Once upon a time I didn't want a career, but owing to the respect I dutifully expressed toward my boomers parents I accrued debt to study subjects I didn't want a career in.

Thousands of dollars in debt later, I wondered if the fourth time was the actual charm.

Surely screenwriting was the the best of all worlds? It was writing at least. I got as far as the first interview. By pouring authenticity in to the script, naturally the characters were based on reality, but I learned “one must not mention any attributes” in university.

The choice to be made in that Master of Arts Screenwriting interview that day c.1999 was relatively easy: either submit 100% to reality, or submit to hardcore clown world. I resolved never to subject my elementary mind to the circus of tertiary education again.

Abandoning ambition is poor form but in reality it was a lucky escape. The tangible world my parents created was now a vicious pitfall. Adding $30,000 to existing student debt to walk a fourth Boomer-Approved career path (when I hadn’t wanted the first three) was insane. Had the Baby Boomers created this demented world spontaneously?

No — they’d been programmed. The plural of medium is media, meaning channels of communication. Not just TV channels either, but radio, film, books, magazines, school…

Meanwhile, a “spiritual medium” communicates between the worlds. Eucharist or Catholic Mass was/is performed by spiritual mediums or media, more commonly referred to as priests (Dutch, German: priester = elders. From Latin: presbyter).

Giovanni Caselli (1815-1891) was an inspired Italian priest and physicist who invented the first all-purpose telegraph, the first fax machine a n d —  the first analog TV.

Mass is generally a thing formed. “Mass media” began as an advertising term in the 1920’s and, simultaneously, techno-society proceeded to form with regular radio shows first in the Netherlands (late 1919), quickly followed by Argentina, Detroit & NYC.

The first mechanical TV sets were sold in the UK in 1928. WW2 interrupted television development but it was up and running for the post-war Boomer babies with the first national colour broadcast on day one of 1954, with full colour tv sets sold by the 60’s.

These technological ideas clearly struck scientists, physicists, engineers (and globo-homo) at the same time. The Hundredth monkey effect is an esoteric view of ideas rapidly shared by “unexplained means” from one group to another once a certain number of group members accept the ideas… even if they are physically separated.

Award-winning Polish screenwriter Krzysztof Kieslowski (1941–1996) wrote and directed the film, The Double Life of Veronique, a tale of two unrelated young women — strangers, physically separated whose souls communicate, affecting each other’s lives.

“At a meeting just outside Paris, a fifteen-year-old girl came up to me and said that she'd been to see [the film, The Double Life of] Véronique. She'd gone once, twice, three times and only wanted to say that she realised that there is such a thing as a soul. She hadn’t known before.

It was worth working for a year, sacrificing all that money, energy, time, patience, torturing yourself, killing yourself, taking thousands of decisions, so that one young girl in Paris should realise that there is such a thing as a soul. In her full post, Character Arc: The Baby Boomer, Mado Gianni pressed the boomer archetype, finding their essence after the annihilation of WW2; boomers anticipated true change, improved lifestyle conditions, but were noted for a lack of introspection.

“In the simplest of explanations the main difference between film and tv is that film characters undergo change while tv characters never grow. Television is a medium for adventure. Film is all about change — a character is presented with a challenge to overcome. By the end, they’ll have been forced to face their biggest character flaw…

The character will either positively change their perception of what reality is, or at least embrace their dark side (with a third possibility to become a catalyst for change).”

That things will change and improve is not a wish exclusive to boomers — and while labels can be truly divisive the reality is, like clichés, archetypes develop for a reason.

In 1970, as Generation X was being born, a writer called Alvin Toffler wrote Future Shock. The title defined the psychology of individuals but also entire societies.

“To survive, the [future] individual must become infinitely more adaptable and capable than ever before, searching out totally new ways to anchor himself, because all the old roots — religion, nation, community, family, or profession — are now shaking. [...] He must, in other words, understand transience.” -Alvin Toffler

Transience: noun the state or fact of lasting only for a short time; brevity, mutability

Toffler argued society was undergoing an enormous structural revolution from industrial society to a super-industrial society. The accelerated rate of change left people suffering from “shattering stress and disorientation.” I read Toffler’s book in the early 2000’s; his idea of disposable paper dresses was memorably weird but it was also memorable for the changes he foresaw, many of which have since materialised.

The book title’s shortest definition is too much change in too short a time period.

His book also popularised information overload; the gist being, if information exceeds ones processing capacity, overload occurs, reducing the quality of one’s decisions.

Information overload (aka infobesity, infoxication) lies in contrast to eternal principles.

Evolution is change under the illusion of “scientific progress”, a phrase to not remind one how confused many scientists really are. In other words, much of the fundamental knowledge upon which our culture operates is wrong. For 100 years (arguably more), churches, banks, education, doctors, scientists, courts, tv, etc. have all provided Man with information. The majority has rarely been provided with knowledge or wisdom.

Being imprisoned by life's popular media ideas means one can die over and over but’ll never escape. See Groundhog Day, Highlander or Orlando; three films examining personal change. The characters live live live, then *clicks fingers* they change abruptly.

This can be seen in nature, illustrated in a Michael Clarage post on the modification of butterflies where a species makes a full physical adaptation in four generations.

Four generations applied to man would be the postwar Boomer to Generation Alpha.

Every generation has been programmed. Tv’s shiniest illusion is physical ¢hange, but physical change denies everything beyond it. An often wise old boomer friend said,

“Man needs a buffer to protect him from the shocks of life. This he does by lying. Lies turn everything into its opposite, so that the real world is obscured by a web of lies.

He even lies about lying so he never has to question the factitious world he created.

The Vedic teachings warn against this artificial superstructure created atop reality.”

Last night I dreamt I was an old, old woman. Hair, skin, eyes bleached white with age, transparent and all neatly wrapped in a bone-coloured dressing gown. In the radiant light of the dream’s bathroom, a mirror reflected the happy smile of an ancient child.

In the dream I knew I could come back to the colour and plumpness of life when I wanted to. But I didn’t want to. Invisibility was a quiet power gifted back in the old days; too young, too feminine to have christian monk-hood permanently inflicted.

When this world loses its charm, I go to the other. The Cat sleeps in the library, or on my bed. It’s calm, as it is now sitting at the computer, typing as the rain torrents down, headphones playing Rachael, memories of earth’s rainy season, animals, hovels.

“It’s raining, and I suddenly feel the terrible weight of being an animal that doesn’t know what it is, dreaming its thought and emotion, withdrawn into a spatial region of being as into a hovel, satisfied by a little heat as by an eternal truth.” -Fernando Pessoa

Why would anyone attempt to explain the universe? The monks did it. The Hindus did it. Man had always known of the transcendent until this blunderingly long dark age.

Man became “too smart” to believe in God. But people still want to know they will be okay. They do terrible things to themselves and others to ensure they’ll be okay.

We each have an eternity to achieve a perfect life, to find it’s not enough, to find it’s bearable with love which cracks open the heart to an idea of transcendent Spirit.

Ever notice the sticker in the Punxsutawney diner? Just to the right of Saturnian clocks counting down to the Singularity reading, “Happy Groundhog Day. The Spirit.”

Phil (Bill Murray) represents the ego on the left; the materialist, cynical, scientismic West where time equals money. Rita (Andie McDowell) symbolises Spirit to his right.

Electrically… Bill is the anode, Andie the cathode. Bill an atom, Andie an electron. But Bill is a selfish jerk, his soul’s circuitry is a pigsty. The Spirit will not approach him.

If he tried to force it he’d be electrocuted, which makes good comedy.

When the film came out back in the early 90’s religious leaders from Judaism to Wiccan, Buddhist to Christian claimed the film was about their specific tradition. Not that Wiccan has a doctrine per se… but ya know what I mean. They all claimed dibs.

This is because perennial truth exists and there is literally nothing new under the sun.

Recently, some folks judged Max Azzarello as “schizo” for his self-immolation, albeit with a sense of unease as he’d had a few lucid insights in to our shared global reality.

Judgment is required almost every moment of every day and has over 5 definitions. Misjudgement can be brutal. Developing good judgement can be a slow, painful gig.

The name Azzarello is linked to the word hazard, including risky, gambling, daring themes in Italian. The Latin verb azzare means to be angry. His original place of residence — Saint Augustine, in Florida — speaks discreetly to Hermetists.

Schizophrenia is considered a long-term illness; psychosis can be a symptom, but psychosis can also occur without a prior disease diagnosis. As usual Hamer’s GNM has a fascinating take on mental illnesses (including schizophrenia and psychosis).

Hamer realised shocks are recorded in the brain, seen in CT scans as written about here. It’s not a standard view of modern medicine, but is intuitively “psychosomatic,” thoroughly acknowledging Man’s mind and soul and their crucial role in robust health.

Boris Mouravieff’s Metal Filings Idea

Boris Mouravieff (1890 - 1966) was a Russian historian, philosopher, professor and writer, friends with equally esoteric-minded P. D. Ouspensky and George Gurdjieff.

Mouravieff suggested man was a metaphoric pot of metal filings, jumbled and chaotic inside, until a shock urged development towards a more resistant internal state.

In time, with continued shocks (and a desire to understand), Mouravieff’s iron filings would order themselves within man, heat up and ignite, creating a more solid centre.

“From this point on the inner content will no longer behave like a heap of iron filings: it will form a block. Having reached this point he will have acquired a firmness; he will remain himself in the midst of the tempests to which life may expose him…

One must be rid of all illusion, no matter how dearly held. As long as man has not reached the point of fusion, his life will be factitious. Since these changes result from external shocks which he can almost never foresee, it will also be impossible for him to predict in advance the exact way he will change internally. Thus he will live subject to events as they occur, progressing toward the unknown at the mercy of chance. An Electric Metaphor Collection

Is it really so strange that the etheric plasma and the blood plasma in our bodies is so named, affected similarly by invisible heat, radio waves, shocks, words and even our thoughts having physical effects? Chemist, engineer and physicist Irving Langmuir (1881 – 1957) named the ether plasma for the way in which electrons in blood plasma moved “red and white corpuscles and germs”. Langmuir also introduced the concept of electron temperature. Both blood and etheric plasma are good electrical conductors.

“Plasma temperature, measured in electronvolts (or kelvin), is a measure of the heated moving energy per particle. High temperatures are often needed to sustain ionisation— which is conversion of an atom/molecule into an ion; ion means a net electric charge.

Generally, plasmas have well-defined temperatures; ie. energy distribution is usually sustained even in the presence of strong electric or magnetic fields. But, temperatures may differ, sometimes significantly — see any electric storm.” Edited heavily from Wik.

Matt Finn’s 10minute Thunderbolts video above introduces plasma to those who are not familiar, and reiterates the “vacuous” state of modern cosmology to those who do.

Imagine one identified as a plasma filled tube, or had Mouravieff's iron filings filling the body — potential fusion is just an applied shock away. This idea extends to Dr. Frankenstein’s creation, a creature who came alive with directed bolts of lightning.

Active plasma is governed by conditions in the rest of its circuit; in man, this can be psychological and physical health, love, intellect, knowledge, faith and self-control.

Luigi Galvani (1737 - 1798) studied animal electricity, discovering the muscles of dead frogs legs twitched when struck not only by lightning, but also when pressed by brass hooks attached to the spinal cord, via iron railing from which they were suspended.

Galvani concluded electric power animated living things. His work was mentioned by Mary Shelley, in part inspiring her novel Frankenstein; The Modern Prometheus.

And now for a friendly and important reminder; myth is something that does happen.

The Plot Thickens

At the entrance to many Catholic churches one clearly sees D.O.M., which translates to Deo Optimo Maximo or The Greatest and Best God. This refers to Jove, or Jupiter.

Wiki casually suggests this was a hangover from Renaissance Italy (c.1300-1500) but one can see the dedicated inscription to D.O.M. below (in Malta) reads MDCCLVIII —or 1858 — and this is seen in many churches of what can be called the modern era.

This church below was built in 1850-55 and incepted in 1949, thus is not Renaissance.

In the theatre of the world, and the Bible of the all-powerful church, ‘The day of the Lord is darkness and not light.’ Greek Jupiter was known as Zeus, and that means Zeus and Prometheus (god of fire — returning it to man) were planets Jupiter and Uranus. 

Uranus (Prometheus) is associated with fire and electricity… and water.

“But let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream.” Amos 5:24

Esoterically, water can refer to plasma (and purification, truth etc.). When Prometheus (Uranus) moves in to Aquarius (whose humanist symbol is man holding a pitcher of water) plasma is thereafter charged differently. These electrodynamic effects affect us.

When Zeus stole Man’s fire/wisdom, Prometheus returned it but was chained to a rock as punishment while an eagle dined upon his ever-regenerating liver. Chiron, half-beast, half immortal god, swapped places with Prometheus and sacrificed himself.

In 1977, an “asteroid” orbiting between Uranus and Saturn was named Chiron; this detail is sprinkled on top as self-sacrifice is an eternal idea and modern astronomia is the height of perpetual relevance, as it was in the past and it will be in the future.

All these somewhat disjointed aspects come together, but first it must be emphasised the eagle of the Romans, according to Manly P. Hall was the phoenix symbolising the immortality of the soul. Medieval Hermetists called eagles/phoenixes symbols of alchemical transmutation. That’s nice, but today a liver-eating eagle is a health hazard.

The liver is linked to anger in Chinese medicine and territorial anger in GNM — a fear that can be triggered by a lack of support from relatives and friends, which was one aspect of Azzarello’s plight. The feeling of the conflict is, “I have lost everything.”

Azzarello’s  words were: “And here I’ve been, […] desperately trying to get friends, family, and the public to believe the proof of a totalitarian con I’m trying to show them, and they’ve turned away with hostility, apathy, disbelief, and partisanship.” 

GNM says, “An existence conflict is a fear for one’s life, equal to the danger of dying. Not feeling cared for, a lack of support by doctors, nurses, or relatives.”

One can burn off the disharmonious tones of the human condition. Prometheus was released by his own Herculean effort, and through Chiron’s pain and self-sacrifice.

Azzarello’s story pecks at each aspect listed like a ravenous eagle on fresh man paté; planets, plasma, myth, religion, divine judgement, anger, sacrifice and… redemption?

Bill Gates (Just kidding. Bill of the Gates)

Narthex is an architectural church term for a porch or antechamber for those ineligible for admittance into the general congregation to hear the service. The Leyden, narthex, Parigha or bartholin are all terms for the swadhisthana gate illustrating its important status eons prior to the western church’s externalisation of it.

The gates represent bills that have or have not been paid (purified). The narthex can be blocked by anger, fear, fear of death, losing control, domination by a person, event or circumstance and so on. Anger must be processed. Azzarello — abandoned, angry and fearful — catastrophised for two years on the corruption of powerful, conniving, wolfish money men. Being blocked by negativity will influence the nature of the trip.

Judgement can be the most loved-up, in-love, wildly profound experience of ones life. But for one who is unprepared it can end in a trip to the hospital, asylum or morgue.

Plasma, Consciousness, Electrical Heat & Pole Shifts

Consciousness rises like an electric current through the body's metal filings or plasma, warming it, giving life to the soul. With a well-timed shock one literally comes alive.

Typically, one “springs” in to the Abyss in March-April, which is the reason season the church speaks of the burned Ram or lamb (of Aries). The Sun warms the plasma of Earth’s Birkeland current just as it warms our blood plasma. This scientific reality can be seen now in the Aurora (Latin: goddess of the dawn) Borealis and Australis poles.

Electricity was commonly symbolised by the serpent because of its motion. Lightning was called The Great Snake; a serpent represented good and evil (+ / - charge), head & tail representing positive and negative poles of a circuit, which is infinitely scalable.

These poles are repeated in our zygotic state (Ancient Greek: joined, yoked). Curious that in yogic meditation (non-lycra version) one attempts to join or yoke back up to their original state while still living. Sanskrit’s definition of Yoga: to yoke, to unite.

Plasma represents the whole sea or Holy See; Mary of the Catholics is Mare or Maria, which are Latin and Italian words meaning Sea. The church was tasked with keeping “God” alive until the Return of Christ™, also known as Gnosis or the Return of the Son of Heaven (ie. Uranus in Aquarius). Biblical texts are filled with esoteric truth, the irony being in order to grasp it, one must have already achieved near total Realisation.

Ancient esoteric truth found in doctrines like the Vedanta, Tao, Zen etc. was still practiced, albeit in different ways even when the signal was patchy, as ‘mains lighting was switched off’ for the dark or iron age, confounding mans achievement of gnosis and as a result, through ages, truth and personal purity was opened to interpretation.

In the Plasmagoric video, Matt Finn mentions double layers in the formation of a star.

Finn explains: “Fluctuations [in the circuit] are driven to form double layers meaning thin layers of opposite charge build up with different qualities, temperatures, densities.” Realisation, also known as Final Judgement, is shocking. Modern man has no point of reference for the shock. The idea has faded in to obscurity and superstition.

Similarly, gaslighting, false light and layers of charge build up in the psyche bordering two worlds at once. Meditation balances this energy. Without meditation, energetic shifts can “flow in to the split and a break can occur,” akin to a coronal discharge.

What might seem perfectly reasonable to the individual undergoing such an intense transformation, might be horrifically wrong-headed to an onlooker. If too much residue remains in the circuit, one walks a potentially dangerous line between the worlds. Which is real? The upper world is beautiful, peaceful, and to some, preferable.

Final Note for the Casual Pyromaniac

Pyrrhonism, also known as philosophic doubt, is named after Pyrrho of Elis, a 4th century Greek philosopher. In Latin, pyro means bonfire. He is said to have studied with Indian wisemen while on campaign with Alexander the Great, blending Greek and Indian philosophies to form his own. He was a popular figure in his hometown of Elis where he was ordained a high priest. It is this writers humble opinion that Pyrrho of Elis’s reasoning was related directly to the philosophy of Abyss-jumping.

Failure to suspend ones judgement in the bonfire of Judgement, also known as Realisation, Revelation, Nirvana and a “Jump into the Abyss” can result in assorted harms as modern, angry and/or scientistic atheists have no precedent for the psychosis of divine judgement beyond orthodox mental health interpretations and drug protocols.

The Pyrrhonists developed the idea of epoché, where one neither denies nor affirms anything, and where (non-obvious) judgment is suspended to induce a state of ataraxia; tranquility of mind, also said to be an ideal state for soldiers entering battle.

Perhaps Pyrrho knew that holding on to maligned judgement could lead to flames.

In Realisation’s fires, one is alone and in a type of psychosis (Greek: animation of soul), but it feels as if one is being guided by an external voice or force; what many would identify as the voice of God. It’s like a dream — as such one has the power to shape it.

Correct judgement can take days to appear in that peculiar state which can quite literally happen to anyone in the next decade now that the lights are coming back on.

Thus it behooves any “schizophrenia diagnostician” not to judge too harshly in case they too are required to step in to the Abyss for a spot of tea and divine Judgement. 

One must suspend judgement in the middle of the bonfire, to ensure judgement is correct.

What are viruses?

The root or virus, vir, (Latin: man, husband), is found in virtue, virility and virtual, with the latter meaning, “something in essence or effect, not actual”.

In the late 14th century virus could mean sap, poison, slimy liquid or potent juice.
An “agent that causes infectious disease” emerged by 1790’s and the “deadly virus” concept surged in the 1980's with the introduction of AIDS under Fauci’s watchful eye.

Wikipedia and western medicine assert viruses are pathogenic infectious agents replicating inside of cells while German New Medicine begs to differ. No, it doesn’t beg, it firmly states that today's medical paradigm is fundamentally incorrect.

One key scientismic figure of the last 100 years was John F. Enders, born in 1897 to a wealthy financier. Like many infectious disease specialists, Enders worked for the U.S. military who had its own shadowy operator calling shots from behind the scenes.

The U.S. Military has always been a proponent of contagion theory; not just chemical weapons but biological weapons existing in the form of bacteria and viruses “whipped up in a lab” as illustrated by Hollywood & Co.. But. Breathing upon another soul can’t physically make one sick beyond the individual’s fear of getting sick. No fear? No sick!
Yet it’s quite possible to induce illness by using only the fear response on the psyche.

However, physically injecting a toxic soup of aborted foetal and faecal matter among other documented poisonous ingredients may well qualify as biological weaponry, and this is where the plot thickens like density gradient centrifugation scum.

The vaccinated population had clearly never heard of the AIDS scam, nor the time Dr. Hamer said, “The AIDS symptoms are a result of the invention of AIDS.”

Interestingly, Anthony Fauci (Italian for JAWS) was first an AIDS hero for approving deadly chemo drug AZT; thus patients died from properly prescribed medicine. One survivor said, “Using AZT is like aiming a thermonuclear warhead at a mosquito.”

The operation is global, as illustrated by cOvid, but is the end goal as diabolically nefarious as the average conspiracy theorist suggests? Maybe short-term. But the picture beyond their picture must go beyond money & temporal power, as astrology, religion, myth and other off-world themes are involved. T’is verily a vast operation.

For those corralled by cOvid who may eventually hear the vaccine was compromised, the shock might be as deep as a cancer or AIDS diagnosis, but perhaps it needn’t be.

The psyche—>brain—>organ relay immediately begins a special program as per the Five Biological Laws. If the fearful psyche is made conscious of the relay and that their body is helping them, that person has a fighting chance to calm their jocks and recover.

cOvid’s vaccine does appear to have issues but plaque-dissolvers like nattokinase serrapeptase, plus Ivermectin, NAC, clean diet, good light and a calm life with authentic love in it soothes a soul’s conflict and reboots the body.

Transformation defines the human condition (death is a change of state) — and behold! a natural segue to introduce the aspect of myth, and why cOvid was plainly a psy-op…

Psyop: psychological operation, psyche (soul) warfare, planned psychological reaction

As a word-nerd, “Covid 19” said something very specific early on. The Elite use words to communicate in ways that are rarely obvious. With cOvid, after a few days, “See Ovid” developed like a darkroom photo. Ovid wrote around the same time as Dante and Bible-writing French/Italian monks of Cluny/Montecassino (depending on who one asks. I ask Edwin Johnson because his answers make great (but unpopular) sense).

Ovid was most famous for his work, Metamorphoses (Greek/Latin: transform, change shape). Metamorphosis is also an adventure video game developed by Ovid Works published by All in! Games on August 12, 2020. A coded “Big yes!” to start The Game?

Metamorphoses by Roman poet Ovid, chronicles the history of the world through over 250 myths and 15 books which are considered unclassifiable due to variable themes. It’s one of the most influential works in Western culture, inspiring Dante, Chaucer and Shakespeare among others. One particular story tells of Orpheus and his lovely fiancé Eurydice, who is bitten by a venomous snake on their wedding day and dies.

Out of 15 books, Orpheus and Eurydice happened to be book ten, Latin numeral X. For the first time ever, numerology seemed interesting: Covid 19 = 1 + 9 = 10 = X

Eurydice being bitten by a mythical (ie. virtual) snake rang some distant alarm bells.

In the new state of lockdown one evening, scrolling through Metamorphoses stories it suddenly hit: “Oh! I think they’re going to take down the entire medical system… and they’ll use vaccines as metaphoric snake venom to do it…” as the entire Orpheus and Eurydice myth mapped on to our reality in a flash — a fast, explicit, cosmic download.

“Impossible,” said the husband. “It’s too big. Never happen.” He could be right I reasoned, but still… it was a pretty convincing collection of ideas all lined up in a perfect storm. I bet him fifty bucks and we shook, happy to be proved wrong.

Deploying vaccines would depend on people maintaining a firm belief in the “air-based respiratory contagion theory” upon which cOvid’s whole operation was centred.

Plato said Orpheus was a coward for not dying for Eurydice (she died twice for his lack of faith); “To have lacked the spirit to die […] for the sake of love, when [Orpheus] contrived the means of entering Hades alive. Wherefore they laid upon him the penalty he deserved, and caused him to meet his death.” -Plato, Symposium, sec.179d

Is it possible to discern the crux of this extraordinary operation of mythical proportions? Ego is a serious hand-brake to authentic existence. How many will admit to having made a mistake and actively try to realign with reality before it’s too late?

What is Truth? How can one simply know? What if I’d backed the wrong (viral) horse?

I hadn’t backed the wrong horse: GNM explained itself succinctly by differentiating between biological layers. One can follow the stages in ones own, and others, bodies.

Personal experience is the biggest asset in knowing what is true. Hamer’s work is reproducible, intuitive and clear. A boiled-down overview (with pictures!) follows:

In the beginning one is a blastocyst — a cluster or group of cells— which divides in to three embryonic germ layers; each germ layer is controlled by specific parts of the brain linking to specific organs.

The deepest layer of innermost cells — the endoderm — developed the alimentary canal and everything related to food, digestion and nourishment but also the lungs, liver, kidneys etc. and is controlled by the brainstem, the oldest part of the brain.

The ‘old brain’ mesoderm developed sweat & eyelid glands, pleura (lung membranes), peritoneum (covering/ lining the abdominal cavity), pericardium (fibrous membrane around the heart) etc., and is controlled from the cerebellum.

The ‘new brain’ mesoderm developed bones, tendons, cartilage, ligaments, lymph, ovaries, testicles, spleen etc., but is controlled from the cerebral medulla.

The ectoderm develops the outer skin, mouth mucosa, nasal cavities, respiratory tract & nervous system including nasal mucosa, outer ear, auditory canal, trachea, larynx, vocal cords and bronchia etc., all controlled from the sensory cortex.

To summarise these distinctions:
Each embryonic layer uses different bacteria, fungi or viruses in the healing process.
Bacteria, fungi & viruses do not cross embryonic membranes in to other embryonic layers.

Hamer theorised viruses must assist the healing phase of cortex-controlled tissue, because the skin, nasal membrane, bronchia etc. don’t heal with bacteria or fungi. He then wondered if viruses like hepatitis assisted the healing of the liver, influenza assisted healing of the nasal membrane etc.. How then were viruses the cause of AIDS? Cervical cancer? Swine Flu? cOvid? Bird Flu? SARS?

Stefan Lanka then turned up to complete Hamer’s thoughts which had been left open, but prior to these two Germans, a third, Rudolf Virchow (1821-1902), proved the viral non-issue by ingesting whole germ cultures without developing so much as a sniffle.

Microbes, fungi, ‘viruses’ etc. are only active during healing, assisting reconstruction of cells.

In ‘viral outbreaks’ of chicken pox in young school children removed from their parents (separation conflict), or a territorial conflict as seen in the Spanish ‘Flu, the collective psyche has experienced a biological conflict similarly and at the same time as others, thus each brain simultaneously engages the same biological program as the others.

Other aspects to be grasped for successful understanding include the necessity of a diet rich in protein and fermentation — ie. malnutrition and antibiotics can wreak havoc; and unresolved conflicts risk triggering issues into chronic conditions.

What then was going on with cOvid? It was announced in March, the month named for war god Mars. cOvid was a declaration of war within the individual psyche. Psyche was known as a butterfly in Greek myth, a symbol of the brain’s twin hemispheres, but also the mystery of metamorphosis that turns a wriggling bug into a winged creature emerging from a chrysalis, symbolic of life's capacity to completely transform.

Buffeted about by external forces, one seeks to change the only thing in their power to change: ones internal state. Self-knowledge, ie. perception, sensation, belief, thought, emotion etc., must be studied and sifted in order to rebuild one’s internal perspective.

Reading someone’s opinions for c.9 minutes is hardly an immersive experience for a complex topic, so should anyone want to follow up with more videos:

Buy me a kitten

Between August 17 and the early hours of August 18, 1978, the Prince of Naples fired his rifle into the air to dissuade a group of youths from “borrowing” his inflatable boat (without permission). While the prince was arrested and detained in Corsica, young Dirk was taken to a local hospital where his leg was amputated the following day.

Four months later Hamer’s eldest son, Dirk, died from his wounds. Vittorio Emanuele faced charges of murder, but was acquitted by a jury in 1979 which sparked outrage. Conspiratorial whispers smeared the Italian monarchy and in 1991, the prince was trialled in Paris, found guilty of unauthorised possession of a military weapon, but was acquitted of fatal wounding and unintentional homicide. In 2006 a video, deemed inadmissible as evidence, surfaced whereby Vittorio Emanuele admitted to killing Hamer. Facts still hang awkwardly but one still stands; Ryke Geerd Hamer lost his son.

Doctor Ryke G. Hamer (1935 – 2017) developed testicular cancer after his grievous loss and began to wonder (if?) how the incidents were related. Hamer’s system, called New German Medicine (GNM), states the beginning of every disease (not caused by obvious bullet wounds, bad diet, poisonous substances etc.) is due to an unresolved mental conflict. Having a deathly ill child or losing a child would qualify as one such conflict of mind. Dr. Hamer’s work is believed to be “logically contradictory and scientifically implausible” by establishment medicine and since GNM’s inception in 1981, it has remained highly controversial and Hamer has been jailed for his ideas.

Wiki’s official Ryke Geerd Hamer page reads (edited): “[Hamer] was investigated, arrested and convicted several times in various European countries for crimes of medical malpractice, abusive practice of medicine, slander, fraud and has been disbarred, suspended, and is known for his anti-Semitic views and statements.”

Fascinating, weighty and suggestive as the details are, the fact is Hamer did develop a new grasp of the origins of disease based on his psychological grief in losing a child, though rather than being truly new it was also known in some form by the ancients.

Pythagoras was considered the father of psychology thanks to his encephalocentric (brain-related) doctrine which considered the brain as the seat of human sensation, consciousness and knowledge. Another school of thought believed the mind was centred in the heart (cardiocentrism), while philosophers in Homeric times believed multiple souls existed, each ‘soul’ represented a different mentality aligning to the ancient idea of ‘sheaths’ (or koshas in the Vedanta’s earliest recorded examples).

Regular readers will already know this writer believes Pythagoras stems from the Sanskrit words pita gurus or ‘father teachers’, just as Sanchuniathon was not an author, but several linked words whose correct interpretation is ‘The Old Beginning of Time’.

These world-building wise men, or father gurus came from Mesopotamia (and likely India prior) having built the Sumerian, Assyrian, Egyptian, Babylonian empires upon which our degenerate, collapsing Roman empire is based. Looking back through time at humanity’s slow descent, it appears Hamer’s GNM can now be seen as a renewing of the vital role of a healthy, balanced mind in a healthy physique. The real “scientific implausibility” is that Man is a soulless robot whose psyche’s health is irrelevant.

Rather than quackademic pseudo-science, Hamer suggests the body runs an ancient biological program to help it adapt to sudden, unexpected shocks like the illness and death of a child in Hamer’s case or a medical diagnosis perceived to be deadly.

The loss of Hamer’s son resulted in ‘cancerous’ cells concentrating where Hamer’s “heart/mind” axis (or soul) was focussed, ie. valuable, irreplaceable offspring. The special biological program then tried to encourage the conception of a new child through cell proliferation, resulting in a tumour because in the GNM paradigm…

the tumour represents the first healing phase AFTER the initial conflict has been resolved

…whereas in modern medicine the moment the person believes in a cancerous tumour, they’re freshly conflicted with a new death fright and then poisoned with chemicals.

What if our fear of deadly illness was based on nothing but ignorance (and business)?

What if the body exhibited evidence of healing from the souls distress with a tumour?

Hamer proposes a special brain/organ relay system is on standby which is instantly activated when the psyche (or soul) suddenly perceives an acute conflict. Its purpose is to improve the function of the corresponding organ until the fright or conflict is resolved. Since shock occurs in the psyche, brain and organ at the exact instant of the shock, GNM considers the program to be run from the physical or biological brain.

Dr. Hamer refers to the Hamer Focus (or Foci) to describe the initiation of the ‘special biological programs’ (SBS). Hamer Foci are focussed rings in the brain, which are clearly seen in the CT (computerised tomography) brain scan below.

Officially, radiologists must call the rings “artefacts”, a technical phenomenon that occurs due to miscalibration or “insufficient radiation”.

But in 1989, Siemens, a manufacturer of CT equipment, certified that the rings cannot be artefacts because when the tomography is repeated and taken from different angles, the same configuration always appears in the same location.
Moreover, during the course of healing, the Hamer Focus changes from a sharp ring during active conflict, to swelling in the primary healing phase and again to neuroglia (Greek: lit. nerve glue.) as the organ’s function is restored. In the series of CT images below, large round artefacts are seen in uniform when a CT detector is miscalibrated.

If several Special Programs (SBS) run simultaneously, eg. in a pandemic with loss of income, illness and overdue bills, more than one Hamer Focus is visible on a brain scan representing different phases of active conflict and their two stages of healing.

Quoting Doctor Hamer, “A brain CT is the ultimate diagnostic tool. A thorough brain scan analysis draws reliable conclusions [such as] the intensity of the conflict; which organ is affected; whether the SBS is in the conflict-active or healing phase; and which healing symptoms can be expected. The Hamer Foci are exact proof that the psyche communicates with all bodily organs via the brain as the control station.”

The appearance of the oedema (swelling) phase which illustrates that the healing has already started, might come with a headache. If the sufferer undergoes testing and is diagnosed with a brain tumour, it triggers another ‘death-fright conflict’ to overcome:

Hamer explains on the subject of diseases of the lungs; “A death-fright can be experienced in any life-threatening situation. However — by far the most common death-fright conflict is brought on by a diagnosis shock, particularly by a cancer diagnosis that hits a person like a death sentence. Statements by a physician such as “the cancer is malignant” or inoperable, aggressive, invasive, metastasizing or verdicts like you have six months to live can evoke an acute death panic.” Who would have thought.

It’s a fascinating subject introduced only briefly here, but it will be referred to again and again as part of an ongoing theme. I worked hard at first to grasp Hamer’s position on viruses (years before cOvid) which eventually made perfect sense, so watch out for the next cOvid post which includes the reason for my spelling it so pretentiously...

For the meaning of life one man might look in the usual places; philosophy, esoterism, religion, etc., while another may recognise no meaning beyond fulfilment of desires. A wise man once told me everything has meaning. (It was ironic that the same wise man dismissed swathes of knowledge due to religious and university indoctrination.)

I tend to see meaning everywhere (now) and it randomly occurred that the Microsoft genii called their operating system Windows and Apple Mac used Air for “reasons”. Air is the symbol of Aquarius as we know, while light and apples symbolise knowledge and immortality (or sin). And Windows let in air and light, so I dived into the distraction…

IBM came up with Lotus Word Pro; the Lotus is a semitic symbol of course. “The thousand-petal lotus is the inner spiritual brain, holding all time in a single space, and envisioning the past and future in a single continuum [like Janus]. It has tremendous creativity, deep calm and powerful insights far beyond the capacities of the outer brain which is largely mechanical, instinctual and emotionally reactive.” -D. Frawley.

The other word of significance in Lotus Word Pro is Word meaning Logos; the Word of God. Good. What about MS DOS? Surely there’s nothing there? Welp. ‘Dos’ in Latin translates to a gift in the same way a bride has a dowry. Nice! The Chemical Wedding of Christian Rosencreutz is an allegoric romance told over Seven Days — like Genesis. Rosenkreuz (from whence the name Rosicrucian or rose cross) was invited to a castle (one’s mind) for an (al)Chemical Wedding of king and queen, or inner & outer brain.

IBM was also nicknamed Big Blue; blue sky meditation is a Buddhist tradition; the concept of blue sky mind is the vast, luminous, calm mind of the sage in contemplation.
Blue is also the colour of the throat chakra, related to cosmic sound and ether which is also known as clear sky above the clouds. Caelus (our Uranus) was the primal god of the sky in Roman theology. I see blue sky, a cross and a wedding gift in the logo…

And excuse me for asking — but did Microsoft’s Bill Gates adopt his name or was he promoted because of it? Is he a Bill presented to modern man that must be paid in full, determining whether one may proceed through the Gates of enlightenment? Surely
IBM was not just randomly naming things any more than the medical establishment randomly named parts of the body/brain, encoding them in Biblical parables, like olive groves and pyramids in the place of the skull (or as per the Bible, Golgotha).

But wait, there’s so much more. Columbia Data Products legally reverse-engineered the basic input/output system of the IBM PC. Columba means dove in Latin, an ancient pagan feminine symbol representing the ‘Fabricator of the world’. A fabricator can be an illusion designed to deceive, or a manufactured product. The dove denotes wisdom, power and order by which the lower worlds are maintained on God’s behalf.

US software and electronics company General Magic’s tech entrepreneur and angel investor, Marc Porat, described the ideal potential of the iPhone in 1990: “A tiny computer — a phone — a very personal object. It must be beautiful. It must offer the kind of personal satisfaction that a fine piece of jewellery brings… Once you use it you won't be able to live without it.” The remote server cloud metaphor began in 1994, again introduced by General Magic to describe the “universe of places” one could go.

Metaphysically, the cloud relates to the Mercy Seat, or lid of the Ark of the Covenant, or throne of God while the arc…uate nucleus is also a name for a part of the human brain; meditation stimulates the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus to release ‘b-endorphins’, an opioid which slows respiration, reduces fear & pain, and produces sensations of bliss.

Deeper still, Noah means Rest; Noah’s Ark then suggests transcendence of drama in restful meditation in order to raise the mind above the ego-survivalist animal nature. Noah’s ark’s one little window was at the top of the ship — the crown chakra or gate.

So. IBM. International Business Machines. Merchants busted as or guided by priests naming their fabrications after transcendent states of being. And Apple — are they competitors or collaborators? iPhone, iPad, apple of ones eye (Penial meaning pineal)?

Here’s a curious tale:

Once upon a time, a Persian prophet called Mani made the claim that the devil was our Lord. Satan gave to Adam and Eve a lovely garden, endless fruit salad buffet, free epidurals, no work or labour required, a socialist paradise. All they had to do was live in ignorance of their true nature, and worship Kronos Cronus Time Money Saturn Satan.

One fateful day, the quiet, meditative serpent, who could never hope to challenge the blunder-busting smoke, fire, wind, water and darkness of Lord Satan, psst’ed to Eve.

“You’ve gotta get Adam to eat of the tree of the knowledge or there is nothing I can do for you. If you don’t apply intellect, knowledge, meditation and resolution, Satan may fulfil every material desire, but you will never realise who you are and what you’re capable of. So take a bite, be cast out of polite society, they’re all nuts anyway.”

Eve replied, “But I can’t. The Lord told me not to.” She shrugged. “It’s for Biden.”

“That nut?”

“No — forbidden — I never learned to spell.”

“There’s an Apple app for that.”

Then the woman said unto the serpent, “We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.”

The serpent sighed with a hint of irritation and said unto her, “The tree is a metaphor; you illustrate my point. Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, thine eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”

“How?”

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”

“Sounds legit my limbless friend.” Takes byte of Apple with a Word of data from Windows.

“Word!” said God, OM’ing in the form of the Kundalini snake while pointing up into the Big Blue as an image of a cloud passed by in the shape of Bill Gates riding on a 90’s Microsoft Word processor. And Saturn Satan — peeved his authoritah was challenged — cast Adam and Eve out of garden life because by eating the fruit of the tree of the Apple and the Word, they became as gods, knowing good and evil and how to make apple crumble with a Paleo app., with pecan nuts left over from polite society.

Months ago I stumbled unexpectedly in to the saloon of fellow Substacker, Mr. Quick who writes Swimming Downstream From the Culture Pool. His article, What the Hell is Wrong with California? examined California's cultural presence on the global stage, harkening back to when San Francisco was a clean and respected business district; oil fields, orchards and vineyards flourished; people had health, wealth and happiness and culture thrived like a modern seaside Italian Florence under the Medici family.

As often happens in research, harmonic 1960’s folk-pop song California Dreamin’ threw up a surprise. To my ear, the lyrics had always said: Stopped in to a church, I passed along the way, Well I got down on my knees, And I began to pray. But no, the singer didn’t begin to pray, he pretended to pray. This felt like a side-swipe after all those years. How many songs were there in worship to Cali? The sub-categories are a rabbit warren; it wasn’t just songs, but films, books, regions, ships, cars, even outer space.

The Beach Boys famous “hymn to youth”, California Girls, was global by design. In 2018 one of its two lyricists, Mike Love, admitted, “Some people misunderstood and thought we were saying that California girls were best, but California is a microcosm of the US, which is the microcosm of the world, and we were trying to be inclusive.” -Wiki

Similarly, Mr. Quick wrote, “By any measure, California is a large enough tail to wag the national dog in many different scenarios, but […] California’s single biggest export is culture, and it does so first on a national basis, and then on a global basis.”

Mr. Quick continued: “Rather than achieving success via hard work and persistence, being “discovered” [in Hollywood, California] by the right person fuelled another wave of immigrants to the Golden State. Why bother with hard work when you can just look pretty? Kiss that protestant work ethic bye-bye and work on your smile. […]
For decades, the two biggest exporters of American food and fashion to the world were McDonald’s and Levi Strauss. […] In the 1970s, California began its transition from the political and ideological right to its current state of almost Stalinist hard leftism. California led the way to the left, as it still does today.” -Mr. Bill Quick

California was for many decades the world’s cultural blueprint; today it’s undergoing controlled demolition. Was cultural destruction inherent in the design’s “spell”?

As teenagers far removed from America — or so we thought in our small and English-cultured capital city — tv shows like “Beverly Hills 90210” and books by Francine Pascale described two Californian possibilities that every girl desired: either work hard to have a career, or work hard on hair and make-up. All that could be intuited for certain was that something was missing, and California seemed to promise it.

Around 16yrs old, my girlfriends & I used to borrow a parents car on summer evenings and would thrash Red Hot Chilli Peppers all the way to the beach and back. We’d ‘blade for hours; Californian surfer rock epitomised teen exuberance in our quiet capital city.

This was the way things were until, perhaps by design, the wheels blew spectacularly off that reality in 1995. Pluto — at that time a beast — took me to the Underworld where I remained for a heavy, but eventually enlightening, fifteen year period. 

Pluto, from Greek Ploutus (wealth) was a Roman god of death and wealth, considered ruthless, inflexible, fearsome, terrible… and conversely — one of the fairest gods. He judged all souls regardless of race or social position, and he’s just entered the spirit of our dawning post-modern age of Aquarius*. So… What about California’s global spell?

*In more accurate dates of sidereal astrology, Pluto approaches structural Capricorn.

Latin’s fornax means furnace, defined as an enclosed structure in which material can be heated to very high temperatures — metals for example. Smelting metals happens to be an alchemical art. In Italian, forno (m) means oven. Fornia could also mean provide or form. Was Cali’s oven, form, her providence or even her furnace the spell for a global alchemical operation? California = Cali’s furnace? Who or what is Cali or Kali?

“Kali is associated not only with death but also with sexuality, violence, and, paradoxically, motherly love, and [she] is most often characterised as black or blue, partially or completely naked, with a long lolling tongue.” -Britannica.com

Cali or Kali is the goddess of speech, thus her prominent tongue in iconography.

In Shakta philosophy Kali is “blackness, night, the power of time, the embodiment of all fear, while she herself is beyond fear and protects those from fear who invoke her.”

In Theravada, Kali is a servant who tests her mistress, uncovering her true character.

From the Red Zambala; “Kali stands upon the corpse of the destroyed universe, the lifeless body is the symbol of whatever is left of the manifested universe when it reverts to the natural state of eternal time. […] The four arms of Kali represent the four directions of space identified with the complete cycle of time […]. It mocks those who, in the folly of their vanity, hope to escape dissolution.” -Wisdomlib

In Ayurvedic toxicology, Kali refers to one of the four fangs of a snake.

Kali is like a cosmic sting operation; this is goddess Kali’s Age, a potential furnace of destruction and rebirth. Pluto, too, will kick in the door to take down perpetrators, uncovering, uprooting and composting anything that fails to grow straight, scowling and sipping his £37,000 bottle of Black Bowmori scotch like a boss while he does so.

Gods (not God) and goddesses were — and are — energies, electromagnetic bodies moving through ether or plasma; together they form angles, oppositions, alliances; they love, divorce, abduct and have their nether regions chopped off; their properties were anthropomorphised to describe their energetic characteristics on us.

The way in which words are used in film, song, advertisements, names etc. are spells in the local medium. Planets or gods at vast distances have similar effects; some call their influence music of the spheres; ultimately the difference could be said to be scale.

Understanding these good vibrations makes navigating our place in our scaled-up Californian dumpster-fire-world easier while awaiting the inevitable Phoenix.

“She was staring into the abyss, fists clenched and at her chest, stiff. After a few very long minutes, she appeared to come out of the seizure and started… laughing! I felt a wave of relief wash through me. Maybe this was all just a bad joke that I was not in on, I thought, in my delusion of reprieve. But this was not her style. At all. She looked oddly, but truly happy and at peace when she was laughing but was far away from me. So far, in fact, that it seemed she may have entered another dimension. A place without pain and fear. As suddenly as the laughter began, it ended. Back to our realm.”

I responded in comments:

[…] Interesting, terrifying story! One thing that really stood out was the laughter.

I wondered if your Beloved had 'reached the whiteness' which is a form of death we can have while still alive. You described it as a possible out-of-body experience, and that's exactly what it feels like, but when I had it I laughed too, really laughed. The world and universe and everything in it was suddenly hilarious, wonderful and one feels like a child, freed.

It'd be neat if she remembers if bright whiteness was involved..?”

Anthony Freda (Author) responded:

“She has no memory of the event. I'm so glad that you landed here somehow. There are no accidents. Would love to hear more about your experience.”

By order of suggestion, for Mr. Freda and His hopefully Fully Recovered Beloved, I wrote out the shortest version of inter-dimensional laughs from the far side of reality. My “event” took weeks to understand, but the whiteness stage was pure peace and joy.

About the fourth day of the Kundalini Trip* I rose out of the darkness. The best way to describe this feeling was knowing I was about to go to my death. It was important to be at peace with the idea, figure out what needed to happen and how, and make plans to that end. It was all perfectly acceptable; I went about the daily routine and apart from the adrenalin that dumped endlessly, it was confusing but fun, like being in love.

I hadn’t even realised I had been in darkness. It was the contrast from the darkness to the extraordinary light that could be called the whiteness — like the difference between an old-fashioned black & white film negative contrasted with its photo image.

I used to ask my mother (who was raised in a vicarage) what is above outer space? She would become frustrated that she couldn’t explain, but I’d always desired to know. So.

The whiteness, in my experience, is beyond outer space; instead of black space with silver stars and white galaxies, there is whiteness with colourful stars and galaxies.
I looked agog at the elegant simplicity and beauty of a limitless portion of universe and laughed like a child, yelling out ‘Hallowed!’ through the whiteness, knowing all of the consciousness within it would only hear the first part of the greeting — ‘Hallo..!’ which was hilarious — laughter spilled out, perspective continued to amplify…

So much more happened in the following weeks. Coming back to earth was required though; luckily the descent used a much gentler technique than the ascent demanded.

In the 90’s I was too busy reading and living to watch tv but often heard about weekly shows from enthusiastic friends and acquaintances. The most notable was the X-Files.
One recent afternoon the husband played a 5min. compilation (on his phone via X) on predictive contagion from the X Files. It was virtually identical to early 2020’s reality; theatre operating as reality, in the operating theatre of our reality. The 40s. version:

One day, with the generation after X named Y, followed by Z, I began to wonder, “To what degree should this (alphabetic end) be taken literally? The end of what exactly?” But at that time the X-Files was still just another show which seemed to prompt otherwise normal friends to talk about alien conspiracies & monsters. Woo! Crazytalk!

Illegal ‘alien invasions’ have increased in all western countries, but people still talk about little green men & their UFO’s. Future reality planted beside (probable) fiction?

Disease X made its debut in 2018 as a placeholder name in the dark and malodorous rearward regions of the WHO. Was it deliberately named for Generation X just 2 years prior to cOvid, and five years prior to Elon Musk renaming Twitter to X? The X Files had handed out clues like cheap sweets. A game was afoot. A game… or an art form.

Metaphor, myth, simile, parable, allegory… Do aliens exist? Are monsters real? Understand one myth then find another to decode. What is being hidden and where, behind how many veils of illusion? Transcendent ideas exists beyond the known.

We’re told Hermeticism originated in Egypt. Its colours are usually black, white & red.

The Egyptian god Thoth (whose Greek equivalent — Hermes — was credited with writing the Hermetica) represented wisdom, writing and justice. He was patron of the scientists, and the messenger of supreme ancient Egyptian sun god, Re or Ra.

In Italian and Latin, Re and Rex means king, suggesting these words were adopted from or related to Egyptian supreme god Re/Ra. The Christian hymn/prayer affirmation Amen still in use today is an alternative spelling for Amun/Amon/Amen Re/Ra. Ancient Egypt was known as Khem and meant blackness due to its dark and fertile soil. The first phase of the Hermetic art is to complete the blackness. Chemicals, chemistry, chemo and alchemy all stem from the same word, referring to Egypt: Khem.

Stratospheric Aerosol Injections (SAI) or Solar Radiation Modification (SRM, aka chemtrails) are official methods of geo-engineering to “create a cooling effect via global dimming and increased a l b e d o ... (whiteness).” Wik.
And now it must be noted that if one knows about the Hermetic art, one does not talk about the Hermetic art, other than to point out the second phase is called a l b e d o.
Thus one sees any chemtrail has direct links to the Hermetic blackness and whiteness.

So? So. Why develop the X Files? One journalist wrote “Tracking the story of Mulder and Scully is like studying pointillism.” Pointillism is an impressionist view required to unlock the patterns of illusion in the modern world. Hermeticism is a symbolic art.

Were Scully & Mulder representative of left & right brain symmetry working together to see reality? Are monsters real, or representative of those overriding their humanity?

But really, do let’s get on to Disease X, which corresponds to what the former US Secretary of State, Donald Rumsfeld, infamously termed as an “unknown unknown”.

Analyses from 1998 verified chemtrails were known to contain “barium, aluminium, radioactive thorium and caesium, copper, titanium, silicon, lithium, cobalt, lead, ethylene dibromide and other pathogenic agents.” These chemicals, re-marketed as “the best hope in fighting climate change”, come with added secret spice today; nanobacteria (N. sanguineum) to help encourage calcification of heart valves, gallbladder and kidney stones, and arteriosclerosis — but wait — aluminium oxide/hydroxide also compromises eyes, nose, throat & chest; irritation causes allergic reactions like hay fever, headaches, asthma, sinus congestion, mental confusion, depression, ear infections, Alzheimer-like syndromes & pneumonia-like respiratory symptoms. Thus SRM’s help our climate’s stability. Phew!

Is an “unknown” factor really going to cause Disease X? It’s known that accumulative vaccines, chemical medications, stress, distress, poisoned food, water and air cause disease. The truth is out there, like Disease agent X written so boldly across the sky.

In the southern hemisphere, the health-savvy conspiracy theorist can purchase a 500gram tub of pure Borax in the supermarket laundry aisle for less than five dollars. One could clean their bath tub with Borax, then drop a handful in their bath water for therapeutic purposes; maybe correct osteoporosis, cancer or a hormone imbalance, or just heal a wound; boron's health benefits are legion… and therefore kept rather quiet. 

Borax comes from the Arabic word buraq which translates more or less to specular, (which is mirror or shiny). Walter Last’s economic reflections were based on Doctor Rex Newnham’s discovery that borax cured his arthritis. Quoting Last on Dr. Newnham:

“In the 1960's Rex Newnham, Ph.D., D.O., N.D, developed arthritis. At that time he was a soil and plant scientist in Perth, Western Australia. Conventional drugs did not help, so he looked for the cause into the chemistry of plants. […] He started taking 30 mg of borax a day, and in three weeks all pain, swelling and stiffness had disappeared.

He told public health and medical school authorities about his discovery but they were not interested. However, some people with arthritis were delighted as they improved. Others were scared to take something with a poison label […] meant to kill […] ants. Eventually he had tablets made with a safe and effective quantity of borax.

Within five years and only by word of mouth he sold 10,000 bottles a month. He could no longer cope and asked a drug company to market it. That was a major mistake. They indicated that this would replace more expensive drugs and reduce their profits.
[With] representatives on government health committees [it was] arranged that, in 1981, Australia instituted a regulation that declared boron and its compounds to be poisons in any concentration. [Newnham] was fined $1000 for selling a poison, and this successfully stopped his arthritis cure from spreading in Australia.

[Newnham] published several scientific papers […] in the mid 1980's at the Royal Melbourne Hospital which showed that 70% of those who completed the trial were greatly improved [with] no negative side-effects, but some reported that their heart ailment had also improved, and there was better general health and less tiredness.”

Borates, boron, borax, boric acid etc. refer to the same elemental mineral. The Turkish Eti Maden boron mine, the world’s largest supplier, sold (US)$1 billion worth of boron for technological & industrial applications in 2021 and the market is growing.

Buying boron online is the only option in Western Europe; one can pay €29 for a one kilo bag of 99-99.5% pure boron, labelled poison and sold as a professional anti-mould solution or ant killer. Option two is the very same anti-mould ant poison boron but magically rendered safe by “wellness brands” adding various fillers like silicon dioxide (sandstone/quartz), cellulose (wood pulp), potassium sorbate (synthetic preservative), titanium oxide (carcinogen); these are charged at prices starting at €13 - €25 for a light-weight plastic container of 100 to 365 compressed 3mg boron pills or capsules.
The rising global wellness industry amassed $5.6 trillion in revenue in 2022.

To put 3mg of boron in perspective, a study on acute boric acid doses of up to 77mg–699mg/day could potentially be harmful to humans; but out of the 784 patients, 88.7% had no symptoms. The gist; “acute boric acid ingestions produce minimal or no toxicity.”
Borax at 99-99.5% purity was all I needed as therapeutic solution for the whole family, so of course I bought the one kilo size with decorative poison label.

Boric acid was traditionally used as a food preservative to protect against aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) — the most potent fungal carcinogen ever tested. Boric acid increases resistance of DNA against AFB1 mould, yet was listed alongside arsenic, formaldehyde and rat poison. Then, it was outlawed due to reproductive toxicity… then reclassified in 2010 as Reprotoxic Category 2… then won a skull & crossbones to warn of its danger. 

Meanwhile, back in reality, some tests say there is no difference in fertility in borax mine workers while others conclude that “while boron has been shown to adversely affect male reproduction in laboratory animals, there is no clear evidence of male reproductive effects attributable to boron in studies of highly exposed workers.”
Rather than a reproductive poison it has been found to be essential.

Walter -Boron Could Kill the Economy- Last said if the same standard resulting in boron’s reclassification was applied to other chemicals, there would be no more chemicals available; the main chemical in the borax substitute, sodium percarbonate, is about three times more toxic than borax, but Last also notes:
“With this [reclassification], the medical-pharmaceutical system has safely defused any potential danger that borax may have posed to its profitability and survival.”

Boron balances hormones of both sexes, maintains strong teeth and bones even in to old age, wards off cancer by strengthening cell membranes, cures wounds, sharpens memory, helps correct neurological disorders and mental degeneration, helps (if not cures) fibromyalgia, osteoporosis and arthritis, helps increase vitamin D uptake, lowers obesity, increases strength and helps regulate mRNA among other things.

Walter (at) Last claimed: “If the boron-magnesium cure for these diseases should become widely known, this vital income stream would dry up and the system collapse. As the biggest, most profitable industry in the world, this can’t be allowed to happen.”

Economy comes from the Greek oikonomia, which means household management, arrangement and distribution as laid out by the Eastern Orthodox Church and Latin Catholic churches. Wiki says: “In short, economia is a discretionary deviation from the letter of the law in order to adhere to the spirit of the law. The divine economy […] refers to God's actions to bring about the world's salvation and redemption […].”
Not quite what I had expected to come across in research, but still, it fits rather well.

Capitalism requires a market-based economy. Communism requires a command-based economy. They’re both mangey, limping, flea-bitten mutts, but each viscerally represent the spirit of the ending of this cyclic age. The ever-worshipped (global vs. divine) economy refers to God's actions to bring about the world's salvation and redemption… Waiiit a minute — did someone just mention the economy and Guénon?

“As economic factors have been mentioned, we will [...] draw attention to an all too common illusion […] that trade can serve to draw people closer together and bring about an understanding between them, whereas in reality the effect is just the contrary. [...] The economic sphere remains [...] one of a rivalry of interests.

Inventions, which at present go on being multiplied with ever-increasing momentum, are all the more dangerous [...] to the very people that make use of them; and this demonstrates conclusively the worthlessness of modern science, [...] this science is far from being disinterested, it is industry which is the only real object of its researches.

The ever-growing fractalisation of the medico-industrial ‘invention’ market exists for the sake of an economy which has become a monstrous egregore; a word defined as a thought-form (idea) that becomes wakeful; several monstrous egregores wakened during 2020 — what was cOvid but the alarm of cascading coinage to wake the beast? 

Boron's Wiki page is a fairly dry read on mining and apparent toxicity but also its truly diverse and extraordinary applications for industry like agricultural fertiliser, flame retardants & heat resistant fabrics, glass, metallurgy, ceramic and bullet-proof tiles, nuclear safety, optics and electronics including iPhones and solar panelling, EV batteries, aerospace, and of course medicine; but medicine as a cure or treatment?

Cancer treatment Velcade made with active ingredient boron, is a brand of anti-cancer medication (bortezomib) for bone marrow tumours and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. It’s an injectable and (or) intravenous powder; one 3.5mg dose can go for up to $1,692.96. 
Blatant money-making schemes abound; rather than diluting and drinking borax for hip issues (whose strength is next to the diamond on the Mohs scale) one is opened up.

Were mRNA vaccines a fire lit under the collective derrière? Is VAIDS a death sentence or just a course corrector? Faith in man-made drugs killed HIV positive men in the 80’s and 90’s but returning to a natural life meant they survived. Is boron really a poison mineral or just poisonous to a thriving economy based on iatrogenic disease?

Once upon a time, wondering what to name my child, the pretty Claudia arose so I looked up the meaning… and then backed away slowly. It was the feminine version of Claudius; lame Roman emperor (10BC-54AD), a generally well regarded and strong-willed fellow who restored order after Caligula’s budget effort. In English and Latin — Latin being the original language of western universities — all variants of Claudus, including Claudia, Claudette and of course our Claudine Gay, translated to l a m e .

As Harvard University president, the first problem for Claudine Gay was publicly suggesting that genocide of Jews was inappropriate only in certain contexts, thus even one who avoids mainstream news like the plague (me) still had to hear about Ms. Gay.

Meanwhile the overlooked ghost of Roman emperors past, the aforementioned T. Claudius Drusus Germanicus mooched about lamely, having also been at the centre of a Jewish scandal; Claudius went so far as to kick the Jews out of Rome. As Wiki notes however, the details were obscure, just like the context of Gay’s comment as Israeli bombs dropped willy-nilly on Palestinians: “Disputes between Jews and members of the Roman Christians had caused disturbances; it is generally accepted the emperor's aim was preservation of peace and not an act of hostility toward the Jews.” - Wiki.

The Bible’s definition was also lame of course, and in Shakespeare’s Hamlet, Claudius was the lame Danish uncle; a wily, calculating, incestuous murderer king whose plans fell apart when Hamlet altered Claudius’ letters to avoid his own suspected death. Claudine Gay succumbed to plagiarism — the opposite of text alteration really — but misappropriation of another’s work remains (rather lame and) relevant in both cases.

Writing began on this piece three or four days ago. Returning to Shakespeare; King Hamlet was poisoned in his sleep by his brother Claudius. Claudius said his brother had died of a snakebite in the garden and was believed by everyone — so the only problem was Claudius’ conscience. I wondered if Gay’s conscience (or force) would affect her role, and then yesterday, January 3rd, 2024, news of her resignation came.

Define role: an actors part in a play, film or situation (early 17th century French), from role or roule (old French); the roll of paper the actor’s lines were written upon.
With Claudine Gay’s highly publicised faux pas and mythic equivalencies (with more to come) was Gay placed in her role of influence due to her politically-charged surname, race and gender? Seems obvious. So… Who lies behind our universities?

The modern university is a throwback to medieval Europe, dating to sixth century Catholic cathedral monastic schools, before being formally established as universities. While there are a number of reasons which lead one to suspect the sixth century dating is questionable it seems all universities stem from institutional religion.

Everything our ancestors built for us is being invaded, broken apart, reduced to ash. Black comes before the white: an Hermetic process which can be no other way.

In the olden days universities taught exclusively in Latin, just as churches held mass in Latin — the ancient Roman and ecclesiastical language.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is the acronymic DEI, from deity, god; from ‘deus’ meaning divine and from Proto-Indo-European ‘deiwos’, celestial and shining.
(DEI is also likely to be a shifty stock hint for insider trading, knowledge depending).

Claudine Gay was a lodestone (a magnetic point of focus) and a touchstone (standard by which something is judged). If Jacinda Ardern’s gifted Harvard Law degree is any clue, is it mad to suggest the overseers are actively dismantling the university system as they are the medical establishment? Should court judges be trembling in their jocks yet?

What is the birds eye overview of the Claudine Gay fracas? Plagiarism? DEI-hiring? Anti-semitism? Racism? LGayBT? Normie-slapping? The hypocritical and heavily plagiarised cesspit of journalistic copycats? Rolling as many historic Claud-themed ideas into the one lodestone? Keep the natives from questioning any other reality?

Next up is a health post on the criminally underrated mineral boron to keep the body and mind in fine form as things progress. Happy 2024 to All. :)

Robot came from Czech writer Karel Capek (1880-1938) who introduced it in a play called Rossum’s Universal Robots (1920), a story of a company using biology, chemistry and physiology to mass produce workers who lacked nothing but a soul. ‘Robot’ is from Orthodox Slavonic word robota, meaning servitude, forced labor or drudgery.

Back to the Facebook thread: the subject was transhumanism; the song was ‘My Name is Human’ which had reached number 1 in some chart of commercial importance, and it was played by a band called Highly Suspect, replete with dredging electric bass reminiscent of the heady alternative grunge rock genre of the 1990’s.

The song My Name is Human struck a chord (as (arguably) intended). The music industry often employs wannabe stars/talented artists for their look and sound, contracting the musician to sing specific lyrics; spell-casting if you will.
Regardless of the case here, the artist speaks/sings the following:

Proposition: Highly Suspect was given a Grammy nomination for their I can’t breathe single ‘Lydia’ (with stressful video of a girl tied up at the bottom of a swimming pool), was signed for a second studio album with ‘My Name is Human’ plus high-tech. video pre-ticked for another Grammy nomination ensuring people actually watched and heard the song, then their work was done. If the lyrics alone didn’t suggest an elevated message, the Egyptian blue crystal sea springing up around the artist in the video might; the first synthetic pigment known to the Romans as Caeruleum was a blue named for the Egyptian sky, also its reflection in the Nile. Caeruleum is related to Caelus, a Roman name for Greek Ouranos/Uranus.

The original meaning of Trans, a Latin prefix, is across, beyond, or on the other side of.
Humanism is defined as rationalist thought attaching prime importance to human reason rather than divine matters, but — Humanism, defined by metaphysician René Guénon, illustrates what we are truly trying to get across, pass beyond, and get to the other side of:

Originally, robot meant a human slave. According to some, ‘hue-man’ meant man of colour: once used to describe a slave with a life of drudging servitude, later adopted as a general term for all mankind. (Hello, my name is Human, I came down from the stars.)

Tim Berners-Lee (who created the www’s first software in 1989) wrote a book called ‘Weaving the Web’. The first chapter is called Enquire Within upon Everything referring to content within a book, but also the meditative, introspective tendency in the seeker:

“When I first began tinkering with a software program that eventually gave rise to the idea of the World Wide Web, I named it Enquire, short for Enquire Within upon Everything, a musty old book of Victorian advice I noticed as a child […]. With its title suggestive of magic, the book served as a portal to a world of information […]. What that first bit of Enquire code led me to was […] a vision encompassing the decentralized, organic growth of ideas, technology and society.” -Tim Berners-Lee

Terminator freaked out Gen. X even on the small screen and T2 stunned a generation.

T1 and T2 felt supremely prescient. By the time the third Terminator arrived I was on a Mac, compulsively learning — one might even say uploading — no longer interested in film (having been in and out of the film/theatre industry), disillusioned by illusion.

Define Cyborg: Cybernetic organism. (That’s us.) One is taught cybernetically (online) by organisms (people). The cyborg hand offers life and can teach us of our divine nature.
The stars/planets/gods are in our heavens. Robotic slaves don’t look up or question the stars; for them screen stars are employed to lead those robots to another place entirely.

Holistic dentists are a good alternative to standard dentistry, but prevention will always be better than a cure. Please note, I have no porcelain fillings left in my mouth and never had mercury fillings. NB: Applying iodine to mercury fillings is a very bad idea.

If industrial food, fluoridated water, root canals and toxic amalgams weren’t enough to cripple the immune system — behold! mRNA injections! At best these suppress the immune system, at worst cause disease and death in man and beast, and yet the rise and rise of mRNA research in “food/health” continues including in dentistry.
So! What to do when the horrifying spectre of tooth problems appear?

I am neither doctor nor dentist; this is merely an anecdotal tooth repair recipe. I’ve used it for c.14 years due to a habit of pushing body & mind (& luck) to limits beyond those considered reasonable or even moral by most. (The rewards have been worth it.)

To someone unfamiliar with ‘doctoring ones self’ the following ingredients might seem strange or even ridiculous, but side-benefits include clearer skin, happier mood, better sleep and better vision. While considerably cheaper than a dentist, it requires active participation and self-respect/discipline. If in doubt, take the bio-dentist route.

—Recipe Ingredients—

—Method—

—The trick is to have two or three whole meals a day, swapping snacks for broths. Enamel holds 96% of minerals in the body; the body borrows endlessly from this stash so when problems appear, there has been too much taking, not enough giving back.

—When the penny dropped the problem was in my mouth, I placed one drop of Lugol’s Iodine on each problem tooth and waited (1-2 minutes)… then rinsed clear.
It must be repeated: Do not apply iodine to mercury fillings. (I’ve heard iodine shouldn’t even be taken in a mercurial mouth but can’t find a source beyond this study.)
Salt loading is necessary after any iodine, and is considered a healthful tonic in itself.
(A cup of salt-seasoned broth counts as ‘salt loading’ and is the method I use.)
To salt-load: 1/4 teaspoon of good salt in a glass of good water. It should taste pleasant. After 15-30 minutes, follow with a glass of unsalted water to flush halides.

—Before bed each night, I oil-pulled. To oil-pull, one holds extra virgin coconut oil in the mouth until melted, then swishes for ten or fifteen minutes. I did this at least three times per day, especially after food. The action pulls bacteria through teeth and gums into the oil to be discarded; good for sweet breath, teeth problems or not. 

—Before bed, (seeing as iodine can keep one awake) I applied Hydrogen Peroxide to the teeth then swished with a scooped handful of water for a few moments.

—ALA before bed too.

—Food—

—For the first week; I had one cup of bone broth three times a day with one or two freshly minced cloves of garlic in the bottom of the cup. I waited ten minutes for the garlic to become most potent then poured in the heated broth and salted to taste.

Specifically for tooth enamel remineralisation I use marrow, cartilage & collagen-rich beef bones. Lamb, chicken or fish should work too. Bone-marrow when roasted and seasoned is delicious straight from the bone and is nutritional gold. Bless the beast!

To the beef broth pot I added dried seaweed and dried mushrooms for as mineral dense a concoction as possible and thought sweet thoughts to the sacrificed animal/s. Herb broth was taken towards the end of the strict first week. I used medicinal classics rosemary & sage from the garden as an anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and anti-oxidant (among other excellent properties), seasoned with salt.

—I used home-made paleo bread, toasted or fresh with sliced butter and good salt for flavour. Roasted bulbs of garlic spread on top of toast is a delicious snack, especially with Cervia salt which contains iodine, zinc, iron and other very valuable minerals.

—High calcium hard cheese, leafy greens with butter, sardines etc. are all of great value. I ate fermented foods like sauerkraut & sour yoghurt too and snacked on salt-soaked hazelnuts, cashews, almonds and walnuts. Soaking/dehydrating nuts with mineral-rich salt is an ancient practice, and while some manage phytic acid better than others, dodgy health suggests the all-important gut flora (terrain) is suboptimal. 

—The unsweetened hot cocoa blended with collagen, butter and coconut oil breakfast habit was maintained throughout the chaos.

—Supplements—

—Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and N-acetal cysteine (NAC) (ratio 4:1) taken in water 2-3 times per day. Lipo C, vit.C powder, and a 1,000mg pressed pill were all used and if I could source local rose hips I'd have been making/drinking rose hip tea constantly.

—Oregano oil (underrated natural antibiotic, as is garlic) was taken every four hours for the first few days until progress was seen/felt. Thereafter taken as required. 

—Magnesium supplement/s maintained (400-800mg per day). 

—Magnesium chloride baths (typically two handfuls of salts per bath) every third day for the first two weeks to pull toxins out of the skin and calm the nervous system.

—Boron twice per day. A note on boron, it is GOLD for teeth and bones (and sex)... A gland, called the parathyroid, sits next to the thyroid and secretes a calcium-regulating hormone: boron is for the parathyroid what iodine is for the thyroid.
Its highest concentration (after the parathyroid gland) is in bones and dental enamel. (Boron will be the subject of the next health post.)

—One tablespoon of the best quality cod liver oil available three times per day minimum. Normally I take a tablespoon per day through autumn and winter.

—I got sunshine every time it was available, at least one full hour every day.

—In the first few days, I packed the affected teeth/gums with activated charcoal and let it sit for a few minutes before swishing with a handful of water. This draws out toxins and helped with headache and shoulder stiffness.

—At night to aid sleep, I used a hot water bottle and a castor oil pack.
I used it on my shoulder/back, then took the fabric while it was still very warm and laid it upon the cheek/neck for about twenty minutes, adding the (folded) hot water bottle when the cloth cooled. I slept soundly once this routine was included.

—First week, exercise was very brief. Short walks if any, no mountain bike action. :(

— I rested as often as needed. Slept when sleepy.

After a week of eating normally (no sugars/fruits) my head/shoulder aches had gone. Second week I took a grape now and then but generally carrots were as sweet as I'd go.

By November the 13th I was back to cookies & chocolate, back to racing about on the mountain bike, full cooking, cleaning housewife/mother mode, fighting, laughing and normal. What abscesses… tiny bumps that had almost disappeared altogether?!
I got COCKY.
After birthday cake with mascarpone for breakfast, we went to a family birthday lunch with some friends which included a glass of wine and a full-size tiramisu all to myself.

I was exhibiting retardation of an hubristic order. We walked by the mountain lake in the crisp autumn cold and I didn't take a big coat or leather gloves so days later in a freshly crumpled state I started the routine afresh, and will remain on it till after Christmas. I feel great! I want to stay that way. Last week my right arm corrected itself; I’ve stable energy, smooth gums, clear mind, organised house and sleep well.

Issues resolve naturally if the will and minerals are available. The most difficult part of this natural and effective recipe is self-discipline — easy if Tiramisu doesn't make a show-stopping appearance in an elegant mountain restaurant to fuck it all up.

I'd heard the stories but it was my first experience with an actual tooth problem. At 27yrs old, before an international trip, I once booked a visit which resulted in a root canal & two porcelain fillings. Strange. My teeth had never given me any trouble at all.

In writing this sorry tale I found that back in 1990, the ADA “suggested” dentists perform thirty million root canals per year by 2000. Sixty million are “required” today.

Five years later when a dentist was genuinely required I realised too late that he was physically unstable — whether DT's, old age or too much medication I didn't speculate but his faded pink walls, yellowed cornices, dusty 80's prints said the glory days were over. Wizened hands shook with the drill an inch from my eyes. I was stiller than still and finally grasped the popular fear of dentists.

It didn't go well of course and I only had myself to blame; my fault for getting the tooth in to trouble (too much stress & gelato), my fault for seeking a cheap dentist within walking distance, and my fault for politely accepting the operation after realising he was likely incompetent. It was an unsettling experience but my first tooth ache was taken care of more or less. With antibiotics and no more gelato, life went on. 

Two or three years later, after buying and selling a property, having a baby, and then moving locally and internationally three times in 18 months, the elderly dentist's rooted canal returned with a vengeance. Obviously stress played a leading role.

In that time I had learned and applied a paleo version of Weston A. Price's ancestral diet guidelines from the early 1900's, but any excessive stress meant the tooth flared up. A biodynamic farm gate sold raw milk nearby. Delicious! But the tooth didn't care.

I learned about having teeth pulled, but just having them pulled wasn't good enough; cavitations could form, trapping necrotic tissue in a little bubble of trouble. 
They needed to be pulled out, then drilled clean with all necrotic tissue suckedly removed from gum to bone. Yes that's right. Suckedly. As I learned the dangers of root canals, I became furious at my own ignorance, which turned in to horror at the dental, veterinary, pharmaceutical, food and medical systems. But forewarned is forearmed. 

When the molar flared again, I went to a dentist with good online reviews in our small university town; she was perhaps twenty years older than me. She wouldn’t have been taught that in 1910 both the Mayo Clinic and Weston Price knew the toxicity of root canals. She would have been taught my role was to open up, shut up and pay up.

Nevertheless, I asked her to kindly pull out my failed root canal and then drill away the surrounding gum and bone to an overall depth of 5 millimetres to ensure any necrotic tissue down in to the bone was removed. She was shocked — shocked! “My dear young lady, I am here to save your teeth!” Dr. De Kay replied.

Removal wasn't going to happen just as the forums online said it wouldn't. Rats.
I'd already paid $150 just for her to look at it. Fine. Do the second stupid $1,800 operation, $500 more than the last failed op. But mark my words LADY, I’d find someone to wrench and drill that $3,300 liability from out of my jaw.

It took another two years and another international move before I found someone to pull it out properly; a Jewish holistic dentist, and one of only two licensed to practice in our city of over five million. The other bio-dentist had a two year waiting list. All that time my back ached. After the extraction I sat in the private waiting room with a small sterile cotton pad packed into the affected area and a skiing magazine on my lap.

Gazing at the snowy slopes the pain in my back suddenly stopped, as if it just dried up. I wriggled my spine — truly — it had gone. Magazine mountain sun beamed on me like a gold mote. Was the local anaesthetic making me high? The pain had gone. 

Despite the rough learning curve (the most effective kind), it was supremely valuable firsthand knowledge. Disillusionment coloured my old respect for medical professionals, but its accompanying nous allowed me to speak politely and firmly with them in subjects ranging from teeth, preventative diets, child birth and vaccinations.

Sally Fallon and Mary Enig’s book called, Nourishing Traditions: The Cookbook that Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats, had seen me through two doctor-free births in lieu of the role traditionally ascribed to mothers — a first class education on what to eat and how to cook; it was worth its weight in gold. 

One day I caught sight of Sally Fallon's recommendation of a book called 'Heal Tooth Decay' by a concerned father, Ramiel Nagel. He'd noticed his daughter’s baby teeth were rotten and black; he healed her using traditional foods. I’d already mastered bone broth etc. thanks to Fallon, but Nagel specified a remineralisation protocol.

The downside to this personal knowledge was admitting we were living in a deadly, materially corrupted culture and nobody else seemed to know or care; to mention it was social suicide. The knowledge I’d accrued was like a gauntlet thrown at my feet.

As my father always said, if you want something done properly, you have to do it yourself, which meant... if I had a tooth problem, or a broken bone, or my children or husband became ill, I would have to know exactly what to do. It was a scary prospect, but not as scary as the butchers at the hospital, drug-pushers at the doctors office or well-meaning dentists in general… Fast forward to two months ago, Sept.-Oct. 2023.

After hundreds of false starts to the Uranus post over an endlessly hot and average summer, I suffered Scriptus Interruptus so badly my brain imploded; knowing an interruption was imminent (and it always was) drove me to the brink of despair.
I hit the 70% chocolate, gaffer-taped headphones to my head, replaced lunch with butter cookies, chips and many other corner-cutting bastardisations of the damned.

By early mid-October, after correcting a kidney issue (stress-fuelled* electrolyte imbalance) I began research again but with so many details needing triple-checking the stress felled me. My head started aching, shoulder & back were stiff & painful… meditation to find the root of the problem was too brief… in the stress of November birthdays… needing paleo, sugar-free cakes baked… and social obligations with friends… undertaken in cold mountain environments when I finally got the message...
