Oh my gosh, I am having a visceral response to this post. It's been ... a couple of days. I do not-- and probably never will -- understand anyone who never questions their beliefs, never considers that a particular viewpoint may be uninformed or just plain offensive in its willful ignorance or intolerance. As in the world, so goes the workplace.
Not just the workplace, unfortunately. Take a stroll through just about any news site's comments section....
