Hello! I’m Francesca Cavallo
Some of you may be familiar with a book I wrote with Elena Favilli about 9 years ago: Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls, the collection of bedtime stories about the life and adventures of 100 real women from all over the world.
The book became a crowdfunding sensation, then it went on to become a New York Times bestseller, it was translated into 49 languages and sold 8+ million of copies giving birth to the rebel girls movement.
In 2019, I parted ways with Rebel Girls, and today I am here to talk to you about boys and the urgent need to rethink our notions about masculinity and the education we give new generations of men.
Come on board.
If you are raising boys and want to offer them a healthier perspective on masculinity
If you would love to have a book of children’s stories that show boys examples of masculinity filled with joy, love, and human connection
If you believe gender equality isn’t supposed to be a fight of men vs women, but a journey of mutual liberation
If you have loved Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls and are curious to see what I did for boys
If you are looking for a space on the internet to cultivate hope, compassion, and love and to keep on working on a peaceful revolution even if the times seem to be heading in a different direction
If you appreciate the work of Francesca Cavallo in children’s literature and want to keep supporting her
