every guru online loves to give you price predictions on what is gonna happen in the crypto bull run

i’ll put it bluntly: price predictions don’t work

it’s a marketing pitch designed to lure you in to click their, video, article or twitter post, so that you buy their product, their coin, or their exchange referral link

they’re selling you snake oil to appeal to your mid IQ brain:

Price predictions don’t work for a number of reasons:

• There are simply to many variables to account for that you would never be able to measure

• There is 10,000,000 possible scenarios that could occur in regards to price. Humans massively overestimate their ability to predict which 1/10,000,000 million scenario is right.

• Price targets remove fluidity and adaptability from your investing. Targets give you expectations and make it harder to sell earlier if required, or hold longer if required.

• No money is made from price predictions (besides clickbait to sell you something). Just because you predicted something would happen, doesn't mean it had any bearing on the implementation of your process/strategy which is what ACTUALLY makes you money.

• Profitable investing does not need to know where price might go, it simply needs a thesis for why you think price will go up. The best investors hypothesise both a validation and invalidation thesis behind the asset they buy, they enter when the upside is assymetric, and exit when the thesis has played out.

For example, I bought $TOSHI before it went 4x this month. I filmed a 30 minute video breaking down my EXACT thesis for why I bought at the exact bottom. THIS is how you do investing properly. Video is here:

The worst investors will tell you that you make money as an investor by setting year-in-advance arbitrary price targets where you will sell.

They will base these price targets off 0.01% of the available data that is required to predict the future.

They’ll appeal to your beginner investor brain.

And get rich promoting a coin without telling you they were shilled to promote it.

Coinbase has 100M existing users, who of which most will be back in the next bull run.

Coinbase’s mission is to essentially funnel ALL of these users to ONE layer 2: Base

Imagine this scenario:

• ETF’s get approved, halving approaches, Bitcoin goes parabolic and the attention shifts back to Crypto

• Coinbase is the biggest crypto exchange/company in the US, has huge new user signup/old users logging back in to get back into Crypto

• Positive regulatory backdrop, promotion of Crypto by biggest financial firms (Blackrock, Fidelity, Grayscale, etc)

• Real applications are now built on BASE chain with real usage (games, social fi, etc)

Can you start to see the picture now? Can you see how insane BASE is going to be this bull run?

And it’s going to happen within the next 6-18 months.

• Blackrock ETF Approval

• Positive regulatory framework for Crypto leading into elections

I’ve had an epiphany this week.

I believe this next Crypto bull run will again offer a huge alt-season

What we're starting to see is a promising narrative forming around $ETH and it's future as a deflationary asset

The question you always need to ask yourself before investing, is 'who is my exit liquidity?'

TradFi and their giga-sized investment funds are usually late to the party, and drive longer term price appreciation, which is later taken over by retail who end the bull market. (Exit liquidity)

Since 2021, there has not been an emerging + promising Crypto narrative convincing enough to invite institutions back for another round.

I believe that this article published by Goldman Sachs will act as an inflection point, a new narrative which will be the main driver for the next bull run.

How does this tie back into alt-season?

• 📈ETH/BTC, and ETH price movement, has historically acted as the index for the performance of alts. When ETH/BTC goes up, alts go up.

• 🎰Alt-season is a creation of the wealth affect of everyone getting rich who holds BTC+ETH, who go down the risk spectrum.

The second point here is the MOST important part of this equation.

If the ETH deflation narrative kicks off, it will be the driving force creating the wealth effect of ETH going 5-10x from it's bottom, where all the Crypto natives who are NOW RICH, will gamble their funds in the ETH ecosystem (creating alt season).

BTC Dominance has also rallied to a point high enough where it has room to fall when the time comes.

This will take time to come to fruition, likely 6-18months, but I am very excited for what is to come.
