro Palestine and anti homophobia. You can’t be pro Palestine and anti fascist / anti racist. You can’t be pro Palestine and anti rape. What you fought in one avenue you failed in this one. The reason: anti Jewish hate is the oldest surviving ethnic prejudice. You just can’t give it up. The success of the Jews is your Achilles’ heel.

Taryn’s testimony is fantastic because she proves how October 7 was the match that lit the gasoline kegs that were already placed to torch the whole forest. The aspects of the social media distortion were already in place and ready to be ignited. The bias of institutions like the mainstream media, and the United Nations, and the ICJ. The truth was torched before it was even able to be uttered. It’s frightening. I’ve seen this happen before. This is a playbook and when activated it leads to total destruction. Anyone who tries to identify the Armageddon is treated like a mad heretic.

Our collective humanity in the Diaspora was incinerated simultaneously as the Israeli kibbutzim were going up in smoke.

If you keep people ignorant of historical truth, you can control them under theocratic rule. Then today, a video of Dame Helen Mirren was trending.

Mirren is a non-Jewish supporter of Jews and Israel. This “activist” for Palestine called her an “evil Zionist bitch” on the streets of London last night. The brave lions of Palestine strike again, attacking an 80-year-old revered public figure who is merely out walking with her husband. It reminded me of the Palestinians who kidnapped an 85-year-old grandmother on October 7, and took her into Gaza on a golf cart, filming themselves doing it. Yaffa Adar was in Gaza for over 50 days.

Which brings me back to the start, the West has capitulated to anti-conformists, indulging the delusions and mad behaviors of the worst and most pathetic individuals in society. Losers who have taken their grievances and personal failures and turned them into a moral crusade. Can you say Adolf Hitler? They now gain their “joy” - faux trans, pro Palestine, or otherwise - from being allowed to openly hate, police and abuse others, including the vulnerable, and they pay no price for it.

It’s fraud and it will lead to total collapse. The only saving grace is bravery, individuality, and the pursuit of true happiness and success. A week ago, myself and a group of top tier public intellectuals gathered in Toronto to fight the insanity at the world’s first ever Symposium Against Antizionism, organized by local group TAFSIK. The venue was announced at 11pm the night before. The security was beyond anything I’ve experienced. Bomb sniffer dogs stalked our green room, and keynote speaker Ben Shapiro wore a bulletproof vest. I spoke on a panel with Emily Austin, Lizzy Savetsky and Jesse Brown. You can watch it here:

I was asked on the panel if I had any hope for Western countries. I said: “Oy!” But then I offered that it’s going to take more communities than just Jews fighting back. The ideological capture is swallowing everything, not just the truth about Israel and the Jews. We have to catch up.

“There is a deeply woven liberal value system in Western countries and the only hope is our nations remembering who they are and what they have fought for.”

Western countries still contain the cultural DNA of individual rights, empirical truth, and ordered liberty. Re-awakening that inheritance is the only antidote to the madness of crowds. We must not let them spin the individual out of control.

Here is an irony the privileged ignorant self-indulged West have yet to grasp: the more allegedly “safe” a place has become for LGBTQ+ rights, the more vulnerable it really is. That doesn’t make any sense, Eve. Oh but it does. It does because perception is not reality. LGBTQ+ has not become a tribe of inclusion and protection of gay rights; it has become a cult of ideological capture wherein speech is silenced, identities are weaponized, and totalitarian dogma dominates. Do you know what happens when a tribe has become ideologically captured? It is vulnerable to capture by a cult that’s far worse than they could imagine.

The reason the Left have married the Islamists is because both are hungry for power. And for the LGBTQ+’s - the most easily fooled, most naval-gazing link in the food chain - the usefulness of their idiocy will be the fastest expendable once the Islamists take charge. It is no accident that Islamism has arrived ashore the European countries most distracted by their own morally narcissistic reflection. Among the Left’s endless superficial reach for some haughty superhero status as great “humanitarians”, they have taken their eyes off the ball of urgent reality.

A month ago, my friend Yuval David and I had the most frank conversation I have ever had about the deepest betrayal. To me, the deepest betrayal comes from those who exercise the same abuse that they have experienced and survived. Although I do question the survival element, for a true survivor of bullying would not become the bully. In the last six years, I have endured the cruelest and sickest abuse possible from my fellow LGBTQ+s. A world that was once pluralist, inclusive and loving, became ugly, treacherous and deceptive. It happened to me as far back as 2020.

In my own experience, the higher up in the hierarchy of “oppression” the identifier is, the bigger the bully they become. And since 2020, the trans ideologues (note: not all trans individuals, but the new puritans) have been the leading culprit in the abuse I have withstood: colonizing lesbian spaces, redefining same-sex attraction as bigotry, and punishing any woman who refused to surrender her boundaries or her language.

They have sought to possess the entire spectrum of “queer” (I can’t even bear to use that word anymore, it has become so politically toxic) with fascistic rules about gender pronouns, bathroom policies, sports competitions, rape crisis centers, prison management and – worst of all – the medicalization of children that frankly no values-driven gay, lesbian, bisexual or trans person should be down with. They take no issue with distorting narrative to fit their goals, with openly spreading untruths to headhunt and enlist more willing victims to their insanity. Via this enforced recruitment they have driven out all questions, critical thinking and criticism of ideas so radical they must be subjected to rigorous intellectual debate. They have handed over human rights to the state, prioritizing collectivism over the individual. Ayn Rand is turning in her grave.

The only “value” they have is: the end justifies the means.

The most extreme of LGBTQ+s have taken on the form of the “Nazis” they want to punch. They lie to achieve power. They bully and abuse any individual who stands in the way of their agenda. And this agenda has since extended to Palestinianism, of course, because trans ideologues rule by the same autocratic measures as the theocracies of Jihadists, including Hamas, Fatah, and the Palestinian Authority. Either you bow down at the altar of Allah/Foucault/Frantz Fanon/Preciado, or you will be sacrificed.

In the above clip, I turn the tables on Yuval and ask him how many times he has been afforded even a mere conversation with former friends and loved ones before the sacrifice is made, before the purge has been dictated, and the character defamation swallowed whole?

It’s a heartbreaking moment between us. Here we are, two proud Jews, who have spent our adult lives in advocacy roles, not just as Jews, but as gay people in America. I knew Yuval as an activist for LGBTQ+ rights before Zionism became the dirtiest word at the pride parade. I worked in a Hollywood that was still insisting gay, lesbian and bisexual actors remained in the closet only 12 or so years ago, and I helped deconstruct that closet with the same words that I now use to fight for the survival of Western values. I did GQ’s first ever interview with a trans person. I grew the magazine’s “queer” section with my gay editor. We were pioneers. We lit the path for the Queers for Palestine brigade to burn down.

I say to Yuval in a moment of near brokenness:

“I was never granted the opportunity to defend myself, to stand up for myself, to voice for what I think and why I think it. To talk about my “lived experience”. I was never granted the opportunity from people I love. I was smeared, I was cancelled, I was libeled. Is that the LGBTQ+ community that we came in to? The family tribe that takes you in because the assumption is that the heteronormative world has done you dirty? That you’ve lost a sense of security and family in the world? These same people abusing us in the same way can’t even hear us, because all they hear is ‘Israel!’, ‘Jew!’ like people once heard ‘lesbian!’ or ‘gay!’ about all of us.”

I am unafraid to say this: the fascism of the “T” did not expand or protect the rights of the LGB – it devoured them. What began as a movement for same-sex attraction, personal liberty, and the right to live without apology has been hijacked by an authoritarian cult of compelled speech, institutional capture, and the erasure of sex-based reality. Pronouns became loyalty tests. Women’s spaces, sports, and safety became collateral damage. Children’s bodies became the ultimate battlefield for adult validation. Dissent was met not with debate but with excommunication, smears, and professional destruction. This was never inclusion. It was conquest.

The bitter irony is now impossible to ignore: the louder the West congratulated itself on becoming a “safe space” for gay and lesbian people, the more vulnerable we became. Ideological capture always invites worse captors. By abandoning biological reality, critical thinking, and individual rights in favor of ever-escalating grievance hierarchies, large parts of the LGBTQ+ world cleared the path for alliances with forces that have no tolerance for any of us – least of all women who love women, or Jews who refuse to apologize for existing. The same activists waving rainbow flags alongside “Queers for Palestine” banners have aligned themselves with ideologies that throw gay people from rooftops and stone women for the crime of independence. They didn’t overlook the contradiction. They embraced it as proof of their moral superiority.

The abuse we have experienced as proud Jews at the hands of this LGBTQ+ community must be exposed at an establishment level. There are thousands of these stories from “queer” Jews that must be collected to provide the ammunition to launch a full-scale media attack against the so-called inclusive Pride movement. The abuse must be named without flinching. The stories of silenced lesbians, gay men, Jews, feminists, and de-transitioners need to be collected and amplified. Silenced by a circle jerk of bullies who put the word “pride” to shame. It’s not normal to hate a nation. It’s not normal to hate a people. We should know that better than anyone – but our former friends and family have forgotten what they stand for, and who they fought for.

Some people excuse their behavior as “wilful ignorance” but you must push back on this, because it’s simply not true. These people know exactly what they’re doing. Particularly the elite among the rainbow flag-bearers. The journalists, the academics, the human rights lawyers. Watch:

I say:

“They’re not arbiters of the truth. This progressive ideology is about massaging reality to fit some kind of utopia.”

Yuval responds:

“I refer to it as forcing facts to fit their beliefs, as opposed to shaping their beliefs based on facts. That’s a very dangerous thing.”

As you will hear when you watch the interview, Yuval and I met on Christmas Day 2023; the day I arrived in Israel after October 7 to begin documenting the atrocities and bearing witness. We became instant kindred spirits during an extraordinary moment in history.

This is a deeply important conversation about the distortion of social justice movements, the abuses of power from human rights legal sets and the lawfare against Israel and the Jewish people, and the descent into violent theocracy. It is also a heart-to-heart between two friends who have lost the comfort of our most intimate, deepest connections. Who have been failed by the ones who promised to protect us the most. When I left the studio after having this chat, I felt unsettled. I opened up a Pandora’s box that I’ve kept closed because its contents are my most open wounds, and the rawness of that pain is something I find ugly.

The price of staying quiet was too high for both Yuval and I, so we didn’t. And we will never. Watch this conversation; it’s as intellectually challenging as it is emotionally vulnerable.
